"Sunwater (will be addressed as SW) is a Govemment Owned Company. It supplies water and provides other water-related services to customers ranging liom industrial, agricultural, power station and urban development-Being a public service company, there’s no excuse for the company to fail to deliver water which will leads to delayed irrigation, unfulfilled industrial needs and customers’ dissatisfaction. SW service spreads all over Queensland with assets in its 25 major dams, 81 weirs and barrages, 72 pumping station and more than 2500 km of pipelines valued at AUD$2.7 billion. As a company that provides servicw, SW is very dependent on its assets. Thus, a proper management of asset is very significant.
Such large assets are likely to have so many data regarding to its purchasing, standard manual, service and maintenance history and renewal. It requires a good AM (asset management) strategy and a good database management to store the assets’ data and information, however until the current time the management of asset database at the company is unsatisiying.
The project aims to assist the company in identigring the source of AM data in the company database. The project will use the AM data View Reference as the starting point."

"Transformasi digital telah mengubah industri media, termasuk majalah fashion and lifestyle yang kini beralih dari cetak menjadi majalah elektronik (e-magazine). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses produksi konten majalah elektronik yang dilakukan oleh FLUI Media dalam mengembangkan produk inovasi pertamanya. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tahapan manajemen produksi, mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, hingga pengawasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi dalam produksi majalah elektronik tidak hanya mempercepat distribusi konten, tetapi juga meningkatkan keterlibatan audiens melalui fitur-fitur interaktif seperti hyperlink, desain visual dinamis, serta integrasi media sosial. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa proses produksi yang dilakukan FLUI Media tidak hanya menghasilkan konten visual dan naratif, tetapi juga mencerminkan penerapan prinsip manajemen yang terstruktur dan strategis. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi industri media dengan menawarkan wawasan mengenai strategi produksi e-magazine yang efektif, serta dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengelola media dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital.

Digital transformation has reshaped the media industry, including fashion and lifestyle magazines, which have now shifted from print to electronic magazines (e-magazines). This study aims to analyze the content production process of electronic magazines carried out by FLUI Media in developing its first innovative product. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, the research explores the stages of production management, from planning, organizing, execution, to supervision. The findings show that digitalization in e-magazine production not only accelerates content distribution but also enhances audience engagement through interactive features such as hyperlinks, dynamic visual design, and social media integration. Furthermore, this study identifies that the production process implemented by FLUI Media generates not only visual and narrative content but also reflects the application of structured and strategic management principles. Therefore, this research contributes to the media industry by offering insights into effective e-magazine production strategies and can serve as a reference for media practitioners in facing the challenges of the digital era."

"Penelitian ini membahas strategi peningkatan konten engagement pada akun Instagram Votemedia.id. Dalam era digital, engagement menjadi metrik utama dalam mengukur keberhasilan suatu konten dalam menarik interaksi audiens. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan format Instagram reels, stories, dan carousel dalam meningkatkan engagement. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumentasi dari akun Instagram Votemedia.id. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi content marketing melalui format reels, stories, carousel yang efektif berdasarkan dimensi strategy, activity, dan results, serta fitur visual yang interaktif dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan pengguna. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya konsistensi dalam publikasi konten, memahami preferensi audiens, dan pemanfaatan elemen interaktif sebagai upaya meningkatkan engagement pada media sosial, khususnya Instagram.

This study discusses strategies for increasing content engagement on the Instagram account VoteMedia.id. In the digital era, engagement has become a key metric in measuring the success of content in attracting audience interaction. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of using Instagram formats such as reels, stories, and carousels in enhancing engagement. Using a qualitative method, the study collected data through interviews, observations, and document analysis from the VoteMedia.id Instagram account. The findings indicate that content marketing strategies utilizing reels, stories, and carousels when implemented effectively through the dimensions of strategy, activity, and results combined with interactive visual features, can significantly boost user engagement. The conclusion of this study highlights the importance of consistency in content publication, understanding audience preferences, and utilizing interactive elements as key efforts to increase engagement on social media platforms, particularly Instagram."
