"ABSTRAK
Laporan Gartner pada tahun 2014 merilis grafik Hype Cycle Technology dan tahapan era bisnis akibat dari perkembangan teknologi, terdapat enam era yaitu tahap analog, web, e-business, pemasaran digital, bisnis digital dan autonomous. Laporan Gartner mendefinisikan bisnis digital sebagai seperangkat teknik yang dimungkinkan oleh teknologi sehingga organisasi dapat terlibat dalam perkembangan bisnis yang dinamis dengan pelanggan, dan akhirnya untuk memperoleh target bisnis dan mempertahankan pelanggan. Laporan Gartner menjelaskan bahwa karakteristik bisnis digital adalah cepatnya organisasi melakukan adaptasi terhadap ketidakpastian lingkungan, proses yang berubah, dan target bisnis yang berubah. Menurut hasil survey Gartner menunjukan bahwa pendekatan kerangka kerja renstra SI/TI yang ada sampai saat ini belum mengakomodasi karakteristik bisnis digital. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penulis melakukan pendefinisian terhadap karakteristik bisnis digital dengan mencari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Ketidakpastian lingkungan, proses dan target bisnis yang berubah dipengaruhi oleh faktor penentu manajemen perubahan. Teori manajemen perubahan yang digunakan adalah organizational development (Drucker, 2005). Penelitian-penelitian terdahulu terkait dengan organizational development digunakan sebagai faktor penentu terhadap karakteristik bisnis digital, sehingga dihasilkan proses yang berubah dipengaruhi oleh faktor kemampuan TI (Azzahro, 2014) dan target bisnis yang berubah dipengaruhi oleh faktor organizational agility (Lu & Ramamurthy, 2011). Untuk ketidakpastian lingkungan dipengaruhi oleh faktor ketidakpastian lingkungan (Teo & King, 1997).
Hasil pendefinisian didapatkan 12 sub komponen ketidakpastian lingkungan, 35 sub komponen proses yang berubah dan 8 sub komponen target bisnis yang berubah. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh McGee, Morello dan Weldon (2014) menjelaskan enam langkah kunci sukses untuk masuk ke bisnis digital dan terdapat kriteria kemampuan organisasi, yaitu sustainability, agility, innovation, dan opportunity, yang kemudian dilakukan analisis kriteria kemampuan organisasi terhadap kumpulan penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan renstra SI/TI maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam iklim persaingan bisnis manfaat implementasi SI/TI kerap dikaitkan dengan konsep value dalam bisnis. Kerangka kerja renstra SI/TI yang digunakan adalah Be Vissta Planning (BVP). Hasil pemetaan kerangka kerja renstra BVP terhadap karakteristik bisnis digital adalah BVP memiliki kekurangan dan perlu penambahan/penyempurnaan terhadap Fase 1 BVP yaitu menelaah kebutuhan bisnis dan informasi, Fase 2 BVP yaitu menentukan target bagi SI/TI dan Fase 4 BVP yaitu rencana implementasi.

ABSTRACT
Gartner report 2014 released Technology Hype Cycle chart and the phases of the business era as a result of technological developments, there are six stages of the analog era: web, e-business, digital marketing, digital business and autonomous. Gartner's report defines a digital business as a set of techniques made possible by technology that makes organizations able to involve in the development of a dynamic business with customers, acquire a business target and retain customers. Gartner report explains that the characteristics of the organization?s digital business are the rapid adaptation to environmental uncertainty, process changes, and changing business targets. According to the Gartner survey, the IS/IT strategic planning framework approach does not yet accommodate the characteristics of the digital business. Under these conditions, the author defined the characteristics of digital business by comparing previous studies.
Environmental uncertainty, processes and changing business targets are influenced by determinants of change management. Change management theory used in this research is organizational development (Drucker, 2005). Previous studies related to organizational development used as determinants of the characteristics of the digital business. The result is changing process influenced by the ability of IT (Azzahro, 2014) and the changing business target is influenced by organizational agility (Lu & Ramamurthy, 2011). Environmental uncertainty is influenced by environmental uncertainty factors (Teo & King, 1997).
Definition acquired is 12 sub-components of environmental uncertainty, 35 sub-components of changing process and 8 sub-components of changing business targets. Research conducted by McGee, Morello and Weldon (2014) describes six key steps of successful entry into the digital business, these six steps are also the criteria of organizational capabilities: sustainability, agility, innovation, and opportunity. These criteria of organizational capabilities then compared to a collection of previous research related to the strategic plan of IS/IT. It can be concluded that in competitive bussiness climate, the benefits of the implementation of the IS/IT is often associated with the concept of value in the business. IS/IT Strategic planning framework used is Be Vissta Planning (BVP). The result of strategic planning framework BVP mapping on the characteristics of the digital business is BVP has shortcomings and needs additions / improvements in Phase 1 BVP which is examining the business needs and information, Phase 2 BVP which is setting targets for IS/IT and Phase 4 BVP which is implementation planning.

"ABSTRAK
SAP adalah sistem aplikasi berbasis ERP yang paling banyak digunakan. Keunggulan sistem berbasis ERP antara lain adalah: sistem yang terintegrasi, fitur yang lengkap, dan mengadopsi best practices. Perusahaan mengeluarkan investasi yang tidak sedikit untuk implementasi sistem SAP. Tujuan penggunaan sistem SAP adalah untuk dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, melakukan controlling terhadap operasional perusahaan dan membantu menghasilkan laporan-laporan yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Group XYZ sudah menggunakan sistem SAP sejak 2010, namun penggunaan sistem SAP di Group XYZ belum optimal dengan masih adanya proses-proses manual yang dijalankan. Pengguna yang sebelumnya telah terbiasa melakukan proses tanpa bantuan sistem, merasa bahwa sistem SAP kurang fleksibel dan menyulitkan. Sebagaimana banyak dikutip dalam penelitian sebelumnya bahwa penerimaan pengguna merupakan faktor yang penting untuk kesuksesan penerapan sistem baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem SAP. Konstruk-konstruk dari model TAM Technology Acceptance Model digunakan sebagai variabel endogen, dikombinasikan dengan variabel eksogen yang diambil dari ASAP Methodology dan kondisi di organisasi. ASAP Methodology merupakan best practices yang digunakan dalam proses implementasi SAP. Data untuk penelitian didapatkan dengan melakukan survei kepada pengguna sistem SAP di Group XYZ. Melalui survei didapatkan data dari 92 responden yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi smartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pengguna, yaitu: business process adoption, training, social influence, ERP support, shared belief in benefit, perceived ease of use, dan perceived usefulness. Secara empiris terbukti bahwa business process adoption mempengaruhi perceived usefulness, training dan social influence mempunyai pengaruh pada shared belief in benefit, ERP support mempunyai pengaruh pada perceived ease of use. Faktor-faktor tersebut perlu menjadi perhatian dalam upaya peningkatan penerimaan pengguna.

ABSTRACT
SAP is the most popular ERP based application system. The benefit of an ERP based systems are integrated, complete feature and adopted from the best practices. Company is required to invest a substantial amount to implement SAP system, but the implementation may improve efficiency, perform controlling function of company rsquo s activity and useful to produce analytical report that will be used in decision making process. Group XYZ has been implementing SAP system since 2010, but the usage still far from optimum considering many process activities are still manually performed by the users. Users who previously accustomed to perform manual process without a system in place found that the SAP system is not flexible and complicated. Meanwhile, user acceptance is noted as an important factor for the implementation of a new system. This research aim to identify factors that influence user acceptance of the SAP system. TAM Technology Acceptance Model is used as endogenous variable, combined with exogenous variable obtained from ASAP Methodology and organization condition. ASAP Methodology is the best practice used in the SAP implementation process. A total 92 survey data were collected from the SAP system users in Group XYZ and analyzed using smartPLS. The result of this research found the factors that influence user acceptance are business process adoption, training, social influence, ERP support, shared belief in benefit, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. It is proven empirically that business process adoption affects perceived usefulness, meanwhile training and social influence affects the shared believe in benefit. Furthermore, ERP support is affecting the perceived ease of use. Those factors should become the main attention in an effort to improve the user acceptance of the SAP system."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran model bisnis perusahan fintech  berbasis Equity Crowdfunding Santara saat ini dengan Business Model Canvas dan memberikan rekomendasi Business Model Canvas yang baru untuk ditawarkan ke Santara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan mixed methods dengan model desain concurrent embedded. Teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dengan 5 narasumber dan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 5 narasumber di Santara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduction, data display, conclusion serta analisis gap dan analisis SWOT dari hasil kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari sembilan blok Business Model Canvas ada tujuh blok Business Model Canvas yaitu customer segment, value proposition, channel, customer relationship, key activity, key partnership dan cost structure yang ada penambahan pada blok bangunan masing-masing. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah melakukan pembandingan antara dua perusahaan equity crowdfunding, menganalisis lingkungan bisnis seperti kekuatan pasar, kekuatan industri dan kekuatan ekonomi makro serta kajian tambahan tentang investasi generasi millennial, startup fintech dan optimasi model bisnis perusahaan pada keadaan force majeur.

This study aims to determine the current business model picture of Equity Crowdfunding-based fintech companies namely Santara with Business Model Canvas and provide new Business Model Canvas recommendations to be offered to Santara. This research method uses mixed methods with a concurrent embedded design model. Qualitative data collection techniques by conducting interviews with 5 speakers and quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 5 speakers in Santara. Data analysis techniques using reduction, data display, conclusion and gap analysis and SWOT analysis of the results of the questionnaire using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that of the nine Business Model Canvas blocks there are seven Business Model Canvas blocks, namely customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, key activities, key partnerships and cost structures that have been added to each building block. Suggestions for further research are comparing the two equity crowdfunding companies, analyzing the business environment such as market forces, industrial strength and macroeconomic strength as well as additional studies on millennial generation investment, startup fintech and optimizing the companys business model in force majeure circumstances."
