"Bus arrival time is very important to passengers, not only at the origin terminal but also at every stop. If there is no predicted arrival time at a stop, the headway designed should match the bus frequency at the stop. The uncertainty in bus arrival time can hinder the headway from matching the bus frequency at the stops. Moreover, lack of information on the service route and actual arrival times at stops leads to difficulty for passengers in planning their trips. Observation surveys were conducted to collect data on the problems of bus arrival frequency and uncertain arrival times at a selected stop with multiple routes during off-peak hours in Putrajaya Malaysia. This paper proposes a method to estimate arrival times at bus stops using the adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) and several models are proposed to predict arrival times using MATLAB Curve Fitting Tool. All the proposed models exhibited RMSE close to 0 and R2 close to 1."

"Providing travelers with accurate bus arrival time is an essential need to plan their traveling and reduce long waiting time for buses. In this paper, we proposed a new approach based on a Bayesian mixture model for the prediction. The Gaussian mixture model (GMM) was used as the joint probability density function of the Bayesian network to formulate the conditional probability. Furthermore, the Expectation maximization (EM) Algorithm was also used to estimate the new parameters of the GMM through an iterative method to obtain the maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) as a convergence of the algorithm. The performance of the prediction model was tested in the bus lanes in the University of Indonesia. The results show that the model can be a potential model to predict effectively the bus arrival time."

"Jumlah penyandang disabilitas di Indonesia masih tinggi dan terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Dimana terdapat gap antara penyandang disabilitas dengan non-disabilitas ketika layanan umum tidak ramah terhadap kaum disabilitas yang mengakibatkan rentan terhadap kemiskinan. DKI Jakarta sebagai ibukota perlu menjadi fokusan utama dalam menyediakan fasilitas yang memadai bagi penyandang disabilitas dengan menyediakan akses yang mudah demi menunjang mobilitas mereka. Transportasi umum dapat menjadi salah satu sarana penunjang utama mobilitas para kaum penyandang disabilitas. Di DKI Jakarta sendiri, Transjakarta merupakan salah satu transportasi umum darat yang paling banyak digunakan untuk mobilisasi aktivitas sehari-hari, tidak terkecuali bagi para penyandang disabilitas. Namun, nyatanya fasilitas yang dimiliki oleh Transjakarta masih belum memenuhi kebutuhan penyandang disabilitas, khususnya kaum difabel. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan rancangan fasilitas halte yang dapat menunjang aksesibilitas pengguna kursi roda. Secara garis besar, alur penelitianyang digunakan mengadaptasi dari 4 fase dalam Design Process oleh Hanington & Martin (2019). Prinsip ergonomi diimplementasikan dalam perancangan inisehingga dalam prosesnya semua aspek pengguna kursi roda sebagai manusia dapat dilibatkan secara holistik. Rancangan akhir yang telah dievaluasi dengan mengumpulkan data feedback dari target pengguna serta analisis postur dengan perhitungan PEI menggunakan metode RULA, OWAS, dan LBA secara virtual menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada permasalahan pada semua postur yang diuji saat melakukan berbagai aktivitas.

The number of people with disabilities in Indonesia is still high and continues to increase every year. There is a gap between disabled and non-disabled people when public services do not meet the needs of disabled people which makes them vulnerable to poverty. DKI Jakarta as the capital city of Indonesia needs to be the main focus in providing adequate facilities for people with disabilities to support their mobility. Public transportation can be one of the main means to help the mobility of people with disabilities. In DKI Jakarta itself, one of the most widely used land public transportations for mobilizing daily activities is Transjakarta. However, the facilities owned by Transjakarta still do not meet the needs of people with disabilities, especially wheelchair users. Therefore, thisresearch was conducted to produce a shelter facility design that can support the accessibility of wheelchair users.Broadly speaking, the research flow used in this study was adapted from 4 phases in the Design Process by Hanington & Martin (2019). Ergonomics principles are implemented in this design process to ensure every step in itholistically involve wheelchair users as a human being. The final design that has been evaluated by collecting feedback data from the target user and posture analysis with PEI calculations using the RULA, OWAS, and LBAmethods virtually shows that there are no problems in all tested postures when performing various activities."

"Transjakarta merupakan sistem transportasi berjenis Bus Rapid Transit BRT pertama yang ada di kawasan Asia Tenggara. Salah satu koridor layanannya adalah koridor IX dengan rute Pinang Ranti ndash; Pluit, menjadi salah satu rute tersibuk dari seluruh koridor yang ada. Maka dari itu penting untuk memberikan layanan yang terbaik bagi penumpang. Proses penelitian dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu survei statis dan survei dinamis pada jam sibuk pagi hari kerja, untuk mendapatkan data ridership, okupansi penumpang, waktu tempuh, waktu tunggu penumpang, dan waktu antara. Waktu antara rata-rata diketahui sebesar 7,92 menit yang berarti tidak memenuhi Standar Pelayanan Minimum Transjakarta SPM, kemudian setelah melakukan pengolahan data diketahui frekuensi pelayanan yang ada sebesar 8 bus per jam dengan kapasitas 909 penumpang per jam belum cukup memenuhi kebutuhan yang ada sebesar 2615 penumpang per jam, sehingga dilakukan analisis perbaikan untuk meningkatkan frekuensi pelayanan. Ketika analisis dilakukan dengan acuan minimum SPM, dengan waktu antara 5 menit maka frekuensi menjadi 12 bus per jam dengan kapasitas 1440 penumpang per jam dan ketika acuan minimum adalah demand 2615 penumpang per jam maka frekuensi yang dibutuhkan 22 bus per jam dengan waktu antara 2,75 menit.

The first Bus Rapid Transit BRT transportation in Southeast Asia is Transjakarta. One of the service corridors is corridor IX nine route Pinang Ranti Pluit, this becoming one of the busiest routes of Transjakarta services. Therefore it is important to provide the best service for passengers. The research process is carried out by two methods static survey and dynamic survey during the morning rush hour, to get ridership data, passenger occupancy, travel time, passenger waiting time, and headway time. Average headway is known at 7.92 minutes which does not meet the requirements of Transjakarta rsquo s Minimum Service Standard SPM , from the headway obtained existing service frequency of 8 buses per hour with capacity 909 passengers per hour which not enough to fulfill requirement of 2615 passengers per hour, so then the improvement analysis is done to increase service frequency. When the analysis is conducted with minimum SPM reference, with headway 5 minutes then the frequency becomes 12 buses per hour with capacity of 1440 passengers per hour and when the minimum reference is demand 2615 passengers per hour then the required frequency 22 buses per hour with 2,75 minutes headway."

"Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki populasi terbesar di dunia. Hal ini tidak menutupi akan terjadinya kemacetan dimana-mana apabila seluruh masyarakat Indonesia mengendarai kedaraan pribadi. Penggalakan transportasi massal merupakan salah satu jalan keluar mengatasi kemacetan dan salah satu contoh transportasi massal yaitu bus. Bus yang tersedia dipasaran sekarang merupakan bus yang menggunakan bahan bakar fosil. Dimana gas hasil buang dari kendaraan berbahan bakar fosil merupakan salah satu penyebab pemanasan global. Ada banyak cara untuk mengurangi risiko pemanasan global yang berkelanjutan salah satunya yaitu dengan beralih ke kendaraan listrik. Bus listrik merupakan salah satu contoh kendaraan listrik yang cocok untuk Indonesia untuk mengurangi risiko kemacetan dan pemanasan global. Untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang mayoritas menggunakan transportasi umum maka sudah sepantasnya transportasi yang ada dibuat senyaman mungkin. Salah satu faktor pembuat rasa nyaman bagi manusia yaitu temperatur udara disekitar tubuhnya dan dikarenakan indonesia memiliki iklim yang tropis maka udaranya memiliki temperatur yang tergolong tinggi. Oleh karena itu sudah layak apabila bus listrik harus memiliki sistem AC yang dapat menciptakan kenyamanan bagi penggunanya agar kedepannya banyak orang yang menggunakan transportasi umum. Untuk sistem AC bis umumnya dibutuhkan kompresor 15 PK dan untuk sistem AC bus listrik UI akan menggunakan kompresor tipe scroll 15 PK dengan adanya penambahan inverter 3-phase 20KVA didalamnya. Dengan sistem ini sistem AC dapat dijalankan menggunakan baterai dan menghasilkan temperatur hingga 17 ˚C pada daerah kabinnya. Untuk konsumsi energi keseluruhan sistemnya berkisar besar 11 KW dan untuk nilai effisensi inverter yang digunakan yaitu berkisar 87%.

Indonesia is one of the country which has the largest population in the world. This does not set aside the possibility for traffic jams to occur everywhere if every people in Indonesian uses private vehicle for transportation. The promotion of mass transportation is one of the solutions to overcome the congestion and one of the example of mass transportation vehicles are buses. The buses which is available in the market today uses fossil fuel where the waste products resulted from fossil fuel emissions are one of the leading cause of global warming. There are many methods to reduce the risks of continuous global warming, one of them being to switch over to electric powered vehicles. Electric buses is one of the example of electric powered vehicles which is suitable for Indonesia to reduce the risks of congestions and global warming altogether. To create a society in which the majority of them uses public transport, it is a must that the existing transportation made as comfortable as possible. One of the factor in making a comfortable place for people is the air temperature surrounding them and because Indonesia has a tropical climate, the air temperature is relatively high. Therefore, it is appropriate for electric buses to have an AC system that is able to create a high comfort for its users so that more and more people in the future are willing to use public transportations. For AC systems a bus generally need a 15 PK compressor and for the UI electric bus, a 15 PK scroll type is used with added inverter three-phase 20 KVA inside. With this type of system, the AC system will be able run using batteries and generating temperatures of up to 17℃ in the cabin area of the bus. For the total energy consumption of the system range of 11 kW and for the inverters efficiency range of 87%."

"Bus rapid transit (BRT) telah dengan cepat mendapatkan popularitas dan kesuksesan untuk pengambilan keputusan dan untuk memberikan waktu perjalanan yang lebih cepat dalam sistem transportasi. Spektrum aplikasi BRT mencakup tingkat aplikasi BRT tertinggi ke yang lebih rendah, dan elemen di antaranya yang dikenal sebagai 'BRT-Lite'.
Salah satu fasilitas BRT-lite dikenal dengan nama Select Bus Service. Fasilitas ini beroperasi dengan fleksibilitas yang relatif lebih tinggi dari implementasi elemen BRT lainnya. Eastern Busway di Brisbane, Australia adalah salah satu jalan bus yang beroperasi dari University of Queensland, St Lucia ke stasiun bus Langlands Park. Sebuah rencana baru telah diusulkan untuk memperluas Eastern Busway dari Langlands Park ke Carindale melalui 'busway tunnel' dan jalur bus khusus di sepanjang koridor Old Cleveland Road. Maka dari itu, Select Bus Service dianggap sebagai alternatif untuk pengembangan busway ini.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan analisis kelayakan yang paling sesuai dari Select Bus Service (SBS) dan fasilitas serupa untuk diimplementasikan pada koridor Old Cleveland Road. Penelitian ini juga menyediakan analisis mengenai kapasitas dan kecepatan bus (bus capacity and speed) dari koridor yang bersangkutan.

Bus rapid transit has rapidly gained popularity and success for decision making to address a faster travel time as well as improved reliability. The spectrum of the BRT applications includes the highest level of application of BRT to the lower ones, and the element in between which is known as 'BRT-Lite'.
One of the BRT-lite facilities is called the Select Bus Service. It operates with the relative flexibility of BRT implementation compared to other public transport modes. The Eastern Busway in Brisbane, Australia is a bus-only road operating from the University of Queensland, St Lucia to Langlands Park busway station. A new plan has been proposed to extend and improve the Eastern Busway from Langlands Park to Carindale via busway tunnel, elevated sections, and dedicated bus lanes along the Old Cleveland Road. Consequently, the Select Bus Service elements application is considered as an alternative to this busway development.
The aim of this research is to provide the most suitable and viable feasibility analysis of the Select Bus Service and similar modes applications to be implemented for the bus corridor. This research also provides the bus capacity and bus speed analysis of the existing corridor and the implemented Select bus Service operations.
