"Transaksi elektronik pada era dijital saat ini telah menjadi sebuah aktifitas umum, meliputi kegiatan transaksi jual beli, kegiatan investasi, dan sebagainya. Transaksi elektronik menggunakan dompet dijital yang sudah dikenal di Indonesia seperti OVO, Go-Pay dan Dana umumnya memberitahukan hasil pembayaran atau promo melalui push notifications atau notifikasi. Notifikasi ini terdiri dari 2, yakni notifikasi yang berasal dari dalam dan luar perangkat. Notifikasi yang berasal dari dalam perangkat dapat berupa notifikasi pembayaran dan notifikasi cashback. Notifikasi yang berasal dari luar perangkat dapat berupa notifikasi promo dan notifikasi lain-lain, seperti gamifikasi dan sebagainya. Dari observasi notifikasi beberapa dompet dijital tersebut, diturunkan sebuah desain generik arsitektur yang memiliki kapabilitas untuk mengirimkan notifikasi ke perangkat yang tersedia. Berdasarkan desain generik ini, dihasilkan sebuah ran- cangan arsitektur umum untuk platform notifikasi yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan perancangan pengembang aplikasi. Pengimplementasian dilakukan dengan bantuan dengan menggunakan framework Django, RabbitMQ, dan aplikasi berbasis Android Native. Dari hasil pengujian atas implementasi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini, didapatkan bahwa implementasi tersebut dapat memenuhi beberapa skenario generik kebutuhan perusahaan industri fintech berdasarkan observasi notifikasi yang telah dilakukan.

Electronic transactions in this era have been a mundane activity, which covers buying, selling, investing and etc. Electronic transactions that used three of the well-known e-wallets in Indonesia, which are OVO, Go-Pay and Dana, usually informs their user about transaction outcomes and promotions are through push notifications. Push Notifications consist of 2 types, notifications which came from the device, and which were not from the device itself. Notification which came from the device itself may consist of transaction notifications and cashback or points notifications. Notification which were not from the device itself are may consist of promotion notifications and other types of notifications, which could cover gamifications, updates, etc. From the analysis of notifications, a generic architecture design which has a capability of sending notifications to devices is created. Based on the generic architecture design, a common architecture draft for notification platforms is created with the goal of simplifying app developers’ drafts. There are several technologies are used when implementing the design, such as Django framework, RabbitMQ, and Android Native based application. As a result of testing of the implementation, the draft successfully achieved several scenarios of payment and cashback notifications based on the observations on the use cases of fintech industries."

"Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh perkembangan Fintech terhadap tingkat risiko bank umum di negara anggota ASEAN-5 periode 2014 sampai 2021. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 74 bank umum yang terletak di Indonesia, Singapura, Malaysia, Filipina, dan Thailand. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa perkembangan Fintech menyebabkan risiko bank umum meningkat, secara khusus pada bank berukuran besar dan kecil, bank efisiensi rendah, bank pendapatan non-bunga tinggi, dan bank shadow banking rendah. Meskipun begitu, tingkat risiko bank umum tidak terpengaruh oleh perkembangan Fintech yang lebih lanjut. Ketika Fintech sudah semakin berkembang, bank mampu mengejar ketertinggalannya dari Fintech sehingga tingkat risikonya menurun.

This study aims to analyze the impact of Fintech development on commercial banks' risk levels in the ASEAN-5 countries from 2014 to 2021. The study included a sample from 74 commercial banks in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand. The research found that Fintech development increases banks' risk levels, especially in banks with big and small sizes, low efficiency, high non-interest income, and low shadow banking. However, bank risk levels are not affected by the further development of Fintech. When Fintech is growing even further, banks are able to catch up with Fintech development so that the risk levels decrease.

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai perlindungan hukum tentang penyelenggaraan sistem pembayaran elektronik menggunakan kartu. Perlindungan yang diatur pada undang-undang nomor 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik mengamanatkan pelaksanaan transaksi elektronik yang andal, aman dan bertanggung jawab. Pada prakteknya pelaksanaan ini belum terlaksana dengan baik. Tesis ini mencoba membahas peraturan-peraturan yang terkait dengan aspek perlindungan pengguna sistem pembayaran elektronik dengan alat pembayaran menggunakan kartu.

This thesis describes about the legal protection implemented on the enforcement of electronic payment system using payment card. The legal protection that are regulated in the law of Information and Electronic Transaction number 11 year 2008 is mandating for an electronic transaction practice that are secure, reliable and responsible. On the field this practice of regulation has not been well applied. This thesis will try to look other regulation that are related with the aspect of user protection on electronic payment system used with payment card."

"In the development of electronic transaction, there is condition which puts consumer in a lower bargaining position, especially if the transaction held in an international trading. It will significantly reduce the consumer's bargaining position. The consumer's lower bargaining position is caused by the differences of jurisdiction that cause lack of legal certainty in a consumer disputes settlement. Law No. 11/2008 regulates about Information and Electronic Transaction does't discuss about international consumer disputes. Thus consumer needs legal protection such as state intervention in the field of transaction and business settlement. Consumer dispute settlement in an international electronic transaction must understand the rights of consumer so it can give legal choice and forum based on consumer law. There will be used by judges or arbiters as a consideration in order to settle consumer dispute. Therefore Online dispute Resolution (ODR) has been developed in order to vanish legal barriers in a process of settlement."

E-commerce is defined as the buying of goods and services in physical or electronic form, using an electronic communication device such as telephone, personal computer, online kiosk, automatic teller machine, smart card or smart phone through a telecommunications channel such as the traditional public telephone network, computer network, mobile communications network and the like A way of transaction business which can be conducted from long distance and without recognizing existence of state boundary of through later internet recognized by the name of e-commerce, generating existence of question of how the tax administration impose tax for income from transaction e-commerce, whether existing taxation rule now have adequate in imposing tax for income from transaction e-commerce and any kind of income got from transaction e-commerce.
Method research is conducted by bibliography study to learn and analyze literatures of related to problems fundamental and interview with all expert.
From research result known that after tax administration know characteristic from determinable transaction e-commerce hence the economic essence from each existing transaction as long as there is additional of economic ability of arising out of effect the transaction hence there is tax object which can be collected by tax, escaped what name weared by taxpayer but side administration of difficulty tax still trace transaction e-commerce without available of data or information that is needed, especially if the transaction conducted through server or taxpayer which beyond country. Taxation rule for income not yet adequate enough in tax imposition for income from transaction e-commerce.
The regulation not yet arranged completely and totally hit taxation treatment for transaction e-commerce and tax treaty even also not yet arranged completely hit transaction e-commerce. About determination of transaction e-commerce earn assumed to own a permanent establishment even also at tax law number 17 in the year 2000 about taxation income not yet been arranged completely and totally although at article 5 (1) point P at Newest tax law Number 36 in the year 2008 about taxation income have been entered that computer, electronic agent, or the automatic equipments owned, rent, or used by organizer of electronic transaction to run business activity of through internet pertained into permanent establishment but the mentioned still less be specific because of this transaction e-commerce need a taxation rule which changing rules and need ability to adopt unique from this transaction e-commerce. "Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh customer experience terhadap loyalitas pengguna aplikasi fintech investasi di Indonesia. Transformasi radikal di sektor keuangan, dipicu oleh perkembangan fintech, telah mengubah cara masyarakat mengakses layanan keuangan dengan menyediakan sistem transaksi yang lebih efisien. Penelitian ini berfokus pada faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi customer experience, termasuk ease of use, perceived value, customer support, perceived risk, speed dan perceived firm innovativeness, serta pengaruhnya terhadap loyalty intention. Data dikumpulkan dari 301 responden pengguna aplikasi fintech investasi di Indonesia dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan, nilai yang dirasakan, jaminan keamanan, kecepatan layanan, dan inovasi perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap customer experience. Customer experience juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat loyalitas pengguna. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan fintech investasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan mereka dan memperkuat ikatan dengan pelanggan.

This research explores the influence of customer experience on user loyalty of investment fintech apps in Indonesia. The radical transformation in the financial sector, triggered by the development of fintech, has changed the way people access financial services by providing a more efficient transaction system. This study focuses on the factors that influence customer experience, including ease of use, perceived value, customer support, perceived risk, speed and perceived firm innovativeness, and their influence on loyalty intention. Data were collected from 301 respondents of investment fintech application users in Indonesia and analyzed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results showed that ease of use, perceived value, security assurance, service speed, and company innovation have a significant influence on customer experience. Customer experience is also proven to have a significant effect on user loyalty intentions. The findings provide insights for investment fintech companies to improve their service quality and strengthen bonds with customers."

"Perusahaan Teknologi Finansial Pendanaan atau sering disebut sebagai FinTech Peer to Peer Lending di Indonesia memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pemerataan kebutuhan akses pendanaan secara nasional. Namun, terdapat ketimpangan antara kinerja perusahaan dari sisi jumlah pengguna serta jumlah pendanaan yang terdistribusi dibandingkan dengan potensi pasar yang ada. Hal ini disebabkan banyaknya kompleksitas yang terjadi termasuk adanya kekurangan sumber-daya internal, tekanan dari regulator, hingga tekanan dari keraguan pasar untuk menggunakan produk. Dalam menyingkapi masalah tersebut, para pemain melakukan berbagai macam kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak untuk dapat menghasilkan inovasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar, regulasi dan perkembangan teknologi. Penelitian ini berforkus pada dinamika dalam kolaborasi antara para FinTech Peer to Peer Lending dengan jejaringnya. Dalam penelitian ini konsep sistem memori transaktif pada level perusahaan dengan rekan kolaborasinya menjadi kunci dalam memahami dinamika yang ada. Diprediksikan bahwa karakteristik rekan kolaborasi dari sisi spesialisasi pengetahuan, kepercayaan perusahaan akan kredibilitas pengetahuan rakennya serta koordinasi dengan rekan rekan yang dimiliki dianggap dapat berperan dalam peningkatan inovasi serta kinerja perusahaan.

Peer to Peer (P2P) lending FinTech firms in Indonesia possess a major role in enhancing the country’s financial inclusion that leads to a better national’s economy condition. Despites of its’ massive growth in terms of players, investors, as well as innovations; number of national’s P2P lending FinTech adopters are still low which pivotal as it resemblance their performance. This occur as P2P lending FinTech firms facing various challenges both internal and externally due to the newness of the industry. To become more effective, current players tend to collaborate with various parties in deciphering the industrial dynamics. This research focusing on how firm might entrench benefits from its’ collaboration through the concept of Transactive memory system in the inter-firm collaboration level. This research argued that the availability of TSM among the P2P lending FinTech firm and its collaborative might enhance the firm’s competitive advantage such innovation which leads to a better performance in the market. This research mainly contributes to the TMS research field where the concept of TMS mainly used in a small group, and never been investigated in the context of inter-firm collaboration. Current study also contributes to the TMS field as it goes to the dimensional level rather than uses TMS as second order factor construct."

"Jumlah layanan keuangan berbasis digital atau yang dikenal dengan istilah fintech (financial technology) mengalami pertumbuhan setiap tahunnya. Menurut Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), fintech di Indonesia dikelompokkan menjadi dua yaitu fintech berbasis konvensional serta syariah. Perkembangan fintech berbasis konvensional saat ini lebih pesat dibandingkan dengan fintech berbasis syariah. Pertumbuhan serta penggunaan fintech berbasis syariah dari tahun ke tahun masih belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Di sisi lain, pemerintah Indonesia memiliki target sebagai pusat ekonomi syariah terbesar di dunia salah satunya melalui penetrasi fintech berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor religiositas (intrinsic religiosity dan extrinsic religiosity) serta literasi keuangan berbasis syariah (sharia knowledge dan sharia implementation) terhadap niat untuk menggunakan fintech berbasis syariah. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah convergent mixed – method yaitu penghimpunan data kualitatif serta kuantitatif dilakukan secara pararel. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah open-ended question yang bersifat kualitatif beserta kuesioner yang berisi faktor – faktor mengenai niat untuk menggunakan layanan fintech berbasis syariah yang bersifat kuantitatif dengan skala likert 5 tingkatan. Media penghimpunan data menggunakan aplikasi google form yang disebarkan melalui media sosial. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 159 responden dengan kriteria pernah menggunakan aplikasi fintech berbasis syariah yang telah terdaftar di OJK. Analisis kualitatif menggunakan teknik thematic analysis (analisis tematik) sedangkan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan teknik PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equational Model) dengan software SMART-PLS4. Setelah diperoleh hasil kualitatif beserta kuantitatif, kemudian dilakukan penarikan hubungan antara hasil kualitatif serta kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor intrinsic religiosity serta extrinsic religiosity memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap social influence, sedangkan sharia knowledge serta sharia implementation memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap credibility, knowledge, serta perceived benefit. Namun niat untuk menggunakan atau intention to use hanya dipengaruhi oleh social influence serta perceived benefit. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi mengenai konsep religiositas serta literasi keuangan syariah terhadap niat untuk menggunakan layanan fintech berbasis syariah pada penelitian selanjutnya. Konsep religiositas serta literasi keuangan syariah ini juga diharapkan dapat bermanfaat kepada pengguna fintech syariah, penyedia layanan, serta pemangku kepentingan untuk dapat saling berkontribusi meningkatkan penetrasi fintech syariah di Indonesia.

The number of digital-based financial services, known as fintech (financial technology), has been growing every year. According to the Financial Services Authority (OJK), fintech in Indonesia is classified into two categories: conventional fintech and sharia-based fintech. The development of conventional fintech is currently progressing more rapidly compared to sharia-based fintech. The growth and usage of sharia-based fintech from year to year are still not as expected. On the other hand, the Indonesian government aims to become the world's largest center for sharia economy, partly through the penetration of sharia-based fintech. This research aims to determine the influence of religiosity factors (intrinsic religiosity and extrinsic religiosity) and sharia-based financial literacy (sharia knowledge and sharia implementation) on the intention to use sharia-based fintech. The research uses the convergent mixed-method technique, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection conducted in parallel. The research instruments consist of open-ended questions for qualitative data and a questionnaire containing factors related to the intention to use sharia-based fintech, measured on a 5-level Likert scale, for quantitative data. Data was collected using the Google Form application distributed through social media. The research obtained 159 respondents who have used sharia-based fintech applications registered with the OJK. The qualitative analysis used thematic analysis, while the quantitative analysis utilized PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares - Structural Equational Model) with SMART-PLS4 software. After obtaining qualitative and quantitative results, a relationship between the two sets of data was drawn. The research results indicate that intrinsic religiosity and extrinsic religiosity have a significant influence on social influence, while sharia knowledge and sharia implementation have a significant influence on credibility, knowledge, and perceived benefit. However, the intention to use is only influenced by social influence and perceived benefit. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of religiosity and sharia financial literacy concepts related to the intention to use sharia-based fintech in further research. These concepts are also expected to be beneficial to sharia fintech users, service providers, and stakeholders to mutually contribute to increasing the penetration of sharia-based fintech in Indonesia."

"Pandemi COVID-19 telah mengubah cara orang berinteraksi dengan teknologi dan melakukan transaksi. Seiring dengan meningkatnya pentingnya transaksi non-tunai, aplikasi pembayaran digital mengalami peningkatan penggunaan yang signifikan di seluruh dunia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi fintech di Indonesia menggunakan UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) dan ITM (Initial Trust Model). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, kontrol diri yang dirasakan, dan kepercayaan yang dirasakan memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pengguna untuk menggunakan aplikasi fintech. Namun, keamanan yang dirasakan tidak tampak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat pengguna untuk menggunakan aplikasi fintech. Data dikumpulkan dari pengguna aktif aplikasi pembayaran digital. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pengguna aplikasi menghasilkan kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, kontrol diri yang dirasakan, dan kepercayaan yang dirasakan di kalangan pengguna aktif aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berharga dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan aplikasi fintech di Indonesia. Bagi bisnis fintech, penelitian ini dapat membantu pengembang aplikasi fintech dalam meningkatkan fitur dan fungsionalitas aplikasi untuk lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi pengguna.

The COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the way people interact with technology and conduct transactions. As cashless transactions become increasingly important, digital payment applications have experienced a significant surge in usage worldwide. The objective of this study is to identify the factors that influence user acceptance of fintech applications in Indonesia using UTAUT and ITM. The findings indicate that usability, ease of use, perceived self-control, and perceived trust have a positive and significant impact on users' intention to use fintech applications. However, perceived security does not appear to have a significant influence on users' intention to use fintech applications. Data were collected from active users of digital payment app. Findings indicate that app experiences generate usability, ease of use, perceived self-control, and perceived trust among active users of the app. This research provides a valuable contribution to understanding the factors that affect the acceptance and use of fintech applications in Indonesia. For fintech businesses, this research may assist fintech application developers in enhancing application features and functionality to better suit user needs and preferences."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang upaya analisis terhadap kemampuan, kapasitas, dan jumlah industri perkapalan/galangan kapal di Indonesia yang memiliki ketentuan/standar dalam pembangunan kapal baru maupun reparasi yang berkaitan dengan kebijakan pemerintah, yang pada akhirnya dapat ditentukan industri perkapalan/galangan kapal nasional mampu atau tidak guna memenuhi permintaan pembangunan kapal baru maupun kegiatan reparasi terkait dengan penerapan azas cabotage sejak maret 2005 hingga maret 2010 (pasca dikeluarkannya INPRES No.5 Tahun 2005) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa pemerintah perlu menerapkan suatu kebijkan maritim khusus terkait dengan industri perkapalan/galangan kapal nasional dengan melibatkan stakeholder kemaritiman terkait yang berkompeten dibidang masing-masing; perlu disesuaikan antara kebijakan sektoral perpajakan dengan program pemerintah membangun sektor perkapalan.

This scription discuses the effort to an analysis of the capability, capacity, and the amount of the shipping industry / shipyard in Indonesia, which have provisions / standards for new ship construction and repair relating to government policies, which can ultimately be determined shipbuilding industry / national shipyards capable or not to meet the demand for new ship construction and repair activities associated with implementation of the principle of cabotage since March 2005 until March 2010 (post issuance of Presidential Instruction No. 5 / 2005) in Indonesia. This study is a descriptive qualitative research design.
The results suggest that the government needs to implement a development policy specifically related to maritime shipping industry / national shipyard by involving relevant stakeholders of the competent maritime field respectively; need to be adjusted between the sectoral policies of taxation by a government program to build the shipping sector.
