an level signifikansi 0,05 (5%).
be examined in more depth, because it still contributes to the decline in la-
bor productivity. The objective of this research was to know the relationship
between age, working periode, body mass index and work posture with
complaint of musculoskeletal disorders. Quantitative research with cross
sectional approach has been done on 46 (total sampling) female labor in
peeling sections. The independent variables consisted of age, year, body
mass index, and work posture, while the dependent variable was the com-
plaint of musculoskeletal disorders. The data analysis used was chi-square
test with a significance level of 0.05 (5%). The results showed no associa-
tion between age with symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders (p = 0,066),
there is a significant association between working period (p = 0,044), body
mass index (p = 0,025), and work posture (p = 0,001) with complaints of
musculoskeletal disorders. Companies are advised to make an ergonomic
office chair, job rotation, and training with ergonomic material working pro-
cedures."

Variabel tergantung yaitu prestasi K3, sedangkan variabel moderator
adalah lingkungan fisik dan kimia kerja. Analisis data menggunakan struc-
tural equation model (SEM).
This research was focused on the relationship between worker?s behavior
with Occupational Health Safety (OHS) achievement. The purposes of the
research is to identify whether worker?s self-efficacy, locus of control and
perception can predict OHS achievement, and to examine whether the OHS
model engaging workers and work environment interaction are fit. This re-
search was cross sectionally conducted towards 200 respondents in one of
plywood plant in West Kalimantan. The independent variable were the work-
er?s self efficacy, locus of control and perception, while the dependent vari-
able was OHS performance. The moderator variables were physical and
chemical work environment. Data analysis used structural equation model.
Research findings showed that self efficacy and worker perception have sig-
nificantly positive relationship with worker?s OHS performance, and could be an accurate predictor to predict OHS performance achievement (p=0.007
and p=0.012), and provided effective contribution to OHS performance as
big as 20,2 % and 17,3 % as well."

"ABSTRAK
Occupational accidents and diseases remain the global health problem, two main factors for this are unsafe behavior and conditions. Previous study proved that the main cause is unsafe behavior factor. This study aimed to analyze factors associated with occupational unsafe behavior in workers at PT IAW and analyze the most influential factor. A cross-sectional study was conducted from July to August 2016 with 104 samples. Independent variables consisted of perception, communication, supervision, the availability of personal protective equipment (PPE), training and workplace temperature. While the dependent variable was unsafe behavior. Data analysis used Pearson product moment and multiple linear regression. In conclusion, perception (p value=0.00, R=0.817), communication (p value=0.000, R=0.810), supervision (p value=0.00, R=0.529), availability of PPE (p=0.000, R=0.902) and workplace temperature are related significantly, very strong, positive and directly proportional to unsafe behavior, while training (p value=0.092, R=0.166) are not related. Perception is the most dominant variable influencing unsafe behavior."
