"This book presents comprehensive coverage of current and emerging multiple access, random access, and waveform design techniques for 5G wireless networks and beyond. A definitive reference for researchers in these fields, the book describes recent research from academia, industry, and standardization bodies. The book is an all-encompassing treatment of these areas addressing orthogonal multiple access and waveform design, non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) via power, code, and other domains, and orthogonal, non-orthogonal, and grant-free random access. The book builds its foundations on state of the art research papers, measurements, and experimental results from a variety of sources."

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed people’s workout practices from in person method into computer-mediated communication. This research describes communication aspects to understand social presence of workout activities in a computer-mediated environment through the lense of Indonesian sports enthusiasts during COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive study employing qualitative approach of case study, and data are collected through in-depth interviews and digital documentation of Instagram contents which are published by five workout studios in Jakarta. Findings show that social presence depends on the synchronicity of communication and the role of other people who are involved in mediated workouts. Although workout experience through computer-mediated communication has positive responses, participants are not fully satisfied with this condition as they prefer face-to-face of offline environment."
