"Skripsi ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan Roya Partial Hak Tanggungan di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Jakarta Timur. Roya Partial diatur dalam pasal 2 Undang-undang Nomor 4 Tahun 1996 tentang Hak Tanggungan atas Tanah Beserta Benda-Benda Yang Berkaitan dengan Tanah. Dimana untuk dapat diadakan Roya Partial harus diperjanjikan terlebih dahulu dalam APHT. Namun, terdapat permasalahan yakni adanya ketentuan yang bertentangan yaitu dalam Pasal 124 ayat (2) Peraturan Menteri Negara Agraria/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Nomor 3 Tahun 1997 Tentang Ketentuan Pelaksana Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 Tentang Pendaftaran Tanah terdapat ketentuan yang menyatakan bahwa Roya Partial tidak perlu diperjanjikan terlebih dahulu dalam APHT. Dalam skripsi ini akan dibahas mengenai pelaksanaan Roya Partial di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Jakarta Timur dengan adanya perbedaan dasar hukum dalam Undang-Undang Hak Tanggungan dan Peraturan Menteri Negara Agraria/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Nomor 3 Tahun 1997 Tentang Ketentuan Pelaksana Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 Tentang Pendaftaran Tanah.

This thesis discusses the implementation of Mortgage Partial Deletion at Land Office of East Jakarta. Partial Deletion is regulated in article 2 Law Number 4 of 1996 about Mortgage Right Over Land and Land-Related Objects. Partial deletion must be promised before in Deed of Mortgage (APHT). However, there are problem about contradictory regulations in article 124 Paragraph (2) the Agrarian State Minister Regulation/Head of National Land Agency Number 3 of 1997 on the Implementation of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 on Land Registration (`Agrarian State Minister Regulation No. 3/1997`), there are provisions stating that Partial deletion does not need to be promised before in deed of Mortgage (APHT). This thesis will be discussed about the implementation of partial deletion at Land Office of East Jakarta with differences in legal basis in the Law Number 4 of 1996 about Mortgage Right Over Land and Land-Related Objects and the Agrarian State Minister Regulation/Head of National Land Agency Number 3 of 1997 on the Implementation of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 on Land Registration."

Dalam skripsi iniakan dibahas mengenai definisi informed consent dan keberlakuannya sesuaidengan Hukum perjanjian yang berlaku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui bagaimana penyelenggaraan dan peranan informed consent antarapasien dan dokter hewan, dimana pasien disini diwakili oleh klien sebagai pemilikhewan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan bentuk penelitian hukumyuridis-normatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penyelenggaraan informedconsent yang dilakukan telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan.Peranan dari lembar informed consent ini terkait dengan pertanggungjawabanrumah sakit hewan apabila terjadi sengketa dan klien menderita kerugian akibattindakan dokter hewan dikarenakan masih belum adanya peraturan hukum terkaitdengan praktik kedokteran hewan, sehingga peran informed consent sebagai dasarperjanjian antara kedua belah pihak sangat penting.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan rekat geser resin komposit serat sebagai substuktur dengan resin komposit partikulat berbeda komposisi. Resin komposit partikulat G-aenial posterior Kelompok A, 10 spesimen dan Tetric N-ceram Kelompok B,10 spesimen digunakan sebagai lapisan atas resin komposit serat EverX Posterior. Uji kuat rekat geser dilakukan menggunakan UTM dengan beban 100 kgf dan crosshead-speed 0.5 mm/menit. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik independent sample t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai rerata kuat rekat geser yakni 18,64 1.5 MPa A dan 22,05 1,8 MPa B . Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kuat rekat geser yang bermakna pada kedua kelompok.

The aim of this study was to identify shear bond strength fiber reinforced composite as a substructure with different composition of particulate filled composite. Particulate filled composite G aenial posterior Groups A, 10 specimen and Tetric N ceram Groups B, 10 specimen used as an upper layer of FRC EverX Posterior. Shear bond strength test was performed using UTM with a load of 100 kgf and crosshead speed of 0.5 mm min. Data were analyzed using statistical test independent sample t test. The result of this study showed the mean shear bond strength values are 18,64 1.5 MPa A and 22,05 1,8 MPa B . It was concluded that there is a significance difference of shear bond strength between two groups."

"ABSTRACTThis study tries to see how positive reaction of crowds affects how audience rates the athletes performance. Participants were 24 University of Queensland students, allocated into three groups alone, mere presence, and reactive crowd as dependant variable. Surveys used were measured using Likert scale from 1-7, on how the athlete performance was, then data was calculated using one way ANOVA. Manipulation check were also administered prior to the main analysis. Although manipulation checks were successful, the main analysis showed that there was no significant difference of how the three groups rates the athlete, F 2,21 = 1.465, p = 0.254. Suggesting that the effect of crowd does not impact how participants rated the athletes performance. The offered hypotheses were not supported, it showed that reference bias does not extend itself on non referee or presumably field of gymnastics.

ABSTRAKStudi ini berusaha melihat bagaimana reaksi positif masa bisa berefek terhadap bagaimana penonton menilai performa atlit. Partisipan studi adalah 24 mahasiswa University of Queensland, yang dialokasikan ke tiga grup sendiri, hanya hadir, dan penonton bereaksi. Survei yang digunakan diukur dengan Skala Likert 1-7, dalam menilai performa atlit, kemudian data dianalisa menggunakan One-way ANOVA. Cek manipulasi juga dilakukan sebelum analisa utama. Walaupun cek manipulasi bekerja, analisa utama menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan signifikan dalam bagaimana ke tiga grup menilai atlit, F 2,21 = 1.465, p = 0.254. Dapat diartikan bahwa reaksi masa penonton tidak berefek pada partisipan menilai performa atlit tersebut. Hipotesa yang diajukan tidak terdukung, menunjukkan bahwa bias wasit tidak tampak pada wasit tidak professional atau kemungkinan dalam area gimnastik."

"ABSTRAKPemanfaatan sosial media dalam pembentukan personal branding di area politik terus bergulir termasuk dalam rangka pemilihan gubernur DKI Jakarta periode 2017-2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya kaitan antara kampanye di sosial media terhadap opini yang terbentuk dengan studi kasus analisis penggunaan sosial media, Twitter, dalam membangun personal branding pasangan Anies-Sandi. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui taktik komunikasi yang digunakan untuk mempengaruhi pandangan publik untuk menerima kehadiran mereka baik sebagai pribadi maupun kebijakan dan program yang akan ditawarkan untuk membangun Jakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif untuk menelaah informasi tentang fakta dan konsep spesifik dari 3200 tweets yang diambil di akun Twitter Anies-Sandi via software Reaper. Konten analis dilakukan untuk menginterpretasikan dan menerjemahkan teks ke dalam konteks dengan berfokus pada karakteristik bahasa sebagai saluran komunikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 12 konsep inti yang disebut dalam Twitter. Konsep ini mampu mem-branding Anies-Sandi sebagai pasangan calon gubernur yang kompeten, ceria dan bersemangat. Kalimat dan bahasa yang memperhatikan budaya DKI Jakarta menjadi taktik komunikasi yang sangat efektif di Twitter.Kata kunci: Pilkada DKI Jakarta, Personal Branding, Kampanye Politik, Twitter

ABSTRACT<>br>The utilization of social media in the formation of personal branding in the political arena continues to roll, including in the Jakarta governor election for the 2017 2022 period. This study aims to prove the link between social media campaigns and public rsquo s opinions by analyzing the use of Twitter in building personal branding of Anies Sandi case study. Moreover, this research aims to examine communication tactics used to influence the public rsquo s view to accept their presence as a person and the policies and programs that they offered to build Jakarta. The research uses qualitative research approach to review information about facts and specific concepts of 3200 tweets that were taken on Anies Sandi 39 s Twitter account via Reaper software. The author also did content analysis to interpret and translate text into context by focusing on the characteristics of language as a communication channel. The results showed that there were 12 core concepts mentioned on Twitter. These concepts built personal branding of Anies Sandi as a competent, cheerful and spirited governor candidate. "Skateboarding dan graffiti writing, sebagai wujud permainan di kota, melawan fungsi ruang kota sesungguhnya; anak muda mengubahnya berdasarkan logika dan interpretasinya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menginvestigasi berbagai macam taktik aktor kota—khsususnya pemain skateboard dan penulis graffiti—dalam mengapropriasi ruang kota. Studi literatur, studi kasus, dan wawancara berbasis pengalaman diimplementasikan pada proses penelitian; pendekatan-pendekatan ini akan berfokus dalam memetakan interplay dari persepsi kreatif para aktor dan bagaimana sebuah ruang mengakomodasinya. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi daerah-daerah di Jakarta dikarenakan dimensi peraturan strategis yang meregulasi kegiatan ruang kota yang bersifat spontan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa respon taktis para aktor dapat merubah sebuah ruang sesuai dengan kebutuhan spasialnya. Tempat yang dipilih dan digunakan untuk aktivitas tersebut membutuhkan pertimbangan terhadap kondisi spasial dan tingkat pengawasan. Hasil mengilustrasikan paradigma spasial seputar keterkaitan antara affordances yang diciptakan oleh elemen kota dan respon para aktor. Penelitian ini menyarankan pendekatan dengan metode inisiatif yang mencerminkan kapasitas suatu kota untuk mendorong aktivitas playful dalam kota.

Skateboarding and graffiti, as a form of play in the city, are countering the intended use of urban space based on their logic and interpretations. In a follow up, this paper sits within a broad concern to investigate various tactics in which city actors-specifically skaters and writers-are continually reproduced to appropriate urban space. Literature review, site study, and experience-based user interview are applied when conducting the research process; these approaches will focus on mapping the interplay of users' creative perceptions and how a space caters to the act. This study identifies areas within Jakarta due to its strategic policy dimension regulating spontaneous urban practices. The findings show that the actors' tactical responses transform space according to their spatial needs. Accordingly, preferred spot for these activities requires the consideration of spatial condition and surveillance level. The result illustrates the spatial paradigm on the connectivity between affordances created by the urban elements and the actors' responses. The study suggested an initiative approach that reflects upon the capacity of a city to encourage playful activities in the city."
