"The purpose of this research is to examine the relationships of job satisfaction to organizational commitment and turnover intentions. Next, the purpose of this research is to examine whether organizational commitment related to turnover intentions. This research conducted with survey on auditors working on the big audit firms in Jakarta that affiliated to foreign audit firms (The Big Four). Unit analysis are auditors who have non-partner position i.e: junior, senior and manager that concentrated in audit services. The structural equation modeling with AMOS program is used to analized the data. The results of this research suggest that job satisfication has significant positive relationships to organizational to turnover intentions. Next, organizational commitment has significant negative relationship to turnover intentions. This result suggests that job satisfication related to turnover intentions both of direct or through organizational commitment."

"Studi ini mengkaji pembentukan jaringan sosial yang terjadi pada institusi pendidikan tinggi atau universitas. Studi sebelumnya membahas mengenai jaringan sosial yang didapatkan oleh anggota institusi pendidikan melalui dua aspek, yaitu aspek sekolah, dan kampus sebagai institusi, dan aspek inisiatif anggota institusi itu sendiri. Selain kedua aspek tersebut, peneliti berargumen bahwa jaringan sosial bisa didapatkan melalui hubungan antara teman sepermainan (peer group) di kampus. Dengan kata lain, jika seseorang berteman dengan kelompok peer group yang memiliki jaringan sosial yang lebih luas, maka orang tersebut akan mengalami perluasan jaringan sosial dari peer groupnya. Jaringan yang didapat melalui kelompok teman sepermainan kemudian membentuk dua jaringan yang berbeda: jaringan internal kampus, dan jaringan eskternal ke luar kampus.
Studi ini melihat perkembangan jaringan sosial mahasiswa yang sedang mengikuti perkuliahan. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam pada studi kasus di Universitas Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jaringan sosial juga dapat dibentuk atau diperluas melalui peran dari peer group atau kelompok teman sebaya. Peran kelompok teman sebaya ini dapat dilihat dari 3 aspek penting yaitu interaksi antar anggota kelompok teman sebaya, interaksi anggota kelompok teman sebaya dengan orang lain yang berada di luar kelompok teman sebayanya, dan kegiatan dari masing-masing kelompok teman sebaya.

This research is studying the formation of social networks in higher educational institution or university. Previous studies tend to explain that the member of educational institution can acquire by two aspects: school, and campus as institution aspect, and member initiative itself aspect. Beside all of those two, researcher argue that social networks can be acquired from the relation of peer group in campus. In other words, if someone make friends with peer group that have wider social networks, then that person may have wider social networks from the influence of peer group. Social networks that acquired from the relation of peer group can form two different networks; campus internal networks, and campus external networks.
This research sees the development of social networks from student who studying in campus. This research uses qualitative approach with in-depht interview methods, case study in Universitas Indonesia. Findings of this research show that social networks can be formed or can be expanded from the relation of peer group. The role of peer group can be seen from three aspects; the interaction between member of the peer group, the interaction between the member and other people, and the activities of the peer group itself.

"From the foundation, four of them (80%) the foundation board have a contribution in managing private university espesially in financial field. Main problems appear between the persons of the foundation board and those who manage private university are caused by the administration management problem (40%), financial problem (20%), and other problems (40%). The people above have commitments to overcome the problems beside attending a board meeting to solve their problems. The authority of the board is not balance if compared with the private university manager' for 80% of the private university managers have a contribution and take a part in managing the administration and financial field."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh tingkat dukungan sosial dan rasa bersyukur terhadap tingkat kebahagiaan mahasiswa program Sarjana di Universitas Indonesia. Indeks kebahagiaan mahasiswa di Indonesia pada tahun 2017 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4,18 dibandingkan tahun 2013. Studi-studi sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kebahagiaan mahasiswa adalah kedekatan emosional dengan orang-orang terdekat, aktualisasi diri, dan prestasi akademik. Studi ini akan melibatkan dukungan sosial dan rasa bersyukur yang berfungsi sebagai prediktor penting terhadap tingkat kebahagiaan di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara dan data sekunder. Selain itu, unit analisis penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program Sarjana angkatan 2015-2018 di Universitas Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif antara variabel tingkat dukungan sosial dengan tingkat kebahagiaan masiswa. Sementara itu, variabel rasa bersyukur juga menunjukkan korelasi positif dengan tingkat kebahagiaan mahasiswa.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to investigate the effect of social support and gratitude on happiness of undergraduate students at the University of Indonesia. The happiness index of college student in Indonesia in 2017 increased by 4.18 compared to 2013. Previous studies show that the factors influence of happiness among college student are emotional closeness with the closest people, self-esteem, and academic achievement. This study will involve social support and gratitude which serves as an important predictor of the level of happiness among college student. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through surveys by distributing questionnaires, interview and secondary data. In addition, the unit of analysis of this study is the 2015-2018 undergraduate students at the University of Indonesia. The results of the study there is a positive correlation between the variables of social support and happiness of students. Meanwhile, the variable of gratitude also indicate a positive correlation with happiness of students."
