Abstrak :
Masa Pandemi COVID-19 menjadi masalah serius dan berdampak pada kehidupan terutama di dunia pendidikan. Adanya perubahan metode belajar dari tatap muka menjadi daring menimbulkan efek yang beragam pada mahasiswa keperawatan terutama pada masalah kesehatan jiwa dan kemampuan mereka dalam mengatasi tantangan yang terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan efikasi diri dalam pembelajaran mahasiswa keperawatan dimasa transisi pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasi menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dan regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel yang paling berhubungan pada efikasi diri adalah tingkat kecemasan dan dukungan sosial. Variabel tingkat kecemasan menjadi peluang terbesar untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri mahasiswa keperawatan dengan nilai odd ratio 112,316. Pihak pendidikan perlu menambahkan mata kuliah elektif manajemen stress menjadi mata kuliah dasar pada mata kuliah konsep dasar keperawatan. Peneliti berikutnya dapat melihat dukungan sosial yang lebih bermanfaat dalam 3 dimensi seperti dukungan sosial keluarga, dukungan sosial teman dan orang penting terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan dan meningkatkan efikasi diri mahasiswa keperawatan semester II di Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Indonesia. ......The COVID-19 pandemic has become a serious problem and has an impact on life, especially in the world of education. The change in learning methods from face-to-face to online has various effects on nursing students, especially on mental health problems and their ability to cope with the challenges that occur. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors most related to self-efficacy in nursing student learning during the COVID-19 pandemic transition. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive correlational design using a cross sectional approach and multiple logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables most related to self-efficacy are the level of anxiety and social support. The anxiety level variable is the biggest opportunity to increase nursing students' self-efficacy with an odd ratio value of 112,316. The education sector needs to add stress management elective courses to be basic courses in basic nursing concepts. The next researcher can see that social support is more useful in 3 dimensions such as family social support, social support from friends and important people to reduce anxiety levels and increase self-efficacy of second semester nursing students at the Indonesian Faculty of Nursing.

Abstrak :
Anak usia sekolah merupakan tahapan perkembangan psikososial yang berada pada tahap Industry vs Inferiority. Analisa yang dilakukan sesuai dengan pendekatan teori Eric Ericson yaitu berkaitan dengan aspek perkembangan dan tugas perkembangan psikososial di tahapan Industry. Hasil dari pemberian terapi pada karya ilmiah ini adalah adnya perubahan aspek perkembangan, tugas perkembangan dan kecerdasan emosional pada anak usia sekolah. Rekomendasi untuk karya ilmiah berikutnya adalah melakukan analisa dengan kombinasi pendekatan teori psikoanalisa Sigmun Freud dan menganalisa peran kader dalam pendidikan kesehatan di kelompok sehat serta faktor-faktor yang memicu tumbuh kembang anak usia sekolah. ......School-aged children are a stage of psychosocial development that is at the stage of industry and inferiority. The analysis was carried out in accordance with Eric Ericson’s theoretical approach, which is related to developmental aspects and psychosocial development tasks at the industrial stage. The results of therapy in this scientific work are changes in the aspects of development, developmental tasks and emotional intelligence in school-aged children. The recommendation for the next scientific work is to carry out an analysis using a combination of the psychoanalytic theory of Sigmund Freud and to analyze the role of executives in health education in healthy groups and the factors that trigger the growth and development of the school- age children
