"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh Indonesia dalam menghadapi era konstalasi satelit low earth orbit (LEO) dalam kemungkinan penggunaannya oleh intelijen asing sebagai alat spionase. Era konstalasi satelit LEO merupakan perkembangan teknologi yang dapat membantu aktivitas manusia. Namun, satelit LEO tersebut juga berpotensi digunakan sebagai alat spionase yang bertujuan untuk melakukan mendapatkan informasi lebih mendalam dari suatu negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif analisis deskriptif dengan menghimpun data dari studi literatur, wawancara, dan penelusuran daring. Analisis strategi Indonesia yang dapat dilakukan dalam menghadapi era konstalasi LEO menggunakan teori realisme dan konsep intelijen. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, peneliti menemukan bahwa dalam menanggapi potensi ancaman ini, pemerintah Indonesia selayaknya melakukan strategi untuk mencegah potensi ancaman tersebut, yakni dengan melakukan diplomasi ke negara-negara lain. Strategi ini dapat dilakukan dengan mengembangkan penelitian mengenai satelit LEO dan memaksimalkan peran intelijen Indonesia untuk mencari informasi dan data mengenai perkembangan konstalasi satelit LEO guna menjaga keamanan nasional Indonesia.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out how the strategies that can be carried out by Indonesia in dealing with the era of low earth orbit (LEO) constellations in their possible use by foreign intelligence as espionage tools. The era of LEO satellite constellation is a technological development that can help human activities. However, the LEO satellite also has the potential to be used as an espionage tool that aims to obtain more in-depth information from a country. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods by collecting data from literature studies, interviews, and online searches. Analysis of Indonesia's strategy that can be done in dealing with the era of LEO constellation using the theory of realism and intelligence concepts. Based on this research, the researcher found that in responding to this potential threat, the Indonesian government should implement a strategy to prevent this potential threat, namely by conducting diplomacy to other countries. This strategy can be carried out by developing research on LEO satellites and maximizing the role of Indonesian intelligence to seek information and data on the development of LEO satellite constellations in order to maintain Indonesia's national security."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai salah satu tradisi yang berkembang hingga saat ini di Minangkabau, yaitu Baburu babi. Dalam skripsi ini, baburu babi bagi masyarakat Minangkabau secara umum dipahami sebagai cara untuk membasmi babi hutan yang dianggap sebagai hama ladang. Penelitian ini berfokus pada interaksi yang terjalin dalam tradisi baburu babi. Penelitian pada skripsi ini menggunakan pendekatan etnografi multispesies untuk memahami interaksi antara paburu, anjing paburu serta babi yang saling berkelindan dalam baburu babi. Interaksi interspesies dalam baburu babi terlihat dari beragam aspek mulai di Nagari hingga di Arena paburuan. Interaksi antar subjek dalam baburu babi dipahami sebagai suatu relasi multispesies dengan bentuk co-survival. Interaksi antar subjek dalam baburu babi menunjukkan adanya proses pertukaran intersubjektif, sehingga baburu babi dipahami sebagai tradisi yang melibatkan relasi multispesies dalam praktiknya. Interaksi yang berbentuk relasi multispesies ini juga berkaitan dengan lingkungannya. Praktik-praktik dalam baburu babi menunjukkan adanya proses penubuhan lanskap yang bersifat timbal balik. Fokus pada aspek interaksi yang terjalin dalam memberikan sudut pandang baru untuk memahami tradisi yang telah berlangsung dari lama ini, bahwa untuk memahami baburu babi penting ada penekanan pada praktik yang melibatkan relasi multispesies dengan lanskapnya dan tidak bisa semata-mata dipahami dalam perspektif adat yang lebih menekankan pada hal-hal simbolik.

This research will discuss one of the ongoing traditions in Minangkabau, namely Baburu Babi. In Minangkabau society, Baburu Babi in general is understood as a way to eradicate wild boars, which are considered as field pests. Furthermore, this research will focus on the occuring interaction in Baburu Babi—what have intertwined between paburu, the hounds and the wild boars--and will be written with the help of a multispecies ethnographic approach. Interspecies interactions in Baburu Babi itself can be seen from various aspects, starting in Nagari to the Paburuan arena. The interaction between subjects in Baburu Babi is understood as a multispecies relations, which shows an intersubjective exchange process that is also closely related to their environment. The multisepcies relation is also understood as mode of co-survivor. The hunting practices in Baburu Babi shows that there is a reciprocal process of their landscape embodiment. Lastly, the focus on this interaction aspect will provide a new perspective for understanding the long-standing tradition; that Baburu Babi emphasizes practices which involve multispecies relations within their own landscapes and baburu babi cannot be understood solely in the perspective of adat which emphasizes more on symbolic matters."
