"Market globalization mempengaruhi pariwisata secara global. Ada penurunan ekonomi, persaingan yang semakin ketat, dan pertumbuhan teknologi baru yang menawarkan peluang dan ancaman. Pariwisata adalah suatu kegiatan dalam masyarakat yang didukung oleh berbagai macam fasilitas dan pelayanan yang tersedia baik oleh masyarakat itu sendiri, pengusaha atau investor, bahkan oleh pemerintah daerah. Di antara metode pemasaran lainnya, penerapan experiential marketing mulai berkembang. Hal ini juga relevan dalam pariwisata karena menciptakan behavioral intention, atraksi menarik untuk menarik aspek afektif, sensorik dan intelektual konsumen. Studi ini menguji dampak experiential marketing pada kepuasan konsumen sambil mengidentifikasi pentingnya dalam industri. Dengan bantuan kuesioner tertutup, dilakukan survei untuk menguji persepsi 224 wisatawan di Bromo Tengger Semeru. Analisis SEM dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap behavioral intention melalui tourist satisfaction menggunakan software SPSS AMOS. Di sini experiential marketing diwakili oleh lima komponen yaitu sense, feel, think, act dan relate, sedangkan behavioral intention diwakili oleh tiga komponen yaitu word of mouth, revisit intention, willingness to pay dan tourist satisfaction. Temuan penelitian dimensi feel dan think tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap tourist satisfaction Selain itu, dimensi sense, act, relate berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tourist satisfaction dan tourist satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Terakhir, experiential marketing, yang diwakili oleh 2 hipotesis, sense dan relate memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap behavioral intention melalui tourist satisfaction.

Market Globalization affects tourism globally. There is an economic downturn, increasingly intense competition, and the growth of new technologies that offer both opportunities and threats. Tourism is an activity in the community supported by various kinds of facilities and services available either by the community itself, entrepreneurs or investors, even by the local government. Among other marketing methods, the application of experiential marketing began to develop. It is also relevant in tourism as it creates behavioral experiences, engaging attractions to appeal to the affective, sensory and intellectual aspects of consumers. This study examines the impact of experiential marketing on consumer satisfaction while identifying its importance in the industry. With the help of a closed questionnaire, a survey was conducted to test the perceptions of 224 tourists in Bromo Tengger Semeru. SEM analysis was conducted to examine the impact of experiential marketing on consumer satisfaction using SPSS AMOS software. Herein, experiential marketing is represented by five components, namely sense, feel, think, act and relate, while behavioral intention is represented by three components, namely word of mouth, revisit intention, willingness to pay and tourism satisfaction. Research findings feel and think dimensions do not have a direct influence on tourist satisfaction. In addition, sense, act, relate dimensions have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction and tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on behavioral intention. Finally, experiential marketing, which is represented by 2 hypotheses, sense and relate has an indirect influence on behavioral intention through tourist satisfaction."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini meliput kasus "Ayo Ke Taman Nasional", sebuah program yang baru diluncurkan oleh Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan, yang ditunjuk sebagai salah satu kontributor devisa negara (RPJMN 2015-2019). Pemerintah menargetkan akselerasi pariwisata dengan fokus pada keunggulan kompetitif Indonesia: kekayaan alamnya, yang diikuti oleh masalah keberlanjutan akibat tingginya kebergantungan terhadap sumber daya alam. Tesis ini dilengkapi dengan penilaian singkat akan program pariwisata saat ini terhadap prinsip-prinsip ekoturisme, yang dipercaya dapat menyelesaikan masalah keberlanjutan. Kasus yang diangkat merekam dinamika yang terjadi dalam kemeterian dan juga pada hubungan dengan pihak berkepentingan lainnya. Pendekatan pemasaran dan bisnis digunakan dalam analisis untuk mencapai solusi aplikatif bagi focal persons (KSDAE dan PJLHK). Tesis ini dapat digunakan oleh akademisi untuk mengaplikasikan teori dan konsep dasar pemasaran, model bisnis, perilaku konsumen, pemasaran jasa terhadap pengaruhnya dengan pengambilan keputusan bagi pembuat kebijakan.

ABSTRACT
This thesis covers the case of "Ayo Ke Taman Nasional", a newly launched program by Ministry of Environment and Forestry, which is assigned as one of foreign exchange contributors (National Medium-term Development Plan 2015-2019). The government aims to accelerate tourism by focusing on Indonesia's competitive advantage: its natural environment, which is followed by sustainability issue due to high reliance on natural resources. The thesis provides brief assessment of current tourism program towards principles of ecotourism, which is believed to solve the sustainability issue. The case captures dynamics within the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and also its relationships with stakeholders. Marketing and business approaches are used in the analysis to achieve applicable solutions to help focal persons (KSDAE and PJLHK). This thesis can be utilized by academics to apply theory and concept of marketing, business model, consumer behavior and service marketing towards its influences in decision making by policy makers."

Pengelolaan Taman Nasional mempunyai fungsi ekologis dan fungsi pemanfaatan yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi. Hal tersebut menimbulkan potensi konflik yang berkepanjangan antara negara dan masyarakat lokal. Adanya kompleksitas permasalahan tersebut maka pada tesis ini berfokus pada pokok penelitian kedudukan hukum dan pelaksanaan kearifan lokal dalam sistem pengelolaan taman nasional di Indonesia dalam kegiatan wisata alam berbasis ekowisata. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian normatif empiris. Metode yang digunakan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini terkait kedudukan hukum pada kegiatan ekowisata pada taman nasional dasarnya memiliki hubungan kolaboratif dengan masyarakat lokal. Adanya interaksi antara wisatawan, masyarakat setempat, pemerintah, dan pengusaha merupakan mata rantai yang tak terpisahkan. Maka model pengelolaan taman nasional harus memperhatikan dinamika ekosistem di wilayah sekitarnya. Pengelolaan taman nasional ini guna penguatan/pemberdayaan masyarakat sekitar. Popularitas wisata di kawasan Gunung Bromo dan sekitarnya serta keunikan Gunung Semeru sebagai gunung tertinggi di jawa menjadikan taman nasional ini sebagai tujuan wisata baik domestik maupun internasional. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh Taman Nasional melakukan zonasi yang adaptif, pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana ekowisata serta upaya pembinaan masyarakat lokal (Adat Tengger) agar mereka mendapatkan keadilan ekonomi dan menjalankan partisipasi publik pada pembentukan kebijakan pemanfaatan kegiatan ekowisata secara kolaboratif.


Management system’s function of national park is ecological and beneficial with economical value. This matter raise prolonged conflict possibilities between the nation and local people. With said problem’s complexity, this Thesis would focus on core research of law’s standing and implementation of local wisdom within Indonesian national parks’ management system on ecotourism based natural tourism activities. This research uses empirical normative. Applied methods are field and literature researches. Research’s analytical results correlated with how basically law’s standing on ecotourism activities in national park and local community has collaborative relationship. Interaction between tourists, local community, government, and business owners is the link unseparable link from tourism activities. Hence, management model of national parks needs to pay attention to surrounding areas’ecosystem dynamics. Management of national parks are done for surrounding community’s empowerment. Tourism popularity in Bromo Mountain, its surrounding area and the unique tallest mountain in Java, Semeru, makes this national park a good international or domestic destination. Efforts are done by the national park by implementing adaptive zones, fulfilment of facilities, infrastructures and coach the development of local communities (Adat Tengger) to obtain economical justice and have public participation within establishing collaborative ecotourism utilization activities policy.

"Pariwisata merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang diminati oleh masyarakat. Destinasi wisata alam Kepulauan Seribu merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata unggulan pemerintah dalam program 10 Bali Baru yang mengalami peningkatan pengunjung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aesthetics experiential qualities terhadap loyalitas wisatawan pada destinasi wisata Kepulauan Seribu dengan tourist satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 wisatawan domestik menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yakni analisis regresi dan sobel test untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa aesthetics experiential qualities memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas wisatawan melalui tourists satisfaction. Pengaruh aesthetics experiential qualities terhadap loyalitas wisatawan melalui tourists satisfaction memiliki pengaruh lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai pengaruh aesthetics experiential qualities terhadap loyalitas wisatawan secara langsung.

Tourism is one of the activities that people love the most. Kepulauan Seribu as the tourist destination, are one of the leading tourist destinations by the government on "10 Bali Baru" program that the number of visitors are increasing day by day. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of aesthetics experiential qualities on tourist loyalty in Kepulauan Seribu with tourists’ satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 domestic tourists using non-probability sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used are regression analysis and sobel tests to determine the effect between variables, both directly and indirectly. The results of this study indicate that aesthetics experiential qualities have a direct and indirect effect on tourist loyalty through tourists' satisfaction. The effect of aesthetics experiential qualities on tourist loyalty through tourists’ satisfaction has a greater effect than the direct effect of aesthetics experiential qualities on tourist loyalty"

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan behavioral intentions; pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap behavioral intentions; persepsi kelompok wisatawan berdasarkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap experiential marketing dan behavioral intentions; dan persepsi wisatawan dengan ragam variabel demografi terhadap experiential marketing, kualitas pelayanan, dan behavioral intentions di Kebun Raya Bogor. Data penelitian kemudian diolah menggunakan metode statistik, yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak LISREL 8.7 serta faktor analisis, analisis kelompok, analisis uji t, dan One-Way ANOVA menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 17.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experiential marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan (8.29) dan behavioral intentions (6.67), namun kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intentions (1.52). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa experiential marketing memiliki efek langsung terhadap behavioral intentions tanpa melalui kualitas pelayanan. Selain itu, persepsi kelompok berdasarkan kualitas pelayanan berbeda signifikan terhadap experiential marketing dan behavioral intentions, serta persepsi wisatawan dengan ragam variabel demografi, seperti usia, pendidikan, dan domisili, berbeda secara signifikan terhadap experiential marketing, kualitas pelayanan, dan behavioral intentions.

This study aims to determine the influence of experiential marketing to service quality and behavioral intentions; impact of service quality on behavioral intentions; perception of a tourist group based on experiential marketing, service quality, and behavioral intentions; and the perception of tourists with a variety of demographic variables on experiential marketing, service quality, and behavioral intentions in Bogor Botanic Garden. The data was then processed using statistical method, which are the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using LISREL 8.7 and factor analysis, cluster analysis, t-test analysis, and One-Way ANOVA using SPSS 17 software.
The result showed that experiential marketing has a significant effect on service quality (8.29) and behavioral intentions (6.67), but service quality has no significant effect on behavioral intentions (1.52). It shows that experiential marketing has a direct effect on behavioral intentions without going through service quality. In addition, perceptions of different groups based on service quality has differ significantly on experiential marketing and behavioral intentions, as well as the perception of tourists based on diverse demographic variables, such as age, education, and residence were differ significantly on experiential marketing, service quality, and behavioral intentions.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan analisa eksplanatif dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara experiential marketing terhadap kepuasan konsumen THE GOODS CAFE.

The objective of this research is to determine the effect of experiential marketing on satisfaction of the consumer THE GOODS CAFE using experiential marketing approach proposed by Bernd Schmitt (1999). This research applied quantitative and purposive sampling technique by distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents with explanatory analysis and simple linear regression. The research proved that experiential marketing has a significant positive effect on satisfaction of the consumer THE GOODS CAFE."

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat pengaruh dari penerapan strategi experiential marketing yang dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan produk kecantikan terkemuka di dunia dan di Indonesia, yaitu The Body Shop Indonesia. Penelitian terdahulu telah membuktikan bahwa dimensi experiential marketing mempengaruhi perceived experiential value konsumen, tingkat kepuasaan pelanggan, dan tingkat loyalitas pelanggan terhadap merek tertentu. Penelitian ini didesain untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh antara experiential marketing, perceived experiential value, customer satisfaction, dan customer loyalty. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 236 konsumen yang telah mengunjungi dan/atau berbelanja di counters The Body Shop Indonesia di wilayah Jabodetabek dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan terakhir. Sebuah model penelitian dengan enam hipotesis diuji menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk mengetahui hubungan antara experiential marketing,perceived experiential value, customer satisfaction, dan customer loyalty. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa experiential marketing memiliki pengaruh terhadap ketiga variabel, yaitu tingkat perceived experiential value konsumen, kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Namun, diketahui pula bahwa tingkat perceived experiential value justru tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Pembahasan serta kontribusi dan saran penelitian juga dibahas.

ABSTRACT
This research is conducted to examine the influence of experiential marketing strategy applied by one of the best beauty and cosmetics companies nationally and globally, The Body Shop Indonesia. Previous research showed that the dimensions of experiential marketing influenced consumers? perceived experiential value, customer satisfaction, dan customer loyalty. This research is designed to examine the relationship and the effect of experiential marketing on consumers? perceived experiential value, customer satisfaction, dan customer loyalty. It employed 236 sample respondents, who were included in this research if they have come to and/or shop at the counters of The Body Shop in Jabodetabek within the last 3 months. One conceptual framework and six hypotheses were tested by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the relationship and effect of experiential marketing on consumers? perceived experiential value, customer satisfaction, dan customer loyalty. The result found that experiential marketing had significant influence on consumers?perceived experiential value, customer satisfaction, dan customer loyalty. On the other hands, consumers? perceived experiential value was found to be insignificantly influencing customer loyalty. Explanations, limitations and suggestions are also discussed."

"Experiential marketing merupakan strategi pemasaran yang melibatkan panca indra manusia. Dampak dari strategi experiential marketing dapat berupa kepuasan pelanggan. Pelanggan yang merasa puas memiliki minat beli kembali di waktu mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh experiential marketing yang diterapkan Nusa Gastronomy terhadap repurchase intention pelanggan Nusa Gastronomy melalui customer satisfaction.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis multivariat dengan analisis jalur untuk menguji hubungan tidak langsung antara variabel experiential marketing terhadap repurchase intention melalui customer satisfaction sebagai mediator. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan implementasi experiential marketing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap repurchase intention melalui customer satisfaction.

Experiential marketing is a marketing strategy that involves all five human senses. The impact of experiential marketing strategy can be customer satisfaction. Satisfied customers tend to plan future repurchase intention. The aim of this research was to analyze the impact of experiential marketing which has been implemented by Nusa Gastronomy towards customer's repurchase intention through customer satisfaction.
This research used quantitative research and multivariate analysis with path analysis to determine the indirect effect of experiential marketing towards repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. The results showed that experiential marketing had significant effect towards repurchase intention through customer satisfaction.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap customer loyalty melalui customer satisfaction pada LifeSpa Fitness South Quarter. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 102 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa experiential marketing memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap customer loyalty dengan diperantarai oleh customer satisfaction. Selain itu dari penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa experiential marketing juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap customer loyalty tetapi tidak sebesar apabila diperantarai oleh customer satisfaction.

This research is conducted to determine the effect of the experiential marketing towards customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at LifeSpa Fitness South Quarter. This research uses 102 samples collected by purposive sampling methods. The results show that there is a significant positive relation between experiential marketing towards customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. The result of this research also proves that experiential marketing has a direct influence to customer loyalty, but the result is not as good as when using customer satisfaction as the mediating variable.
