"Tingkat persediaan pada suatu perusahaan menjadi salah satu hal yang menarik perhatian ketika melakukan pengelolaan rantai pasok. Salah satu permasalahan yang kerap terjadi adalah tingkat persediaan tidak berada pada tingkat yang optimal sehingga mengakibatkan ketidakefisienan pada sistem rantai pasok perusahaan. Penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen persediaan pada perusahaan Maintenance and Repair Organisation Aviasi di Indonesia dengan melakukan kategorisasi material dan mencari akar permasalahan yang menyebabkan tingkat persediaan tinggi. Hasil kategorisasi ABC digunakan untuk pencarian akar permasalahan menggunakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk merumuskan beberapa potensi akar masalah dan Interpretative Structural Matrix (ISM) untuk melihat hubungan kausal potensi akar masalah dan merumuskan akar masalah sesungguhnya dari kejadian. Strategi perbaikan disusun berdasarkan hasil ISM sehingga menghasilkan langkah-langkah yang tepat sasaran bagi perusahaan untuk memperbaiki manajemen rantai pasoknya, terutama pada perencanaan dan persediaan. Studi ini akan berguna bagi para manajer dan praktisi rantai pasok perusahaan untuk menganalisis persediaan yang manfaatnya dapat meningkatkan profit perusahaan.

The level of inventory in a company is one of the things that attracts attention when managing supply chains, one of which is the Aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) company. One of the problems that often occurs is that inventory levels are not at optimal levels, resulting in inefficiencies in the company's supply chain system. Material overplanning is one of the phenomena that causes inventory to increase. This study analyzes inventory management in companies by categorizing materials and looking for the root causes of overplanning which causes high inventory levels. ABC analysis using multiple criteria is used to categorize inventory. The results of the categorization is used to search for root causes using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to formulate several potential root causes and Interpretative Structural Matrix (ISM) to see the causal relationship of potential root causes and formulate the real root causes of events. Improvement strategies are prepared based on ISM results to produce targeted steps for companies to improve their supply chain management, especially in planning and inventory management. This study is useful for managers and practitioners of the company's supply chain to analyze inventory which can increase company profits."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu meminimasi risiko negatif bagi perusahaan akibat dari efek negatif bagi lingkungan dari aktifitas SCM MRO dengan memberikan usulan strategi manajemen rantai pasok hijau yang optimal untuk diimplementasikan di industri MRO aviasi termasuk dengan penentuan kriteria yang krusial dalam mempengaruhi pemilihan strategi tersebut. The purpose of this study is to help minimize negative risks for companies due to negative effects on the environment from MROs SCM activities by proposing an optimal green supply chain management strategy to be implemented in the aviation MRO industry including with determining the crucial criteria which influencing the selection of the strategy. To help achieve the objectives of this research, the focus of this study is divided into three key process in aviation MRO industry supply chain management, which are the purchasing process, the internal process and the outsourcing process. The Analytical Network Process (ANP) method is used in this study as a method for determining the most optimal Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) strategy to be implemented in the MRO Aviation industry. Based on the results, risk-based strategy alternative is the most optimal alternative strategy to be implemented in the MRO Aviation SCM process, while the Green Management System criteria is the criteria that has the highest weight value."

"Potensi besar pasar halal diperkirakan mencapai 3,081 miliar secara global pada tahun 2022. Pengembangan pasar halal harus didukung oleh industri halal dan rantai pasokan halal di dalamnya. The large potential of the halal market is estimated to reach 3.081 billion globally in 2022. The development of the halal market must be supported by the halal industry and halal supply chain in it. In a report on 2017/18 Global Islamic Economic Indicator Scores, Indonesia ranks 11th among 15 countries. In general, halal certification in Indonesia is limited to the manufacturing process and not to the entire supply chain.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan efisiensi rantai pasok di Gudang PCB PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur elektronik. Dengan menggunakan model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), penelitian ini mengukur dan menganalisis kinerja gudang berdasarkan 26 indikator kinerja yang telah divalidasi oleh para ahli perusahaan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai performa gudang pada tahun 2023 adalah 59,01%, yang termasuk dalam kategori average (50-70%) menurut Traffic Light System. Proses dispatch dan periode waktu bulan Juli tercatat sebagai performa terendah. This research was conducted to evaluate and improve supply chain efficiency in the PCB warehouse of PT XYZ, an electronics manufacturing company. Using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), this research measures and analyzes warehouse performance based on 26 performance indicators that have been validated by company experts. The evaluation results show that the warehouse performance value in 2023 is 59.01%, which falls into the average category (50-70%) according to the Traffic Light System. The dispatch process and the July time period recorded the lowest performance. Based on Importance Performance Analysis, there are five indicators that still require improvement, including Accuracy of product delivery according to item, Unfinished Outgoing Process Rate, and Accuracy of product delivery according to quantity. Proposed improvements include the integration of Active Tracking System and RFID-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to address issues related to delivery accuracy, equipment maintenance, and operational efficiency. This research provides a practical contribution in improving the operational performance and competitiveness of PT XYZ in the electronics industry."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai manajemen rantai pasokan untuk memproduksi ayam broiler pada Peternakan ABC menggunakan pendekatan System Dynamics. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan yang dapat diambil Peternakan ABC untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas. Pilihan kebijakan yang dapat diambil adalah tetap bertahan untuk membeli pada pemasok atau melakukan integrasi vertikal untuk dapat memproduksi pasokan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Peternakan ABC sebaiknya melakukan integrasi vertikal karena dapat meningkatkan profitabilitas Peternakan dan mengurangi sensitivitas harga pasokan terhadap Peternakan.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the supply chain management to increase profitability of the poultry in between two options of decision, buying the day old chicks DOC from supplier or doing vertical integration to produce its own DOC. This study found that doing vertical integration is the best option for the poultry because it can increase the profitability of the poultry and reduce the sensitivity of DOC price to the poultry."

Penilaian pemasok didasarkan pada dimensi kemampuan dan dimensi kesediaan dalam Supplier Potential Matrix (SPM) untuk mendapatkan strategi yang tepat dalam mengembangkan pemasok. This research was conducted to assess the suppliers of packaging company in Indonesia, for the purpose of developing a proper strategy designed specifically to further advance its suppliers in becoming green. The assessment of suppliers value is based on the capability and willingness dimension using Supplier Potential Matrix SPM. The development strategy for green suppliers is established in respond to the high demand of consumers desiring green packaged products with materials supplied by environmentally standardized suppliers. The result of weighting criteria in assessing suppliers is reached through Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP and the Technique for Order of Preference Similarity to Ideal Solution TOPSI is used to obtain the final value in the assessment of each supplier. The result of this research is providing a set of development strategies for 37 suppliers of packaging company based on four quadrants distributed to one supplier in quadrant 1, two suppliers in quadrant 2, five suppliers in quadrant 3 and twenty nine suppliers in quadrant 4."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja pemasok pada salah satu perusahaan makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) untuk memperoleh bobot kriteria penilaian pemasok berkelanjutan, dan Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk memperoleh nilai kinerja setiap pemasok perusahaan. Kemudian Importance-Performance Analysis digunakan untuk mengelompokkan kriteria penilaian pemasok berdasarkan hasil bobot kepentingan kriteria yang tinggi dan nilai kinerja pemasok yang tinggi, untuk memilih pemasok-pemasok potensial dalam mengimplemenasi praktik keberlanjutan. Pengelompokan kriteria penilaian pemasok ini akan menjadi dasar dalam merancang strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja penerapan keberlanjutan pemasok. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan perusahaan memiliki lima pemasok yang berpotensial untuk menerapkan keberlanjutan dan rekomendasi strategi penerapan keberlanjutan terhadap ke-lima pemasok perusahaan dengan nilai kinerja pemasok yang tinggi, sebagai panduan untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan potensi pemasok dalam menerapkan aspek keberlanjutan.

Food and beverage industry is a manufacturing industry that plays a crucial role in economic growth in Indonesia, in terms of contribution to Indonesia's GDP and job creation. This growth brings another challenge because it impacts on the environment and social, thus requires the industry to integrate environmental and social aspects into the supply chain management. One of them is by having sustainable suppliers, because suppliers have a very important role in the supply chain. This study aims to assess the performance of suppliers in a food and beverage company in Indonesia. The method used in this research is Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to obtain the weighting criteria for continuous supplier assessment, and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to obtain the performance value of each company's suppliers. Then, the Importance-Performance Analysis is used to classify supplier selection criteria based on the results of the high importance weight of criteria and high supplier performance score, to select potential suppliers to implement sustainability practices. This grouping of supplier selection criteria will be the basis for designing a supplier sustainability implementation strategy. The results of this study indicate that the company has five suppliers that potentially would implement sustainable practice and recommendations for implementing sustainability strategies for five suppliers of companies with high supplier performance values, as a guide to develop and enhance suppliers' potential to apply sustainability aspects."

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the procurement project for efficient and effective supply chain management is based on the implementation of the project UTHO and effort to produce cost optimization in project procurement in supply chain management of UTHO Project PT. ABC. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research using primary data observations and interviews and secondary data on the implementation of project procurement in supply chain management of UTHO Project ABC UTHO, for further analysis.

The analysis and discussion shows that the factors that influence the procurement project at UTHO Project PT. ABC is a consequence of the use of advanced types of efficient supply chain in UTHO Project PT. ABC. While the conditions of the project cost management in procurement UTHO Project PT. ABC as a condition that mostly require the innovation process from UTHO Project PT. ABC and effort that can be done to produce the project procurement cost optimization in supply chain management of UTHO Project PT. ABC is to implement strategies that fully into account the general description of the company, general information UTHO Project, factors affecting the project procurement in supply chain management, as well as the conditions of the project cost management in procurement UTHO Project PT. ABC."

"Tahun 2020 merupakan tahun dimana pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia mengalami penurunan yang signifikan dibanding tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Salah satu sektor yang mengalami penurunan terbesar adalah industri alat angkutan dengan sub sektor kendaraan bermotor roda 4. Untuk menghadapi hal tersebut dibutuhkan strategi Supply Chain Resilience yang baik dengan cara mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor terkait meliputi 10 subfaktor dari 3 faktor vulnerability dan 22 subfaktor dari 13 faktor capability dengan menggunakan metode DEMATEL-based ANP untuk menentukan hubungan kausal antara subfaktor yang diteliti dan bobot kepentingannya untuk diselesaikan dan ISM digunakan untuk menentukan urutan implementasi dari 10 strategi usulan. Dalam penelitian ditemukan bahwa ada 4 level tahap implementasi untuk menyelesaikan masalah resiliensi dalam industri otomotif.

The year 2020 is a year in which Indonesia's economic growth experienced a significant decline compared to previous years. One of the sectors that experienced the biggest decline was the transportation equipment industry with a sub-sector of 4-wheeled motor vehicles. To deal with this, a good Supply Chain Resilience strategy was needed by identifying related factors including 10 subfactors of 3 vulnerability factors and 22 subfactors of 13 factors. capability by using the DEMATEL-based ANP method to determine the causal relationship between the subfactors studied and their importance weights to be resolved and ISM is used to determine the order of implementation of the 10 proposed strategies. In the study, it was found that there are 4 levels of implementation stages to solve resilience problems in the automotive industry."

"Sejalan dengan evolusi pada industri elektronik dan transportasi, penting bagi perusahaan untuk terus memperbaiki kinerjanya guna mempertahankan daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok dari perusahaan industri perakitan barang dan merancang strategi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan performa, sehingga didapatkan hasil yang optimal dan daya saing perusahaan tetap terjaga. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR), yang disesuaikan khusus untuk perusahaan sebagai kerangka kerja dalam pengukuran dan perancangan strategi rantai pasok. Indikator kinerja yang bermasalah dipilih berdasarkan pembobotan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Ada 27 indikator kinerja yang diukur dan dikategorikan berdasarkan atribut pengukuran model SCOR. Berdasarkan pengukuran performa tahun terakhir, diperoleh nilai 48.24%, yang menempatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam kategori marginal dengan indikasi warna jingga. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) kemudian digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi indikator prioritas yang performanya kurang baik namun penting, sehingga strategi perbaikan dapat dirumuskan. Dari analisis tersebut, terpilih enam indikator sebagai prioritas dan dua indikator prioritas perbaikan yang telah divalidasi perusahaan. Strategi perbaikan yang dirancang berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka dan diskusi dengan perusahaan. Dua strategi ini direkomendasikan kepada perusahaan untuk diimplementasikan agar dapat memperbaiki kinerja rantai pasoknya.

In line with the evolution in the electronics and transportation industries, it is crucial for companies to continuously improve their performance to maintain competitiveness. This study aims to measure the supply chain performance of an assembly goods industry company and to design improvement strategies to enhance performance, thereby achieving optimal results and maintaining the company's competitiveness. The method used is the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR), which is specifically tailored for the company as a framework for measuring and designing supply chain strategies. Performance indicators with issues were selected based on weighting using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. There are 27 performance indicators that were measured and categorized based on the attributes of the SCOR model. Based on the performance measurement of the last year, a score of 48.24% was obtained, placing the company's performance in the marginal category with an orange indication. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) was then used to identify priority indicators whose performance is poor yet crucial, thus formulating improvement strategies. From this analysis, six indicators were selected as priorities and two as focal points for improvement, validated by the company. The improvement strategies were designed based on literature review and discussions with the company. These two strategies are recommended to the company for implementation to enhance its supply chain performance."
