Abstrak :
Konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor yang memiliki kompleksitas tinggi dan memiliki perkembangan yang pesat di setiap tahunnya. Dapat dikatakan sektor konstruksi merupakan salah satu industry yang memiliki risiko tinggi. Kontribusi kecelakaan di sector konstruksi banyak disebabkan oleh perilaku tidak selamat walaupun sudah ada program keselamatan yang berjalan. Iklim keselamatan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran keselamatan pekerja dan mengurangi perilaku kerja tidak aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran profil iklim keselamatan di proyek A sebagai salah satu proyek konstruksi percontohan di DKI Jakarta. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pekerja di proyek A yang berjumlah 272 pekerja yang datanya diambil melalui kuesioner yang menggunakan metode potong lintang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa iklim keselamatan di proyek A ada pada level proaktif dimana skor variabel safety as value, leadership, empowerment, dan communication memiliki angka tertinggi dan variabel commitment, accountability dan training in all levels memiliki angka yang kurang dan perlu ada perhatian dari organisasi. Pelaksanaan program dan komitmen dari manajemen menjadi fokus yang harus dilakukan proyek A demi memperbaiki iklim keselamatan di proyek A. ......Construction is one sector that has a high complexity and has a rapid development every year. It can be said that the construction sector is an industry that has a high risk. The contribution of accidents in the construction sector is mostly caused by unsafe behavior even though there are already ongoing safety programs. A safety climate can increase worker safety awareness and reduce unsafe work behavior. This study aims to describe the profile of the safety climate in project A as one of the pilot construction projects in DKI Jakarta. The sample in this study were workers in project A totaling 272 workers whose data were taken through a questionnaire using the cross-sectional method. The results of this study explain that the safety climate in project A is at a proactive level where the scores for the variables safety as value, leadership, empowerment, and communication have the highest numbers and the variables commitment, accountability and training at all levels have less numbers and need attention from organization. Program implementation and commitment from management are the focus of project A to improve the safety climate in project A.

Perusahaan BUMN adalah badan usaha yang seluruhnya atau sebagian besar modalnya dimiliki oleh negara melalui penyertaan secara langsung yang berasal dari kekayaan negara yang dipisahkan. Namun tercatat dalam kurun waktu tujuh bulan saja pada tahun 2018 tercatat terdapat 12 kecelakaan Proyek Infrastuktur yang dikerjakan oleh perusahaan jasa konstruksi BUMN dan beberapa diantaranya merupakan Proyek Strategis Nasional, sehingga fenomena ini mengakibatkan adanya kerugian fisik maupun materil hingga mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan terhadap mutu dari hasil pekerjaan tersebut. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena belum terukurnya tingkat kematangan dari budaya mutu Perusahaan Jasa Konstruksi sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan atau maturity level budaya mutu pada perusahaan jasa konstruksi BUMN sehingga didapatkan strategi untuk meningkatkan maturity level budaya mutu pada perusahaan jasa konstruksi BUMN untuk menurunkan tingkat kegagalan konstruksi yang dapat terjadi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu studi literatur, validasi pakar serta kuisioner responsen, adapun diketahui jika maturity level perusahaan jasa konstruksi BUMN saat ini berada pada level 4 (Dikelola) diukur berdasarkan 5 variabel dan 43 indikator yang telah ditemukan dan didapatkan 25 strategi untuk meningkatkan level tersebut pada level yang diharapkan secara optimal menurunkan tingkat kegagalan konstruksi. ......BUMN companies are business entities which are wholly or most of their capital owned by the state through direct participation from the separated state assets. However, recorded within just seven months in 2018 there were recorded 12 accidents of Infrastructure Projects carried out by BUMN construction service companies and some of them were National Strategic Projects, so that this phenomenon resulted in physical and material losses to affect the level of trust in the quality of the work the. This can occur because the level of maturity of the quality culture of the Construction Services Company has not yet been measured, so the purpose of this study is to measure the quality culture maturity level of SOE construction service companies so that a strategy is found to increase the quality culture maturity level of BUMN construction service companies. reduce the failure rate of construction that can occur. The method used in this research is literature study, expert validation and responsive questionnaires, while it is known that the maturity level of BUMN construction service companies is currently at level 4 (managed) which is measured based on 5 variables and 43 indicators that have been found and obtained 25 strategies to increasing the rate to the expected level optimally decreases the construction failure rate.

Dalam sebuah perusahaan keluarga, peralihan generasi adalah hal yang sangat menentukan keberlangsungan sebuah perusahaan. Dalam laporan ini penulis berusaha untuk mencoba mengaitkan teori yang sudah dipelajari selama perkuliahan pada PPI-FTUI dan mengaplikasikannya di perusahaan yang sedang dijalani. Penulis ingin mengangkat teori dari sisi manajemen dan organisasi, penulis berpendapat bahwa 2 hal tersebut merupakan landasan penting agar dapat menjadi penerus dari perusahaan keluarga yang berjalan pada bidang konstruksi. Mempunyai manajemen perusahaan keluarga menjadi kunci untuk mencapai target dari perusahaan. Pada masa transisi ini, banyak hal baru yang harus penulis pelajari agar perusahaan tetap dapat beroperasi seperti pada generasi sebelumnya dan tidak mengalami banyak kerugian baik materi maupun waktu. Sosok dari generasi penerus menjadi harapan besar bagi perusahaan agar perusahaan dapat berkembang. Dengan adanya sosok baru pastinya butuh banyak penyesuaian dengan keadaan perusahaan konstruksi yang sudah berjalan kurang lebih 30 tahun. Dengan demikian pengelolaan Organisasi menjadi hal yang penting untuk generasi penerus, agar penerus perusahaan dapat secara cepat mempelajari dan mengelola perusahaan tersebut. Dengan harapan pengelolaan perusahaan dapat tepat sasaran dan budaya yang ditinggalkan dapat diikuti dan dikembangkan untuk menjadi perusahaan konstruksi keluarga yang terus maju. ......In a family company, the generational shift is a very decisive thing for the company's sustainability. In this report the author will elaborate the theory that has been learned during lectures at PPI-FTUI and apply it in the company that is being worked on. The writer wants to discuss the theory of management and organization, the opinion of that these 2 things are the foundations of a business, in order to become the successor of a family company that runs in the construction sector. Having a good managerial system is the key to achieving the company's targets, so that decreasing the loss of material and time a manager should adapt and improvise in the time of transitional period moreover with the pandemic situation that we’ve been through these past two years. The figure of the next generation becoming a new hope for the company, to make the business grow bigger than the generation before. With the new figure, it certainly needs a lot of adjustment to the condition of a construction company that has been running for about 30 years. Thus, the management and the organization study is needed for the next generation, it will affect to the successors of the company might quickly learn and manage the company to the fullest. All these study means to having a good managerial and organizational system, for the further generations, the author is willing to have the good culture that left by the ancestors but developing the managerial system become mandatory to build the family business become the construction company that will advance the world of constructions companies in Indonesia.
