"Sikap perawat terhadap keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit masih memerlukan upaya perbaikan dan peningkatan.. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kompetensi nursing informatics kepala ruangan, karakteristik perawat dan sikap keselamatan, melalui penelitian cross sectional yang melibatkan 251 perawat di rumah sakit Jakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Nursing Informatics Competency Assessment Tool dan Safety Attitudes Questionnaire dengan tambahan data demografi. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kompetensi nursing informatics dan sikap keselamatan perawat. kompetensi nursing informatics secara signifikan berpengaruh pada sikap keselamatan (P<0,05). Sub variabel mengenali stress perawat dan informatics literacy kepala ruangan menjadi sub variabel yang perlu di optimalkan oleh Rumah sakit.

Nurses' attitudes towards patient safety in hospitals still need improvement and improvement efforts. This study aims to determine the relationship between nursing informatics competencies by head nurse, nurse characteristics and safety attitudes, through a cross sectional study involving 251 nurses at a Jakarta hospital. The instruments used are the Nursing Informatics Competency Assessment Tool and the Safety Attitudes Questionnaire with additional demographic data. There is a significant relationship between nursing informatics competence and nurses' safety attitudes. Nursing informatics competence significantly influenced safety attitude (P<0.05). The sub-variables recognizing stress by nurses and informatics literacy by the head nurse are sub-variables that need to be optimized by the hospital. "

"Sistem informasi dan teknologi kesehatan semakin berkembang. Kepala ruangan sebagai perawat manajer perlu memiliki kompetensi Nursing Informatics (NI) untuk menghadapi tantangan industry 4.0. Upaya peningkatan kompetensi NI kepala ruang diupayakan melalui pendekatan faktor karakteristik kepala ruangan, self-efficacy dan kepuasan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis determinan kompetensi NI Kepala Ruangan di Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian analitik dan rancangan cross-sectional. Sampel berjumlah 165 kepala ruangan di Rumah Sakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan usia, tingkat pendidikan menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan (p<0,05) dengan kompetensi NI Kepala Ruangan. Sementara faktor self-efficacy menunjukkan hubungan yang signifkan (p=0,01) dan kepuasan kerja menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan (p=0,01) dengan kompetensi NI kepala ruangan. Hasil multivariat juga didapatkan faktor yang paling dominan meliputi tingkat pendidikan, self-efficacy dan kepuasan kerja. Rekomendasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu meningkatkan self-efficacy dan kepuasan kerja dalam mengembangkan kompetensi NI.

Health information systems and technology have been growing . The head Nurse of the unit as a manager needed to have Nursing Informatics (NI) competence to face the challenges of industry 4.0. Efforts to increase the NI competence of the head of the room were pursued through the approach of characteristic factors, self-efficacy and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the determination of the NI competence of the Head of the Room at the Hospital. This study used a quantitative approach with an analytical research design and a cross-sectional design. The sample entered 165 heads of rooms in the hospital. The results showed that age, education level showed a significant relationship (p<0.05) with the NI competence of the Head of the Room. Meanwhile, the self-efficacy factor showed a significant relationship (p=0.01) and job satisfaction showed a significant relationship (p=0.01) with the NI competence of the head nurse of the unit. Multivariate results also elucidated that the most dominant factors were education level, self-efficacy and job satisfaction. Recommendations in this study were improved self-efficacy and job satisfaction of Head Nurses to develop NI competencies."

"Budaya keselamatan pasien menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam memberikan perawatan yang aman. Belum optimalnya kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala ruangan dalam menjalankan peran dan fungsinya untuk menjamin kualitas pelayanan terlebih lagi budaya keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala ruangan dengan budaya keselamatan pasien. Penelitian Cross Sectional menggunakan proportional sampling ini dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner yang melibatkan 260 perawat pelaksana di 4 Rumah Sakit X Kota tangerang. Hasil didapatkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala ruangan dengan budaya keselamatan pasien (p<0,05). Hasil regresi linear menunjukkan variabel yang paling mempengaruhi budaya keselamatan pasien yaitu tingkat Pendidikan, jenjang karir dan kompetensi kepemimpinan (R2=0,272). Kesimpulan budaya keselamatan pasien yang kuat dipengaruhi jenjang karir perawat klinik, tingkat Pendidikan perawat pelaksana serta kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala ruangan. Saran penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil adanya korelasi antara hubungan budaya keselamatan pasien dengan karakteristik perawat pelaksana (Tingkat Pendidikan, Jenjang karir perawat klinik) sehingga Hal ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan rumah sakit untuk pengembangan program pendidikan berkelanjutan bagi perawat pelaksana dan peningkatan kompetensi jenjang karir perawat klinik. meningkatkan budaya positif dirumah sakit dengan melakukan pengkajian Kembali pengaturan staf atau ketenagaan perawat terkait dengan kecukupan jumlah tenaga berdasarkan rasio perawat pasien, memperhatikan jumlah total jam kerja perawat serta adanya kesesuaian penempatan tenaga berdasarkan level kompetensi. optimalisasi kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala ruangan dengan pengembangan panduan kompetensi kepemimpinan

Patient safety culture is very important in providing safe care. The leadership competence of the head of nurse is not yet optimal in carrying out its roles and functions to ensure better service quality for patient safety. This study aims to determine the relationship between the leadership competence of the head of nurse and safety culture. This cross-sectional study using proportional sampling was conducted by filling out a questionnaire involving 260 nurses at 4 Hospital X Tangerang City. The results obtained were a significant relationship between the leadership competence of the head of nurse and patient safety culture (p <0.05). The results of linear regression showed that the variables that most influenced patient safety culture were education level, career path and leadership (R2=0,272). The conclusion of patient safety culture that needs to be considered is the importance of clinical nurse careers, the level of education of implementing nurses and the leadership competence of the head of nurse. The suggestion of this research is to get the results of a correlation between patient safety culture and the characteristics of implementing nurses (Education Level, Career Paths for Clinical Nurses) so that this can be a consideration for hospitals for continuing education development programs for implementing nurses and increasing clinical nurse career competencies. improve a positive culture in hospitals by reviewing staff or manpower arrangements related to the adequacy of the number of personnel based on the nurse-patient ratio, paying attention to the number of working hours of nurses and the availability of staffing based on competency levels. optimizing the leadership competence of the head of nurse with the development of leadership competency guidelines."

"Budaya keselamatan memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan pelayanan keperawatan yang aman bagi pasien. Masih ditemui masalah terkait budaya keselamatan pasien dan sikap pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien. Budaya keselamatan pasien dapat berhubungan dengan sikap perawat dalam pelaporan insiden. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan budaya keselamatan pasien dengan sikap perawat dalam pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien. Penelitian Cross Sectional menggunakan cluster sampling ini dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner yang melibatkan 400 perawat di tiga rumah sakit umum daerah di tiga kabupaten Derah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
Hasil didapatkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara budaya keselamatan pasien dengan sikap perawat dalam pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien p=0,005 . Hasil regresi linear menunjukkan variabel yang paling mempengaruhi sikap pelaporan secara berurutan yaitu jabatan, budaya keselamatan pasien, level kompetensi, masa kerja, dan usia perawat R2=0,892.
Kesimpulan adalah bahwa budaya keselamatan pasien memiliki peran penting terkait sikap perawat dalam pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien, upaya untuk memperkuat budaya keselamatan pasien dapat memperbaiki sikap perawat dalam pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien.
Rekomendasi yang diberikan yaitu perbaikan pengaturan staf di rumah sakit, penyelenggaraan pelatihan atau diskusi rutin sebagai tindak lanjut dari pelaporan insiden, menghilangkan budaya menyalahkan terkait pelaporan insiden, memberikan apresiasi kepada perawat yang bersedia melaporkan insiden, menumbuhkan budaya saling mendukung antar perawat dalam pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien.

Safety culture has important role in realizing a safe nursing service for patients. Problems related to patient safety culture and patient safety incident reporting are still encountered. The safety culture of the patient may relate to the nurse 39 s attitude in incident reporting. This study aims to determine the relationship of patient safety culture with the attitude of the nurses in reporting patient 39 s safety incidents. Cross sectional study using cluster sampling was conducted by filling a questionnaire involving 400 nurses at three regional public hospitals in three districts in the province of Yogyakarta special region.
The result shows that there is a significant correlation between patient safety culture and nurse attitude in reporting patient 39 s safety incident p 0,005 . Linier regression result shows consecutively that their position, patient safety culture, level of competence, year of service and age affect their attitude in reporting an accident R2 0,892.
The conclusion is that the patient safety culture has an important role in the nurse 39 s attitude in reporting the patient 39 s safety incident, efforts to strengthen the patient 39 s safety culture could improve the nurse 39 s attitude in reporting the patient 39 s safety incident.
Recommendations include improvements in hospital staffing, regular training or regular discussions as a follow up to incident reporting, eliminating a culture of incident reporting error, giving appreciation to nurses willing to report incidents, fostering a mutually supportive culture among nurses in reporting patient safety incidents.

"Peran kepala ruang yang dijalankan dengan baik dapat menghasilkan keselamatan pasien yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan peran kepala ruang terhadap perilaku perawat dalam pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 95 responden dengan tehnik convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian karakteristik perawat pelaksana rata-rata median umur 28,00 tahun, masa kerja 3,00 tahun, jenis kelamin mayoritas perempuan 75, 8, dan pendidikan mayoritas Diploma tiga keperawatan 83,2. Gambaran peran kepala ruang yang paling banyak dipersepsikan oleh perawat pelaksana adalah informational, sedangkan gambaran peran kepala ruang dipersepsikan optimal oleh perawat pelaksana. Gambaran perilaku perawat baik dalam melaksanakan keselamatan pasien. Tidak Ada hubungan antara peran kepala ruang terhadap perilaku perawat pelaksana p= 0,086. Saran untuk manajemen rumah sakit mengadakan pembinaan terhadap kepala ruang mengenai kemampuan pelaksanaan peran kepala ruang dan ditingkatkan melalui pendidikan secara formal ke jenjang Ners mengingat saat ini mayoritas perawat masih berpendidikan D3 keperawatan.

The Correlation between Head Nurse Role and Staff Nurses Behavior in Implementing Patient Safety Program The head nurse role that is well run can produce better patient safety. The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation between head nurse role and staff nurses behavior in implementing patient safety program. This is cross sectional using method. Ninety five respondents were recruited using convenion sampling technique. The result shows there characteristics of nurses and the average median age of 28.00 years, 3.00 years working period, the majority of female sex 75, 8, and three nursing education Diploma majority of 83.2. Overview of the head nurse role of the most widely perceived by nurses are informational, while overview the of the head nurse role optimal perceived by nurses. Overview good behavior of nurses in implementing patient safety. There is no relationship between the head nurses role of the behavior of nurses p 0.086. Recommendations for the hospital management to hold coaching of head nurses role regarding the implementation of the head nurses role capabilities and enhanced through formal education to the level of nurses since currently the majority educated nurses still three nursing diploma.

"Keselamatan pasien merupakan indikator kualitas pelayanan yang berdampak pada kepuasan pasien. Ketidakpatuhan terhadap penerapan keselamatan pasien dapat menimbulkan insiden keselamatan pasien. Pelaksanaan penerapan keselamatan pasien yang belum optimal berkaitan dengan human error (beban kerja, pemanfaatan waktu dan sumber daya manusia, dan pembagian beban kerja yang belum sesuai). Dibutuhkan kemampuan perawat primer/ketua tim sebagai lini terdepan dalam pemberian asuhan melalui pelaksanaan pendelegasian yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara pelaksanaan pendelegasian dengan penerapan keselamatan pasien. Rancangan penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional pada 160 perawat pelaksana yang diambil secara total sampling pada salah satu rumah sakit di Jakarta. Analisis dilakukan dengan uji chi square dan regresi logistik ganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan pendelegasian dengan penerapan keselamatan pasien (p 0,001; OR 4,302 2,215-8,356). Bidang Keperawatan membuat perencanaan capaian indikator mutu melalui pelaksanaan SKP yang belum optimal.  Kepala ruangan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap  pelaksanaan pendelegasian yang dilakukan perawat primer/ketua tim.

Patient safety is an indicator of service quality that has an impact on patient satisfaction. Non-compliance with the application of patient safety could lead to incidents of patient safety. The implementation of patient safety that is not optimal is related to human error (workload, utilization of time and human resources, and the division of workload that is not appropriate). It takes the ability of the primary nurse / team leader as the frontline in providing care through the implementation of effective delegation. This study aims to identify the relationship between the implementation of delegation and the application of patient safety. The study design was a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The samples were taken on 160 nurses with a total sampling method at one hospital in Jakarta. The analysis was done by chi square test and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that there was a relationship between the implementation of delegation and the application of patient safety (p 0.001; OR 4.302; CI 2.215-8.356) Director of Nursing makes planning the achievement of quality indicators through the implementation of patient safety goals that is not optimal The head manager monitoring and evaluation implementation of the delegations carried out by the primary nurse / team leader."

"Kepala ruangan sebagai perawat manajer yang bersentuhan langsung dengan staf, melaksanakan strategi untuk meningkatkan retensi agar stafnya mempunyai keinginan untuk bertahan bekerja. Strategi yang telah dilaksanakan kepala ruangan seringkali kurang membuahkan hasil yang baik karena beberapa faktor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi strategi kepala ruangan dalam meningkatkan retensi perawat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional.
Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dari kepala ruangan sesuai kriteria inklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan merupakan modifikasi dari instrumen strategi retensi perawat dan pengembangan dari beberapa sumber terkait.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara struktur organisasi, dukungan pimpinan, fungsi perencanaan, fungsi ketenagaan, dan fungsi pengendalian dengan strategi retensi p = 0,002 ndash; 0,044, ? = 0,05 . Faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi adalah dukungan pimpinan p = 0,032; OR = 2,817, 95 CI dan fungsi ketenagaan p = 0,042; OR = 2,714, 95 CI . Rekomendasi: Kepala ruangan perlu dukungan yang kuat dari pimpinan rumah sakit dalam melaksanakan strategi untuk meningkatkan retensi perawat.

Head nurse as a nurse manager in direct contact with staff, executes a strategy to increase retention so that his staff has a desire to survive. Strategies that have been implemented by head nurse are often poorly managed due to several factors. The purpose of this study was to identify factors that may influence the strategy in increasing nurse retention.
This research is descriptive research with cross sectional approach. This study used total sampling from head nurse according to inclusion criteria. The instrument used is a modification of the nurse 39 s retention strategy and development tool from several related sources.
The result showed that there was a significant relationship between organizational structure, leadership support, planning function, staffing function, and controlling function with retention strategy p 0,002 0,044, 0,05 . The most dominant factors influenced were leadership support p 0.032, OR 2.817, 95 CI and staffing function p 0.042 OR 2.714, 95 CI . Recommendations Nurse retention strategies conducted by head nurse need strong support from hospital management for their success in improving nurse retention."

"Gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan dalam berinteraksi dengan anggota dan saat mengelola ruang rawat akan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan kinerja perawat yang dipimpinnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan yang dipersepsikan perawat pelaksana dengan kepuasan dan kinerja perawat pelaksana.
Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional desain deskripsi korelasi melibatkan 146 perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah RSUD Cibinong yang dipilih secara random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan Chi Square, uji Fisher dan regresi logistik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan (servant dan transformasional) dengan kepuasan (p<0,05), antara gaya kepemimpinan (servant, transaksional, dan transformasional) dengan kinerja (p < 0,05), serta terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan dan kinerja perawat (p < 0,043). Gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan yang paling berhubungan dengan kepuasan perawat pelaksana adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional (OR = 6,345), dan kinerja adalah transaksional (OR = 3,846).
Hasil ini menyarankan untuk menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat pelaksana.

Head nurses leadership style, when interacting with nursing staffs and when managing nursing service area, affected to nursing staffs satisfaction and performance.
This study aimed to identify the relationship between head nurses leadership style, that perceived by nursing staffs, with their satisfaction and performance.
The design research was descriptive correlative with cross sectional approach. The sample were selected randomized involving 146 nursing staffs in Cibinong General Hospital. Data were analyzed by chi-square, Fisher's exact test and logistic regression.
The results showed that there was a relationship between head nurses leadership style (servant and transformational) with nursing staffs satisfaction (p <0.05), there was a relationship between head nurses leadership style (servant, transactional, and transformational) with nursing staffs performance (p <0.05), and there was a relationship between nursing staffs satisfaction with their performance (p <0.043). head nurses Leadership style that most related to the nursing staffs satisfaction was a transformational leadership style (OR = 6.345), and the most related to the nursing staffs performance is transactional leadership style (OR = 3.846).
It is recommended for head nurses to apply the transformational leadership style to improve nursing staffs satisfaction and the transactional leadership style to improve nursing staffs performance.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen kepala ruang dengan komitmen perawat pelaksana pada organisasi di Rumah Sakit Bhakti Yudha Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskreptiif korelasi dengan rancangan cross sectional, dan jumlah sampel 119 perawat pelaksana dengan teknik pengambilan total sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fungsi manajemen yang mempunyai hubungan dengan komitmen perawat pelaksana pada organisasi adalah fungsi perencanaan (p=0,47, 95% CI=1,005-4,480), fungsi pengarahan (p=0,017, 95% CI=1,255-5,576), dan fungsi pengendalian (p=0,012, 95% CI=1,312-5,844). Sedangkan dari karakteristik individu yang terdapat hubungan adalah tingkat pendidikan (p=0,048, 95% CI=0,899-66,204). Faktor paling berhubungan adalah fungsi pengarahan setelah dikontrol variabel tingkat pendidikan. Kepala ruangan perlu memberikan motivasi dan memfasilitasi perawat pelaksana untuk meningkatkan komitmen pada organisasi.

This research was descriptive correlation study with cross-sectional design and 119 sample nurses working in hospital, recruited using total sampling technique. Results of this study indicated that the management functions which associated with the nurse's commitment were planning (p=0,47, 95% CI=1,005-4,480), directing (p=0,017, 95% CI=1,255-5,576), and controlling functions (p=0,012, 95% CI=1,312-5,844). The individual characteristics that associated with nurse's commitment was the education level (p=0,048, 95% CI=0,899-66,204). The most related factor was a directing function after it has been controlled by education level. Head nurse needs to motivate and facilitate nurses to develop and improve the commitment to organization.
