"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Environmental Passion terhadap Environmental Entrepreneurial Intention melalui Environmental Self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi pada Generasi Z di wilayah Jabodetabek. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis Cross-sectional study. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 responden yang memenuhi kriteria Generasi Z di Wilayah Jabodetabek. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner online, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan langsung yang signifikan antara Environmental Passion dengan Environmental Entrepreneurial Intention, serta adanya pengaruh peran mediasi Environmental Self-efficacy. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengungkapkan karakteristik responden terkait tren kewirausahaan ramah lingkungan hingga karakteristik lingkungan dari Generasi Z. Batasan penelitian ini berada pada konsep keberlanjutan, yakni kegiatan yang ramah lingkungan seperti mengurangi limbah dalam proses produksi, mengurangi kerusakan lingkungan, dan melestarikan lingkungan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam menambahkan nilai lingkungan dalam konteks kewirausahaan dan potensi kewirausahaan berkelanjutan di masa depan.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Environmental Passion on Environmental Entrepreneurial Intention through Environmental Self-efficacy as a mediating variable among Generation Z in the Jabodetabek area. The research approach used is quantitative with a Cross-sectional study design. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, with a sample size of 120 respondents who meet the criteria of Generation Z in the Jabodetabek area. The research instrument is an online questionnaire, and data analysis is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Smart PLS. The results of this study show a significant direct relationship between Environmental Passion and Environmental Entrepreneurial Intention, as well as the mediating role of Environmental Self-efficacy. Furthermore, this study reveals respondent characteristics related to trends in environmentally friendly entrepreneurship and the environmental characteristics of Generation Z. The limitations of this study lie in the concept of sustainability, such as environmentally friendly activities like reducing waste in production processes, minimizing environmental damage, and preserving the environment. This research contributes by adding environmental value in the context of entrepreneurship and the potential for sustainable entrepreneurship in the future.  "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan proactive personality pada entrepreneurial intention dengan attitude toward entrepreneuship dan perceived behavioural control sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah mantan pekerja migran Indonesia di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dan Nusa Tenggara Timur (n=352). SPSS dan LISREL digunakan untuk menganalisis data kuantitatif meliputi statistik deskriptif, reliabilitas, validitas, dan SEM. Hasilnya, terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara proactive personality terhadap attitude toward entrepreneurship dan perceived behavioural control. Selain itu, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan yang ditemukan antara attitude toward entrepreneurship dan entrepreneurial intention. Attitude toward entrepreneurship memiliki efek mediasi antara proactive personality dan entrepreneurial intention. Jumlah responden yang lebih banyak diharapkan dapat memberikan hasil analisis yang lebih baik dan akurat. Temuan penelitian ini harus divalidasi kembali melalui penelitian lebih lanjut dalam berbagai konteks, karena generalisasi hasil dalam penelitian ini hanya didasarkan pada sampel responden yang berada di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dan Nusa Tenggara Timur. Dengan menggunakan hasil penelitian ini, pemerintah dapat mendorong dengan menciptakan ekosistem dan membuat instrumen kebijakan yang tepat sasaran seperti memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan dan literasi digital untuk mendukung kegiatan kewirausahaan. Mantan pekerja migran perlu memiliki inisiatif, selalu ingin belajar hal baru, menjaga perilaku kepeloporan dan mengenali peluang.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and proactive personality on entrepreneurial intention with attitude toward entrepreneurship and perceived behavioural control as mediation variabel. This study adopts a quantitative approach to address the research objectives. The participants in this study were former Indonesian migrant workers in the province of West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara (n=352). SPSS and LISREL was used to analyze the quantitative data including descriptive statistics, reliability, validity, and SEM. In the results, there is a positive and significant relationship between proactive personality on attitude toward entrepreneurship and perceived behavioral control. In addition, there is a positive and significant relationship was found between attitude toward entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention. Attitude toward entrepreneurship has a mediating effect between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention. A larger number of respondents is expected to provide better and more accurate analysis results. The findings of this study must be re-validated through further research in various contexts, because the generalization of the results in this study is based only on a sample of respondents who are in the provinces of West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara. Using the results of this study, the government can encourage by creating an ecosystem and making targeted policy instruments such as providing entrepreneurship training and digital literacy to support entrepreneurial activities. Former migrant workers need to have initiative, always want to learn new things, maintain pioneering behavior and recognize opportunities."

"ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh entrepreneurship education terhadap entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa dengan self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan responden sebanyak 195 mahasiswa program studi bisnis atau manajemen di Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Prasetya Mulya, dan Universitas Bina Nusantara dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis causal-step dan sobel test untuk mengguji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh mediasi di antara variabel-variabel kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurship education mempengaruhi entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa secara signifikan, dimana self-efficacy memediasi secara parsial hubungan entrepreneurship education terhadap entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa. Temuan ini dapat membantu Pemerintah Indonesia merumuskan kebijakan dan program guna mendorong mahasiswa untuk mengejar karir kewirausahaan, yang mana dapat mengurangi ketergantungan besar mereka pada pekerjaan konvensional dan dengan demikian mengurangi pengangguran. Temuan ini juga bermanfaat bagi universitas dan lembaga pendidikan tinggi lainnya, dimana universitas dan institusi pendidikan tinggi dapat mempertimbangkan untuk merancang kurikulum, program, dan mata kuliah kewirausahaan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education on student entrepreneurial intention with self-efficacy as a mediation variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data are obtained from primary data through questionnaires with respondents as many as 195 students majoring in business or management of University of Indonesia, Prasetya Mulya University, and Bina Nusantara University by using the quota sampling technique. This study uses causal-step and sobel tests to examine the direct and mediation influence among key variables. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education influences student entrepreneurial intention significantly, where self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurship education and student entrepreneurial intention. This finding can help the Government of Indonesia to formulate policies and programs that encourage students to pursue entrepreneurial careers, which can reduce their large dependence on conventional jobs and thereby reduce unemployment. This finding is also beneficial for universities and other higher education institutions, where universities and higher education institutions can consider designing curriculum, program, and entrepreneurship courses."

"Dukungan universitas sangat diperlukan dalam upaya meningkatkan intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Hal ini merupakan salah satu solusi atas permasalahan rendahnya tingkat kewirausahaan Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan universitas terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa melalui efikasi diri sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei terhadap 300 mahasiswa. Data diolah dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menggunakan tools SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan universitas berpengaruh positif intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi efikasi diri. Selain itu, efikasi diri juga diketahui memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa.

University support is essential in an effort to increase student entrepreneurial intention. It is one of the solutions to Indonesia's low level of entrepreneurship. The study aims to analyze the impact of university support on student entrepreneurial intention through self-efficacy as a mediation variable. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach by conducting surveys of 300 students. Data is processed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method using SmartPLS 4 tools. Research results show that university support has a positive impact on student entrepreneurial intention, both directly and through self-efficiency mediation. In addition, self-efficiency is also known to have a positive influence on student entrepreneurial intention."

"ABSTRAK
Usaha Mikro dan Kecil UMK memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan UMK menjadi perhatian banyak institusi, termasuk instansi pemerintah. Pemerintah menyediakan berbagai dukungan, termasuk bantuan keuangan, untuk mendukung pengembangan UMK. Studi ini menyelidiki peran dukungan pembiayaan pemerintah sebagai moderator kendala keuangan dan efek self-efficacy kewirausahaan terhadap inovasi UMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Model untuk menguji sampel yang terdiri dari 750 UMK. Hasilnya menemukan bahwa kendala finansial UMK dapat membatasi inovasi UMK, dan self-efficacy mereka meningkatkan inovasi. Lebih penting lagi, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa dukungan pembiayaan pemerintah merupakan strategi efektif untuk memfasilitasi inovasi UMK. Makalah ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mengklarifikasi peran penting bantuan keuangan pemerintah sebagai moderator terhadap inovasi UMK.

ABSTRACT
Micro and Small Enterprises MSEs have important roles in Indonesian economy. The growth and development of MSEs is a concern of many institutions, including government agencies. Government provides various supports, including financial aids, to sustain the development of MSEs. This study investigates the role of government financing support as a moderator of financial constraint and entrepreneurial self efficacy effect toward MSEs innovation. This research applies Structural Equation Model technique to examine a sample consists of 750 MSEs. The results find that MSEs rsquo financial constraint might limit the MSEs rsquo innovation, and their self efficacy improve the innovation. More importantly, the research confirms that the government financing support is an effective strategy to facilitate MSEs rsquo innovation. This paper contributes in clarifying the importance roles of government financial aid as moderator to MSEs rsquo innovation. "

"Penelitian ini secara garis besar dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy terhadap turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek dengan peran mediasi burnout. Terdapat 6 hipotesis yang peneliti rancang pada penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan structural equation modelling (SEM), beberapa temuan dihasilkan dari data yang telah terkumpul dari 207 responden pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Temuan atau hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived supervisor support memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan negatif terhadap burnout dan turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Kemudian, self-efficacy juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan negatif terhadap burnout dan turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Ditambah dengan adanya variabel burnout memediasi hubungan antara perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy terhadap turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek, semakin tinggi perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy yang dimiliki karyawan Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek, maka semakin rendah perasaan burnout dan turnover intention yang dialami oleh karyawan Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Kesimpulannya, penting untuk perusahaan memperhatikan perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy dari karyawannya khususnya Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek untuk menurunkan tingkat burnout dan turnover intention karyawannya.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of perceived supervisor support and self- efficacy on the turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek with the role of mediating burnout. Using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach, several findings were generated from data collected from 207 Gen Y and Gen Z worker respondents in Greater Jakarta. The findings in this study indicate that perceived supervisor support has a significant negative effect on burnout and turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek. Then, self-efficacy also has a significant negative effect on burnout and turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek. Coupled with the presence of the burnout variable mediating the relationship between perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy on the turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek. Thus, the higher the perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy of Gen Y and Gen Z employees in Jabodetabek, the lower feelings of burnout and turnover intention experienced by Gen Y and Gen Z employees in Jabodetabek. In conclusion, it is important for companies to pay attention to the perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy of their employees, especially Gen Y and Gen Z in Jabodetabek to reduce the burnout rate and turnover intention of their employees."

Selain itu, self- efficacy juga diketahui memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap entrepreneurial mindset mahasiswa.

"Entrepreneur dengan passion dianggap lebih sukses dibandingkan yang tidak memilikinya (Baum & Locke, 2004; Cardon, Zietsma, Saparito, Matherne, & Davis, 2005; Moses, 2001). Dengan adanya passion dapat memberikan individu rasa senang dan kesanggupan untuk melakukan sesuatu yang mereka sukai secara sepenuh hati. Dengan adanya entrepreneurial passion, entrepreneur dapat menghadapi kesulitan-kesulitan yang mereka temukan selama menjalani bisnis (Bird, 1969). Dengan entrepreneurial passion tersebut dapat mengantarkan mereka untuk bisa mempertahankan bisnisnya dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh dari entrepreneurial passion terhadap entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurial passion (EP) akan diukur melalui dimensi EP for inventing, EP for founding, dan EP for developing. Lalu, entrepreneurial behavior akan diukur menggunakan dimensi business planning, financing the new firm, dan interaction with the external environment. Total responden valid yang didapatkan berjumlah 107 responden dengan kriteria mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia berstatus aktif dan sedang memiliki bisnis saat data penelitian ini diambil. Hasil analisis terhadap data yang didapatkan dari responden tersebut menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial passion berpengaruh secara positif yang signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial behavior.

Entrepreneurs with passion are considered more successful than those without it (Baum & Locke, 2004; Cardon, Zietsma, Saparito, Matherne, & Davis, 2005; Moses, 2001). Having passion can give individuals a sense of joy and the ability to do something they like wholeheartedly. With entrepreneurial passion, entrepreneurs can face the difficulties they encounter while running a business (Bird, 1969). This entrepreneurial passion can lead them to be able to maintain their business in the long term. This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurial passion (EP) will be measured through the dimensions EP for inventing, EP for founding, and EP for developing. Then, entrepreneurial behavior will be measured using the dimensions of business planning, financing the new firm, and interaction with the external environment. The total number of valid respondents obtained was 107 respondents with the criteria being that students at the University of Indonesia had active status and were owning a business when the data for this research was taken. The results of the analysis of the data obtained from these respondents show that entrepreneurial passion has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior."

"Kehamilan di usia remaja menjadi salah satu masalah sosial utama yang dihadapi negara-negara di dunia. Kehamilan remaja berdampak pada kesehatan fisik dan psikologis Fase transisi menjadi orang tua menjadi tantangan bagi ibu remaja dan pasangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan maternal self efficacy dan paternal self efficacy setelah diberikan intervensi edukasi audiovisual.  Studi quasy experimental study with control group design dilakukan terhadap 60 pasangan dengan melakukan intervensi berbasiskan audiovisual dan kuesioner maternal self efficacy dan paternal self efficacy. Nilai median maternal self efficacy pada kelompok kontrol pre test dan post test tidak mengalami peningkatan bermakna yakni 22 menjadi 23. Setelah dilakukan intervensi, nilai median maternal self efficacy pada kelompok intervensi meningkat signifikan yakni 23 menjadi 35. Nilai median paternal self efficacy pada kelompok kontrol pre test dan post test tidak mengalami peningkatan bermakna yakni 28,5 menjadi 30. Setelah dilakukan intervensi, nilai median paternal self efficacy pada kelompok intervensi meningkat signifikan yakni 25 menjadi 35. Selisih maternal self efficacy signifikasn pada kelompok intervensi 12 jika dibandingkan kelompok kontrol yakni 1. Hal yang sama juga terjadi pada selisih paternal self efficacy kelompok intervensi sebesar 11 jika dibandingkan kelompok kontrol sebesar 1,5. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh edukasi audio visual dengan peningkatan maternal self efficacy dan paternal self efficacy (0<0,001). Edukasi dengan menggunakan media audiovisual terbukti dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil remaja dan pasangan dalam mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi transisi menjadi orang tua dan perawatan bayi baru lahir. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar fasilitas kesehatan selalu melibatkan pasangan selama edukasi dan fase transisi ibu hamil remaja.

Teenage pregnancy is one of the main social problems facing countries in the world. Teenage pregnancy impacts physical and psychological health. The transition phase into parenthood is a challenge for teenage mothers and partners. This study aims to determine the increase in maternal self-efficacy and paternal self-efficacy after being given an audiovisual educational intervention. A quasi-experimental study with control group design conduct on 60 couples using audiovisual-based interventions and maternal self-efficacy and paternal self-efficacy questionnaires. The median value of maternal self-efficacy in the pre-test and post-test control groups did not increase significantly, from 22 to 23. After the intervention, the median value of maternal self-efficacy in the intervention group increased significantly,  from 23 to 35. The median value of paternal self-efficacy in the pre-control group test and post-test did not experience a significant increase, from 28.5 to 30. After the intervention, the median value of paternal self-efficacy in the intervention group increased significantly, from 25 to 35. The difference in maternal self-efficacy was significant in the intervention group 12 when compared to the control group  1. The same thing also happened to the difference in paternal self-efficacy in the intervention group 11 when compared to the control group 1.5. This shows the influence of audiovisual education by increasing maternal self-efficacy and paternal self-efficacy (0<0.001). Education using audiovisual media has been proven to increase the knowledge of teenage pregnant mothers and their partners in preparing themselves for the transition to becoming parents and preparing for newborn care. This research recommends that health facilities always involve partners during the education and transition phase of teenage pregnant women.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh family supportive organizational perception terhadap self efficacy demands dan self efficacy challenges dengan  work family conflict dan perceived managerial support sebagai mediatornya. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian konklusif. Metode pengambilan sampel berjenis purposive sampling. Sejumlah 307 responden karyawan perempuan industri teknologi dan informasi di Jabodetabek menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini. Dalam pengolahan data, peneliti  menggunakan SPSS 25 dan Lisrel 8.80 untuk melakukan deskriptif analisis dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SEM. Temuan penelitian telah melaporkan bahwa work family conflict berhasil memediasi pengaruh family supportive organizational perception terhadap self efficacy demands dan self efficacy challenges. Akan tetapi work family conflict dan perceived managerial support tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh family supportive organizational perception terhadap self efficacy challenges. Dengan menggunakan hasil analisis penelitian ini, praktisi dapat mempertimbangkan untuk memiliki mekanisme kemudahan prosedur dan birokrasi kebutuhan cuti pribadi bagi karyawan. Selain itu, organisasi dapat mempertimbangkan untuk memberikan jadwal kerja dan benefit yang sesuai bagi karyawan apabila diharuskan bagi mereka untuk bekerja di luar jadwal yang sebelumnya telah disepakati. Kemudian, bagi para team leader dapat menyediakan sesi diskusi one on one secara berkala sebagai sarana bonding bagi anggotanya.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of family supportive organizational perception on self efficacy demands and self efficacy challenges with work family conflict and perceived managerial support as mediators. This research is a quantitative research type with a conclusive research design. The sampling method is purposive sampling. A total of 307 female respondents from the technology and information industry in Jabodetabek were the samples for this research. In data processing, researchers used SPSS 25 and Lisrel 8.80 to carry out descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using SEM. Research findings have reported that work family conflict successfully mediates the influence of family supportive organizational perception on self-efficacy demands and self-efficacy challenges. However, work family conflict and perceived managerial support cannot mediate the influence of family supportive organizational perception on self efficacy challenges. By using the results of this research analysis, practitioners can consider having a mechanism to facilitate procedures and bureaucratic personal leave requirements for employees. In addition, organizations can consider providing appropriate work schedules and benefits for employees if they are required to work outside the previously agreed schedule. Then, team leaders can provide regular one-on-one discussion sessions as a means of bonding for their members.
