Abstrak :
Pemanfaatan gas untuk kelistrikan baru sekitar 12,3 % dari seluruh pemanfaatan gas di Indonesia yang sudah termanfaatkan. Apabila di korelasikan maka salah satu alasan belum optimalnya pemanfaatan gas untuk kelistrikan ialah karena terhambatnya kesiapan infrastruktur pipa gas untuk kelistrikan tersebut yang berujung kepada masalah harga jual gas yang ditawarkan kepada PLN sebagai end user kelistrikan masih belum sesuai dengan ke-ekonomian dan kelayakan investasinya dari pelaku usaha gas. Dalam analisa tersebut digunakan contoh studi kasus Proyek Pembanguan Pipa Gas dedicated hilir dan Gas Metering Regulator Station (Gas M/RS) oleh PT A. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat keekonomian dari PT.A dalam rangka pemanfaatan gas untuk kelistrikan. Pada Peneltian ini dihasilkan suatu pemecahan struktur harga dengan metode cost of service, yang memilah harga berdasarkan biaya suplai gas, biaya transmisi dan biaya distribusi sehingga mendapatkan gambaran secara terperinci dari harga jual gas dari seluruh stakeholder. Hasil penelitian ini juga merekomendasi untuk membantu kelayakan proyek dengan parameter IRR>12,6% dan NPV positif pada PT A ini ialah dengan cara menurunkan biaya suplai Gas di wellhead sebesar 4,76 USD/MMbtu; menaikkan harga jual kepada PLN direntang 6,23 s.d 6,38 USD/MMBtu atau memaksimalkan pasokan gas minimal 10 tahun dari sisi biaya distribusi. ......The domestic gas alocation for electricity was only about 12.3% from natural gas contribution to all sector in Indoneisa. If it’s corelated with the infrastructure and also the price which allowed the gas seller to create economic feasiblity was not acomplished. So the aim of this study was to examine simulation price mechanisme that can be accepted all gas business stakeholder. In this study we will use the case study of developtment Downstream dedicated Pipeline and Gas Metering Regulation Station by PT.A. The aim of this study is to determined the economic feasibility from PT. A prespectif due to utilization gas for electricity. This study results that the cost of service breakdown structure price mechanism devide that the price structure to be Supply Cost, Transmission Cost and Distribution Cost so it can picture the fair level of price to all stakehoder. This study was also recomended that there are trhree alternative to make this project feasible based parameter IRR> 12.6% and positiv NPV on simulation using all that cost, which is, decreasing supply cost in wellhead with buying price 4.76 USD/MMBtu ;increasing selling price to Enduser on range 6.23 USD/MMBtu - 6.38 USD/MMbtu or firm allocation gas suply minimun in 10 year for improving efficieny in distribution cost without change the investment cost.

Abstrak :
Salah satu upaya perusahaan untuk berkompetisi dalam era globalisasi dan perdagangan bebas tersebut ialah dengan cara meningkatkan mutunya. ISO 9001:2000 merupakan sistem standar (sertifikasi) proses yang dapat memberikan jaminan proses produksi yang semakin cepat dan tepat dalam melayani kebutuhan konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari tahu pengaruh dari penerapan ISO 9001:2000 terhadap daya saing perusahaan jasa konstruksi di Indonesia serta mengidentifikasi klausul dari ISO 9001:2000 yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja daya saing. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan dari sepuluh indikator daya saing hanya lima yang dipengaruhi oleh penerapan klausul ISO 9001:2000.

One of the company's efforts to compete in the globalization era is by improving the quality product. ISO 9001:2000 is a standard system (certification) that can provide assurance to make production process faster and more appropriate in serving the needs of consumers. The purpose of this research was to find the influence of the implementation of ISO 9001:2000 for competitiveness construction services company in Indonesia and identify the ISO 9001:2000 clauses that affect the competitiveness performance. Analysis method that use in this reaserch were Spearman Rank and Regresion correlation analysis. Results in this research show that competitiveness were affected by the implementation of ISO 9001:2000.
