"Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan fenomena yang berkembang secara luas di dalam dunia akademik. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan prokrastinasi akademik memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan kecemasan, depresi, tingkat stres yang tinggi dan kesehatan yang lebih buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan antara prokrastinasi akademik dengan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa keperawatan.
Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan sampel mahasiswa tingkat akhir reguler dan ekstensi Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Indonesia sebanyak 143. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua buah instrument kuesioner yaitu Academic Procrastination Scale (APS) dan Student Nurse Stress Index (SNSI). Hasil penelitian dengan CI 95% didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara prokrastinasi akademik dengan tingkat stres (p=0,007).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mahasiswa berada pada tingkat prokrastinasi akademik sedang (68,5%) dan tingkat stres rendah (63,6%). Hal tersebut menunjukkan mahasiswa dengan tingkat prokrastinasi akademik tinggi berpeluang untuk mengalami tingkat stres yang lebih tinggi. Saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya adalah menggunakan teknik pengambilan data total sampling agar gambaran prokrastinasi akademik secara keseluruhan pada populasi mahasiswa dapat terlihat.

Academic procrastination was a widely developed phenomenon in academic environment. Some research shows that academic procrastination has a positive correlation with anxiety, depression, high level of stress, and poor health status. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between academic procrastination and stress level in nursing student.
The research design used descriptive correlative study with 143 samples of final year undergraduate nursing student in Faculty of Nursing, University of Indonesia. This study used two questionnaires instrument, Academic Procrastination Scale (APS) and Student Nurse Stress Index (SNSI).
The result showed that with 95% CI there is a significant correlation between academic procrastination and stress level (p=0,007). Result showed that student in a moderate level of academic procrastination (68,5%) and low level of stress (63,6%). Student with high level of academic procrastination was potential to experience more high levels of stress. Suggestion for future research is to use total sampling techniques in data collection, so the overall picture of academic procrastination in student population can be seen."

"Dalam Pasal 77 ayat 2 Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan dijelaskan mengenai waktu kerja yang diperbolehkan bagi para pegawai, yaitu 40 jam dalam satu minggu. Sementara itu apabila waktu kerjanya melebihi ketentuan yang ada, maka dihitung kedalam waktu kerja overtime (lembur) yang mana maksimal waktu lembur adalah 14 jam per minggu. Namun demikian, fakta di lapangan menemukan bahwa waktu kerja yang dihabiskan oleh para anggota opsnal penyelidik melebihi batas waktu tersebut ditambah lagi dengan pola kerja yang tidak jelas. Dengan demikian, penilitian ini akan mengkaji bagaimana sebenarnya gambaran pola kerja dan manajemen waktu para anggota opsnal serta menganalisa mengapa mereka tetap bertahan melakukan pekerjaan tersebut. Untuk mendapatkan analisa yang mendalam, penelitian ini berfokus pada anggota opsnal Satreskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Narasumber yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 anggota opsnal Satreskrim serta petugas dan PNS lain sebagai bahan perbandingan pola kerja dan manajemen waktu yang dialami. Kemudian, terdapat dua garis besar dari hasil penelitian ini. Pertama, pola kerja yang dimiliki oleh para anggota opsnal tidak pasti dan cenderung bersifat spontan tergantung dari kasus apa yang telah terjadi atau informasi apa yang muncul dari masyarakat berkaitan dengan indikasi adanya aktivitas kejahatan. Sementara itu, manajemen waktu dalam bekerja dan beristirahat, seluruhnya dikendalikan, dikontrol, dan harus selalu atas sepengetahuan Kanit. Kedua, terdapat beberapa faktor yang menjadi alasan mengapa para anggota opsnal tetap bertahan, yaitu sifat dasar dari pekerjaan penyelidikan itu sendiri yang menuntut para anggota opsnal untuk bekerja dengan pola waktu yang tidak jelas, motivasi dari para anggota opsnal itu sendiri, dan nilai-nilai yang terdapat dalam organisasi seperti nilai "respect dan loyalitas" serta adanya pedoman kerja "Catur Prasetya" yang menekankan nilai pengorbanan demi masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara.

In Article 77 paragraph 2 of Act Number 13 of 2003, it mentions that the working time allowed for employees is 40 hours a week. Meanwhile, if the working time exceeds the limits, then it will be calculated as overtime working as explained in Article 78 paragraph 1 in which the maximum of overtime working is 14 hours per week. However, in fact, the detectives in South Jakarta have worked more than the working time limits and they also had an unclear work patterns. Thus, this research will examine how exactly the work patterns and time management of the detectives in South Jakarta and analyze why they persist in doing the work. To get an in-depth analysis, this research focuses on the detectives in South Jakarta Police Station by using a semi-structured interview and qualitative approach. Further, the participants of the study are 5 detectives and other officers who working at other departments to compare their work patterns with the detectives.Finally, there are two main points as the result from this research. First, the work patterns of the detectives in South Jakarta are uncertain and tends to be spontaneous action depending on the case that happened and the criminal information appeared. Meanwhile, the time management of them are fully controlled and always be supervised by the chief of unit. Secondly, the study found that there are several reasons of why the detectives persist in their job, which is (1) the nature of the investigation job itself which push the detectives to work with unclear work patterns; (2) the detectives motivations  itself; and (3) the values within the police culture, such as respect and loyalty and the existence of the work guidelines Catur Prasetya which emphasizes the value of sacrifice for the sake of society, nation and state."

"Mahasiswa keperawatan sering menghadapi beban akademik tinggi yang dapat memicu stres, mengganggu keseimbangan antara tuntutan akademik dan kehidupan pribadi. Desain penelitian ini adalah Cross Sectional, teknik sampel menggunakan Stratified Random Sampling dengan melibatkan 189 mahasiswa keperawatan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat (uji chi-square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan manajemen mahasiswa pada kategori baik yaitu 55,6% dan mahasiswa yang mengalami stres akademik berjumlah 50,8%. Hasil uji korelasi yaitu tidak ada hubungan antara kemampuan manajemen waktu dan stres akademik pada mahasiswa keperawatan UMJ (p=>0,407; OR=0,752; α=0,05). Kualitas manajemen waktu baik atau tidak baik, tidak memengaruhi tingkat risiko stres akademik. Hal ini mengindikasikan perlunya analisis lebih lanjut atau sampel yang lebih besar untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih meyakinkan.

Nursing students often face high academic loads that can trigger stress, disrupting the balance between academic demands and personal life. The design of this study was Cross Sectional, the sample technique used Stratified Random Sampling involving 189 nursing students. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis (chi-square test). The results showed that student management skills in the good category were 55.6% and students who experienced academic stress were 50.8%. The results of the correlation test are that there is no relationship between time management skills and academic stress in UMJ nursing students (p => 0.407; OR = 0.752; α = 0.05). The quality of time management is good or not good, does not affect the level of risk of academic stress. This indicates the need for further analysis or a larger sample to obtain more convincing results."
