This study was conducted to examine the relationship between extrovert personality with boundaryless mindset and organizational mobility preferences on millennial rsquo s generation employees. This is a correlational study, that used survey as the data gathering method. "ABSTRAKAksi-reaksi antara manusia subjek dengan ruang arsitektur objek menghasilkan berbagai respon yang berbeda karena variabel yang beragam baik dari subjek maupun objek. Kepribadian introvert merupakan salah satu variabel keragaman manusia dimana mereka sulit untuk beradaptasi dengan kondisi ruang over-stimulus. Perilaku teritorial mikro merupakan salah satu upaya meregulasi kondisi ruang over-stimulus dengan melibatkan fitur desain atau hanya dengan gestur tubuh.
