"Supervisi klinis merupakan salah satu kegiatan vital yang perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi seorang psikolog. Kegiatan supervisi klinis tercantum pada beberapa regulasi yang berkenaan dengan profesi psikolog sebagai salah satu kegiatan yang wajib dan disarankan untuk diikuti, baik oleh mahasiswa profesi psikologi hingga psikolog profesional. Oleh sebab itu, perhatian khusus pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hubungan supervisi antara supervisor dan mahasiswa menjadi penting untuk dilakukan. Dengan demikian, tujuan utama dari penelitian ini berusaha untuk meneliti lebih jauh peran faktor internal supervisee, yakni counselling self-efficacy, dalam mempengaruhi hubungan antaran faktor relasional supervisor melalui gaya supervisi yang ditampilkan terhadap kepuasan supervisi atau supervisory working alliance. Terdapat 99 mahasiswa profesi psikologi yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Supervisory Working Alliance Inventory - Trainee Form, Supervisory Style Inventory – Trainee dan Counseling Self Estimate Inventory. Pengolahan data dengan analisis moderasi memperlihatkan bahwa counselling self-efficacy tidak ditemukan secara signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara gaya supervisi dan supervisory working alliance.

Clinical supervision is a vital activity that is necessary to enhance the competence of a psychologist. Clinical supervision is mandated and recommended in various regulations related to the psychology profession, and it is considered mandatory for both psychology professional students and practicing psychologists. Therefore, special attention to the factors influencing the supervisory relationship between supervisors and students is important. Thus, the main objective of this study is to further examine the role of internal factors of supervisees, specifically counseling self-efficacy, in influencing the relationship between relational supervisor factors and supervisory working alliance through supervisory style. A total of 99 psychology professional students participated in this study. Measurement tools used in this research included the Supervisory Working Alliance Inventory - Trainee Form, Supervisory Style Inventory - Trainee, and Counseling Self-Esteem Inventory. Data analysis was conducted with moderation analysis, which revealed that counseling self-efficacy did not significantly moderate the relationship between supervisory style and supervisory working alliance."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara parenting self-efficacy dan konflik peran pada ibu bekerja dari toddler. Pengukuran parenting self-efficacy dilakukan dengan alat ukur Self-Efficacy Parenting for Tasks Index - Toddler Scale (SEPTI-TS) yang dikembangkan oleh Coleman (1998), sedangkan konflik peran diukur melalui Wave V Role Conflict Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Markle (1998). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 142 ibu bekerja dari toddler yang bekerja minimal selama 40 jam per minggunya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara parenting self-efficacy dan konflik peran (r= -0.390, n=142, p< 0.01, two tail). Artinya, semakin tinggi parenting self-efficacy ibu, semakin rendah konflik peran yang dialami, begitupun sebaliknya.

This study examined the relationship between parenting self-efficacy and role conflict among working mothers of toddler. Parenting self-efficacy was measured by Self-Efficacy Parenting for Tasks Index - Toddler Scale (SEPTI-TS) developed by Coleman (1998), whereas role conflict was measured by Wave V Role Conflict Scale developed by Markle (1998). The participants of this study were 142 working mothers of toddler who work at leat 40 hours per week.
The result of this study shows that there is a significant, negative relationship, between parenting self-efficacy and role conflict (r= -0.390, n=142, p< 0.01, two tail). It indicates that the higher mothers’ parenting self-efficacy, the lower their role conflict, and vice versa.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara optimisme dan general self-efficacy (GSE) pada mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di Universitas Indonesia (UI). Optimisme didefinisikan sebagai ekspektasi atau pengharapan yang bersifat umum pada seorang individu, bahwa hal-hal baik akan terjadi dan hal-hal buruk hampir minim akan terjadi di masa mendatang. GSE didefiniskan sebagai persepsi dan belief individu tentang dirinya sebagai orang yang mampu untuk melakukan beragam tugas dalam berbagai macam situasi secara efektif pada konteks yang luas. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 250 partisipan mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di UI dengan menggunakan dua buah kuesioner, Life Orientation Test Revised (LOT-R) untuk mengukur optimisme dan General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) untuk mengukur GSE. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara optimisme dan GSE (r = 0.263, p = 0.000) pada mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di UI. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi skor optimisme individu, maka semakin tinggi pula skor GSE.

The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between optimism and general self-efficacy (GSE) among students of Bidikmisi Scholarship at Universitas Indonesia. Optimism was defined as „„the generalized outcome expectancies in individuals that good things will happen in the future and bad things will be minimal”. GSE was defined as “individuals‟ perception and belief in their tendency to view themselves as capable of performing task demands across variety of different situations effectively in a broad array of contexts”. Two questionnaires, Life Orientation Test Revised (LOT-R) measured optimism and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) measured GSE, were used to obtain data from 250 students of Bidikmisi Scholarship at Universitas Indonesia as participants. The result of Pearson Correlation Test indicated positive and significant correlation between optimism and GSE (r = 0.263, p = 0.000). The result explained that the higher score of optimism, would be followed by higher score of GSE."

"ABSTRAK
Positive leader identity merupakan salah satu konsep diri yang penting untuk dimiliki seorang pemimpin. Berdasarkan perspektif teoritis claiming mengakui identitas diri sebagai pemimpin dan granting mengakui identitas orang lain sebagai pemimpin, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah implicit leadership theories memediasi hubungan antara leadership self-efficacy dan positive leader identity. Data diperoleh melalui 65 pasangan pemimpin dan bawahan pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan alat ukur leadership self-efficacy perception scale, implicit leadership theories scale, dan collective self-esteem scale.Hasil analisis regresi lanjutan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implicit leadership theories tidak memediasi hubungan antara leadership self-efficacy dan positive leader identity. Hasil ini memiliki implikasi bahwa granting yang diberikan bawahan kepada pemimpinnya untuk membentuk claiming dari pemimpin terhadap positive leader identity, tidak didasarkan pada penilaian dengan membandingkan sosok pemimpinnya dengan karakteristik pemimpin yang ideal.

ABSTRACT
Positive leader identity is one of the most important self concept to be possessed by a leader, based on the theoretic perspective of claiming acknow ledging one identity as leader and granting acknow ledging others identity as leader, this research was trying to see, is implicit leadership theories mediate the relationship between leadership self efficacy and positive leader identity. Data was collected from 65 pairs of leader rsquo's and follower in food and beverages company in Indonesia. Scales used by this research is leadership self efficacy perception scale, implicit leadership theories scale, and collective self esteem scale. Result from the regression analysis shows that implicit leadership theories does not mediate the relationship between leadership self efficacy and positive leader identity. This result indicate that granting that was given by followers to their leader rsquo s in order to form their claiming on positive leader identity, does not fully based on the evaluation by comparing their current leader with ideal leader characteristics."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh abusive supervision terhadap employee creativity dan juga dengan mempertimbangkan pengaruh tidak langsung apabila dimediasi oleh sleep deprivation, emotional exhaustion, dan self efficacy. Data untuk penelitian kuantitatif ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada 203 responden penelitian yang merupakan pegawai stasiun televisi di Indonesia yang memiliki masa kerja minimal satu tahun dan mempunyai atasan langsung atau supervisor di tempat kerja. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menunjukkan bahwa abusive supervision tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap employee creativity. Hubungan abusive supervision dengan employee creativity dimediasi penuh oleh sleep deprivation. Sementara itu, dua mediator lainnya yaitu emotional exhaustion dan juga self efficacy tidak terbukti
menjadi mediator dalam hubungan pengaruh abusive supervision terhadap employee creativity.

This study aims to understand the effect of abusive supervision on employee creativity and also consider the indirect effect if mediated with sleep deprivation, emotional exhaustion, and self efficacy. The data for this quantitative study were collected using questionnaire from 203 employees who have worked for at least one year in television station in Indonesia. The data analyzed in Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) showed that abusive supervision had no direct effect on employee creativity. The relationship between abusive supervision on employee creativity was full mediated with sleep deprivation only. However, emotional exhaustion and self efficacy were not proven to be a mediator in the causal relationship of abusive supervision on employe creativity."

"Stres akademik merupakan permasalahan yang sering dialami mahasiswa, tak terkecuali mahasiswa yang tinggal di Pondok Pesantren. Kondisi ini merupakan tekanan akibat dari proses belajar yang dapat memberi pengaruh pada aspek fisik maupun psikologis. Penelitian terdahulu mengungkapkan sejumlah variabel yang dapat mengurangi stres akademik, diantaranya adalah variabel efikasi diri akademik dan pola pikir positif. Husnudzan sebagai pola pikir positif dalam islam, dipandang memiliki pengaruh pada berbagai aspek psikologis seperti kesehatan mental, resiliensi, penerimaan diri dan kecemasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan adaptasi skala stres akademik (SSI), skala husnudzan dan skala efikasi diri akademik (TASES). Uji validitas dan reliabilitas telah dilakukan pada ketiga skala tersebut, dengan nilai 0.922 dan 0.959 untuk skala stress akademik, 0.876 dan 0.796 untuk skala husnudzan serta 0.905 dan 0.951 untuk skala efikasi diri akademik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan melakukan uji korelasi dan uji mediasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang signifikan pada variabel husnudzan dan efikasi diri (r = 0.480 dengan p < 0.01). Sedangkan pada variabel lainnya tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan, dengan nilai r = -0.147 (p = 0.193) untuk efikasi diri akademik dan stres akademik, serta r = -0.169 (p = 0.135) untuk husnudzan dan stres akademik. Berdasarkan uji mediasi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan efikasi diri akademik tidak berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan husnudzan dan stres akademik dimana nilai yang diperoleh pada indirect effect adalah -0.0944, yang memiliki rentang antara BootLLCI (-0.3656) dan BootULCI (0.1986) melewati nilai 0.

Academic stress is a problem experienced mostly by students including those who live in Islamic boarding schools. This condition happens because of the learning process presssure which can affects them physically and psychologically. Many previous studies examined a number of variables that can reduce academic stress, including the variables of academic self-efficacy and positive mindset. Husnudzan, a positive mindset in Islam, is considered to have an influence on various psychological aspects such as mental health, resilience, self-acceptance and anxiety. The method used in this study is a quantitative method by distributing the adaptation of the academic stress scale (SSI), the husnudzan scale and the academic self-efficacy scale (TASES). The validity and reliability scores are 0.922 and 0.959 for academic stress scale, 0.876 and 0.796 for husnudzan scale, also 0.905 and 0.951 for academic self-efficacy scale. Data analysis was carried out by conducting correlation and mediation analyses. A total of 80 undergraduate students from State Islamic University of Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung (UIN Bandung) participated in the study. The results demonstrated that husnudzan significantly correlated with academic self-efficacy (r = 0.480 and p<0.01). In contrast, there was no significant correlation not only on academic self-efficacy and stress academic r = -0.147 (p = 0.193) but also on husnudzan and stress academic r = -0.169 (p = 0.135). The mediation test results showed that academic self-efficacy could not mediate the relationship between husnudzan and academic stress with indirect effect score -0.0944 (BootLLCI = -0.3656 and BootULCI = 0.1986)."

"Penggemar budaya industri K-Pop semakin banyak bermunculan dari berbagai kalangan, tidak terkecuali remaja. Fenomena terkini menunjukkan bahwa penggemar K-Pop memiliki well-being yang baik. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi well-being adalah self-eficacy. Self-eficacy individu dapat berbeda-beda pada setiap domain spesifik dalam kehidupan mereka, salah satunya domain sosial. Penelitian ini melihat hubungan antara social self-eficacy dan well-being menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Karakteristik partisipan penelitian ini adalah remaja berusia 15–19 tahun dan penggemar K-Pop (N = 579). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Self-Ef icacy Questionnaire for Children dan EPOCH Measure of Adolescents Well-Being. Hasil analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara social self-ef icacy dan well-being (r(579) = .523). Hubungan positif yang signifikan juga ditemukan antara social self-ef icacy dan engagement (r(579) = .184), perseverance (r(579) = .368), optimism (r(579) = .325), connectedness (r(579) = .428), serta happiness (r(579) = .432). Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah remaja dan orang dewasa di sekitarnya perlu bekerja sama untuk berpartisipasi dalam membangun self-ef icacy pada diri remaja karena semakin baik tingkat self-ef icacy pada domain sosial, maka akan semakin baik pula well-being mereka, dan sebaliknya.
Fans of the South Korean pop music industry’s culture are increasingly emerging from various backgrounds, including teenagers. Recent phenomena show that K-Pop fans have good well-being. One of the factors that influence well-being is self-efficacy. Individual self-efficacy can vary in each specific domain in their life. This study looks at the relationship between social self-efficacy and well-being using quantitative methods. The participants in this study were adolescents aged 15–19 years and K-Pop fans (N = 579). The instruments used in this study were the Self-Efficacy Questionnaire for Children and the EPOCH Measure of Adolescents Well-Being. The results of the Pearson correlation analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between social self-efficacy and well-being (r(579) = .523). Significant positive relationship also found between social self-efficacy and engagement (r(579) = .184), perseverance (r(579) = .368), optimism (r(579) = .325), connectedness (r(579) = .428), also happiness (r(579) = .432). The implication of this research is that adolescents and adults around them need to work together to participate in building self-efficacy in adolescents because the better the level of social self-efficacy, the better their well-being will be, and vice versa."

"[Dalam perjalanan di perkuliahan, mahasiswa akan menemukan masalah salah satunya masalah karir, yaitu merasa salah pada jurusan yang telah dipilihnya dan menyebabkan ketidakyakinan pada jurusan yang telah dipilihnya. Keyakinan mahasiswa untuk tetap persisten pada jurusan yang telah dipilih erat kaitannya dengan career decision self-efficacy. Salah satu faktor yang dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk dapat mencapai career decision self-efficacy adalah self-directed learning pada individu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan self-directed learning terhadap career decision self-efficacy pada mahasiswa S1 Universitas Indonesia (UI). Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari 516 orang mahasiswa S1 UI tahun kedua atau semester 4. Self-directed learning diukur menggunakan Student Self-Directed Learning Questionnaire dari De Bruin (2008, dalam De Bruin dan Cornelius, 2011) dan career decision self-efficacy diukur dengan Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short-Form dari Betz dan Taylor (1983, dalam Betz & Taylor, 2006) yang telah diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self-directed learning dan career decision self-efficacy (r = 0.576; p < 0.05). Selain itu, hasil juga menunjukkan ada hubungan antara dimensi self-directed learning (perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi) dan career decision self-efficacy. Implikasi dari penelitian ini untuk perguruan tinggi diharapkan agar diadakan pelatihan terkait self-directed learning bagi mahasiswa agar memiliki pengarahan diri dalam pembelajarannya, agar mahasiswa lebih mandiri dalam belajar, menekuni dan mendalami pengetahuan dari jurusan yang dipilihnya sehingga dapat lebih yakin dengan keputusan karirnya.

Students? assuredness to be persistent in doing the chosen program is highly related with career decision self-efficacy. One factor that can help students to achieve career decision self-efficacy is by applying self-directed learning for each student. The main purpose of this research is to see the relationship between self-directed learning and career decision self-efficacy among undergraduates students in Universitas Indonesia (UI). A total of 516 students who are currently enrolled in the second or fourth semester participated in the research. "Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara traits dan creative selfefficacy (CSE) pada guru TK. Traits adalah dimensi dari perbedaan kecenderungan individu untuk menunjukan pola pemikiran, perasaan dan tindakan yang konsisten (McCrae dan Costa, 2003). Sementara itu, CSE merupakan keyakinan yang sementara pada individu mengenai kemampuan dirinya untuk melakukan tugas spesifik tertentu yang membutuhkan produksi solusi-solusi baru, orisinal, atau sesuai.
Pengukuran traits menggunakan alat ukur IPIP (Goldberg, 1999) dan pengukuran CSE menggunakan alat ukur Revised Model Creative Thinking Self-Efficacy (CTSE) II & Creative Performance Self-Efficacy (CPSE) II Inventories (Abbott, 2010) yang telah diadaptasi oleh peneliti. Partisipan berjumlah 112 orang guru TK yang berusia 20-60 tahun.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara trait neuroticism dan CTSE, serta terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara trait extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, dan conscientiousness dengan CTSE dan CPSE. Namun demikian, pada trait neuroticism tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan CPSE. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perlu dilakukan screening kepribadian ketika perekrutan guru TK. Selain itu, guru TK juga dapat diberi intervensi sejak dini untuk meningkatkan CSE.

This research was conducted to find the correlation between nature traits and creative self-efficacy (CSE) in kindergarten teachers. Traits is dimensions of individual differences in tendencies to show consistent patterns of thoughts, feelings and actions (McCrae & Costa, 2003). Meanwhile CSE is an individual's state-like belief in his or her own ability to perform the specific tasks required to produce novel original, or appropiate solutions (Abbott, 2010).
Traits was measured using an adaptation instrumen named IPIP (Goldberg, 1999) and CSE was measured using an adaptation instrument named Revised Model Creative Thinking Self-Efficacy (CTSE) II & Creative Performance Self-Efficacy (CPSE) II Inventories (Abbott, 2010). The respondent of this research are 112 kindergarten teachers.
The results of this research show that trait neuroticism negative correlated significantly with CTSE and the trait extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness positive correlated significantly with CTSE and CPSE. But there is no significant correlation between trait neuroticism and CPSE. Based on these results, kindergarten ought to held a personality screening in teacher's recruitment and give intervention, such as training or seminar to teachers that can increase creative self-efficacy.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara coping self-efficacy dan burnout pada perawat. Pengukuran coping self-efficacy menggunakan alat ukur Coping Self-Efficacy Scale (Chesney dkk., 2006) yang memiliki tiga subskala, yaitu use problem focused coping, stop unpleasant thoughts and emotions, dan get support from family and friends dengan total 26 item. Pengukuran terhadap burnout menggunakan alat ukur Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (Maslach & Jackson, 1981) yang memiliki tiga dimensi, yaitu emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, dan menurunnya sense of personal accomplishment dengan total 22 item. Jumlah partisipan yang diperoleh sebanyak 131 perawat. Hasil utama penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara coping self-efficacy dan burnout pada perawat, yang berarti semakin tinggi coping self-efficacy perawat, semakin rendah burnout yang dirasakan.

The aim of this study is to investigate whether any relationship between coping self-efficacy and burnout among nurses. Coping self-efficacy was measured by Coping Self-Efficacy Scale (Chesney et al., 2006) which has three subscales, namely use problem focused coping, stop unpleasant thoughts and emotions, and get support from family and friends with a total of 26 items. Burnout was measured by Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (Maslach & Jackson, 1981) which has three dimensions, namely emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced sense of personal accomplihsment with a total of 22 items. Participants of this study were 131 nurses. The main result of the study shows that there is a significant negative relationship between coping self-efficacy and burnout among nurses, in conclusion, the higher score of coping self-efficacy obtained by nurses, the lower they perceived burnout."
