"Satu dari empat orang Indonesia atau 24,1% dari populasi di Indonesia terlibat dalam perilaku tidak sehat selama lebih dari 6 jam / hari. Perilaku menetap Penyakit tidak sehat (PMTS) merupakan salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya masalah warisan kesehatan seperti kelebihan berat badan. PMTS adalah perilaku yang terjadi di saat duduk atau berbaring dan membutuhkan pengeluaran energi yang minimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara PMTS dengan manfaatnya berat tenaga kerja di Direktorat Kelaikan Udara dan Pengoperasian Pesawat Udara (DKPPU), Cengkareng. Desain studi cross sectional ini melibatkan 78 pekerja kantor di DKPPU. Kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner mengenai karakteristik responden, Baecke Physical Activity Scale menilai aktivitas
fisik ideal dan Survei Perilaku Menetap Dewasa untuk menilai PMTS. Uji statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS dan menggunakan uji chi square untuk analisis bivariat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan 53,8% mengalami PMTS ringan dan 52,6% memiliki BMI abnormal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara PMTS dan kelebihan berat badan (nilai p = 0,000). Pekerja dengan PMTS ringan memiliki 10,35 kali lebih besar memiliki BMI normal dibandingkan dengan pekerja dengan PMTS berat (OR: 10,35). Saran penelitian ini diharapkan oleh para pekerja memiliki aktivitas fisik yang seimbang, memperbaiki kebiasaan olahraga, dan
kurangi PMTS di waktu senggang.

One in four Indonesians or 24.1% of the population in Indonesia engaging in unhealthy behavior for more than 6 hours / day. Permanent behavior Unhealthy disease (PMTS) is a risk factor for inherited health problems such as being overweight. PMTS is a behavior that occurs while sitting or lying down and requires minimal energy expenditure. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between PMTS and the benefits of labor weight in the Directorate of Airworthiness and Aircraft Operations (DKPPU), Cengkareng. This cross sectional study design involved 78 office workers in DKPPU. The questionnaire used in this study is a questionnaire regarding the characteristics of the respondent, the Baecke Physical Activity Scale assesses activity ideal physique and Adult Sedentary Behavior Survey to assess PMTS. Statistical tests were performed using SPSS software and using the chi square test for bivariate analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 53.8% had mild PMTS and 52.6% had an abnormal BMI. The analysis showed that there was a relationship between PMTS and being overweight (p value = 0.000). Workers with mild PMTS had 10.35 times greater than normal BMI compared to workers with severe PMTS (OR: 10.35). This research suggestion is expected by workers to have balanced physical activity, improve exercise habits, and
reduce PMTS in spare time.
