Pentoksifilin merupakan senyawa turunan metilxantin yang memiliki efek anti inflamasi dan memiliki potensi dalam terapi Inflammatory Bowel Disease Mikropartikel adalah salah satu sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk penghantaran obat ke daerah terapi Pembuatan mikropartikel dapat dilakukan dengan metode semprot kering Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat mikropartikel pentoksifilin alginat dengan metode semprot kering berdasarkan variasi perbandingan jumlah pentoksifilin terhadap natrium alginat Mikropartikel dibuat dari tiga perbandingan b b pentoksifilin terhadap natrium alginat dengan perbandingan 1 1 1 0 5 dan 1 0 33 Parameter alat semprot kering dibuat tetap untuk ketiga perbandingan Karakterisasi mikropartikel terdiri dari bentuk dan morfologi distribusi ukuran partikel kadar air kadar zat aktif dan uji pelepasan obat Mikrograf SEM mikropartikel pentoksifilin alginat perbandingan 1 1 memperlihatkan bentuk bulat Mikropartikel pentoksifilin alginat perbandingan 1 0 33 memiliki rata rata kumulatif 1 256 m dan kadar air 4 95 1 22 Kadar pentoksifilin dalam ketiga perbandingan berturut turut yaitu 54 59 0 03 66 15 0 59 dan 74 77 1 82 Pelepasan obat menunjukkan hasil bahwa ketiga perbandingan masih melepaskan zat aktif lebih dari 10 selama pengujian dalam medium HCl 0 1 N pH 1 2 Data data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa variasi perbandingan jumlah pentoksifilin terhadap natrium alginat dalam larutan yang disemprotkan mempengaruhi karakteristik mikropartikel.

Abstrak :
ABSTRAK Apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Peran Apoteker direalisasikan dengan upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan perilaku agar dapat melaksanakan interaksi langsung dengan pasien. Bentuk interaksi tersebut antara lain adalah pemberian informasi obat dan konseling kepada pasien yang membutuhkan. Praktek kerja di Apotek Atrika bertujuan agar mahasiswa mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, dan memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di apotek. Apoteker di Apotek Atrika secara keseluruhan telah menjalankan peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab dengan baik. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa studi terkait pengaruh sistem e-tendering terhadap harga obat generik berdasarkan e-catalogue dibandingkan dengan harga obat generik distributor daerah. Berdasarkan studi yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem e-tendering memiliki pengaruh yang cukup berarti terhadap harga obat generik tersebut.

ABSTRAK Pharmacists have an important role in pharmaceutical care in pharmacy. The role of pharmacists is actualized with the efforts to improve the knowledge, skills, and behaviors in order to carry out a direct interaction with patients. Among other forms of interaction is the provision of drug information and counseling. Internship at Apotek Atrika aims to make students able to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, to do the pharmaceutical care practices in accordance with the provisions of law and ethics, and have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do the pharmaceutical practices in pharmacy. Overall pharmacists at Apotek Atrika have been running the role, duties and responsibilities well. The special assignment which given is in the form of study activity about the effect of e-tendering system to the price of generic drugs based on e-catalogue compared with the price of generic drugs from regional distributors. Based on studies, it can be concluded that the e-tendering system has significant influence on the price of the generic drug.

ABSTRAK Pemerintahan adalah salah satu tempat pelaksanaan tugas profesi Apoteker. Peran Apoteker dalam lingkup pemerintahan perlu diketahui oleh calon Apoteker. Praktek kerja di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat bertujuan agar mahasiswa mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker; memiliki pengetahuan tentang tugas pokok dan fungsi Suku Dinas Kesehatan di bidang farmasi; dan memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis melakukan pekerjaan di pemerintahan. Peran Apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat adalah sebagai koordinator dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan terkait kefarmasian. Apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat secara keseluruhan telah menjalankan peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab dengan baik. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa kegiatan Biswandal Puskesmas Kecamatan X. Tugas khusus ini memiliki tujuan agar mahasiswa dapat memahami pelaksanaan kegiatan Binwasdal dan mengidentifikasi keterbatasan yang masih dimiliki Puskesmas Kecamatan X. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Binwasdal dilakukan oleh Tim Binwasdal dengan pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu sebelum hari pelaksanaan. Puskesmas Kecamatan X berdasarkan hasil evaluasi masih memiliki beberapa keterbatasan yang perlu diperbaiki.

Internship at Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat aims to allow students to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists; have knowledge of main tasks and functions of the Sub-Department of Health in the field of pharmacy; and have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience doing work in the government. The pharmacists role at Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat is to coordinate the implementation of activities related to pharmacy. Overall pharmacists at Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat have been running the role, duties and responsibilities well. Special assignment which given is in the form of Binwasdal activity at Puskesmas Kecamatan X. This special assignment aims to allow students to understand the implementation of Binwasdal activity and identify the limitations that still exist at Puskesmas Kecamatan X. Implementation of Binwasdal activity carried out by Binwasdal Team with advance notice before the day of implementation. Puskesmas Kecamatan X based on the evaluation still has some limitations that need to be improved.

ABSTRAK Industri farmasi dalam seluruh aspek dan rangkaian kegiatan pembuatan obat wajib menerapkan Pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Apoteker dalam industri farmasi memegang peranan dan tanggung jawab dalam penerapan aspek-aspek yang tercantum dalam CPOB. Praktek kerja di PT. Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories bertujuan agar mahasiswa dapat mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi; dan memahami penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi. PT. Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories telah menerapkan semua aspek CPOB dengan baik. Pada masa praktek kerja diberikan tugas khusus berupa pembuatan pedoman validasi metode analisis simplisia dan ekstrak. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis pengujian yang dilakukan, parameter validasi metode analisis yang diterapkan, dan alur pembuatan pedoman validasi metode analisis simplisia dan ekstrak. Hasil akhir dari tugas khusus ini berupa satu berkas pedoman validasi metode analisis simplisia dan ekstrak.

ABSTRACT The pharmaceutical industry in all aspects and production required to implement the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Pharmacists in pharmaceutical industry play a role and responsibility in the implementation of those aspects. Internship at PT. Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories aims to allow students to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do the work of pharmacy in the pharmaceutical industry, and understanding the application of GMP in pharmaceutical industry. PT.Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories has implemented all aspects of GMP so well. During the internship period, special assignment that given was to develop guidelines for validation of analytical methods botanicals and extracts. This special assignment aims to determine the type of tests that performed, validation of analytical methods parameter that applied, and the steps that taken to develop guidelines for validation of analytical methods botanicals and extracts. The result of this special asignment is in the form of a single file validation of analytical methods botanicals and extracts guideline.
