"Penerapan pengelolahan kinerja (Program e-performance) di Kementerian Keuangan dimulai sejak dikeluarkannya dasar hukum dari Keputusan Kementerian Keuangan KMK-454/KMK.01/2012 tentang Pengelolaan Kinerja di Kementerian Keuangan. Program e-performance merupakan program penilaian kinerja yang berbasis elektronik (electronic) yang dibuat untuk menuju keberhasilan dalam pencapaian tujuan reformasi birokrasi dan sesuai dengan program good governance, serta meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi organisasi di Kementerian Keuangan dengan melibatkan penggunaan teknologi informasi berbasis web (e-government). Peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dari penerapan Program e-performance di Biro Umum Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan.
