"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh dari sports participation terhadap life satisfaction serta mengetahui apakah leisure satisfaction dapat berperan sebagai mediator dalam pengaruh tersebut. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 91 orang dewasa muda usia 18—26 tahun (M=21.8, SD=1.44). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis simple mediation untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh sports participation terhadap life satisfaction dapat dimediasi oleh leisure satisfaction. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengaruh sports participation terhadap life satisfaction tidak dimediasi oleh leisure satisfaction. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pertimbangan bagi dewasa muda untuk mengisi kegiatan waktu luang mereka dengan berolahraga.

This study aims to prove the effect of sports participation on life satisfaction and determine whether leisure satisfaction can act as a mediator. The study participants were 91 young adults aged 18-26 years (M=21.8, SD=1.44). This study used regression analysis to determine whether sports participation has an influence on life satisfaction. Mediation analysis was also conducted to determine whether leisure satisfaction can mediate the effect of sports participation on life satisfaction. The results of this study show that sports participation has a positive influence on life satisfaction. Meanwhile, leisure satisfaction does not act as a mediator in the influence that occurs. This study is expected to serve as a basis for consideration for young adults to fill their leisure time activities with exercise."

"Kinerja olahraga atlet di Indonesia saat ini tengah menjadi sorotan berkat pencapaian gemilang para atletnya di berbagai kompetisi internasional. Atlet yang nengalami kegagalan dalam meraih prestasi, ternyata dapat disebabkan oleh faktor psikologis atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kesejahteraan psikologis dalam olahraga dan kinerja olahraga pada atlet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kesejahteraan psikologis dalam olahraga dan kinerja olahraga pada atlet (p < 0.01). Koefisien korelasi Pearson sebesar 0.345 menunjukkan hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut, mengindikasikan bahwa atlet dengan kesejahteraan psikologis dalam olahraga yang lebih baik akan memiliki kinerja olahraga yang lebih optimal pula.

Indonesian athlete’s sport performance are currently in the spotlight due to the outstanding achievements of its athletes in various international competitions. Athletes who experience failure in achieving achievements can apparently be caused by the athlete's psychological factors. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between sport psychological well-being and sport performance in athletes. The results of the study show a significant positive relationship between sport psychological well-being and sport performance (p < 0.01). The Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.345 indicates an association between the two variables, suggesting that athletes with better sport psychological well-being tend to have more optimal sport performance as well."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari work-leisure conflict terhadap turnover intention dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini melibatkan 101 orang responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap WRST Group, salah satu unit bisnis XYZ Group yang bergerak pada industri ritel dan penerbitan.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa work-leisure conflict memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja tidak terbukti memediasi pengaruh work-leisure conflict terhadap turnover intention.

The aim of this study is to find out the effect of work-leisure conflict toward turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction. This study involved 101 respondent which are permanent employees of WRST Group, one of XYZ Group‟s business unit that operates in retail and publishing industry.
The result of this study shows that work-leisure conflict positively affecting turnover intention and job satisfaction negatively affecting turnover intention. Moreover, job satisfaction is not proven mediate the effect of work-leisure conflict toward turnover intention.

"Meningkatnya tingkat partisipasi perempuan dalam dunia kerja, membuat peran yang dipegang cukup kompleks dan mendorongnya untuk berkomitmen dalam keluarga maupun pekerjaannya. Oleh karena itu, dukungan dari supervisor sebagai jembatan antara perusahaan dengan karyawan menjadi penting dalam mengarahkan serta mengontrol kinerja karyawannya agar tetap sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan. Perusahaan lewat supervisor harus menemukan strategi untuk meningkatkan hubungan yang positif antara keluarga dengan pekerjaan dan dampaknya pada kepuasan hidup yang dirasakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari supervisor support terhadap job performance dan life satisfaction dengan role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload, dan work family enrichment sebagai mediasi dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data penelitian diperoleh dari 242 karyawan perempuan yang sudah menikah dan bekerja di bank di Daerah Jabodetabek melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisor support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job performance dan life satisfaction, dimana role ambiguity dan work family enrichment terbukti memediasi namun tidak dengan role conflict dan role overload.

The increasing level of women's participation in the world of work makes the roles held quite complex and encourages them to be committed in their family and work. Therefore, support from supervisors as a bridge between the company and employees becomes important in directing and controlling the performance of their employees so that they remain in accordance with company goals. Companies through supervisors must find strategies to enhance positive relationships between families and work and their impact on perceived life satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of supervisor support on job performance and life satisfaction with role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload, and work family enrichment as mediation using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Research data were obtained from 242 female employees who were married and worked in banks in Jabodetabek through a questionnaire. The results showed that supervisor support has a positive influence on job performance and life satisfaction, where role ambiguity and work family enrichment are proven to mediate but not with role conflict and role overload."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee satisfaction with HRM practice, yang terdiri dari training satisfaction, performance appraisal satisfaction, dan pay satisfaction terhadap innovative work behavior dengan work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui gform. Pertanyaan dalam kuesioner berjumlah 38 butir pertanyaan dengan Likert 6 point scale. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 102 sampel yang terdiri dari karyawan tetap Perum BULOG yang telah merasakan adanya Praktik Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, diantarannya pelatihan, penilaian kinerja, dan pembayaran Take Home Pay. Analisis penelitian menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji outer model, dan uji inner model pada analisis PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa training satisfaction, performance appraisal satisfaction, dan pay satisfaction berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap work engagement. Kemudian, work engagement berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior dan memediasi pengaruh antara performance appraisal satisfaction terhadap innovative work behavior. Akan tetapi, tidak memediasi pengaruh training satisfaction dan pay satisfaction terhadap innovative work behavior.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of employee satisfaction with HRM practice that consists of training satisfaction, performance appraisal satisfaction, and pay satisfaction to innovative work behavior through work engagement as mediation variable. This study uses a quantitative approach through survey method by giving gform. There are 38 questions in the questionnaire with a Likert 6 point scale. The number of sample in this study were 102 samples, consisting of permanent employees of Perum BULOG who had experienced Human Resource Management Practices, including training, performance appraisal, and Take Home Pay payments. The study analysis used descriptive statistical analysis, outer model test, and inner model test in the PLS-SEM analysis. The result of this study indicate that training satisfaction, performance appraisal satisfaction, and pay satisfaction have a significant effect on work engagement. Then, work engagement has a significant effect on innovative work behavior and mediates the effect of performance appraisal satisfaction on innovative work behavior. However, it doesn’t mediate the effect of training satisfaction and pay satisfaction on innovative work behavior."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beberapa job-related factors yang terdiri dari supervisor support, organizational support dan job value terhadap work-life balance dan job satisfaction pada para auditor yang bekerja di Empat Besar (Big Four) Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis adanya kemungkinan peran mediasi yang dilakukan oleh work-life balance dalam perngaruh job-related factors tersebut dengan job satisfaction. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Multiple Regression dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa job-related factors yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap work-life balance adalah job value, sedangkan supervisor support dan organizational support tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap work-life balance. Work-life balance berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap job satisfaction. Supervisor support dan job value memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap job satisfaction. Selanjutnya, work-life balance secara partial memediasi pengaruh job value terhadap job satisfaction, sementara itu work-life balance tidak memediasi pengaruh supervisor support dan organizational support terhadap job satisfaction.

This research aimed to analyze the effect of several job-related factors (supervisor support, organizational support, and job value) on work-life balance and job satisfaction among auditors who work at big four public accounting firms in Jakarta. This reasearch also aimed to explore the mediating role of work-life balance in the relationship between those job-related factors and job satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis demonstrated that the job value had significant effect on work-life balance among auditors while supervisor support and organizational support had not significant effect on work-life balance. Work-life balance had significant effect job satisfaction. Supervisor support and job value had significant effect on job satisfaction. It also confirmed that work-life balance partially mediated the associations between job value and job satisfaction.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dan high performance work system terhadap turnover intention, serta untuk melihat apakah kepuasan kerja memiliki peran sebagai variabel mediasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan dengan level staff dan assistant manager pada XYZ, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 85 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan path analysis dan aplikasi LISREL 8.8 dengan adanya variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja terbukti memediasi secara parsial pengaruh dari karakteristik pekerjaan dan high performance work system terhadap turnover intention.

This study is intended to seek the effect of job characteristics and high performance work system toward turnover intention, also to test the role of job satisfaction as mediator. Data were collected using questionnaire, with total respondent is 85 staff and assistant manager from XYZ. Data analysis is conducted using path analysis and LISREL 8.8 application with the presence of mediation effect. The result of this study shows that job satisfaction partially mediated the effect of job characteristics and high performance work system to turnover intention."

"Kepuasan hubungan dapat memberikan berbagai dampak positif untuk hubungan itu sendiri dan kehidupan individu yang terlibat di dalamnya. Mengekspresikan cinta melalui bahasa cinta dapat dipertimbangkan untuk memperoleh kepuasan hubungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kaitan antara konsep bahasa cinta oleh Gary Chapman (2004) dengan kepuasan hubungan pada partisipan berusia 19-30 tahun yang sedang menjalani hubungan romantis; berpacaran atau bertunangan atau menikah. Bahasa cinta diukur dengan The Five Love Languages (FLL) Scale dan kepuasan hubungan diukur dengan Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara bahasa cinta dan kepuasan hubungan. Artinya semakin tinggi bahasa cinta, maka akan semakin tinggi pula kepuasan hubungan. Hasil korelasi setiap dimensi bahasa cinta menunjukkan dimensi waktu berkualitas berkorelasi paling tinggi dengan kepuasan hubungan, diikuti dengan perkataan afirmasi, pemberian hadiah, sentuhan fisik, dan tindakan melayani. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi teori Bahasa Cinta dan dapat menjadi referensi untuk program intervensi terkait kepuasan hubungan terutama pada dewasa muda.

Relationship satisfaction brought out positive consequences for the relationship itself and the individuals that are involved in the relationships. Expressing love through love languages given due consideration to obtain relationship satisfaction. This study explored the relationship between love languages by Gary Chapman (2004) and relationship satisfaction in the participants with the range of age 19-30 years old and being in the romantic relationship; dating or engaged or married. The Five Love Languages Scale is used for assessing love languages and Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS) is used for assessing relationship satisfaction.The result indicates the positive correlation between love languages and relationship satisfaction significantly. It means that the higher love languages, the higher relationship satisfaction. This study also correlated each of dimensions of the love languages with relationship satisfaction, and the highest correlation was quality time, followed by words of affirmation, receiving gifts, physical touch, and acts of service. This study explored theory of Love Languages and could be used as reference for interventions program that related to relationship satisfaction, especially in young adults."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara work-life balance dan work stress terhadap turnover intention dan bagaimana pengaruh job satisfaction dalam memediasi hubungan antarvariabel tersebut pada pegawai Bidang Penindakan Lembaga XYZ. Penelitian dijalankan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner ke seluruh pegawai Bidang Penindakan Lembaga XYZ. Sejumlah 218 responden diperoleh sebagai sampel dari populasi 427 pegawai spesialis dan administrasi. Hipotesis diuji dengan metode structural equation modeling (SEM) menggunakan IBM® SPSS® Amos 23.0.0. Hasil uji hipotesis menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif pada hubungan work stress dan turnover intention, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi job satisfaction. Hasil uji hipotesis juga mengungkapkan bahwa tidak ditemukan pengaruh langsung pada hubungan work-life balance dan turnover intention, namun ditemukan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui mediasi job satisfaction.

This research aims to examine the relationship between work-life balance and work stress on turnover intention and the effect of job satisfaction in mediating relationships between these variables among employees of Deputy for Enforcement of XYZ Institution. This research was conducted using quantitative method through the distribution of questionnaires. An amount of 218 respondents were obtained as a sample of a population of 427 specialist and administrative employees. Hypotheses were tested with structural equation modeling (SEM) using IBM SPSS Amos 23.0.0. The results found that there were positive influences on the relationships between work stress and turnover intention, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of job satisfaction. The results also revealed that there was no direct effect on work-life balance and turnover intention relationship, but indirect effect was found through the mediation of job satisfaction."

"Usia dewasa muda berkaitan dengan banyaknya stres, seperti dalam hal akademik, karier, finansial, maupun hubungan sosial. Perceived stress dan inhibitory control memegang peranan penting dalam kepuasan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara ketiga variabel, khususnya peran inhibitory control sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara perceived stress dan kepuasan hidup bagi usia dewasa muda. Perceived stress diukur dengan menggunakan Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS) versi 21 sub skala stres, kepuasan hidup diukur dengan menggunakan The Satisfaction with Life Scale, dan inhibitory control diukur dengan menggunakan tugas kognitif berupa Negative Affective Priming Task. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode korelasi. Melalui 116 partisipan non-depresi (usia 18-25 tahun), hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat efek negatif perceived stress terhadap kepuasan hidup yang signifikan dimana hubungan keduanya dimoderasi oleh inhibitory control. Hasil tersebut dapat membuka wawasan baru terkait proses regulasi emosi secara kognitif dan dapat dijadikan landasan dalam mengembangkan metode intervensi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan hidup bagi usia dewasa muda.

Emerging adulthood is associated with a great deal of stress, such as in academics, careers, finances, and social relationships. Perceived stress and inhibitory control play an important role in life satisfaction. This study was aimed to investigate the relationship between those variables, specifically the role of inhibitory control as a moderator in the relationship between perceived stress and life satisfaction in emerging adults. Perceived stress was measured using The Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale version 21 of the stress subscale, life satisfaction was measured using The Satisfaction with Life Scale, and inhibitory control was measured by using a cognitive task in the form of Negative Affective Priming Task. This study was carried out using correlation method. The findings of this study, which included 116 non-depressed participants (aged 18-25 years), indicate that perceived stress has a significant negative effect on life satisfaction, with the relationship between the two moderated by inhibitory control. These findings provide new insights on the process of cognitive emotion regulation and can be used to develop intervention methods to improve the life satisfaction of young adults."
