"ABSTRAKOperator jaringan bergerak, saat ini dihadapkan dengan penurunan pendapatan(revenue) tetapi di lain sisi juga dihadapkan dengan kebutuhan biaya yang makintinggi, untuk menjaga kinerja jaringan dengan performansi yang tinggi.Pengurangan pendapatan dan peningkatan biaya akan membuat sulit bagi operatoruntuk mendanai biaya pembangunan yang cenderung akan meningkat secarasignifikan di masa depan.Sebagai solusi alternatif, dengan Berbagi Jaringan / RAN Sharing akan merupakansolusi yang layak dipertimbangkan untuk mengurangi pengeluaran biaya jaringan,dan ini merupakan kecendrungan / trend yang dilakukan oleh para operatortelekomunikasi di dunia saat ini.Namun solusi RAN Sharing, walau pun mengurangi biaya investasi dan biayaoperasional, tapi timbul pertanyaan apakah dengan menjalankan strategi ini akanmenguntungkan bagi para operator yang menjalankannya. Hal ini perlu dilakukananalisis keuangan baik itu dari sisi manfaat atau biaya yang timbul dari penerapanstrategi ini, mau pun analisis kelayakan bisnis ini.Analisis rasio manfaat dan biaya akan menggunakan beberapa variable seperti biayaimplementasi, pendapatan yang diperoleh dan kerugian dari biaya operasional danjuga kerugian dari potensi pendapatan yang hilang karena implementasi proyek ini.Dari hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa bisnis layanan untuk indoor coverage tidakterlalu menjanjikan pendapatan yang besar. Solusi dengan Berbagi Jaringan (RANSharing) cukup membuat rasio manfaat dan biaya meningkat dan menjanjikan.Tetapi kebutuhan indoor coverage tetap dibutuhkan untuk menjaga image suatuoperator oleh para pelanggannya.

ABSTRACTRecently the mobile network operators are facing with a decline in income/revenuebut on the other hand are also faced with the operational cost that getting higher, tomaintain network performance with high performance. Reduction of revenues andincreased costs will make many difficulties for operators for funding the developmentcosts are likely to increase significantly in the futureAs an alternative solution, the RAN Sharing should be considered as potentialsolution to reduce network expenses, and this is a trend that is already done by theworld telecom operators today.Even, RAN sharing solution already proven that may reduce investment costs andoperating expenses, but the question arises whether to execute this strategy will behad financial profitable for the operators who run this strategy. But the requirement for indoor coverageis needed to keep the operator image from customer perspective."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana jaringan praktik selebgram terbentuk pada konteks ekonomi atensi. Berbeda dengan selebriti pada konteks media massa, praktik selebgram bukan merupakan hasil konstruksi industri. Praktik selebgram membentuk sebuah jaringan pengguna internet yang secara aktif berperan sebagai produsen sekaligus konsumen. Jaringan ini mengampu selebgram dan memberikan ruang bagi komersialisasi kontemporer, yaitu konsumsi narasi-narasi kecil selebgram oleh pengguna internet lainnya, sehingga memberikan pengguna gambaran tentang praktik selebgram dan memampukan pengguna untuk menjadi pelaku. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mendeskripsikan bagaimana selebgram menampilkan diri secara visual pada kanal Instagram. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa selebgram mengkonstruksikan cybersituations dalam praktiknya, sehingga praktik selebgram merupakan praktik yang membawa pemberdayaan bagi pelakunya. ABSTRAKThis research aims to understand how the networked practice of Instagram celebrities is shaped within the context of attention economy. Different from celebrities within the context of mass media, the practice of Instagram celebrities is not constructed by the industry. The practice of Instagram celebrities form a network of internet users who actively play their role as producers as well as consumers. This network props Instagram celebrities and facilitates contemporary commercialization. "ABSTRACTPenelitian ini merupakan upaya eksplorasi untuk menyelidiki peran network sebagai faktor penting dalam keberhasilan perusahaan Born Global yang bergerak dibidang IT dalam usahanya untuk masuk ke dunia internasionalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa network bisnis, marketing, keuangan, IT yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan born global selama tiga fase internasionalisasi adalah kunci penting bagi perusahaan born global ntuk melaksanakan bisnis mereka secara global dan menyusun strategi yang baik untuk memasuki negara dan pasar yang baru. ABSTRACTThis research is an exploratory attempt to investigate the role of network as a success factor behind the internationalization performance of born global IT firms. The result shows that network business, marketing, financial, IT acquire by the born global firm during the three phases of internationalization does help the born global to implement their business globally as well as compose country strategy and market establishment. A focus on three similar business cases of born global IT firm are provided for further support. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi pengaruh aglomerasi terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja industri pengolahan dengan mempertimbangkan adanya keterkaitan spasial (spatial dependence) untuk 110 kabupaten/kota di Pulau Jawa pada tahun 2005, 2010, 2015, dan 2005-2010-2015. Estimasi dilakukan pada data cross section dengan menggunakan metode ordinary least square (OLS) dan ekonometrika spasial. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan nonlinier antara produktivitas tenaga kerja industri pengolahan dengan aglomerasi dalam bentuk kurva U terbalik. Peningkatan aglomerasi akan meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja industri pengolahan, namun kenaikan produktivitas tersebut semakin lama akan mengecil (increasing but diminishing). Ketika disimulasikan nilai titik kritis aglomerasi pada kondisi di mana kenaikan kepadatan tenaga kerja sebesar 1 orang/Ha hanya akan meningkatkan produktivitas sebesar kurang dari (<) Rp 1.000,-/orang, maka dapat diketahui bahwa Kota Jakarta Utara pada tahun 2005 sudah melewati titik kritis, sementara wilayah lainnya masih berada di bawah titik kritis. Penggunaan estimator maximum likelihood dalam mengestimasi model spasial belum konsisten menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap hubungan dampak aglomerasi dan produktivitas tenaga kerja industri pengolahan. Terjadi pula efek curahan (spillover) spasial antar kabupaten/kota di Pulau Jawa pada tahun 2005 dan gabungan ketiga tahun berupa curahan (spillover) produktivitas tenaga kerja dari wilayah yang bertetangga serta dependensi spasial pada error.

This study aims to estimate the the effect of agglomeration on manufacturing labor productivity by considering the presence of spatial dependence for 110 regencies/cities in Java Island in 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2005-2010-2015. Estimations are conducted on cross section data using ordinary least square (OLS) and spatial econometrics method.

The estimation results show nonlinear relationship between agglomeration and manufacturing labor productivity in the form of inverted U shape curve. An increase in agglomeration will increase labor productivity, but the slope is declining (increasing but diminishing). The simulation of critical point value in conditions where an increase in 1 person/Ha labor density will only increase productivity by less than (<) Rp 1.000,-/person, shows that North Jakarta City in 2005 has passed this critical point while other regions are still below.

Estimating spatial model with maximum likelihood estimator has not consistently shown the effect on the relationship between agglomeration effect and manufacturing labor productivity. There were spatial spillover effects between regions in Java Island on 2005 and 2005-2010-2015 in the form of labor productivity spillover from neighbouring regions and spatial dependencies on error."

Menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari 241 perusahaan properti di Indonesia yang diolah menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jaringan bisnis memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap ketahanan dan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa peran kapabilitas platform digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dalam konteks sektor properti di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris yang menunjukkan bahwa jaringan bisnis dapat berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi dan memberikan wawasan baru tentang bagaimana jaringan bisnis perusahaan dan kapabilitas platform digital, dalam konteks sektor properti, dapat mempengaruhi pengembangan kapasitas ketahanan organisasinya, yang membantu untuk bertahan dari krisis dan berkinerja baik secara berkelanjutan.

Covid-19 pandemic is driving businesses to grow and run in new ways about an organization's ability to survive in any situation. This study examines how business networks and digital platform capabilities are factors that affect the resilience capacity of organizations and at the same time maintain their performance. Using data collected from 241 property companies in Indonesia processed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis, the results of this study show that business networks have a positive and significant influence on the resilience and performance of organization. This study also reveals that role of digital platform capabilities has no significant effect on organizational performance in the context of the property sector in Indonesia. This research provides empirical contributions that business networks can have a direct effect on organizational performance and provides new insights into how a company's business networks and digital platform capabilities, in the context of the property sector, can influence the development of its organizational resilience capacity, which helps it to survive crises and perform well sustainably."
