"Penyakit kolera di Batavia tahun 1901-1927 dan upaya pemberantasan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Hindia Belanda menjadi fokus penelitian dari penulisan skripsi ini. Penyakit yang disebabkan oleh Vibrio Cholerae ini mewabah secara luas sebagai akibat dari lingkungan Batavia yang kotor dan kurangnya perhatian penduduk mengenai pentingnya kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat tahapan dalam metode sejarah, yaitu heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi dengan menitikberatkan pada sumber-sumber tertulis. Selain itu, penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor geografi, iklim, ekonomi, dan sosial masyarakat Batavia menjadi penyebab mewabahnya penyakit kolera di Batavia yang berdampak pada peningkatan jumlah kematian penduduk sehingga pemerintah Hindia Belanda melakukan tindakan preventif dan kuratif dalam memberantas penyakit kolera di Batavia.

The cholera epidemic disease in Batavia which occurred in 1901-1927 and the eradication effort carried out by the Dutch East Indies government is the focus of this research and thesis. This disease which is caused by Vibro Cholerae is widely prevalent as a result of Batavia’s unsanitary environment and the lack of society’s attention towards the importance of health. With an emphasis on written sources, this research uses four stages in the historical method namely heuristic, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Furthermore, this research uses a descriptive analytical approach. The research results showed that Batavia’s geographical, climatic, economic, and social factor became the cause of the cholera outbreak which increased the number of death in the population so that the Dutch East Indies government undertook preventive and curative actions to demolish the cholera epidemic disease in Batavia."

"Keseimbangan waktu mengurus pekerjaan dan mengurus hal lain di luar pekerjaan merupakan hal penting bagi pemilik UMK. Selain itu, motivasi dan kepribadian pemilik UMK juga menjadi bagian penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMK. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh work-life balance, motivasi, dan owner personality terhadap kinerja UMK di wilayah Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 152 pemilik UMK sebagai responden. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance motivasi, dan personality pemilik UMK dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMK. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 20,0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja UMK, sementara motivasi dan personality pemilik UMKM memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja UMK. Jumlah responden dan waktu penelitian perlu ditingkatkan guna penelitian selanjutnya. Selain itu, motivasi kewirausahaan dengan alat ukur yang spesifik perlu digunakan dalam penelitian selanjutnya.

Balance of time for taking care of work and other things in micro and small entreprises is important thing to the owners. In addition, the motivation and the personality of the owners in micro and small entreprises also become the important thing. The research discuss about the influence of work life balance, motivation, and personality on small medium enterprises performance in Jabodetabek. This research conduct of 152 micro and small enterprises owners. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS 20.0 software. The purpose of the research is to know the influence of work life balance, motivation, and personality of the micro and small entreprises owners in order to improve the performance. The results of the research are work life balance do not have influence on small medium enterprises performance, where motivation and personality have influence on micro and small enterprises performance. The number of respondents and time for research need to be improved. Besides that, entrepreneurial motivation with specific measuring tools should be used for future research. "
