"Transportasi merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam distribusi obat dan alat kesehatan karena berhubungan dengan kualitas obat selama pengiriman. Oleh karena itu, pemeriksaan harian kendaraan penting untuk dilakukan guna mencegah risiko adanya kerusakan obat dan alat kesehatan selama perjalanan. Pemeriksaan harian kendaraan didokumentasikan menggunakan form tertulis untuk mencegah kesalahan dari komunikasi lisan dan memenuhi prinsip ketertelusuran, keamanan, aksesibilitas, integritas, dan validitas. Laporan ini ditulis sebagai usulan pengembangan aplikasi sebagai bentuk digitalisasi pengisian form pemeriksaan harian kendaraan di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Usulan ini didapatkan dengan melakukan diskusi dan pengkajian literatur terkait solusi untuk masalah-masalah yang terdapat di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari terutama dalam hal dokumentasi. Pengembangan aplikasi diharapkan dapat mempermudahkan personel dalam mengakses form, mengurangi risiko kehilangan dokumen, dan memudahkan pemantauan serta rekap dokumen yang dilakukan oleh penanggungjawab terhadap form yang sudah diisi oleh personel.

Transportation is an important aspect of drug and medical device distribution as it relates to the quality of drugs during delivery. Therefore, daily inspection of vehicles is important to prevent the risk of damage to drugs and medical devices during transportation. Daily vehicle inspection is documented using a written form to prevent errors from verbal communication and fulfill the principles of traceability, security, accessibility, integrity, and validity. This report is written as a proposal for application development as a form of digitalization of filling out the daily vehicle inspection form at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. This proposal was obtained by conducting discussions and reviewing literature related to solutions for existing problems at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, especially in terms of documentation. Application development is expected to make it easier for personnel to access the form, reduce the risk of losing documents, and facilitate monitoring and recap of documents carried out by the person in charge of the form that has been filled out by personnel."

"Pengukuran tingkat kematangan implementasi scrum dunia pengembangan perangkat lunak memerlukan survei berbasis scrum maturity model. Namun demikian, terdapat keterbatasan waktu dalam membuat survei secara berulang di setiap awal bulan untuk mengevaluasi proses tersebut. Hambatan tersebut mendorong dibuatnya sebuah aplikasi bernama Scrum Maturity Tool (SMT) yang berbasis web untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan scrum. Aplikasi SMT dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfall karena seluruh kebutuhan sistem sudah matang dari awal sehingga meminimalisir adanya perubahan kebutuhan pada aplikasi. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan akan memiliki manfaat untuk mempersingkat waktu anggota scrum dalam pembuatan, pengisian, dan pengolahan data survei pada setiap sprint retrospective. Pada evaluasi fungsionalitas aplikasi, semua skenario usability testing yang dilakukan oleh developer dan product manager perusahaan XYZ serta user acceptance testing berhasil dilalui dengan sukses. Nilai dari System Usability Scale (SUS) masuk dalam kategori good dengan skor B. Performa dari aplikasi SMT juga dapat dikatakan sangat baik dari segi response time dan aksesibilitas pengguna yang diukur menggunakan Locust untuk backend dan Google Lighthouse untuk frontend.

Measuring the maturity level of scrum implementation in the world of software development requires a survey based on the scrum maturity model. However, there is a time limit for conducting repeated surveys at the beginning of each month to evaluate the process. These obstacles prompted the creation of a web-based application called the Scrum Maturity Tool (SMT) to measure the level of scrum maturity. The SMT application was developed using the waterfall method because all system requirements have been prepared from the start so as to minimize any changes in application requirements. The developed application will have the benefit of shortening Scrum members' time in creating, filling in, and processing monitoring data at each sprint retrospective. In the evaluation of application functionality, all scenario usability tests conducted by XYZ company developers and product managers as well as user acceptance tests were passed successfully. The value of the System Usability Scale (SUS) is in a good category with a score of B. The performance of the SMT application can also be said to be very good in terms of response time and user accessibility as measured using Locust for the backend and Google Lighthouse for the front end."

"PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) merupakan salah satu perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia yang melayani nasabahnya dengan baik. Meskipun demikian, BNI berupaya untuk selalu meningkatkan layanan terhadap nasabahnya dengan menciptakan aplikasi BNI Call. Akan tetapi, BNI Call yang diciptakan belum berhasil untuk mencapai target pengguna yang diinginkan BNI. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini melakukan evaluasi menggunakan usability testing dan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap aplikasi BNI Calls saat ini ke 20 partisipan penelitian. Hasilnya membuktikan bahwa kondisi aplikasi BNI Call saat ini membutuhkan perbaikan karena memperoleh nilai SUS 31,25 dengan predikat poor. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perancangan rekomendasi desain interaksi alternatif menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) dari hasil evaluasi yang sebelumnya dilakukan. Setelah rancangan tercipta, dilakukan proses evaluasi kembali terhadap rancangan yang membuktikan bahwa rancangan desain interaksi alternatif memiliki usability yang baik karena memperoleh nilai SUS sebesar 78,75 dengan predikat good.

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) is one of the banking companies in Indonesia that serves its customers well. Nevertheless, BNI strives to always improve services to its customers by creating the BNI Call application. However, the BNI Call that was created has not succeeded in achieving the user target BNI wanted. Based on these problems, this study evaluates using usability testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire on the current BNI Calls application to 20 research participants. The results prove that the current condition of the BNI Call application requires improvement because it has a SUS score of 31.25 with a poor predicate. Next, an alternative interaction design recommendation was designed using the User Centered Design (UCD) method from the results of the previous evaluation. After the design was created, a re-evaluation process was carried out on the design which proved that the alternative interaction design design had good usability because it obtained an SUS score of 78.75 with a good predicate."

"Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (Fasilkom) Universitas Indonesia (UI) telah mengembangkan dua aplikasi web, yaitu (1) Sistem Informasi Sidang (Sisidang) dan (2) Sistem Pengecekan Plagiarisme Elang. Kedua aplikasi web tersebut berturut-turut digunakan untuk memfasilitasi proses pengumpulan, penilaian, dan revisi, serta mengecek tingkat plagiarisme laporan tugas akhir setiap mahasiswa. Akan tetapi, pada kedua aplikasi web tersebut masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan cara kerja, yaitu (1) Elang hanya mengakomodasi pengecekan laporan tugas akhir mahasiswa versi pra-sidang, (2) Elang belum melakukan pengecekan laporan-laporan akhir baru secara otomatis setiap kali terdapat laporan yang diunggah ke Sisidang, (3) pada beberapa kasus Elang menampilkan judul laporan tugas akhir yang kurang sesuai, (4) penggunaan query parameter berupa NPM dapat menimbulkan masalah kurang tepatnya penilaian tingkat plagiarisme, (5) halaman detail hasil cek plagiarism kurang user-friendly, dan (6) hasil cek plagiarism hanya bisa dilihat di Elang. Oleh karena itu, sejumlah perbaikan/penyesuaian perlu dilakukan untuk memperbaiki cara kerja kedua aplikasi web tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang terdapat pada cara kerja Sisidang dan Elang dalam tahapan-tahapan sebelum dan sesudah Sidang. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk melakukan integrasi yang lebih matang antara Sisidang dan Elang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi design science research sebagai metodologi penelitian. Identifikasi serta analisis masalah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif berupa wawancara serta mengadakan pertemuan antara product owner dan pengguna kedua aplikasi tersebut. Setelah identifikasi dan analisis masalah dan kebutuhan, penelitian ini mengajukan usulan solusi terhadap masalah yang telah diidentifikasi. Dengan berdasar kepada usulan solusi tersebut, integrasi Elang dan Sisidang serta modifikasi dan penyesuaian fitur untuk mengakomodasi integrasi tersebut berhasil dikembangkan. Setelah integrasi serta penyesuaian fitur berhasil dilakukan, evaluasi sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode user acceptance test. Evaluasi dilakukan kepada enam orang responden yang terdiri dari dosen dan staf sekretariat akademik Fasilkom UI. Seluruh responden setuju bahwa sistem berhasil dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengecekan plagiarisme. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu melancarkan proses berjalannya Sidang terutama bagi dosen dan staf sekretariat akademik serta bagi para pengembang aplikasi dalam memperbaiki serta mengembangkan aplikasinya.

The Faculty of Computer Science (Fasilkom) Universitas Indonesia (UI) has developed two web applications, which are (1) Sistem Informasi Sidang (Sisidang) and (2) Sistem Pengecekan Plagiarisme Elang. Both applications are used to facilitate the submission, the markings, and the revision of a student's thesis, as well as checking for the possibility of plagiarism. However, both applications have weaknesses on how they operate, which are (1) Elang only does plagiarism checks for documents that are uploaded before the thesis defence, (2) Elang needs to be triggered manually to check for newly submitted document before running plagiarism checks for that specific document, (5) Elang would extract the wrong title of the thesis in some cases, (4) the use of only using student ID as query parameter for plagiarism checks leads may lead to a duplication of results, (5) the not so user-friendly plagiarism check results page, (6) plagiarism check results can only be accessed in Elang. Therefore, the need for modifications and adjustments are needed to address the problems. This study uses design science research as the methodology of study. The identification and analysis of problems are conducted by using the qualitative method of interview and meetings with the product owner and users of both applications. After the identification and analysis of the problems, this study proposes solutions to address each of the problems that have been identified. Based on the proposed solution, the integration of Sisidang and Elang as well as the modifications and adjustments to accommodate the integration has been successfully finished. After the integration, modifications, and adjustments are finished, evaluation of the system is done by using the methodology of user acceptance testing. The evaluation is done through six respondents who are the main users of both apps, the lecturers, and the academic secretariat staff. All respondents agree that the new system has successfully addressed the problems and fill in the need of plagiarism checks in the process of thesis defence. This study is expected to smoothen the process of the thesis defence especially for lecturers and the academic secretary staff and developers that need improving their applications."

"Pembelajaran jarak jauh, terutama yang bersifat asinkron, telah menjadi pilihan utama bagi banyak individu untuk pengembangan diri dan pendidikan formal. Kontrol lingkungan dalam pembelajaran asinkron memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pelajar. Pandemi COVID-19 memaksa institusi pendidikan untuk beralih dari pembelajaran daring ke tatap muka, menciptakan tantangan bagi mahasiswa yang tidak terbiasa dengan metode pembelajaran luring. Banyak mahasiswa beralih ke platform MOOC dalam mencari pengetahuan, namun kurangnya dukungan teknologi untuk penerapan strategi SRL menyulitkan mereka. Studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan belajar mandiri atau self-regulated learning competencies adalah kunci kesuksesan akademis. Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) memegang peranan penting dalam gelombang ketiga pengukuran SRL, di mana Jurnal Belajar menjadi komponen utama. Penggunaan rutin Jurnal Belajar terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar dan mengembangkan kemampuan metakognisi. Namun, dalam konteks platform pembelajaran online, terdapat kebutuhan mendesak akan alat yang mendukung SRL. Penelitian ini merupakan kelanjutan dari pengembangan aplikasi jurnal belajar Diaria, yang sebelumnya mendapatkan evaluasi positif namun memiliki beberapa kendala teknis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Diaria yang lebih Scalable, mengatasi tantangan yang ada, dan mendukung para pelajar dalam mengembangkan keterampilan regulasi diri mereka. Proses pengembangan menggunakan pendekatan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan fokus pada metode prototype. Hasil akhir aplikasi Diaria di-deploy pada cloud peneliti. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui usability testing dan performance testing. Meskipun pengguna berhasil menjalankan use case, terdapat beberapa masalah terkait tampilan dan flow aplikasi yang perlu diperbaiki. Performance testing menunjukkan skalabilitas yang menjanjikan, tetapi response time perlu dioptimalkan. Dalam keseluruhan, aplikasi Diaria memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dengan beberapa perbaikan yang diperlukan.

Distance learning, especially asynchronous learning, has become the primary choice for many individuals for self-development and formal education. Environmental control in asynchronous learning significantly impacts the success of students. The COVID-19 pandemic forced educational institutions to transition from online to face-to-face learning, posing challenges for students unfamiliar with in-person learning methods. Many students turned to MOOC platforms in search of knowledge, but the lack of technological support for implementing SRL strategies proved to be a hindrance. Literature studies indicate that self-regulated learning competencies are crucial for academic success. Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) plays a vital role in the third wave of SRL measurement, where Learning Journals become a key component. Regular use of Learning Journals has proven to enhance learning outcomes and develop metacognitive abilities. However, in the context of online learning platforms, there is an urgent need for tools supporting SRL. This research builds upon the development of the Diaria learning journal application, which received positive evaluations but faced some technical challenges. The aim of this study is to develop a more scalable Diaria application, addressing existing challenges and supporting students in enhancing their self-regulation skills. The development process follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, with a focus on the prototype method. The final Diaria application is deployed on the researcher’s cloud. Evaluation is conducted through usability testing and performance testing. Although users successfully executed use cases, there are some issues related to the application’s interface and flow that need improvement. Performance testing indicates promising scalability, but response times need optimization. Overall, the Diaria application meets user needs with some necessary enhancements."

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai perancangan prototipe kuesiner pra skrining perkembangan (KPSP) berbasis elektronik di Puskesmas Cinere, Kecamatan Cinere, Kota Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan sistem RAD (Rapid Application Development). Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan metode wawancara kepada bidan Puskesmas Cinere ditemukan adanya keluhan bahwa pengisian KPSP kurang praktis. Hal ini dapat
mempengaruhi beban kerja tenaga kesehatan yang berakibat pula pada target pencapaian DDTK. Inilah yang menjadi peluang bagi peneliti merancang prototipe KPSP berbasis elektronik dengan harapan proses pencatatan dan pelaporan menjadi lebih mudah, praktis, dan cepat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut telah dikembangakan prototipe kuesioner pra skrining perkembangan berbasis elektronik. Rancangan prototipe tersebut telah disimulasikan pada bidan di Puskesmas Cinere dengan respon yang baik dari para bidan.
ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the design of electronic-based developmental pre-screening questionnaire (KPSP) prototype in Cinere Health Center, Cinere District, Depok City. This research is a qualitative study with the method of developing RAD (Rapid Application Development) systems. Based on the results of data collection conducted by the interview method to the Cinere Puskesmas midwife, complaints were found that
KPSP filling was less practical. This can affect the workload of health workers which also results in the target of achieving early detection of under-fives. This is the opportunity for researchers to design electronic-based KPSP prototypes in the hope that the recording and reporting process becomes easier, practical, and faster. Based on this,
a prototype of electronic-based developmental pre-screening questionnaire has been developed. The design of the prototype was simulated in midwives at the Cinere Health Center with a good response from midwives."
