Nama : Lathiefa RusliProgram Studi : Magister ManajemenJudul : Pengembangan Budaya Organisasi pada PT. Anugrah Bersama Sejahtera Dinamika perubahan lingkungan yang sangat cepat memaksa perusahaan untuk melakukan perubahan strategi agar dapat bertahan terhadap lingkungan yang baru. Perubahan ini dirasakan oleh PT. Anugrah Bersama Sejahtera, perusahaan manufaktur yang belum memiliki budaya organisasi. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi nilai ndash; nilai budaya yang sebaiknya dibentuk PT. Anugrah Bersama Sejahtera. Penelitian dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan business coaching dengan pendekatan observasi langsung kepada perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa PT. Anugrah Bersama Sejahtera sebaiknya menciptakan nilai budaya organisasi berupa tanggung ndash; jawab, jujur, patuh, dan tolong ndash; menolong. Anugrah Bersama Sejahtera The rapid change of environment forces companies to be able to improve a new strategy in order to survive in the new environment. This change is also experienced by PT. Anugrah Bersama Sejahtera, the manufacture company, which had not have organizational culture. The purpose of this research is to identify a number of cultural values which must be carried out PT. Anugrah Bersama Sejahtera. The research is carried out using business coaching activity with direct observation approach to the company. The result of this research shows that PT. Anugrah Bersama Sejahtera should create some values of organizational culture such as responsibility, honesty, obedience as well as help."

"ABSTRAK
Bekerja bersama individu yang mempunyai latar belakang, kultur dan budaya yang berbeda adahal hal yang dapat mudah ditemui di kehidupan berbisnis manusia saat ini. Tesis ini membahas tentang bagaimana perbedaan budaya dan kultur dapat mempengaruhi gaya bicara dan cara berbisnis. Saya akan menjelaskan tentang insiden lintas budaya dan mengaplikasian teori pada praktek. Tesis ini akan menjelaskan tentang empat bagian, bagian pertama menjelaskan insiden yang terjadi diantara dua individu yang berasal dari latar belakang berbeda, bagian kedua menjelaskan beberapa kemungkinan yang dapat menjelaskan insiden tersebut, bagian ketiga menjelaskan teori yang berhubungan dengan insiden tersebut dan bagian terakhir adalah penjelasan mengenai jawaban yang terbaik yang dapat menjelaskan mengapa insiden tersebut dapat terjadi.

ABSTRACT
Working with individuals who have different backgrounds and cultures can easily be found in business today. This thesis discusses how cultural differences can influence speech and how to do business. I will explain about cross cultural incidents and apply theory to practice. This thesis describes four sections, the first part describes the incidents that occur between two individuals from different backgrounds, the second describes some possibilities that may explain the incident, the third part describes the theory relating to the incident and the last part is an explanation of the best answer that can explain why the incident may occur."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang hubungan budaya organisai dengan kinerja karyawan pada PT Askrindo (Persero) Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba untuk memastikan apakah budaya organisasi memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja karyawan pada PT Askrindo (Persero) Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan formula statistika, yakni korelasi Rank Spearman yang perhitungannya menggunakan bantuan SPSS.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi = 0,638. Angka ini menunjukkan korelasi atau hubungan yang kuat antara Budaya Organisasi dengan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 63,8%.

This thesis discusses the relationship between organizational culture and performance of employees at PT Askrindo (Persero) Jakarta Head Office. In this study, researcher tries to determine whether organizational culture has a relationship with the performance of employees at PT Askrindo (Persero) Head Office Jakarta. This research is a descriptive quantitative in its design. Data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by using a statistical formula, the Spearman Rank correlation is calculated using SPSS.
The results of this study is that there is a relationship between organizational culture with employee performance, with a correlation coefficient = 0.638. This figure shows that there is a correlation or a strong relationship between Organizational Culture with Employee Performance of 63.8%.
