Abstrak :
Pengembangan inovasi yang dipengaruhi oleh sistem informasi seperti BPR (Business Process Reengineering) dan ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) menjadi tren dalam beberapa dekade terakhir untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Untuk dapat merumuskan strategi inovasi organisasi yang merupakan bagian dari manajemen strategi, perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai model inovasi organisasi, sistem informasi, dan inovasi strategis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Delphi dan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) untuk mendapatkan variabel model tersebut. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada perguruan tinggi, inovasi organisasi lebih bergantung kepada proses, sedangkan pada perusahaan telekomunikasi, inovasi organisasi lebih bergantung kepada teknologi.

Development of innovation that affected by information systems such as BPR (Business Process Reengineering) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) are becoming a trend in recent decades to achieve competitive advantage. To be able to formulate a strategy of organizational innovation that is part of strategic management, research needs to be done on the model of organizational innovation, information systems, and strategic innovation. This research used Delphi and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) to obtain the variables of designated model. This research shows that in higher education, organizational innovation depends more on the process, and in telecommunication company, organizational innovation depends more on the technology.

Abstrak :
Pengambilan keputusan dalam proyek adalah suatu usaha yang kompleks. Proyek adalah organisasi sementara yang dikelilingi oleh ketidakpastian yang melekat. Ketidakpastian yang dapat terjadi dalam proyek antara lain ketidakpastian waktu,biaya, dan kualitas. Untuk mengatasi berbagai kompleksitas tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu evaluasi kinerja proyek. Pada salah satu perusahaan jasa pertambangan minyak dan gas di Indonesia,evaluasi kinerja telah dilakukan, namun dilakukan secara terpisah dan hanya sedikit kriteria yang dievaluasi, sehingga kinerja proyek secara keseluruhan masih belum terlihat. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi kinerja pada proyek perusahaan tersebut dengan pendekatan MCDA (Multi-criteria decision analysis) dengan menggunakan metode MACBETH yang dapat memodelkan elemen proyek menjadi suatu kelompok tingkat pengawasan untuk memudahkan pengambilan keputusan oleh manajer proyek. ......Decision-making in a project is a complex undertaking. A project is a temporary organization that is surrounded by inherent uncertainties. Uncertainties that may occur in the project, among others, are the uncertainty of the time, cost, and quality. To overcome this complexity, we need a project performance evaluation. At one of the services the oil and gas in Indonesia, the performance evaluation has been done, but done separately and only few criteria are evaluated, so that the overall project performance is still not visible. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the company's project with the MCDA (Multi-criteria decision analysis) approach using MACBETH method that can model the elements of the project into a supervisory level group to facilitate decision-making by the project manager.
