"[ ABSTRAKManusia sebagai makhluk sosial membutuhkan interaksi dengan sesame manusia lainnyasebagai bagian dari kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari,sehingga bekerja dan berinteraksi dengan yanglain adalah sesuatu yang kita sebagai manusia tidak dapat hindari. Dalam hidup saya, saya telahmenjadi bagian dari banyak kelompok baik itu kelompok formal maupun informal dengantujuan dan fokus kelompok yang berbeda satu dengan lainya. Untuk tugas ini saya memilihpengalaman saya ketika saya melakukan magang di Bursa Efek Indonesia,yang memberi sayapengalaman yang sangat penting dan contoh dunia nyata bagi saya .Dalam makalah ini saya akan memperkenalkan kelompok dan struktur organisasi kelompok ,bagaimana fungsi kelompok , bagaimana mengelola konflik dalam kelompok dan processpenyelesaian , proses kepemimpinan , dan akhirnya hal-hal yang telah saya pelajari dari tugasini.

ABSTRACTHuman as a social being need an interaction with any other human being as a part of the daily

needs so working and interact with other is something that we as a human cannot avoid. In my

life I have been a part of many groups in different aspect either formal or informal group with

different purposes and focus. . For the purpose of this assessment I choose my experience when

I did an internship in Indonesia stock exchange which gave me a very important experience

and real world example for me.

In this paper I will introduce the group and the group organization structure, how the group

function, managing the conflict in group, leadership process, and finally things that I have
