Abstrak :
Penelitian ini menginvestigasi inkonsistensi implementasi prinsip-prinsip Islam pada produk properti perumahan tapak bertajuk syari rsquo;ah yang ditawarkan oleh pengembang di Bekasi. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menjawab dua pertanyaan yaitu: 1 apakah produk perumahan syari rsquo;ah terutama perumahan tapak di Bekasi telah memenuhi prinsip-prinsip Islam dengan maksimal, seperti pada transaksi keuangan? dan 2 jika belum, apa penyebab produk perumahan syari rsquo;ah belum bisa memenuhi prinsip-prinsip Islam? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran dengan strategi eksplanatoris sekuensial. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: 1 produk perumahan syari rsquo;ah di Bekasi belum bisa memenuhi prinsip-prinsip Islam dengan maksimal seperti pada transaksi keuangan; 2 pengembang mengetahui prinsip-prinsip Islam pada properti perumahan namun tetap membangun unit rumah yang tidak sesuai dengan prinsip Islam, dan; 3 pengembang khawatir margin keuntungan menurun. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa di satu sisi pengembang ingin menjangkau masyarakat menengah ke bawah namun di sisi lain biaya pengembangan perumahan dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam cukup tinggi. ......This research investigates inconsistencies in the implementation of Islamic principles on housing product with sharia titled offered by developers in Bekasi, especially on landed house type. This study attempts to answer two questions 1 Does the shariah housing product especially landed houses type in Bekasi have fulfilled the Islamic principles maximally, as in financial transactions And 2 if not, what is the cause of shariah housing products can not fulfill the Islamic principles. This research uses mixed method with sequential explanatory strategy. This study found that 1 Shariah housing products in Bekasi have not been able to fulfill Islamic principles maximally as in financial transactions 2 the developer knows the principles of Islam on housing but still builds product which are inconsistent with Islamic principles, and 3 developers are concerned that profit margins are declining. This study concludes that, one side the developer wants to reach the middle to lower society but on the other hand the development cost of the housing with Islamic principles is quite high.

Komik merupakan medium unik yang menggabungkan dua jenis representasi yaitu gambar dan teks untuk menyampaikan informasi dengan harapan dapat menghasilkan respon tertentu dari pembaca. Arsitektur di dalam komik tidak hanya digunakan sebagai background untuk menginformasikan kepada pembaca dimana suatu adegan terjadi (sense of place) dan untuk membangun emosi tertentu (sense of depth), namun arsitektur juga dapat digunakan sebagai elemen pembangun cerita di dalam komik. Studi kasus yang digunakan adalah komik "Yes is More, An Archicomic of Architectural Evolution" oleh BIG dan komik "Durarara" oleh Ryohgo Narita, Suzuhito Yasuda dan Akiyo Satorigi.

Comic book is a unique medium which combines two kinds of representations, images and words, to convey informations in hope to gain response from the readers. Architecture in comic book is not only used as background to establish sense of place and sense of depth to the readers, but also can be used as the constructor elements of the story in the comic book. The cases study for this topic are "Yes is More, An Archicomic of Architectural Evolution", a comic book by BIG and "Durarara", a comic book by Ryohgo Narita, Suzuhito Yasuda and Akiyo Satorigi.
