"Penelitian Ini membahas mengenai pembentukan solidaritas melalui dinamika dalam tim Basket Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi Indonesia (STEI). Penelitian ini akan menjelaskan mengenai solidaritas tim yang dibentuk melalui tahapan pembentukan kelompok yang didalamnya terdapat fase Forming, Storming, Norming, dan performing, yang dimana solidaritas tersebut akan merujuk pada meningkatnya performa tim dalam pertandingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam kepada lima informan utama. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pembentukan kelompok di dalam tim basket STEI akan membangun solidaritas yang kuat antar anggota tim sehingga tim bisa berprestasi.

This study discusses the establishment of solidarity through group dynamics in the Economics School of Indonesia (STEI) Basketball team. This study will explain about team solidarity through the process of group formation (Forming, Storming, Norming, and performing). that team Solidarity will be referred to the team performance during the match. This study used a qualitative approach with depth interview method towards five main informant. The results of this study indicate that process of group formation within STEI basketball team will build a strong solidarity between members of the team so that the team will be able to achieve various accomplishments."

"Efektivitas kerja tim merupakan kunci utama kinerja kelompok, kohesi kelompok, efikasi kolektif dan kepuasan anggota. Kerja tim yang tidak efektif dalam kelompok salah satunya disebabkan oleh anggota kurang mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif. Permasalahan kerja tim yang tidak efektif karena anggota kurang kemampuan berkomunikasi secara efektif dialami oleh salah satu kelompok kader Posyandu di Jakarta Timur. Studi Intervensi yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi kerja tim pada kelompok kader Posyandu melalui pelatihan komunikasi intepersonal. Metode penelitian secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta desain studi adalah field experiment after and before with control design. Sampel dipilih secara non-probablity purposive sampling. Pengukuran hasil intervensi keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal menggunakan Interpersonal Communication Competency Scale dan pengukuran keterampilan komunikasi kerja tim menggunakan Teamwork competency Test.
Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya peningkatan komunikasi kerja tim kelompok kader posyandu namun belum cukup signifikan karena intervensi dilaksanakan dalam waktu yang singkat. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan wawancara individu setelah pemberian intervensi diketahui bahwa, ketua kelompok dan beberapa anggota kader mulai menerapkan keterampilan komunikasi dalam kerja tim seperti, lebih terbuka dan suportif saat berdiskusi, memahami komunikasi non verbal antara anggota kelompok, lebih banyak mendengar dan memberi respon positif terhadap pendapat anggota kelompok yang lain, hampir semua melakukan tegur sapa dan perbincangan ringan. Selain itu, kelompok sudah membuat jaringan komunikasi dengan whatsapp group.

The effectiveness of teamwork is the key to group performance, group cohesion, collective efficacy and member satisfaction. Ineffective teamwork in groups is caused by members being unable to communicate effectively. The problem of ineffective team work because members lack the ability to communicate effectively is experienced by one Posyandu cadre group in East Jakarta. The Intervention Study that will be carried out in this study aims to improve communication of team work for Posyandu cadre groups through training in personal communication. Quantitative and qualitative research methods and study designs are field experiments after and before with control design. Samples were selected by non-probablity purposive sampling. Measurement of the results of interpersonal communication skills interventions using Interpersonal Communication Competency Scale and measurement of team work communication skills using Teamwork competency Test.
The results of the statistical analysis showed that there was an increase in the communication of work of the Posyandu cadre team team, but it was not significant enough because the intervention was carried out in a short time. Based on the results of observations and individual interviews after the intervention, it was found that the group leader and several cadre members began to apply communication skills in teamwork such as being more open and supportive when discussing, understanding non verbal communication between group members, listening more and giving positive responses to the opinions of the other group members, almost all of them did greetings and small talk. In addition, the group has created a communication network with whatsapp group.

"ABSTRAK
Kebanyakan penelitian menemukan bahwa faktor penentu capaian pendidikan yang paling utama adalah pendapatan keluarga dan pendidikan orang tua. Dalam perkembangannya, sebagian studi menemukan bahwa faktor kebijakan dan pengambilan keputusan dalam keluarga juga dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan anak. Diskusi yang intens antara orang tua dan anak dalam memutuskan pendidikan anak mungkin akan memiliki konsekuensi pada masa depan pencapaian pendidikan anak yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis apakah keterlibatan anak dalam pengambilan keputusan pendidikan anak dalam rumah tangga akan menghasilkan capaian yang berbeda pada pendidikan anak di masa depan. Pengambilan keputusan dibagi menjadi 3 jenis, yaitu 1 diputuskan oleh orang tua saja, 2 diputuskan bersama oleh orang tua dan anak, dan 3 diputuskan oleh anak saja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data IFLS Indonesian Family Life Survey tahun 2000 dan 2007 untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Menggunakan metode estimasi ekonometrik OLS, penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa terdapat peran pengambil keputusan pendidikan anak pada tahun 2000 terhadap capaian pendidikan anak pada tahun 2007. Terutama jika anak secara mandiri yang memutuskan sendiri pilihan sekolah/pendidikannya dibandingkan kelompok basis, yaitu jika orang tua yang memutuskan pilihan sekolah/pendidikan anaknya. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa orang tua harus mendengar suara anak mereka dalam memutuskan pilihan pendidikan.

ABSTRACT
Many studies on the determinants of children rsquo s education attainment have found that parent rsquo s background and family income are the most important factors. However, the current research shows the importance of intra household decision making on children rsquo s education attainment. An intense discussion between a parent and child on the best path of education that the child should take, would probably have a future consequence on the child rsquo s education attainment. This study aims at analyzing the impact of children rsquo s involvement on decision making of their education attainment. We separate the decision making of children rsquo s schooling choices into three types decided by parents, decided by both parents and children, and decided by children. Which type of decision making, regarding children rsquo s education, has the best outcome for future education attainment This study uses two waves of 2000 and 2007 IFLS Indonesian Family Life Survey to examine this issue. Applying econometric estimations, this study confirms that the type of decision making on children rsquo s schooling choices in 2000 has a significant effect on the future children rsquo s education choice, decided by children, has the highest impact on children rsquo s education attainment compared to the other types of decision making. This result suggests that parent should hear their children rsquo s voice in deciding their education choice."
