"Tesis ini membahas Kepatuhan petugas terhadap prosedur mutu laboratorium sesuai ISO 17025:2005 di Balai Teknik Kesehatan Lingkungan Palembang Tahun 2010. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan pendekatan quantitatif observational. Kepatuhan diukur dengan Work Sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa hubungan kepatuhan petugas dengan variabel motivasi adalah paling dominan. Di sarankan agar Pimpinan BTKL Palembang membuat kebijakan berupa reward sistem yang jelas dengan memberikan penghargaan dan hukuman yang adil pada petugas. Selain itu, rutin membina, mengevaluasi dan mengawasi hasil kerja petugas, mengikutkan petugas yang belum mendapatkan pelatihan serta merespon dengan cepat kebutuhan akan sarana yang dibutuhkan petugas.

This thesis was describes compliance of laboratory personnel on quality procedures laboratory according to ISO 17025:2005 in BTKL Palembang 2010. This research method cross-sectional approach to quantitative observational. Adherences were measured by Work Sampling. The research found that the relationship with the variable compliance personnel the most dominant is motivation variable.

Suggestions of the leaderships in BTKL Palembang are to create a policy that clearly rewards system to reward and punishment on the officer dispassionately. In addition, management development, evaluates and supervises of works, improve human resources and respond quickly and the needs means of laboratory personnel."

Laboratorium merupakan bagian dari mata rantai pelayanan Medik. Kepatuhan analis laboratrum terhadap prosedur mutu merupakan awal upaya meminimalkan medical error yang berarti mengingkatkan patient safety. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepatuhan analisis laboratorium terhadap prosedur mutu laboratorium di Rumah Sakit Ketergantungan Obat Jakarta tahun 2015.

"In the United States, the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) of 1988 describes requirements and guidelines for implementing a quality control/quality assurance (QC/QA) program for moderate and high complexity laboratories. These requirements and guidelines apply to Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) laboratories as well. The general topic of QC and QA as it pertains to in vitro fertilization (IVF) and embryo transfer (ET) is extensively reviewed. This review summarizes many of the QC and QA events that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in this biotechnological field. These events include control of the culture environment inside and outside of the incubator, as well as factors that affect culture media. This review also discusses, in considerable detail, the QC and the QA that pertain to equipment used within the laboratory and how to control for potential contaminants, which reside within the laboratory. This review provides evidence to indicate the need for laboratory personnel to monitor quality improvement issues on a continuous basis. Personnel must be willing to change as improvements in technology occur in order to meet the ever-evolving demands of a more difficult patient population. Suggestions for meeting these demands are offered"
