"Ummu’l Quro Depok merupakan yayasan yang bergerak pada bidang pendidikan. Yayasan tersebut memiliki tiga jenjang pendidikan, dari TKIT, SDIT, hingga SMPIT. Untuk menyokong bidang pendidikan, Ummu’l Quro Depok memiliki berbagai divisi dan fasilitas seperti Sarana Prasarana, Koperasi, Hubungan Masyarakat, hingga UKS. Dengan birokrasi yang sangat kompleks serta pengetahuan yang sangat luas, dibutuhkan suatu wadah sistem informasi yang dapat mengumpulkan dan menampung semua kebutuhan informasi perusahaan agar mudah diakses oleh pegawainya. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, proyek perancangan desain Knowledge Management System Ummu'l Quro Depok melalui Pendekatan User-Centered Design (UCD) dilakukan. Knowledge Management System merupakan sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk keberlanjutan perusahaan. Pendekatan UCD dipilih dengan mempertimbangkan frekuensi penggunaannya dan demografi pengguna yang masih pemula. Agar pengguna merasa nyaman menggunakan sistem tersebut, prinsip Eight Golden Rules of Interface Design digunakan sebagai pedoman perancangan desain. Single Ease Question (SEQ) kemudian dilakukan sebagai lanjutan tahap UCD. The Ummu'l Quro Depok Foundation is a foundation engaged in the field of private islamic integrated education. The foundation has three levels of education, from kindergarten, elementary school, to middle school. To support the education sector, the Ummu'l Quro Depok Foundation has various divisions and facilities such as infrastructure, cooperatives, public relations, and the school's health clinic. With a very complex bureaucracy and very broad knowledge, an information system container that is able to collect and accommodate all of the company's information is needed for the information to be easily accessed by its employees. Based on these problems, the Ummu’l Quro Depok Knowledge Management System design project through the User-Centered Design (UCD) Approach was carried out. Knowledge Management System is an information system needed for company sustainability. The UCD approach was chosen by considering the frequency of its use and the demographics of users who are beginners. In order for users to feel comfortable using the system, the Eight Golden Rules of Interface Design principles are used as a design guideline. The Single Ease Question (SEQ) was then carried out as a follow-up to the UCD stage. Based on these methods and techniques, an evaluation value of 6.9 out of 7 was obtained, which means that the design objectives were successfully achieved."

"Layanan perpustakaan memiliki peranan yang cukup penting di dalam sebuah penyelenggaraan perpustakaan. Kualitas layanan perpustakaan menjadi indikator keberhasilan suatu institusi perpustakaan. Untuk itu, peningkatan kualitas layanan perpustakaan perlu menjadi prioritas utama Lembaga perpustakaan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia khususnya yang bertugas di layanan perpustakaan, melalui pelatihan. Diklat layanan perpustakaan merupakan diklat teknis yang diselenggarakan oleh pusat pendidikan dan pelatihan perpustakaan nasional. Diklat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam memberikan layanan perpustakaan. Namun, teridentifikasi bahwa proses penciptaan pengetahuan di dalam diklat layanan kurang sesuai dengan ekspektasi dan kebutuhan peserta diklat. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya kesenjangan pengetahuan sesama peserta diklat, sesama SDM di penyelenggara diklat dan antara peserta diklat dan penyelenggara diklat. Kesenjangan pengetahuan tersebut tetap terpelihara seiring terselenggaranya diklat layanan. Upaya alternatif yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjembatani kesenjangan tersebut antara lain melalukan analisis kebutuhan diklat, evaluasi pascadiklat layanan dan meningkatkan koordinasi dan komunikasi antar unit di pusat pendidikan dan pelatihan.

Library services have an important role in a library operation. The quality of library services determines the succesfull indicator of a library institution. For this reason, improving the quality of library services needs to be main priority for library institutions. One of the efforts to be done is to improve the quality of human resources through training, especially those assigned in library services. Library service training is a technical training that is managed by the Education and Training Cente of National Library of Indonesia. This training aims to increase the knowledge and skills of participants in providing library services. However, it was identified that the process of knowledge creation in the library service training was not in accordance with the expectations and needs of the training participants. It happens as knowledge gap among participants, among units in education and training centre, and also between participants and the training host (education and training centre) occur. Alternative efforts that could be done to fill in the gaps are conducting training need analysis, post training evaluation, and increasing the coordination and communication among units in the education and training centre."

"Masalah produktivitas penelitian, khususnya di Indonesia dapat dikatakan masih belum ideal dan diperlukan motivasi yang tinggi untuk mengoptimalkan jumlah publikasi ilmiah. Lemahnya produktivitas penelitian dosen bisa disebabkan oleh beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi dosen dalam setiap tahapan kegiatan penelitian. Permasalahan mengenai produktivitas penelitian dapat diatasi melalui proses Knowledge Management (KM) yang baik. Proses penciptaan pengetahuan dimana dalam konteks institusi pendidikan tinggi adalah proses penciptaan karya ilmiah dapat ditangani melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terbaru, pengembangan strategi, model, teknik, metode dan sistem manajemen pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototipe Knowledge Management System (KMS) untuk mendukung kegiatan penelitian ilmiah di institusi pendidikan tinggi. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah Universitas PGRI Madiun, Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur dan Universitas Negeri Semarang. Untuk merancang prototipe KMS, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SECI dan juga user centered design (UCD). Metode SECI digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi proses pengetahuan yang terdapat pada setiap kegiatan penelitian ilmiah. Perancangan prototipe KMS dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Figma. Terjadi proses iterasi sebanyak dua kali karena terdapat beberapa masukan dari stakeholder untuk perancangan prototipe tahap pertama. Tahap terakhir adalah melakukan evaluasi prototipe KMS yang telah dirancang. Evaluasi prototipe dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengukuran KMS Success Model. Hasil dari evaluasi prototipe menunjukkan bahwa setiap dimensi pada KMS Success Model memiliki nilai rata-rata yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menawarkan rekomendasi yang memungkinkan bagi regulator di institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk menggunakan prototipe KMS sebagai blueprint untuk mengembangkan KMS konkret berbasis website.

The problem of research productivity, especially in Indonesia, can be said to be still not ideal and high motivation is needed to optimize the number of scientific publications. The weak research productivity of lecturers can be caused by several problems faced by lecturers in each stage of research activities. Problems regarding research productivity can be overcome through a good Knowledge Management (KM) process. The process of creating knowledge which in the context of higher education institutions is the process of creating scientific work can be handled through the use of the latest information and communication technology, the development of strategies, models, techniques, methods and systems of knowledge management. This study aims to design a Knowledge Management System (KMS) prototype to support scientific research activities in higher education institutions. The objects of this research are PGRI Madiun University, PGRI Kanjuruhan University Malang, East Java "Veteran" National Development University and Semarang State University. To design a KMS prototype, this research uses the SECI method and also user centered design (UCD). The SECI method is used to identify the knowledge processes contained in every scientific research activity. The design of the KMS prototype was carried out using the Figma application. The iteration process occurred twice because there were several inputs from stakeholders for the design of the first stage prototype. The final stage is to evaluate the KMS prototype that has been designed. Prototype evaluation was carried out using the KMS Success Model measurement. The results of the prototype evaluation show that each dimension in the KMS Success Model has a high average value. The results of this study can offer recommendations that make it possible for regulators in higher education institutions to use the KMS prototype as a blueprint for developing concrete web based KMS."

"Workflow dalam penelitian merupakan serangkaian langkah yang terstruktur untuk memandu peneliti melalui proses penelitian dari awal hingga akhir. Workflow membantu mengelola eksperimen pemecahan masalah yang kompleks dan dapat digunakan untuk memproses data berulang kali. Akan tetapi, peneliti sering kali tidak memanfaatkan data yang tersedia karena ketidakmatangan infrastruktur untuk pertukaran data serta minimnya jumlah layanan repositori data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain antarmuka sistem informasi pengolahan riset berbasis workflow, Easy Research, dengan pendekatan user-centered design. Dalam merancang solusi desain antarmuka, tim penulis mengacu pada prinsip Shneiderman’s Eight Golden Rules of Interface Design. Berdasarkan hasil survei, terdapat sebanyak 15 fitur yang berhasil diimplementasikan. Tahapan setelah merancang desain berupa high-fidelity design dan prototype adalah evaluasi desain dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan empat instrumen, yaitu Usability Testing (UT), Single Ease Question (SEQ), wawancara kontekstual, dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil usability testing memberikan hasil di atas rata-rata, yaitu sebesar 90%. Selanjutnya, nilai SEQ yang diperoleh adalah 6,66 dari 7. Desain sistem Easy Research mendapatkan skor rata-rata SUS sebesar 81,1 dan mendapatkan grade A. Maka dari itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aspek usability dan visibilitas desain dari sistem Easy Research tergolong baik.

Workflow in research is a series of structured steps to guide researchers through the research process from start to finish. Workflow helps manage complex problem-solving experiments and can be used to process data repeatedly. However, researchers often do not utilize the available data due to immature infrastructure for data exchange and the limited number of data repository services. This study aims to develop the interface design of a workflow-based research processing information system, Easy Research, using a user-centered design approach. In designing the interface solution, the team refers to Shneiderman's Eight Golden Rules of Interface Design. Based on survey results, 15 features were successfully implemented. The stages following the design, including highfidelity design and prototype, involve design evaluation using four instruments: Usability Testing (UT), Single Ease Question (SEQ), contextual interviews, and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The usability testing results yielded above-average results, at 90%. Furthermore, the SEQ score obtained was 6,66 out of 7. The Easy Research system design received an average SUS score of 81,1 and a grade of A. Therefore, it can be concluded that the usability and visibility aspects of the Easy Research system design are considered good."

"Studi ini mengkaji tentang strategi penanganan stres siswa dengan melihat aspek kontrol diri, harga diri dan dukungan sosial selama menjalani BDR di SMAN 5 Kota Depok. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah siswa memiliki kerentanan stres karena berada pada fase transisi dari remaja menuju tahap dewasa. Selain itu, semenjak Bulan Maret 2020 terdapat peralihan dari belajar luring menjadi belajar secara daring atau BDR, hal ini menuntut guru dan siswa untuk beradaptasi. Pada kondisi ini, terdapat kemampuan individu yaitu kontrol diri dan harga diri dan kemampuan dukungan sosial yaitu dari keluarga, sekolah dan teman dalam strategi penanganan stres. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat stressor berasal dari lingkungan sosial dan tiga stressor dari internal. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan strategi penanganan stres siswa pertama oleh kontrol diri dapat menangani stressor ketergantungan pada peran guru dan tekanan akademik tinggi ketika BDR. Kedua dengan harga diri pada stressor kesulitan adaptasi belajar selama BDR dan terbatasnya ruang diskusi ketika BDR. Ketiga adalah dukungan sosial yaitu oleh orang tua menangani stressor persepsi negatif terhadap diri sendiri selama BDR, dukungan sosial oleh sekolah dapat menangani stressor kesulitan adaptasi belajar selama BDR, tekanan akademik tinggi ketika BDR, perubahan pola keseharian ketika BDR dan kurang keahlian berkomunikasi dengan guru dan teman ketika BDR. Terakhir dukungan sosial teman dapat menangani kurang keahlian berkomunikasi dengan guru dan teman ketika BDR.

This study examines students' stress management strategies by looking at self-control, self-esteem, and social support during SFH at SMAN 5 Kota Depok. This research's background is that students have stress vulnerability because they are in the transition phase from adolescence to adulthood. Since March 2020, there has been a transition from offline learning to online learning or SFH; this requires teachers and students to adapt. There are individual abilities in this condition, namely self-control and self-esteem and social support abilities, namely from family, school, and friends in stress management strategies. This research uses qualitative research with in-depth interview techniques.
This study indicates that there are four stressors from the social environment and three from internal stressors. In this study, it was found that the first student stress management strategy by self-control was able to deal with the stressors of dependence on the role of teachers and high academic pressure when SFH. Second, with self-esteem on stressor learning adaptation difficulties during SFH and limited discussion space during SFH. The third is social support, namely by parents handling negative perceptual stressors of themselves during SFH, social support by schools can handle stressors of learning adaptation difficulties during SFH, high academic pressure during SFH, changes in daily patterns when SFH, and lack of communication skills with teachers and friends when SFH. Finally, social support by friends can handle the lack of communication skills with teachers and friends during SFH.

Salah satunya adalah aplikasi Krealogi yang dikembangkan oleh PT Karya Du Anyam. Meskipun telah terbukti dapat memudahkan UMKM dalam mengelola bisnisnya, Krealogi masih memiliki permasalahan terkait alur penggunaan dan tampilan pada aplikasi. Dengan demikian, adanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi permasalahan tersebut berupa rancangan desain interaksi alternatif. Perancangan tersebut dilakukan dengan metode User-Centered Design yang mengacu pada teori Shneiderman’s Eight Golden Rules of Interface Design. Dalam mengetahui kesulitan dan kebutuhan pengguna, penulis menyebarkan survei, melakukan wawancara, dan menganalisis hasil usability testing yang dilakukan pihak Krealogi pada desain sebelumnya. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, dihasilkan solusi desain interaksi untuk fitur keuangan, manajemen hubungan pelanggan, integrasi dengan e-commerce dan logistik, rencana produksi, pesanan masuk, manajemen stok, serta performa. Selanjutnya, dilakukan evaluasi guna menilai usability dari rancangan desain yang dibuat. Evaluasi dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan usability testing dan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil perhitungan dari evaluasi SUS menunjukkan bahwa desain yang direkomendasikan pada penelitian ini memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 80.75. As technology develops, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) seek to improve business management performance using supply chain applications. One of them is the application called Krealogi that developed by PT Karya Du Anyam. Although it has been proven to make it easier for MSMEs to manage their business, Krealogi still has problems related to the application’s flow of use and appearance. Thus, this research aims to provide solutions to these problems in the form of alternative interaction designs. The design was carried out using the User-Centered Design method, which refers to Shneiderman’s Eight Golden Rules of Interface Design theory. In knowing the difficulties and needs of users, the authors distribute surveys, conduct interviews, and analyze the results of usability testing conducted by Krealogi on the previous design. Based on this analysis, interaction design solutions are generated for financial features, customer relationship management, integration with e-commerce and logistics, production planning, incoming orders, stock management, and performance. Furthermore, an evaluation is carried out to assess the usability of the designs made. The evaluation was conducted qualitatively with usability testing and quantitatively through the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The calculation results from the SUS evaluation show that the recommended design in this study has an average value of 80.75. This SUS score has an A predicate which means it is pretty good."
