"Bidang Pendidikan adalah salah satu bidang terpenting dalam kehidupan manusia modern dan dapat menjawab tantangan akan terbatasnya sumber daya manusia bcrkualitas. Keterlibatan setiap komponen sosial (pemerintah, masyarakat dan dunia usaha) guna mendukung berjalannya pendidikan menjadi caktor penentu bergulirnya kegiatan-kegiatan pendidikan di masyarakat.
Penelitian ini menguraikan penerapan program intervensi terhadap pengurus Yayasan Nurul Huda (YNH), pelaku utama di bidang pendidikan di lingkungan masyarakat Desa Payalaman, Pulau Matak.
Strategi intervensi dalam bentuk workshop dengan teknik Appreciative Inquiry yang telah menimbulkan semangat pengurus YNH untuk menghidupkan kembali kegiatan-kegiatan YNH yang sempat terhenti. Kali ini dengan cara rencana kerja yang lebih sistematis. Pengurus YNH menjadi merasa sanggup untuk beraksi positif memberikan kontribusi di bidang pendidikan bagi masyarakat Payalaman. Walau keterbatasan dan kendala-kendala lain masih ada dan harus dihadapi. Namun semua hal tersebut tidak menjadi belenggu bagi pengurus YNH untuk bertindak.
Appreciative Inquiry adalah suatu pendekatan yang baru dalam penerapan program intervensi di masyarakat Payalaman maka perlu pemahaman yang sama dari setiap pihak yang ambit bagian berperan aktif dalam perubahan sosial di Desa Payalaman.

Education is one of the most important things in modem human life. The problem in the limitation of the number of the qualified human resources can solve with proper education. The involvements of the people components (government, community and private sectors) are become definite factor in order to run the people education activities.
This research try to explain the implementation of social intervention program to Board of Yayasan Nurul Huda (YNH), who is the leader organization in education sector of Payalaman's community, at Matak Islands.
The intervention strategy is in workshop form and using Appreciative Inquiry approach. The workshop has been energized YNH Board to run some activities that had been stop couples years ago. This time they will run the activities with better action plan. The Board convinced to re-run the activities as their contribution to Payalaman's education. Even they realize that they still have to face some problems. But those problems don't tie them to get action.
Appreciative Inquiry is still new approach in implementation of intervention program in Matak's community. Therefore it is need for every side that takes part in social change of Payalaman Village to have the same perception on the strategy implementation.

"ABSTRACT
The fund of educations at schools, from elementary schools up to university, becomes a hot issue to be discussed from time to time. The main topic of the discussion is to talk about how far the government involvement and the society endorsement in implementing educations.
The Government, in the National Middle Term Development Plan 2004-2009 claimed that the quality of education was still low and could not full filled the need of competencies of the student. Especially it because (1) The lack of quantity and quality of the teachers (2) The low of the teachers welfare (3) The lack of learning
facilities (4) The lack of education operational funds
The fours causes above basically because of the lack of capitalization of
education implementation. It motivates the writer to ask about capitalization both
from the government involvement and society endorsement which were shown in the
implementation of education at schools.
This thesis focused on the problem of capitalization of education
implementation in the middle education (Pendidikan Menengah) by asking: How the
capitalization of education at state senior high school in Pandeglang Regency which
includes the governments involvement and society endorsement and how the relation
between capitalization and the GB?s welfare.
Pandeglang Regency was chosen as the object of the research because of
some reasons, among of them were: this regency was one of the two under developed
Regencies in Banten Province and one of the 190 under developed Regency in
Indonesia; and the location of the research was closed to the writer domicile so it
made easy the process of the research. And then, State Senior High Schools were
chosen as the target of the research because these schools had not been given funds
like the elementary education, so the implementation of education were still
supported by the government and the society. And from the interest of the society,
compared to the others middle education, State Senior High School had strategic position in this region. Based on this problem, the writer was interested to analyze
the problem from the sociology view, accordingly to the study being done by the
writer. More over, the writer had been active in education for a long time but he had
not found the answer of the problem jet.
This research or study used qualitative approach to find firm answer of the
research questions from the quantitative data from documentary study or qualitative
data from the result of depth interview with the people in charge to give information
on the government involvement and the society endorsement in the capitalization of
education at State Senior High School and the relationship with the teachers welfare
as an important component in the process of learning at Senior High School,
especially for the GB who were not nominated as government employers (PNS).
To help understand this study, the writer used frame of thinking which try to
see the problem of capitalism as social economic system which now penetrate to any
aspect of life, and also to education world at school.
The result of the research or the study was very amazing, because the
involvement of the government in the capitalization at State Senior High School had
not been enough jet. While society endorsement in capitalization of education had
been enough, although the society where the schools were located were poor and
under educated and most of the worked in the farming sector.
The insufficiency capitalization in the implementation of education relate to
teachers welfare as the important agent of education. In this case, also occurred
something amazing that in Pandeglang Regency, the amount of the teacher of State
Senior High School who were government employer were less than a half, and the
rest were GB-P, GB-D (TKK) and GTT. From the three kind of those teachers, the
salary of the GB-P were very minim although they had the same task as Government
Employer Teachers. But they still did their duty well and hoped that they would get a
better welfare improvement from the government policy or society endorsement"

"One of the problems faced by distance learning instution is the of lack interaction between students and lectures. To solve this problems, Universitas Terbuka (UT) where media internet condeneted a facility of community forum service in UT website. This research aim is to describe UT student interaction pattern in the community forum, during registration 2006. 2 until 2007.1. This research used qualitative description by applying content analysis approach. Result of the research shows that there were 1.201 email, with 1.293 problems, which submitted by 479 students. The most intensive problems were interaction personal (25,90%), general issues (14,24%), score examination (11,91%) tutorial (10,99%) module (6,58%), learning material substance (4,08%) , the learning strategies (4,08%) TAP/UKT (4,00%) , TM.LM (3,41%) graduation (2,33%), curriculum (1,58%), accreditation (1,58%) , scholarship (0,92%), school fee (0,58%), credit switching (0,42%) and diploma (0,17%) beside that it shows that emerging interaction pattern leads to associative pattern."

"Pemulung menempati lapak-lapak non permanen yang menjadikan mereka memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengakses kebutuhan dasar guna mencapai kesejahteraan sosial. Kondisi tersebut mendorong berbagai organisasi dan yayasan untuk memberdayakan pemulung melalui program pendidikan dan peningkatan perekonomian. Salah satu organisasi swadaya yang melaksanakan program pemberdayaan melalui pendidikan kepada pemulung adalah Sekolah Kami. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisis pemberdayaan komunitas pemulung yang dilaksanakan oleh komunitas Sekolah Kami pada pemulung Bintara Jaya, Bekasi berdasarkan intervensi komunitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis proses pemberdayaan pemulung oleh Sekolah Kami sebagai organisasi swadaya masyarakat yang telah melaksanakan pemberdayaan semenjak 2007 sampai 2024. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen sekunder yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai Desember 2024. Hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Kami memberikan gambaran bahwa Sekolah Kami telah melaksanakan pendidikan gratis sejak 2007 sampai 2024 pada anak-anak pemulung Bintara Jaya. Pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan menyesuaikan dengan kemampuan anak-anak pemulung sehingga tidak terikat pada aturan formal sekolah. Pelaksanaan pemberdayaan diintegrasikan dalam program-program pembelajaran dan pelatihan dengan fokus pada akses pendidikan dan perubahan sikap serta perilaku anak-anak pemulung. Berdasarkan analisis penelitian, Sekolah Kami menggunakan dasar pemikiran program berupa pendidikan yang membebaskan dan pendidikan berbasis pengalaman, yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kemampuan siswa. Proses pemberdayaan dilakukan melalui empat tahapan: persiapan program, pelaksanaan program yang meliputi pembelajaran, ekstrakurikuler, makan siang gratis, dan program pasca sekolah, monitoring dan evaluasi program, serta terminasi yang ditandai dengan kelulusan siswa. Tahapan pemberdayaan yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan teori intervensi komunitas, namun tidak terdapat tahapan asesmen dan perencanaan program. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemberdayaan yang dilaksanakan oleh Sekolah Kami berfokus pada penguatan sumber daya manusia melalui pendidikan gratis untuk anak-anak pemulung dengan mengedepankan pemberian akses pendidikan dan pembelajaran yang memfasilitasi pengembangan potensi siswa. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat meneliti lebih lanjut mengenai hasil dari pemberdayaan terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup pemulung, karakteristik dari keluarga pemulung, serta faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup pemulung. 

Scavengers reside in non-permanent shelters, which limits their access to basic needs and hinders their ability to achieve social welfare. This situation has motivated various organizations and foundations to empower scavengers through education and economic improvement programs. Non-governmental organization that implementing empowerment programs through education for scavengers is Sekolah Kami. This research focuses on analyzing the empowerment of the scavenger community conducted by Sekolah Kami in Bintara Jaya, Bekasi, based on community intervention. The objective of this study is to analyze the empowerment process carried out by Sekolah Kami as a non-governmental organization that has been conducting empowerment programs from 2007 to 2024. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, observations, and secondary document analysis conducted from May to December 2024. The findings of this study indicate that Sekolah Kami has provided free education to scavenger children in Bintara Jaya from 2007 to 2024. The learning activities are tailored to the abilities of the scavenger children and are not constrained by formal school regulations. The empowerment efforts are integrated into educational and training programs, focusing on providing access to education and fostering behavioral and attitudinal changes among scavenger children. Based on the analysis, Sekolah Kami employs a program framework grounded in liberating and experiential education, adapted to the conditions and abilities of the students. The empowerment process is implemented in four stages: program preparation, program implementation—including learning activities, extracurriculars, free meals, and after-school programs—monitoring and evaluation, and termination marked by student graduation. While the stages align with the theory of community intervention, the process does not include formal assessment and program planning stages. The conclusion of this study is that the empowerment implemented by Sekolah Kami focuses on strengthening human resources through free education for scavenger children, prioritizing access to education and learning that facilitates the development of students' potential. Suggestions for future research include further investigation into the outcomes of empowerment in improving the quality of life of scavengers, the characteristics of scavenger families, and the factors influencing the enhancement of their quality of life. "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pola dan peranan jaringan komunikasi Perpustakaan Umum Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam mendukung kegiatan taman bacaan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling selanjutnya melakukan observasi dan wawancara selama Bulan April sampai Mei 2022. Kemudian teknis analisis data menggunakan model 3 tahapan coding; open coding, axial coding, dan selective coding. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan pola dan peranan jaringan komunikasi di Perpustakaan Umum DKI Jakarta. Pola yang terbentuk adalah pola all channel dan peran yang ditemukan meliputi peran bridge, cosmopolite, dan stars. Kemudian tidak ditemukan peran isolate yang menandakan bahwa pegawai tidak ada yang bersifat pasif dalam komunikasi. Perpustakaan Umum DKI Jakarta memiliki proses komunikasi tersendiri berdasarkan peran jaringan komunikasi sesuai dengan tanggung jawab dan kepentingan yang dimiliki oleh pegawai. Pola dan peranan ini tentu saja mendukung keberlangsungan TBM mulai dari kegiatan, sarana prasarana sampai dengan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kesimpulannya adalah melalui pola dan peran jaringan komunikasi, Perpustakaan Umum DKI Jakarta dapat mengetahui pola yang digunakan selama berkoordinasi dan peran masing-masing pegawai dalam mendukung TBM. Saran yang dapat diajukan yaitu perlunya kehadiran peran Gatekeepers untuk menyaring informasi yang masuk dan diharapkan untuk penelitian yang akan datang dapat melakukan penelitian dengan komprehensif.

This study aims to identify the pattern and role of the communication network of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Public Library in supporting community-based library activities. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. The technique used in further information is using the purposive sampling technique to conduct observations and interviews from April to May 2022. Then the technical analysis of the data using a model of 3 stages of coding; open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. This study found the pattern and role of network communication in DKI Jakarta Public Library. The pattern formed is an all-channel pattern and the roles found include the roles of bridge, cosmopolite, and stars. Then there is no role isolate which indicates that no employee is passive in communication. The DKI Jakarta Public Library has its communication process based on the role of the communication network following the responsibilities and interests of the employees. This pattern and role of course support the sustainability of community-based library infrastructure starting from activities and facilities to the quality of human resources. The conclusion is through the pattern and communication of the role of the network, the DKI Jakarta Public Library can find out the pattern used during coordination and the role of each employee in supporting community-based library. Suggestions that can be put forward are the need for the role of Gatekeepers to filter incoming information and it is hoped that future research can conduct comprehensive research."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Sumber Pendidikan Mental Agama Allah (YPP SPMAA); dan kaitan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh YPP SPMAA tersebut dengan perspektif Ketahanan Nasional. Pendekatan. dilakukan melalui metode pendekatan kelompok, dengan desain penelitian bersifat deskriptif eksploratif, yang menurut para pakar statistik dalam langkah penelitiannya tidak perlu merumuskan hipotesis, karena ia tidak bersifat menguji, melainkan memaparkan (deskripsi) temuan dari hasil penelitian dan mencari ja4vaban (eksplorasi) terhadap permasalahan yang ingin diketahui.
Lokasi penelitian ditetapkan secara purposive sampling pada tiga desa binaan YPP SPMAA, yaitu : (1) Desa Turi, Kecamatan Turi Kabupaten Lamongan; (2) Desa Jarorejo, Kecamatan Kerek Kabupaten Tuban; dan (3) Desa Pandean, Kecamatan Mantingan Kabupaten Ngawi; ketiganya di Propinsi Jawa Timur. Dengan menggunakan Rumus Frank Lynch diperoleh 66 KK sebagai sampel di antara populasi 3.203 KK. Sebaran jumlah responden di setiap desa ditentukan berdasarkan Rumus Alokasi Proporsional menurut Goode dan Hatt.
Pemilihan YPP SPMAA selaku obyek penelitian, karena walaupun relatif kecil, namun kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakannya yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat tidak kalah bila dibandingkan dengan pondok-pondok pesantren yang lebih besar dan telah punya nama, bail( dalam hal kuantitas maupun kualitas. Kiprah YPP SPMAA dinilai telah jauh melangkah keluar dari batasan harfiah (etimologis) pengertian "pondok pesantren" yang umumnya dikenal sebagai lembaga pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan agama, lebih khusus lagi agama Islam. Program dan kurikulum YPP SPMAA didesain sedemikian rupa, sehingga memasuki seluruh aspek kehidupan sosialekonomi dalam berbagai bidang dan lapangan usaha, dan memberi warna kepada tatanan kehidupan masyarakat di lingkungan di mana cabang-cabang YPP SPMAA berada, sehingga program pendidikan - kendati pun masih ditempatkan sebagai program utama - telah menjadi kecil volumenya dibanding program-program non pendidikan yang dikelola oleh YPP SPMAA. Para alumni YPP SPMAA tidak sekedar berprofesi sebagai muballigh dan da'i, tetapi telah tersebar menjadi pekerja sosial, penyuluh pertanian, pembina masyarakat di sekitar hutan (pesanggem), dan kegiatan-kegiatan sosial ekonomi lainnya.
Dengan desain program tersebut di atas, YPP SPMAA telah berhasil mengangkat harkat dan martabat masyarakat di sekitarnya menjadi masyarakat yang mandiri, dalam pengertian hidup layak dan manusiawi, tidak sekedar terentas ke atas garis kemiskinan. Dalam kriteria RKKBN, sebagian terbesar masyarakat di ketiga desa lokasi penelitian telah termasuk kategori Keluarga Sejahtera III plus, yang selain mampu menghidupi keluarga secara layak, terus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas ibadah, warga masyarakat pun ikut serta dalam kegiatan kemasyarakatan dan pelestarian lingkungan. Dalam pembangunan fasilitas sosial, seluruh warga masyarakat - tanpa kecuali -- telah ikut memberikan kontribusi dalam bentuk tenaga, bahan, uang, bahkan ketiga-tiganya sekaligus. Dengan pengembangan partisipasi masyarakat sejak perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan pembangunan, timbul rasa memiliki (sense of belonging) yang berdampak Lang-sung terhadap tumbuhnya tanggung jawab setiap individu dalam masyarakat untuk memelihara hasil-hasil pembangunan. Kondisi ini sekaligus merubah pola pikir (attitude) dan pola sikap (behaviour) masyarakat dalam memandang istilah "pembangunan" yakni pembangunan bukan semata-mata monopoli pemerintah, tetapi juga adalah bagian dari perwujudan demokrasi (dari rakyat - oleh rakyat - untuk rakyat) sesuai amanat GBHN.
Peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat sangat berpengaruh terhadap terciptanya kondisi keamanan yang stabil, terbukti dari kenyataan bahwa di wilayah penelitian belum pernah terjadi gangguan keamanan yang serius. Dalam proses pembangunan nasional, aspek keamanan (security) dan kesejahteraan (prosperity) dipandang sebagai dua aspek utama yang dapat menjamin eksistensi Ketahanan Nasional yang mantap.

ABSTRACT
An Endeavor on Rural Community Empowerment by Yayasan Pondok Pesantren (YPP, Islamic Boarding School Foundation) Surber Pendidikan Mental Agama Allah (SPMAA, Mental Education Resources for The Almighty Allah Religion) - Review on National Resilience.The goal of this study was to trace the community empowerment activities undertaken by YPP SPMAA on the perspective of the National Resilience. The approach applied was the group approach method, with descriptive exploratory research design, which according to statistic experts the steps should not formulate the hypothesis, as they do not intend to examine, but to describe what the research has found and to explore the solution to the given problems.
The research area was decided by purposive sampling method at three villages being developed by YPP SPMAA namely : (1) Turi Village, Turi Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency; (2) Jarorejo Village, Kerek Subdistrict, Tuban Regency; and (3) Pandean Village, Mantingan Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency; the three of which are in the Province of East Java. By applying the Frank Lynch's Formula, there had been found 66 out of 3,203 families as the samples. The distribution of respondents at each village was decided according to the Proportional Allocation Formula of Goode and Hatt.
YPP SPMAA was chosen as the research target because - apart form the fact that the organization is relatively small - activities undertaken by YPP SPMAA in relation to community development and empowerment are quite comparable to those undertaken by bigger organizations who have great image with their qualitative as well as quantitative records. The progress of YPP SPMAA has gone beyond its meaning as a "pondok pesantren" (Islamic Boarding School). The program and curriculum of YPP SPMAA were so designed that they have absorbed into all aspects of the social-economic life and businesses and such have given different colors to the life order of the communities who live around the branches of YPP SPMAA, so that the volume of education program --- although this is still positioned as the main program - has been lessen compared to the non-education programs managed by YPP SPMAA. The alumni of YPP SPMAA deal more than with conventional jobs like preachers, they have scattered in many places and work as social workers, agricultural consultants, community organizers around forest areas, and other social-economic activities.
With the program design above, YPP SPMAA has been successfully risen the living standards as well as values of surrounding communities so that they have become developed and independent communities, in the meaning that they are living in more feasible and humanistic ways, not merely going above poverty line. According to the criteria made by BIU(BN (The National Coordinator Board of Family Planning), the great majority of people who live in the three research areas should be categorized as Prosperous Family III plus, known by the following characteristics : able to sustain the family properly, continually improve the religious quality, and then the surrounding people participate in the social as well as environmental activities. In the development of social facilities, each community member provides contribution in any means such as manpower, materials, cash, or the combination. The encouragement of community development participation from the planning to the implementation IeveI has generated sense of belonging which directly increases the responsibility among individuals in the communities to maintain the development outputs. This, at the same time,' has changed the attitude as well as behaviour patterns of the communities in understanding "development", in this sense development is not merely a government's monopoly but also a part of realization of democracy (from the people -- by the people --- for the people) as entrusted by GBHN (Broad Outlines of Nation's Direction).
Increasing community welfare is quite influential to the creation of stable security, this is strengthened by the fact that in the research areas serious incident harming the security never happens. In the national development process, security as well as prosperity aspects are considered as two main aspects which can be able to guarantee the existence of an established the National Resilience.
