Pekerja redaksi merupakan aset utama bagi suatu perusahaan media cetak. Mereka bekerja dengan deadline yang sangat ketat, etch karena itu mereka harus senantiasa sehat secara fisik, mental dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan stres kerja dan hubungannya dengan kecenderungan gejala gangguan, mental emosional.
Metode
Penelitian ini menggunakan disain potong melintang dengan analisis perbandingan internal. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi karakteristik sosiodemografi responden, karakteristik lingkungan kerja, data pengukuran stres kerja dengan menggunakan kuesioner Survey Diagnostic Stress, data pengukuran kecenderungan gejala gangguan mental emosional dengan Symptom]) Check List 90 (SCL-90), serta data pengukuran tingkat kebisingan, pencahayaan, dan suhu kelembaban di lingkungan kerja.
Hasil
Dari 100 responden didapatkan prevalensi kecenderungan gejala gangguan mental sebesar 58% dengan kecenderungan gejala terbanyak adalah psikolism 36%, somatisasi dari paranoid masing-masing 33%, serta obsesif-konvulsif 29%. Stres kerja bemakna berhubungan dengan kecenderungan gejala gangguan mental emosional melalui stresor pengembangan karma (p 0.00, OR 13.75, CI 3.69-51.11). Jenis stresor kerja yang dominan terhadap stres kerja adalah beban kerja berlebih kuantitatif 83%. Faktor karakteristik yang bermakna berhubungan dengan stres kerja adalah pendidikan pada stresor beban kerja berlebih kuantitatif (p 0.00, OR 0.17, CI 0.05-0.52), masa kerja pada stresor konflik peran (p 0.04, OR 2 72, CI 1.04-7.09), dan olah raga pada stresor tanggung jawab terhadap orang lain (p 0.00, OR 4.66, Cl 1.66-13.08). Faktor kebiasaan yang bermakna berhubungan dengan sires kerja adalah merokok pada stresor tanggung jawab terhadap orang lain
(p 0.00, OR 4.77, CI 1.37-1L64 ).
Kesimpulan
Stres kerja mcmpunyai hubungan bermakna dengan kecenderungan gejala gangguan mental emosional melalui stresor pengembangan karir. Pendidikan werupakan faktor protektif lerhadap stres kerja pada stresor beban kerja berlebih kuantitatif. Masa kerja pada stresor konflik peran dan olah raga pada stresor tanggung jawab terhadap orang lain berisiko terhadap stres kerja. Responden yang mengalami sires kerja karena stresor tanggung jawab terhadap orang lain berisiko mengkonsumsi rokok empat kali lebih banyak dibanding dengan responden yang tidak stres.

This research aims to find out the existance of work-related stress and its relationship with the tendency of acquiring symptom of mental emotional disorder.
Method
This research uses a cross sectional design with internal comparison analysis. The data collected were respondent's characteristic of sociodemography, work environment's characteristic, measurement of work-related stress by using Survey iDisgnostic Stress questionnaire, data of the tendencies of acquiring symptom of mental emotional disorder by using Symptomp Check List 90 (SCL-90), and data measurement of noise, lighting, and moisture level within work environment.
Result
From 100 respondents, it was found that the prevalence of the tendency of acquiring symptom of mental emotional disorder is 58% with tendency of phsycotism 36%, somatisation and paranoid symptoms each of 33%, and obsesive-convulsive 29%. There is significant relationship between work-related stress and the tendency of acquiring symptom of mental emotional disorder on stressor of carrier development (p 0.00, OR 13.75, CI 3.69-51.111 The dominant stressor is role of overload quantitative 83%. The significant characteristic relationship to work-related stress is education on stressor of role of overload quantitative (p 0.00, OR 0.17, CI 0.05-0.52), work period on stressor of role of conflict (p 0.04, OR 2.72, CI 1.04-7.09), and time spent on exercise on stressor of responsibility for people (p 0.00, OR 4.66, CI 1.66-13.0a). Smoking has significant relationship to work-rclated stress on stressor of responsibility for people (p 0.00, OR 4. 77, CI 1.37-11.64).
Conclusion
Work-related stress has a significant relationship with the tendency of acquiring symptom of mental emotional disorder on stressor of carrier development. Education is a work-related stress protective factor on stressor of role of overload quantitative. Work period on stressor of role of conflict and time spent on exercise on stressor of responsibility for people have a siginificant relationship to stress at work. Respondent who experiences work-related stress because of stressor of responsibility for people has a greater tendency to smoke four times more than one who does not experience it.

"Penelitian tentang stres dan akibat yang ditimbulkannya lebih sering berfokus pada perawat pada umumnya, dan sedikit perhatian diberikan kepada perawat yang bekerja di Unit psikiatri/Rumah Sakit Jiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat stresor kerja dan faktor risiko lainnya dengan timbulnya kecenderungan gangguan mental emosional pada perawat di rumah sakit jiwa. Penelitian ini mengunakan kuesioner Survey Diagnostik Stres, Symptom Check List (SCL-90), dan Skala Holmes Rahe pada 79 perawat yang terlibat langsung dengan penderita gangguan jiwa. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan prevalensi kecenderungan gangguan mental emosional sebesar 26,6%. Status belum menikah meningkatkan risiko untuk mendapatkan kecenderungan gangguan mental emosional yaitu sebesar 12,92 kali.( p=0,003, OR suaian = 12,92 , 95% IK =2,40-69,50 ). Bagian tempat kerja bangsal akut, kerja gilir dan stresor ketaksaan peran dengan tingkat stres sedang-berat juga memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan timbulnya kecenderungan gangguan mental emosional. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa status belum menikah adalah stresor yang paling dominan terhadap timbulnya kecenderungan gangguan mental emosional sementara faktor di luar pekerjaan tidak berhubungan dengan timbulnya kecenderungan gangguan mental emosional. Rumah sakit disarankan untuk mengadakan pusat konseling khusus bagi perawat yang belum menikah, kegiatan kegiatan bulanan khusus bagi karyawan yang belum menikah, kegiatan penyuluhan, team building, rotasi kerja gilir perawat, dan penetapan job description yang jelas agar didapatkan perawat yang sehat secara fisik dan mental.

Research on stress and its consequences  often focused on nurses in general, little attention is given to nurses who work in a psychiatric ward/mental hospital. This research aimed to find  association between job stressors and other risk factors to the onset of mental emotional disorders tendency to nurse in a mental hospital. The research was conducted by using, Survey Diagnostic Stres, Symptom Check List (SCL-90), and Holmes Rahe Scale questionaire to 79 nurses directly involved with mental disorders patients. Results showed the prevalence of mental emotional disorders tendency of 26.6%. Unmarried marital status have a significant association with the onset of mental emotional disorders tendency in the amount of 12.92 times. ( p=0,003, OR adjusted = 12,92, 95% IK =2,40-69,50). Acute ward, shift work and role ambiguity with moderate-severe stress levels also had a significant association with the onset of mental emotional disorders  tendency. It can be concluded that  unmarried marital status is the most dominant stressors on the incidence of mental emotional disorders tendency while factors outside the job does not have a significant association with the onset of mental emotional disorders tendency. Hospital are advised to conduct a counseling center specifically for nurses who are unmarried, held a special monthly events, team building, job rotation, and setting a clear job description in order to  avoid any mental emotional disorders among unmarried nurses."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko stres kerja pada pekerja kesehatan di remote site. Peneliti melakukan studi potong lintang pada Januari-Juni 2023 dengan melibatkan 103 responden dari berbagai industri. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen penelitian COPSOQ III untuk mengukur stres kerja dan faktor risikonya. Pada 103 responden industri Oil & Gas, pertambangan, dan konstruksi menunjukkan usia, durasi shift, dan lama kerja tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan stres kerja. Namun, jenis industri dan jenis kelamin memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan jenis stres tertentu. Pekerja kontrak lebih cenderung mengalami stres kerja, burnout, dan stres kognitif. Faktor risiko psikososial seperti tuntutan pekerjaan, konflik peran, kecepatan kerja, dan tuntutan emosional juga berhubungan dengan stres kerja. Tuntutan pekerjaan, kecepatan kerja, dan konflik peran mempengaruhi skor stres kerja, menjelaskan 26,5% variasi skor stres. Pekerja pelayanan kesehatan di remote site PT. X mengalami stres kerja yang signifikan, dipengaruhi oleh faktor seperti beban kerja, kecepatan kerja, dan konflik peran. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar ada penyesuaian beban kerja, fleksibilitas shift kerja, dukungan sosial, serta kejelasan peran dan penghargaan untuk mengurangi stres kerja. Penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan untuk memahami dan menangani stres kerja di kalangan pekerja pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya di remote site.

This study aims to analyze the risk factors of occupational stress among healthcare workers in remote sites. The researchers conducted a cross-sectional study in January-June 2023 involving 103 respondents from various industries. The COPSOQ III research instrument was used to measure occupational stress and its risk factors. Out of the 103 respondents in the Oil & Gas, mining, and construction industries, it was observed that age, shift duration, and length of service were not significantly related to occupational stress. However, the type of industry and gender were significantly related to certain types of stress. Contract workers were more likely to experience occupational stress, burnout, and cognitive stress. Psychosocial risk factors such as job demands, role conflicts, work pace, and emotional demands were also associated with occupational stress. Job demands, work pace, and role conflicts influenced occupational stress scores, explaining 26.5% of the stress score variation. Healthcare workers in remote sites at PT. X experienced significant occupational stress, influenced by factors such as workload, work pace, and role conflicts. Based on these findings, it is suggested that adjustments be made to workload, shift flexibility, social support, as well as role clarity and rewards to reduce occupational stress. Further research is needed to understand and address occupational stress among healthcare workers, especially in remote sites."

"Latar belakang dan tujuan:
Sebagai asset bagi perusahaan, pekerja offshore harus sehat baik fisik maupun mental untuk dapat mencapai kreativitas dan produktivitas tertinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres kerja dan gangguan mental.
Metode:
Penelitian ini menggunakan rangcangan kros seksional dengan 125 orang responder. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi karakteristik sosiodemografi responden, kebiasaan responden, karakteristik lingkungan kerja, pengukuran stres kerja dengan menggunakan kuesioner survai diagnosis stres dan pengukuran gangguan mental dengan menggunakan kuesioner symptom check list-90.
Hasil dan kesimpulan:
Pekerja offshore yang diduga memiliki gangguan mental sebanyak 47,2%. Jenis gangguan mental terbanyak adalah sensitifitas interpersonal kemudian obsesif konpulsif (21,6%) dan phobia (19,2%). Stres kerja tidak berpengaruh secara bermakna terhadap risiko terjadinya gangguan mental. Perkembangan karir adalah stresor dominan dengan nilai P paling kecil (0,069) tetapi belum bermakna. Faktor karakteristik responden yang secara bermakna berhubungan dengan gangguan mental adalah pendidikan. Faktor karakteristik responden yang secara bermakna berhubungan dengan stres kerja adalah pangkat dan status pernikahan. Bising kerja secara bermakna berpengaruh terhadap timbulnya stres kerja.

Background and Objective:
As an asset to company, offshore personals have to stay healthy both physically and mentally to be highest creativity and productivity. The aim of this research is to study job stress and mental disorders relationship.
Methods:
This study was using cross sectional design that had 125 respondents. The data collected were respondent's characteristic of socio demography and habit, work environment's characteristic, measurement of job stress by using Survey Diagnostic Stress Questionnaire and measurement of mental disorders by using Symptoms Check List-90 Questionnaire.
Result and conclusion:
The offshore personals that presumed as mental disorders in this study is 47,2%, the prone symptom of mental disorder is interpersonal sensitivity (24,8%) followed by obsessive compulsive (21,6%) and phobia (19,2%). Job stress isn't influence the prevalence of mental disorder. Career development is job stressor that has smallest value of significance but the value isn't small enough to be significant. Respondent characteristic factor that has a significant relationship to mental disorders is education level. Respondent characteristic factors that show a significant relationship to job stress are job grade and marriage status but the prone is job grade. Working noise is the work environment characteristic that has a significant relationship to job stress.

"ABSTRAK
Ruang lingkup dan cara penelitian:Perawat kesehatan merupakan sumber daya manusia yang terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan rumah sakit. Perawat kesehatan selalu dihadapkan dengan berbagai masalah, seperti beban kerja berlebih kuantitatif dan kualitatif, kerja gilir, risiko penularan, tanggung jawab tugas, dan sebagainya. Semua masalah ini dapat merupakan stresor kerja yang akan berdampak pada kesehatan jiwa perawat, diantaranya gangguan mental emosional.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara stresor kerja dengan gangguan mental emosional di kalangan perawat kesehatan.Unluk menganalisis hubungan antara stresor kerja dengan gangguan mental emosional pada perawat kesehatan RSUPNCM Jakarta, digunakan dua macam instrumen. Pengukuran stres kerja dipergunakan instrumen kuesioner Survai Diagnostik Stres. Penilaian gangguan mental emosional dipergunakan instrumen kuesioner Symptom Check List 90 (SCL9O).
Penelitian ini menggunakan disain studi potong lintang(cross sectional), terhadap 300 subjek penelitian yang terdiri dari perawat rawat inap dan rawat jalan. Analisis dilakukan dengan cara analisis bivariate, dilanjutkan analisis multivariat regresi dengan cara analisis regresi linear ganda.
Hasil dan kesimpulan :Perawat rawat inap lebih stres dibandingkan perawat rawat jalan. Stresor pada perawat rawat inap didominasi oleh beban kualitatif dan konflik peran. Prevalensi gangguan mental emosional pada perawat kesehatan 17,7%. Perawat rawat inap lebih banyak mengalami gangguan mental emosional dibandingkan perawat rawat jalan. Ada hubungan bermakna antara stresor kerja dengan gangguan mental emosional. Pada derajat sires tinggi, yang mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan dengan gangguan mental emosional adalah stresor ketaksaan peran. Risiko terjadinya gangguan mental emosional pada stresor ini adalah 5,8 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan derajat stres rendah. Pada derajat stres sedang, yang ada hubungan bermakna dengan gangguan mental emosional adalah stresor tanggung jawab, pengembangan karier, beban kuantitatif, dan konflik peran, dengan risiko tertinggi pada stresor tanggung jawab. Pada stresor tanggung jawab, risiko terjadinya gangguan mental emosional perawat yang mengalami stres derajat sedang adalah 3,54 kali dibandingkan stres rendah. Pada analisis multivariat, stresor kerja yang ada hubungan bermakna dengan gangguan mental emosional adalah stresor tanggung jawab. Karakteristik subjek yang ada hubungan bermakna dengan stres kerja adalah variabel bagian (rawat inap/rawat jalan).

Nurses are human recourses who are direct involved in hospital activity. Nurses are often confronted with many problems such as qualitative overload, quantitative overload, shift work, job responsibilities, and contaminated risk. All of the problems are occupational stressors which result in mental health of nurses, such as emotional disorders. The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between occupational stress and mental emotional disorders among health nurses at RSUPNCM in Jakarta. The Survey Diagnostic Stress questionnaire was used to measure the occupational stress and the SCL 90 questionnaire was used to measure the mental emotional disorders.
This study design was a cross sectional design with a sample of 300 subjects. Collected data was processed using bivariate analysis and multivariate analysis.
Results and conclusions :
Ward nurses were more stressful) than ambulatory nurses. Stressors of ward nurses were dominated by qualitative overload and career development. Stressors of ambulatory nurses were dominated by qualitative overload and role conflict. Prevalence of mental emotional disorders on nurses are 17.7%. There were significant relationship between occupational stress with mental emotional disorders.
In high level stress, stressors which having significant relationship with mental emotional disorders was role ambiguity. Mental emotional disorders risk of this stressor is 5.8 times more than low level stress. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Cox, Griffith, dan Rial-Gonzales tahun 2000 dengan variabel yang digunakan yaitu Bahaya Fisik berupa kebisingan, Konten Pekerjaan (Beban Kerja dan Desain Kerja) dan Konteks Pekerjaanyaitu (Hubungan Interpersonal, Peran di Organisasi dan Pengembangan Karir). Data primer diperoleh dengan wawancara mendalam kepada informan dan observasi langsung ke area kerja, sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari data perusahaan dan studi literatur terdahulu. Hasil yang didapat, faktor yang mempengaruhi stres kerja adalah bahaya fisik dari kebisingan, sedangkan bahaya psikososial pada konten pekerjaan yaitu beban kerja dan kontek pekerjaan yaitu hubungan intepersonal.

This research is the factors that influence job stress in the worker of Operations and Production PT. Pertamina Geothermal Energy Kamojang area in 2012. This research is a qualitative case study design. This study using the theory of Cox, Griffith, and Rial-Gonzalez in 2000 with the variable is a Physical Hazards such as noise, Content to Works (Workload and Work Design) and Context to Work (Interpersonal Relationships, Role in Organizations and Career Development). The primary data obtained by the informant in-depth interviews and direct observation to the work area, while the secondary data obtained from the company's data and previous literature. The results, factors affecting job stress is physical hazards of noise, whereas psychosocial hazards on the job content and context of the work load and the intepersonal relationships."

Penelitianini adalah penelitian survei deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner denganjumlah responden 52 orang. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, menunjukkan tingkatstres kerja didominasi karyawan yang mengalami tingkat stres tinggi 46,2, tingkatstres menengah 40,4, tingkat stres rendah 11,5, dan tingkat stres sangat tinggi1,9. Perlu adanya strategi manajemen stres atau coping untuk mengelola stres yangterjadi pada karyawan PT. Bank X pada tahun 2016, sehingga dapat meningkatkanmotivasi karyawan, produktivitas kerja, lebih siap menghadapi stres, dan menurunkanangka absensi karyawan.Kata kunci:Stres kerja, Tingkat Stres, Coping.

Purpose of this research is to see description of work stress on employees andto get risk factors that related with work stress occurrence. This study is a descriptivesurvey research. The collecting data of this research through questionnaires with totalof respondents 52 people. "Stress kerja kerap menjangkiti banyak pihak di tempat kerja. Dari sejumlah penjelasan para ahli, stress kerja ini bisa menimbulkan dampak baik (eustress), tetapi sekaligus buruk (distress) bagi yang bersangkutan dan bagi organisasi atau perusahaan. Orang yang terkena stres kerja cenderung jadi tidak produktif, tidak tertantang untuk menunjukan kehebatannya, secara tidak sadar malah menujukan kebodohannya, bermalas malasan, tidak efektif dan tidak efisien, Secara kalkulasi manajemen tentunya ini merugikan organisasi atau perusahaan, apalagi jika pekerja yang terkena stress kerja ini jumlahnya banyak.
PT.TI adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industry Farmasi, dengan Kantor pusat terletak di Jakarta Pusat, Produk yang dihasilkan oleh PT.TI di pasarkan oleh para medical representative yang merupakan ujung tombak perusahaan. Sebagai ujung tombak perusahaan para medical representative PT. TI di wilayah Jakarta Barat kerap mengalami stressor yang tinggi sehingga timbul stress kerja.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengekplorasi secara mendalam tentang faktor risiko stress kerja pada medical Representative PT. TI di Jakarta Barat tahun 2013, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan karakteristik faktor individu, faktor organisasi dan faktor ekstraorganisasi sebagai stressor stress kerja pada medical representative PT.TI di Jakarta Barat.

Job stress is often affects to many people in the workplace. Explanations from the experts, job stress can lead to better effect (eustress), but also bad (distress) for the concerned and for the organization or company. People affected by job stress tend to be non-productive, does not challenged to show his prowess, even unconsciously attribute stupidity, laze lazy, ineffective and inefficient, in calculation of course management is detrimental to the organization or company, especially if workers are exposed to stress this job.
PT.TI is a company engaged in the Pharmaceutical industry, with the headquarters located in Central Jakarta, products produced by PT.TI marketed by the medical representative who is spearheading the company. As the spearhead of the medical representative company PT. TI in West Jakarta often experience a high stressor causing job stress.
This study aims to explore in depth about the risk factors of work stress on Medical Representative PT. TI in West Jakarta in 2013, using qualitative methods. From the results, the characteristics of the individual factors, organizational factors and factors ekstraorganisasi as stressors on job stress PT.TI on medical representative in West Jakarta.

"PT Alfa Trans Raya merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bagian pelayanan pengiriman barang. Sebagai salah satu perusahaan pelayanan terdapat berbagai faktor yang berpotensi menyebabkan stres kerja pada pekerjanya, seperti pekerjaan yang monoton, hubungan interpersonal dengan rekan kerja dan atasan yang kurang baik, tidak memiliki peran dalam perusahaan, dan koordinasi yang sulit. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) yang dilakukan di ATR mengenai kepuasan pekerja terdapat tiga faktor yang di bawah target, yaitu sistem penghargaan, kepuasan kerja, dan pengelolaan kinerja.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran stres kerja dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stres kerja di PT Alfa Trans Raya tahun 2014. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pekerja PT Alfa Trans Raya dikategorikan stres, teridentifikasi beban kerja, peranan dalam organisasi, dan struktur dan iklim dalam organisasi yang berhubungan signifikan dengan stres kerja.

PT Alfa Trans Raya is one company that runs in shipping service section. As one of the service company, there are various factors that could potentially lead to job stress on employees, such as monotonous work, interpersonal relationships with colleagues and supervisors are not good, do not have a role in the company, and coordination difficult. In addition, based on the results of the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) is performed on the ATR on employee satisfaction, there are three factors below target, ie the reward system, job satisfaction, and performance management.
This study aims to describe the stress of work and the factors that influence job stress in PT Alfa Trans Raya 2014. The research design is cross sectional using questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and observation. The results showed the employees of PT Alfa Trans Raya categorized stress, identified work load, role in organization, and organizational structure and climate significant related with job stres.
