"Studi ini secara khusus membahas pengaruh implementasi Sistem Penjaminan Jaminan Nasional SPJN terhadap model bisnis PT XYZ dan kontribusi pengetahuan untuk perusahaan farmasi baru Data untuk studi ini diperoleh dari wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan PT XYZ dan kuesioner 44 pasien di rumah sakit swasta dan umum di Jakarta dan Bekasi Kuesioner meneliti tingkat pemahaman responden mengenai BPJS dan persepsi mereka terhadap kualitas obat Hasil studi menyarankan bahwa inovasi model bisnis PT XYZ diperlukan untuk mengimplementasikan strategi jangka pendek dan menyarankan PT XYZ untuk menyiapkan strategi jangka panjang untuk mengantisipasi implementasi menyeluruh BPJS di tahun 2019.

This study is specifically concerned with the effect of universal health care implementation on business model of PT XYZ, and knowledge contribution for new pharmaceutical company. Data for this study were gathered from interview with stakeholders of PT XYZ, and questionnaires of 44 patients at private and public hospital in Jakarta and Bekasi. The questionnaires investigated the understanding level of respondents about Badan Pelaksana Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) and their perception of drugs quality. These results suggest that innovation of PT XYZ’s business model is needed to implement short-term strategy and suggest that PT XYZ need to establish its long-term strategy to anticipate full implementation of BPJS in 2019.

Mandiri. Beberapa hal yang akan dilakukan analisis adalah mengenai pengaruh
atas intervensi swasta terhadap perkembangan usaha dari UMKM yang dilihat
berdasarkan peningkatan omset, aset usaha dan net profit, kemudian mengenai
perngaruh atas intervensi swasta terhadap akses keuangan dari UMKM, serta
pengaruh intervensi swasta dalam menarik perhatian Pemerintah terhadap para
pelaku UMKM yang telah mendapatkan intervensi swasta

ABSTRACT
This thesis is a discussion about the effect before and after the intervention by the
private sector in the empowerment of the micro small and medium enterprises in
case study of Wirausaha Muda Mandiri . Some things that will be analyze is the
impact of the intervention of the private sector to the development of the business
of SMEs is seen by the increase in turnover , business assets and net profit , then
the impact of the intervention of the private sector to the access to finance of
SMEs , as well as the effect of the intervention of private in drawing the
Government's attention to the the SMEs that have gained private intervention ."

"Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi business-to-business (B2B) pada Divisi Wholesale Service PT Telkom Indonesia. Data diperoleh menggunakan data kualitatif dengan mewawancarai beberapa karyawan yang terlibat dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Divisi Wholesale Service dalam pencapaian target tahun 2016. Account Management berperan besar dalam pencapaian target tersebut dimana Account Management melakukan kegiatan penawaran produk kepada pelanggan dengan menggunakan strategi business-to-business. Pelanggan dari Divisi Wholesale Service adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang telekomunikasi yang menawarkan produk kepada end user. Pelanggan tersebut disebut oleh Divisi Wholesale Service dengan OLO (Other Licensed Operator), yang terdiri dari Indosat, XL, Smartfren, Smart, STI (Sampoerna Telekomunikasi Indonesia), Hutchison 3 Indonesia, Btel (Bakrie Telecom) dan BBT (Batam Bintan Telekomunikasi).

The objective of this internship report is to analyze the business-to-business strategies in the Wholesale Service Division of PT Telkom Indonesia. Data was collected using qualitative techniques along with interviewing employees whom are involved in the activities of the Wholesale Service Division which are undertaken in order to achieve their targets in 2016. The Account Management team has a big role in achieving those targets, which is why they offer new products to existing customers using business-to-business strategies. Customers of the Wholesale Service Division are telecommunication companies called OLO (Other Licensed Operator). They are; Indosat, XL, Smartfren, Smart, STI (Sampoerna Telekomunikasi Indonesia), Hutchison 3 Indonesia, Btel (Bakrie Telecom) and BBT (Batam Bintan Telekomunikasi). They all offer different products to the end users."
