"Air tanah dangkal masih menjadi sumber utama bagi masyarakat untuk memenuhi sumber daya air. Skripsi ini membahas tentang ketersediaan airtanah dangkal yang diukur dengan kedalaman muka airtanah, kualitas, dan ketersediannya sepanjang tahun. Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana hubungan ketersediaan tersebut dengan kondisi fisik dan sosial, yaitu geologi dan penggunaan tanah. Selain itu, dilihat juga bagaimana masyarakat di wilayah ini memanfaatkan airtanah tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ketersediaan airtanah dangkal di wilayah penelitian memiliki kaitan dengan geologi pada kedalaman dan penggunaan tanah pada kualitas. Sedangkan dalam pemanfaatannya, masyarakat akan memanfaatkan airtanah sesuai dengan ketersediannya. Bila ketersediaan baik, maka masyarakat akan menggunakannya untuk semua kebutuhan. Pemanfaatan akan menurun seiring dengan menurunnya ketersediaan.

Shallow groundwater still be the main resources for society to comply water resources. Focus of this study is about shallow groundwater availability which is measured by depth of groundwater level, its quality, and its availability year around. This study observe how is correlation between groundwater availability with its physical and social condition, they are geology and landuse. Moreover, observation also about how the society in that area utilize the groundwater itself. Result of tfrom this study is groundwater availability in that area have relations with its geology in depth into groundwater and landuse in water quality. Meanwhile for its usage, society will utilize in accordance with its availability. If the availability is good, the society will utilize for all domestic usage. This usage will decrease if the availability decrease too."

"Sejak tahun 2008, PSAK 13 mengenai properti investasi sudah efektif diberlakukan. Perusahaan memiliki dua opsi untuk metode pengukuran properti investasi setelah pengakuan awal, yaitu metode biaya dan metode nilai wajar. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya, metode nilai wajar dipercaya lebih relevan untuk investor. Oleh karena itu, penilitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah metode nilai wajar untuk mengukur properti investasi meningkatkan relevansi nilai dari informasi akuntansi. Dengan menggunakan data perusahaan tercatat di Indonesia dalam periode 2008-2015, Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan model Ohlson untuk menguji hipotesis. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti terhadap nilai relevansi bahwa metode nilai wajar untuk properti investasi tidak meningkatkan relevansi informasi akuntansi dalam menilai harga pasar saham perusahaan Indonesia.

Since 2008, PSAK 13 about investment property had been effectively implemented. Companies have two options for their investment property measurement method after initial recognition, which are cost method and fair value method. According to previous research, fair value method is more relevant for investor. Therefore, this research is aimed to test whether fair value method used to measure investment property improve the value relevance of accounting information. Using the data of public listed companies in Indonesia for period 2008-2015, this research implemented Ohlson's model to test the hypothesis. The research provide evidences on value relevance that fair value method on investment does not increase the relevance of accounting information in valuing Indonesian companies' market share price."

"Komitmen organisasi saat ini menjadi salah satu fokus terpenting bagi manajemen untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Tindakan afirmatif dapat menjadi strategi yang tepat untuk mencapai komitmen organisasi bagi karyawan. Selain itu, kerjasama tim sebagai faktor signifikan yang mampu mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi diusulkan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tindakan afirmatif terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan memediasi kerja tim pegawai tetap Perum LKBN Antara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survei, menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 582 responden sesuai kriteria sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara tindakan afirmatif terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan kerja tim terhadap komitmen organisasi, serta hubungan positif yang signifikan antara tindakan afirmatif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kemudian, hasil penelitian juga menyatakan bahwa kerjasama tim secara parsial memediasi pengaruh tindakan afirmatif terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai tetap Perum LKBN Antara.

Organizational commitment is currently one of the most important focuses for management to achieve company goals. Affirmative action can be the right strategy to achieve organizational commitment for employees. In addition, teamwork as a significant factor capable of influencing organizational commitment is proposed as a mediating variable in this study. This study aims to analyze the effect of affirmative action on organizational commitment by mediating the teamwork of permanent employees of Perum LKBN Antara. This study uses a quantitative research approach with data collection techniques using surveys, distributing questionnaires to 582 respondents according to the sample criteria. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The results of his research indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between affirmative action on organizational commitment, and teamwork on organizational commitment, as well as a significant positive relationship between affirmative action on organizational commitment. Then, the research results also state that teamwork partially mediates the effect of affirmative action on the organizational commitment of permanent employees of Perum LKBN Antara."

"ABSTRACTThis paper investigates how Anti-Corruption Authorities (ACA) make use of performance measurement in order to improve performance management. The research framework has been developed from Ferreira and Otley (2009). The authors used a qualitative method with multiple case study in order to perform comparative research. Indonesia's Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi and Swedish National Anti-Corruption Unit were chosen as the sample of the study. The research found that both of the authorities has a greatly different performance management system and performance measurement. It can be seen from the use of key performance indicators and its role in the management control system, as well as the target setting, performance evaluation, and rewards."
