"Psychological Well-being (PWB) selama masa remaja menjadi salah satu penentu kesehatan mental di masa dewasa mendatang. Penelitian terdahulu menemukan bahwa Intolerance of Uncertainty (IU), sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi bagaimana seseorang memaknai dan menanggapi situasi yang tidak pasti, dapat mempengaruhi PWB individu. Salah satu variabel yang diduga dapat menjelaskan hubungan keduanya adalah Dispositional Mindfulness (DM), yaitu kapasitas bawaan untuk mempertahankan perhatian pada pengalaman saat ini dengan sikap terbuka dan tidak menghakimi. Namun, dinamika antara ketiga variabel tersebut belum pernah diteliti pada remaja di Indonesia, sedangkan karakteristik tahap perkembangan remaja menunjukkan pentingnya ketiga variabel di masa ini. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan melihat bagaimana peran DM sebagai mediator antara hubungan IU dan PWB pada remaja di Indonesia. IU diukur menggunakan skala IUS-12, DM dengan skala MAAS, dan PWB dengan skala Ryff’s Psychological Well-being. Partisipan berjumlah 352 remaja SMP dan SMA berusia 13-18 tahun (M = 16.08) yang mengisi seluruh alat ukur secara daring. Berdasarkan hasil analisis mediasi, ditemukan bahwa DM secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara IU dan PWB (b= -.17, p < .01).

Psychological Well-being (PWB) during adolescence becomes one of the determinants of mental health in adulthood. Previous research found that Intolerance of Uncertainty (IU), as a variable that influences how a person perceives, interprets, and responds to uncertain situations, can affect individual PWB. One of the variables that is thought to explain the relationship between the two is Dispositional Mindfulness (DM), namely the innate capacity to maintain attention on current experiences in an open and non-judgmental attitude. However, the dynamics between these three variables has never been studied in adolescents in Indonesia, while the characteristics of the stages of adolescent development show the importance of the three variables at this time. So this study aims to see how the role of DM as a mediator between the relationship between IU and PWB in adolescents in Indonesia. IU was measured using the IUS-12 scale, DM was measured by the MAAS scale, and PWB was measured by Ryff's Psychological Well-being scale. The participants were 352 junior high and high school youth aged 13-18 years (M = 16.08) who filled out all measuring instruments online. Based on the results of mediation analysis, it was found that DM partially mediated the relationship between IU and PWB (b= -.17, p < .01).

"Psychological well-being remaja memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan parent attachment.
Hal ini dikarenakan secure attachment dapat menjadi landasan untuk mengembangkan rasa percaya pada orang tua dan lingkungan sekitarnya dan meningkatkan kemampuan mengembangkan strategi coping efektif yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan psychological well-being. Pengaruh attachment pada psychological well-being dapat terjadi secara langsung atau dimediasi oleh faktor lain yang relevan, salah satunya dispositional mindfulness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dispositional mindfulness sebagai mediator hubungan antara parent attachment dan psychological well-being pada remaja. Partisipan berjumlah 352 remaja usia 13 – 18 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Ryff’s Scale of Psychological Well being(RPWB), Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment-Revised (IPPA-R)-Parent Scale dan Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS). Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel saling berkaitan secara signifikan. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa dispositional mindfulness memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara parent attachment dengan psychological well-being pada remaja.

Psychological well-being is closely related to parental attachment. The reason is that a secure attachment can be a foundation for developing trust in parents and the surrounding environment, as well as increasing child's ability to develop effective coping strategies which will ultimately improve psychological well-being. The effect of attachment on psychological well-being can occur directly or mediated by other relevant factors, one of which is dispositional mindfulness. This study aims to determine the role of dispositional mindfulness as a mediator in the relationship between parent attachment and psychological well-being in adolescents. Participants in the study were 352 adolescents aged 13-18 years. The instruments used were Ryff's Scale of Psychological Well-being (RPWB), Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment-Revised (IPPA-R)Parent Scale and Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS). The result of the correlation analysis shows that the three variables in this study are significantly related to each other. The result of the mediation analysis shows that dispositional mindfulness partially mediates the relationship between parent attachment and psychological well-being in adolescents.

"Kesejahteraan psikologis (PWB) dapat membantu remaja mengatasi stres dan kesulitan. Penelitian ini melihat apakah komponen iklim sekolah (SC) serta jenis kelamin dapat memprediksi PWB remaja di pedesaan Indonesia. Studi epidemiologi dilakukan terhadap 1.023 siswa SMP di Banyuwangi dengan pendekatan berbasis sekolah. Analisis multiple linear regression menunjukkan bahwa siswa laki-laki yang menilai hubungan antar siswa di sekolah baik, harapan sekolah terhadap siswa jelas, peraturan di sekolah adil, dan tingkat perundungan di sekolah rendah memiliki tingkat PWB yang lebih tinggi (F(5,1017) = 48,069, p < ,001, R2 = 0,191). Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya fokus pada komponen SC tertentu serta memberi dukungan yang berfokus pada perbedaan gender untuk meningkatkan PWB siswa SMP di Banyuwangi.

Psychological Well-Being (PWB) is beneficial for adolescents during times of stress and difficulties. This study examines whether components of School Climate (SC) and gender can predict the PWB of rural Indonesian adolescents. An epidemiological study was conducted on 1.023 junior high school students in Banyuwangi. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that male students who perceive positive relationships among students at school, clear school expectations toward students, fair school regulations, and low levels of bullying at school have higher levels of PWB (F(5,1017) = 48,069, p < ,001, R2 = 0,191). This study shows the importance of focusing on specific components of SC as well as providing support that focuses on gender differences to improve the PWB of middle school students in Banyuwangi."

"Penyesuaian diri di perguruan tinggi merupakan hal penting yang diperlukan untuk melalui masa transisi yang penuh perubahan. Penelitian melihat bahwa dispositional mindfulness memiliki peran pada penyesuaian diri di perguruan tinggi. Namun, hubungan yang terbentuk terkait dispositional mindfulness dan penyesuaian diri di perguruan tinggi masih dibutuhkan, terutama mengenai hubungannya dengan kesejahteraan psikologis yang seringkali terlibat. Kesejahteraan psikologis merupakan suatu kondisi yang diperlukan dalam penentuan kesehatan mental seseorang. Penelitian korelasional ini melihat peran kesejahteraan psikologis sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara dispositional mindfulness dan penyesuaian diri di perguruan tinggi pada mahasiswa tingkat pertama N = 207. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale MAAS, Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire SACQ, dan Ryffs Scale of Psychological Well-being. Dari hasil analisis mediasi yang dilakukan, terdapat indirect effect b = 0,54.

Adjustment to college is an important thing needed during the transition period from high school. Dispositional mindfulness has been proven to have a role in adjustment to college. However, research about the relationship that is formed regarding dispositional mindfulness and adaptation in college is still needed, especially about its relationship with psychological well being that is often involved. Psychological well being is a necessary condition in determining one 39s mental health. Thus, this present research is a correlational research that sees the role of psychological well being as a mediator in the relationship between dispositional mindfulness and adjustment to college among first year college students N 207. The instruments used in this research consisted of Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale MAAS, Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire SACQ, and Ryff 39 s Scale of Psychological Well being. From the result of mediation analysis, there are indirect effect b 0,54."

"Selama masa pandemi Covid-19, tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru semakin berat
dengan strategi mengajar yang baru. Hal tersebut membuat guru kesulitan untuk
mempertahankan kesejahteraan psikologis mereka terutama guru perempuan yang mengajar di tingkat SD. Stres yang dirasakan oleh guru perempuan semakin bertambah dengan beban sebaga seorang ibu yang mengurus anak. Komunikasi antara anggota keluarga diasumsikandapat membantu guru untuk melewati masa sulit selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian inidilakukan untuk melihat peran pola komunikasi keluarga, baik dimensi conversation ataupun conformity, sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara perceived social support dengan psychological well-being. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimental dengan teknik pengambilan sampel convenient sampling dari guru perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perceived social support
dengan psychological well-being baik secara langsung (β = 0.57, t(117) = 7.91, p = 0.000), maupun tidak langsung melalui pola komunikasi keluarga dimensi conversation (coefficient = 0.42, SE = 0.07, CI = 0.27 - 0.56). Di sisi lain, pola komunikasi keluarga yang mementingkan konformitas dalam berpendapat tidak berperan sebagai mediator karena tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan psychological well-being (coefficient = -0.11, SE = 0.10, CI = -0.32 - 0.10, p = 0.300). Salah satu limitasi penelitian ini adalah penelitian
ini hanya dapat dilakukan masa pandemi akan tetapi hasil yang didapatkan mengimplikasikan bahwa dukungan sosial dari berbagai pihak sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru dalam menghadapi masa pandemi agar dapat menjadi bahagia, terlepas dari pola komunikasi di rumah. Meskipun demikian, pola komunikasi yang mementingkan kehangatan dalam berpendapat dan keterbukaan dapat menjadi salah satu bentuk dukungan sosial yang menunjang psychological well-being guru di situasi pandemi.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers are facing more challenges such as new teaching strategies. Thus, makes it difficult for teachers to maintain their psychological well-being especially female teachers who teach elementary students. Some of those female teachers have responsibilities as mothers at home. The burden of caring for children in home increasing the stress felt by these teachers. It is assumed that communication between family members can help teachers through difficult times during the Covid-19 pandemic. This
research was conducted to see whether conversation or conformity dimension within family communication pattern can act as mediator in the relationship between perceived social support and psychological well-being. This research is non-experimental study with convenient sampling technique given to female teachers. The result indicates that there is significant relationship between perceived social support and family communication pattern, either directly (β = 0.57, t(117) = 7.91, p = 0.000) or indirectly through the conversation
dimension within family communication family patterns (coefficient = 0.42, SE = 0.07, CI = 0.27 - 0.56). On the other hand, family with high conformity dimension do not act as mediator in relationship between perceived social support and psychological well-being (coefficient = -0.11, SE = 0.10, CI = -0.32 - 0.10, p = 0.300). One of the limitation of this study is this study can only be conducted in pandemic Covid-19 situation but the results obtained shows that social support from various sources is needed by teachers in order to be mentally healthy and happy regardless of communication patterns at home. However, communication patterns that emphasize warmth and openness can be one of the social
support that teachers needed in this pandemic situation.

"Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat hubungan antara penggunaan Internet dengan psychological well-being pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program Sarjana Strata Satu dan Diploma Tiga Universitas Indonesia sebanyak 66 orang. Penggunaan Internet diukur dengan alat ukur Internet Attitude Scale yang dibuat oleh Eric B. Weiser pada tahun 2001.
Psychological well-being diukur dengan PWB Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Carol D. Ryff pada tahun 1995, dan telah diadaptasi ke dalam bahasa Indonesia oleh kelompok payung penelitian psychological well-being Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 2011 (Larasati, 2012). Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan korelasi Pearson Product Moment, diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.362 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.003 (p<0.01). Ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penggunaan Internet dengan psychological well-being pada Mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia.

The objective of this study was to see the correlation between Internet use and psychological well-being among Universitas Indonesia students. Participants of this research were 66 students among undergraduate and vocational program of Universitas Indonesia. Internet use was measured using Internet Attitude Scale, constructed by Eric B. Weiser in 2001.
Psychological well-being was measured using PWB Scale constructed by Carol D. Ryff in 1995, and had been adapted by psychological well-being research group of Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Indonesia in 2011 (Larasati, 2012). The coefficient of Pearson Product Moment reported was 0.362, with 0.003 significance value (p<0.01). Those numbers indicated that there was significant correlation between Internet use and psychological well-being among Universitas Indonesia Students.

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gambaran psychological well-being pada remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian untuk menggambarkan keadaan populasi tertentu dengan menganalisis data yang diolah menggunakan perhitungan statistik. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 112 orang remaja berusia 11 sampai 21 tahun yang tinggal di panti asuhan. Pengukuran psychological well-being dilakukan menggunakan Ryff’s Scales of Psychological Well-Being yang berjumlah 18 item.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor rata-rata psychological well-being seluruh responden sebesar 80,79 (SD=8,604). Dimensi psychologicial well-being yang menonjol adalah dimensi personal growth, sedangkan dimensi dengan skor paling rendah merupakan dimensi positive relations with others. Selanjutnya berdasarkan analisis tambahan ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor psychological well-being remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan dengan sistem asrama dan sistem cottage.

This research aims to depict psychological well-being in adolescents who live in orphanage. This is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Respondents of this research are 112 adolescents aged 11 to 21 years old who live in orphanage. The instrument that is used to measure psychological well-being is Ryff’s Scales of Psychological Well-Being which consists of 18 items.
The result shows that the mean score of psychological well-being is 80,79 (SD=8,604). The most prominent dimension is personal growth, while the dimension with the lowest score is positive relations with others. Furthermore, this research found a significant difference between respondents who live in orphanage with boarding system and cottage system.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perfeksionisme dan psychological well-being pada seniman berusia dewasa muda dan dewasa madya. Pengukuran perfeksionisme menggunakan alat ukur Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (Hewitt & Flett, 1989) dan pengukuran psychological well-being menggunakan alat ukur Ryff’s Revised-Psychological Well-Being (Ryff, 1995). Partisipan berjumlah 63 seniman berusia dewasa muda dan dewasa madya.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara perfeksionisme dan psychological well-being (r = -0.584; p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01). Artinya, semakin tinggi perfeksionisme yang dimiliki seseorang, maka semakin rendah psychological well-being yang ia miliki. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa dimensi perfeksionisme yang memberikan sumbangan paling banyak terhadap psychological well-being adalah socially prescribed perfectionism. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perlu dilakukan intervensi lebih dini terhadap perfeksionisme, terutama pada socially prescribed perfectionism.

This research was conducted to find the correlation between perfectionism and psychological well-being in artists in their young and middle adulthood. Perfectionism was measured by using Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (Hewitt & Flett, 1989), and psychological well-being was measured by using Ryff’s Revised-Psychological Well-Being (Ryff, 1995). The participants of this research were 63 artists currently in their young and middle adulthood.
The main result of this research showed that perfectionism is negatively significant correlated with PWB (r = -0.584; p = 0.000, significant in L.o.S 0.01). This meant that the higher the level of one's perfectionism, the lower the level of PWB in oneself. Other result of this research was that the dimension of perfectionism that contributed the most to PWB was socially prescribed perfectionism. Based on such results, there needs to be an early intervention about perfectionism, especially about the socially prescribed perfectionism.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-monitoring dan psychological well-being pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia yang berusia 18-24 tahun. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengukur variabel self-monitoring menggunakan Revised Self-monitoring Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Lennox dan Wolfe (1984) dan mengukur variabel psychological well-being menggunakan Ryff?s Scale of Psychological Well-being (1995). Responden penelitian sejumlah 198 orang yang tersebar dalam 12 fakultas dan Pendidikan Vokasi di Universitas Indonesia.

This research aimed to find correlation between self-monitoring and psychological well-being of college students in Universitas Indonesia who having an age of 18-24 years old. Researcher used quantitative approach to find this correlation. Self-monitoring was measured using Revised Self-monitoring Scale (Lennox & Wolfe, 1984) and psychological well-being was measured using Ryff’s Scale of Psychological Well-being (Ryff, 1995). Participants of this research are 198 college students from 12 Faculties and Vocational Program in Universitas Indonesia.
The result of this research shows that there is positive significant correlation between self-monitoring and psychological well-being of college students in Universitas Indonesia (r = + 0,427, n = 198, p < 0,01 (one tailed). This result means the higher self-monitoring in participants, the higher their psychological well-being. Then, alternative hypothesis was rejected and be discussed further in discussion subchapter.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perceived social support sebagai mediator hubungan antara bersyukur dan psychological well-being pada emerging adults. Mengingat masa emerging adulthood merupakan masa transisi, maka psychological well-being sangat penting dimiliki oleh emerging adults. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi dengan 806 emerging adults Indonesia yang berusia 18-25 tahun. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat indirect effect ( = .05,.00 < .01) dan direct effect ( = .78,. 00 < .01) yang signifikan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa perceived social support memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara bersyukur dan psychological well-being. Dengan kata lain, bersyukur dapat melewati perceived social support terlebih dahulu untuk memengaruhi psychological well-being, namun juga dapat memengaruhi psychological well-being secara langsung.

The purpose of this study was to find out whether perceived social support mediates the relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being in emerging adults. Given maintaining psychological well-being is very important for emerging adults to face transition period. This study used a regression analysis technique with 806 developing Indonesian adults aged 18-25 years. The results of the mediation analysis has shown a significant indirect ( = .05, .00 <.01) and direct effect ( = .78, .00 <.01), which indicates that perceived social support partially mediates the relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being. In other words, gratitude can pass through perceived social support first to influence psychological well-being, but it can also affect psychological well-being directly."
