"Latar belakang: Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien adalah dengan manajemen risiko. Program manajemen risiko akan berjalan baik jika ada komitmen dan pengawasan dari pimpinan, tata kelola yang baik, metodologi dalam mengidentifikasi, evaluasi serta memonitoring risiko serta adanya evaluasi dan pelaporan berkala dari program manajemen risiko. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlibatan perawat manajer dalam pelaksanaan manajemen risiko di rumah sakit. Metodologi penelitian: studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik Focus Group Interview pada 12 perawat manajer yang terdiri dari 1 Kepala Sub Instalasi, 7 Kepala Unit, dan 4 Ketua Tim yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga kali interview dimana satu kelompok terdiri dari empat orang. Analisis konten tematik digunakan untuk analisis data, data disajikan dengan pohon tematik. Daftar periksa kriteria konsolidasi untuk pelaporan penelitian kualitatif (COREQ) digunakan sebagai pedoman pelaporan penelitian. Hasil: Penelitian ini ditemukan enam tema: 1) Beragamnya persepsi perawat manajer tentang manajemen risiko, 2) Perawat manajer berperan penting dalam identifikasi awal risiko, 3) Proses perencanaan solusi memerlukan koordinasi antar unit dan kolaborasi interdisiplin, 4) Manajemen risiko digunakan sebagai pertimbangan pengambilan keputusan, 5) Untuk masalah berdampak besar dilakukan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, dan 6) Kesibukan, kurang pengetahuan, dan kurang terstrukturnya monitoring dan evaluasi menjadi faktor penghambat pelaksanaan manajemen risiko. Kesimpulan: Perlunya perbaikan kebijakan berkaitan dengan proses penyusunan daftar risiko dan sistim monitoring-evaluasi, mengenali faktor penghambat dan menggunakan manajemen risiko sebagai pertimbangan keputusan dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan pelaksanaan manajemen risiko.

Background: Risk management is one strategy to raise patient safety. The leadership's dedication and oversight, sound governance, risk identification, assessment, and monitoring techniques, as well as routine program reporting and evaluation, will all contribute to the success of the risk management program. The purpose of this study is to outline nurse managers' contributions to hospital risk management initiatives. Research methodology: a descriptive qualitative method is used in this study. Twelve nurse managers were interviewed in three groups of four, with each group including four to five individuals, as part of the focus group interviewing technique utilized for data collection. Data analysis is done using theme content analysis, and the results are displayed using a
thematic tree. The consolidated criteria for reporting qualitative research (COREQ) checklist was used to guide research reporting. Results: This research found six themes: (i) Nurse managers have different perspectives on risk management; (ii) Nurse managers are crucial in identifying risk early on; (iii) Coordination and collaboration with relevant parties are required during the solution planning process; (iv) Risk management used as consideration for decision making, (v) Failure Mode Effect Analysis is performed for problems with significant consequences; and (vi) Lack of knowledge, busyness, and unstructured monitoring are factors inhibiting the implementation of risk management. Conclusion: Improving policies related to compiling risk registers and monitoring systems, recognizing inhibiting factors, and using risk management as a decision consideration can increase the success of risk management implementation.

"Sistem jenjang karir keperawatan yang direncanakan dan diimplementasikan dapat memengaruhi proses kehidupan dan masa depan perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor dominan yang memengaruhi efektifitas pelaksanaan program sistem jenjang karir dengan implementasi manajemen nyeri di rumah sakit. Disain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui data primer sebanyak 121 perawat pelaksana serta data sekunder dokumen rekam medis pasien berisi catatan keperawatan terkait manajemen nyeri yang terdiri dari pengkajian, intervensi dan re-evaluasi. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa variabel implementasi sistem jenjang karir yang paling berpengaruh terhadap implementasi manajemen nyeri oleh perawat klinik adalah pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan (PPB). Peneliti merekomendasikan perlunya perencanaan terstruktur melalui analisa kebutuhan training bagi masing-masing perawat.

Career ladder system which its planning and implementation affected nurse?s life and future. This study aimed to identify the dominant factors of career ladder system program to the implementation of pain management in the hospital. The design research was descriptive correlative with cross sectional approach. Data were collected through primary data as much as 121 nurses and also secondary data from patient medical records related to pain management nursing documentation included assessment, intervention, and re-evaluation. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The result showed that the variables of the career ladder system implementation that most affected on the pain management implementation by clinical nurses is continuing professional development (CPD). It is recommended to make structured planning through training needs analysis for each nurse.

"Kinerja personil baik kuantitas maupun kualitas dalam organisasi rumah sakit merupakan penampilan dari setiap upaya pelayanan kesehatan yang merupakan tanggung jawab perawat manajer. Perawat manajer adalah orang yang terlibat dalam akreditasi dan bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan pelayanan keperawatan, sehingga tujuan pelayanan keperawatan yang bermutu tercapai.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran 'hubungan antara pemahaman tentang akreditasi rumah sakit dan karakteristik dengan kinerja perawat manajer di Rumah Sakit Kepolisian Pusat Raden Said Sukanto Jakarta'. Disain penelitian adalah deskriptif korelasional, pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 80 orang, dengan instrumen kuesioner yang telah diujikan hasil valid dan reliabel.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pemahaman akreditasi Rumah Sakit bidang pelayanan keperawatan dengan kinerja perawat manajer (p=0,973). Perawat manajer yang paham tentang akreditasi lebih baik, memiliki peluang untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dibandingkan dengan perawat manajer yang kurang paham. Sedangkan karakteristik menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja perawat manajer.
Disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman perawat manajer tentang akreditasi tidak berhubungan bermakna dengan kinerja perawat. Direkomendasikan bahwa pimpinan rumah sakit perlu menjelaskan pemahaman perawat manajer tentang akreditasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajer dalam pengelolaan pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit.

In a hospital organization, the personnel's performance from both the quality or quantity standpoint reflects the effort in health service was responsible nurse manager. The person who is involved in the accreditation process is the nurse manager and he/ she is responsible in managing the nursing services to achieve the high quality nursing services.
This research is intended to illustrate 'the relationship between the understanding of hospital accreditation and individual characteristic with the performance of nurse managers at the Raden Said Sukanto Main Police Hospital in Jakarta'. The research format is a co relational descriptive with a cross sectional characteristic. The sample for this research is taken from the entire nurse manager staff at the RS Sukanto Main Police Hospital numbering to 80 people, the instrument used with the validity and reliability test.
The result reveals that there is no significant relation between the understanding of hospital accreditation in the field of nursing services with the nurse manager's performance (p=0.973). A nurse manager who understands the gist of accreditation has a slightly better chance to improve his/her performance compared to a nurse manager who is insufficient in his/her understanding of the accreditation. The research on characteristic reveals that there is no significant relation between the individual's characteristic and the performance of nurse managers at the RS Sukanto Main Police Hospital.
The conclusion of this study showed that there isn't significant relation between the undertanding nurse manager with performance nurse's. From this result can be suggested for direction hospital need explained the continuation of the accreditation process to provide an effective learning experience to increase the quality of the nursing service is recommended.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas komite manajemen risiko terhadap kinerja perusahaan di Indonesia. Efektivitas komite manajemen risiko dinilai dari indenpendensi, kompetensi, dan aktivitas rapat yang dilakukan oleh komite manajemen risiko. Kinerja perusahaan diukur dengan menggunakan rasio return on asset ROA perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan mengambil 30 perusahaan yang memiliki komite manajemen risiko dan terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 2013 ndash; 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efektivitas komite manajemen risiko terhadap kinerja perusahaan di Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of risk management effectiveness on firm performance in Indonesia. Risk management committee effectiveness is assessed from independency, competency, and meeting activities conducted by risk management committee. Firm performance is measured by company rsquo s return on asset ratio ROA . Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression by taking 30 companies that have risk management committee and listed on BEI in year 2013 2016. The result of this research shows that there is no significant influence between risk management committee effectiveness and firm performance in Indonesia. "

"Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan adanya uraian dan spesifikasi jabatan yang tidak jelas dan tidak spesifik serta struktur organisasi keperawatan yang tidak memiliki jalur komando keruangan, sehingga menyebabkan tumpang tindih jabatan di bagian manajer keperawatan RSPP. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang Analisis Jabatan Tenaga Manajer Keperawatan di RSPP. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian operasional (operational research) dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif. Data primer berasal dari kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam (indepih interview). Sedangkan data sekunder didapat dari telaah dokumen. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pemegang jabatan manajer keperawatan di RSPP, kecuali supervisor. Uraian jabatan Supervisor sudah cukup jelas dan lengkap. Hasil penelitian ini berupa usulan struktur organisasi, job description dan job specification yang baru di RSPP sehingga bisa dijadikan dasar atau masukan awal bagi Departemen Keperawatan RSPP dalam rangka restukturisasi organisasi.

Job Analysis of Nurse Manager at RSPP 2004 The background of this research is the condition in RSPP where the job description and job specification are inaccurate, in specific and problematic nurse structure, which result in overlapping of job at nursing department RSPP. This is the reason for the researches to undertake his study of job analysis of nurse manager at RSPP. The method use collect data are questionnaire, in depth interview and by studying related document. The result of this research are organizational structure, job description, and job specification for the nursing department of RSPP, which may be use as base for reorganization of the department.

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini memberikan solusi bagaimana penerapan manajemen risiko di Rumah Sakit ABC. Tujuannya adalah untuk memahami desain manajemen risiko yang efektif dan terintegrasi, kemudian mendapatkan hasil desain yang akan diimplementasikan. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Sakit ABC menghadapi 12 risiko utama yang dikategorikan berdasarkan tingkat orang yang bertanggung jawab. Temuan lainnya adalah sumber daya manusia memiliki tingkat kesadaran risiko yang rendah serta manajemen risiko yang diterapkan belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi dengan setiap aspek signifikan masih dipisahkan. Rekomendasi berfokus pada membangun kesadaran risiko dan menerapkan manajemen risiko terintegrasi.

ABSTRACT
This thesis intends to provide solution of how the implementation of risk management at ABC Hospital is. Its objectives are getting understanding of effective and integrated design of risk management then getting the results of the design to be implemented. Author used case study approach. Result shows that ABC Hospital faces 12 key risks categorized by level of responsible person. Other findings are human resources have low level of risk awareness as well as risk management implemented hasn't been fully integrated with each significant aspects are still being separated. Recommendation focuses on building risk awareness and implementing integrated risk management."

"Penelitian bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi peran akuntan manajemen di Indonesia, Penelitian melakukan survei persepsi pada manajer perusahaan dengan mengadopsi model DeLone dan McLean (2003) dan menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan meskipun sama-sama berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan manajer, kualitas layanan memiliki hubungan yang lebih erat dibandingkan dengan kualitas informasi. Kepuasan manajer berhubungan erat, positif, dan signifikan terhadap manfaat yang diperoleh. Penelitian berkesimpulan bahwa manajer lebih mempersepsikan peran akuntan manajemen sebagai penyedia layanan (business partner) daripada sebagai penyedia informasi. Analis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa manfaat yang diperoleh tidaklah berbeda antara level manajer yang satu dengan level manajer yang lainnya.

The study investigates the role of management accountant in Indonesia perceived by managers, by conducting surveys and adopting the DeLone and McLean Model (2003) and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that although both are positively significant to satisfaction of managers, management accounting service quality has higher relationship compared to management accounting information quality. Furthermore, the satisfaction of managers is positively significant and highly correlated to net benefits. It is concluded that managers have higher perception on service provider role (business partner) than information provider role of management accountants. However, further analysis shows that the received net benefits are not significantly different among different levels of manager.

"Suatu studi kualitatif di bidang Manajemen Pemasaran Rumah Sakit, khususnya aspek Penjualan dan Strategi Pemasaran yang dilakukan pada Rumah Sakit "X" dan Unit Medical Check-Up RS"X" pada bulan April 1996 - Juni 1996. Rumah Sakit "X" sebagai rumah sakit swasta profit dengan berbagai jenis pelayanan kesehatan, salah satu diantaranya adalah berupa pelayanan Medical Check-Up. Manajemen pemasaran Rumah Sakit "X" telah menerapkan berbagai fungsi manajemen pemasaran dan strategi pemasaran yang berupa strategi bauran pemasaran dan seleksi pasar. Dalam tahun 1994 dan 1995, tingkat penjualan jasa pelayanan tersebut belum mencapai target volume penjualan seperti apa yang diharapkan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis deskriptif tentang aspek penjualan unit Medical Check-Up, penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen pemasaran Rumah Sakit "X" dan strategi pemasaran unit Medical Check-Up. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif terhadap manajemen pemasaran Rumah Sakit "X", serta aspek penjualan dan strategi pemasaran unit Medical Check-Up. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan unit Medical Check-Up. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dan partisipasi observasi peneliti. Volume penjualan total untuk tahun 1995 sebesar 894 paket dengan nilai penjualan yang tidak dapat diperoleh datanya, sehingga varian penjualan tidak dapat dinilai. Diperoleh hasil karakteristik konsumen Medical Check-Up berdasarkan umur, jenis kelamin, domisili dan jenis perusahaan pengguna jasa.
Fungsi perencanaan dan pengawasan belum berjalan baik, fungsi pengorganisasian belum optimal, kegiatan pemasaran telah berjalan baik (promosi dan publisitas). Dari komponen strategi pemasaran terlihat produk yang ada cukup pariatif dengan harga yang bersaing, dan tempat pelayanan yang nyaman, disertai kegiatan promosi yang cukup aktif. Segmen pasar yang dijadikan sasaran yaitu perusahaan khususnya sektor perbankan dan kalangan eksekutif, yang menempatkan posisi produk bagi kalangan menengah ke atas dalam segmen geografis, tanpa pesaing yang berarti. Rumah Sakit "X" telah menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen pemasaran dan strategi pemasaran bagi unit Medical Check-Up, namun dirasakan belum optimal. Dari aspek penjualan dapat diidentifikasi faktor-faktor volume, nilai dan karakteristik konsumen pengguna jasa pelayanan, yang perlu dikembangkan agar dapat meningkatkan pencapaian penjualan unit Medical Check-Up.

The Sales Analysis On Medical Check-Up Unit In Marketing Management Of The "X" Hospital (Rs "X"), JakartaA qualitative study in the Marketing Management of Hospital, especially the Sales aspect and Marketing Strategy used in the "X" Hospital and Medical Check-Up Unit of The "X" Hospital on April 1996 - June 1996. "X" Hospital as a profit, private hospital provide various health services, one of them is Medical Check-Up. The marketing management of the "X" Hospital have applied various management functions and the marketing strategy in terms of the marketing mix and market selection. From 1994 to 1995, the service sales have not reached the sales volume target as expected.
This research is intended to make a descriptive analysis regarding the sales aspect of the Medical Check-Up unit, application of marketing management of the "X" Hospital, and sales aspect and marketing strategy of the Medical Check-Up unit. The data used is a secondary one which is obtained from recording and reporting system of the Medical Check-Up Unit. The primary data is obtained from an in-depth interview and participatory observation by the researcher. The sales volume for 1995 is 894 packages with the sales valve which is not available, that the sales variance can not be appraised. The Medical Check-Up consumer characteristics are obtained based on age, sex, domicile and types of the company of the use the service.
The planning and controlling function do not run smoothly, the organization function has not run in optimum way, the marketing activities have run smoothly (through promotion and publicity). From the marketing strategy components, it can be seen that the existing products have many variations with competitive price, and the service location is convenience, and the promotion activities is quite active. The target market segment is companies especially banking sector and executives, which place the product position for middle upper class in the geographic segment, without significant competitor. The "X" Hospital have applied the marketing management functions and the marketing strategy for the Medical Check-Up, however, it is not optimum yet. It can be identified in terms of the sales aspect that the volume factors, values and characteristics of the consumers of the health service need to be developed to order to increase the sales achievement of the Medical Check-Up unit.

"Kepala ruangan memiliki tugas memanajemen konflik, mendeteksi konflik dan menyesuaikan gaya kepemimpinan sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi dalam berkolaborasi. Manajemen konflik interdisiplin yang tidak efektif menyebabkan kondisi kerja tidak sehat yang dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas perawatan pasien. Penelitian ini berfokus mendeskripsikan makna pengalaman kepala ruangan dalam penerapan manajemen konflik interdisiplin. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Partisipan adalah 12 perawat usia 39-55 tahun yang berpengalaman menjabat sebagai kepala ruangan minimal 3 tahun.
Teridentifikasi 6 tema yaitu komunikasi efektif secara terintegrasi merupakan bentuk pencegahan konflik interdisiplin, pandangan negatif terhadap profesi keperawatan dan beban kerja yang tinggi merupakan hambatan kepala ruangan dalam menerapkan manajemen konflik interdisiplin, kepala ruangan dituntut memiliki wawasan luas dan supel untuk mencegah terjadinya konflik dengan dokter, kepala ruangan bertugas melakukan koordinasi dan negosiasi untuk mencegah konflik interdisiplin, cara kepala ruangan menyelesaikan konflik disesuaikan dengan beratnya masalah, kepala ruangan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk mencegah terjadinya konflik interdisiplin.

Head nurse has task of managing the conflict, detecting conflict and adjusting the leadership style according to the circumstances in collaboration. Ineffective management of interdisciplinary conflicts leads to unhealthy working conditions that can lead to deterioration in the quality of patient care. This study aimed to describe the head nurse experience about the application of interdisciplinary conflict management. This study used qualitative study with phenomenology approach which the data collected through a indepth interview. Participants were 12 nurses aged 39 55 years who served as head nurse at least 3 years.
Identified 6 themes that effective communication on integrated can prevention of interdisciplinary conflict, negative view of the nursing profession and high workload is the obstacle of the head nurse for applying interdisciplinary conflict management, head nurse must have extensive knowledge and friendly to prevent conflict with the doctor, the head nurse doing coordination and negotiation to preventing interdisciplinary conflict, the way head nurse resolve conflict adjusted the severity of the problem, the head nurse creates a conducive working environment to prevent interdisciplinary conflict.

"Kesiapan adalah prekursor kognitif bagi perilaku, baik untuk melawan atau mendukung upaya perubahan. Implementasi kompetensi manajerial perawat manajer di rumah sakit merupakan upaya perubahan yang memerlukan kesiapan. Determinan kesiapan perawat
manajer dalam melaksanakan kompetensinya di rumah sakit belum diketahui secara jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi determinan kesiapan perawat manajer dalam melaksanakan kompetensinya di rumah sakit. Desain penelitian
menggunakan cross sectional dengan metode sampling adalah purposive sampling. Responden adalah 103 perawat manajer yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan merupakan modifikasi dari berbagai tinjauan literatur yang kemudian dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Mayoritas perawat manajer memiliki karakteristik sebagai beikut: mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan, berumur < 45 tahun, memiliki lama kerja 5 – 10 tahun, menduduki jabatan sebagai kepala ruang/nurse

organisasi dengan kesiapan perawat manajer melaksanakan kompetensi manajerial di rumah sakit (p=0.0001-0.016). Diperlukan kesiapan dalam melaksanakan kompetensi perawat manajer Pimpinan rumah sakit beserta jajarannya perlu berupaya meningkatkan kesiapan perawat manajer dengan menetapkan kebijakan dan panduan, melakukan bimbingan dan memfasilitasi pengembangan professional berkelanjutan.

Readiness is a cognitive precursor to behavior, either to resist or support change efforts. The implementation of managerial competence for nurse managers in the hospital is an
effort to change the organization. The determinant of the nurse manager's readiness to implement managerial competence is not yet clear. A broad and deep understanding of the determinants is needed. This study aimed to identify determinants of nurse managers' readiness to implement managerial competence in the hospital. A quantitative approach using a cross-sectional design was employed to collect data from 103 nurse managers. Data analyses were performed using chi square and multiple logistic
regression. The majority of nurse managers had the following characteristics: female, aged < 45 years old, work duration 5-10 years, mostly were nurse officers/nurse supervisors, the initial education was vocational and the final education was undergraduate and postgraduate in nursing. There was a relationship between mentorship program, trust in leadership, and participation in organizational change with the nurse manager's readiness (p = 0.0001-0.016). Readiness is needed by nurse managers to implement managerial competence. Recommendations include establishing policies, providing guidance and facilitating continuous professional development
before the assumption of management positions.
