symmetry groups play an important role in tiling theory. Certain classes of tilings are studied and characterized based on the symmetries they contain. moreover, the construction of symmetrically colored riling, which is a problem addressed in color symmetry, relies on the symmetry groups of the corresponding uncolored tiling. in this paper, an approach is provided to determine the symmetry groups of a particular class of tilings in the plane, called semi-regular tilings."

"Pengelolaan sistem sanitasi yang baik di lingkungan masyarakat termasuk sekolah merupakan salah satu wujud Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). Karena itu, pelaksanaan pengelolaan sistem sanitasi sekolah di Indonesia diatur dalam beberapa kebijakan. Meskipun begitu, persentase sekolah yang memiliki akses sanitasi sesuai standar kebijakan masih rendah khususnya pada jenjang Pendidikan Sekolah Dasar (Dapodik, 2017). Skripsi ini menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan sistem sanitasi sekolah di Kota Depok yang merupakan salah satu daerah dengan perkembangan siginifikan dalam pengelolaan sistem sanitasi sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengacu pada teori implementasi kebijakan oleh Edwards III (1980). Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah post-positivist dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, observasi lansgung objek studi kasus dan wawancara mendalam yang dilakukan kepada berbagai stakeholder utama baik pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah serta pihak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan isu-isu kompleks dalam implementasi kebijakan yang berpengaruh terhadap tidak terpenuhinya 9 dari 12 subdimensi, yaitu kejelasan, konsistensi, sumber daya manusia, fasilitas, sumber daya keuangan, sikap birokrat, insentif, SOP dan fragmentasi. Dengan begitu, pemerintah perlu untuk membuat aturan yang lebih jelas untuk pelaksanaan kebijakan serta memastikan kebijakan dilaksanakan dengan baik.

Healthy sanitation management system in society, including school sanitation is one form of Human Rights. Therefore, Indonesia has several policies governing implementation of the school sanitation management system. Nevertheless, the percentage number of schools that have access to sanitation in accordance with policy standards is still low, particularly at the Elementary School Education Level (Dapodik, 2017). This research analyzes the implementation of a sanitation school management system in Depok City which is one of the areas with significant development in the school sanitation management system. This research was conducted by issuing the theory of policy implementation by Edwards III (1980). The research approach used is post-positivist with data collection techniques through literature study, direct observation, case studies, and in-depth interviews conducted with various stakeholders, including the central government, regional governments and the school. The results of this study indicate that complex issues found in implementation process that greatly affect the failure to fulfill 9 of the 12 indicators measured, namely clarity, consistency, human resources, facilities, financial resources, bureaucratic attitudes, incentives, Standard Opearating Procedures and fragmentation. With the fornamed problems, the government needs to make clearer regulation for implementing policies and make sure the implementation process run effectively.

"Kondisi sekolah SMA di kabupaten Indramayu mengalami penurunan performa, terutama pada kualitas output dan outcomenya, terjadi juga penurunan pada sektor pelanggan dengan ditandai bahwa animo lulusan SMP lebih cenderung memilih SMK dibanding harus memilih SMA. Hal ini disinyalir karena adanya masalah pada manajemen sekolah tersebut, yang mengakibatkan sekolah menjadi tidak efektif.
Balanced Scorecard merupakan pendekatan/metode/alat ukur yang memiliki keunggulan selain berfungsi sebagai alat ukur kinerja yang komprehensif, koheren, berimbang dan terukur, juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas perencanaan dan meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan kinerja. Pada penelitian ini akan mengukur efektivitas manajemen sekolah dengan menggunakan konsep Balanced Scorecard berdasarkan empat perspektif yaitu : perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses internal, perspektif pembelajaran karyawan dan pertumbuhan dan perspektif keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey.
Tujuan penelitian ini akan menganalisis efektivitas manajemen sekolah apabila diukur dengan menggunakan konsep Balanced Scorecard. Hasil pengukuran terhadap efektivitas manajemen sekolah, menunjukan bahwa sekolah ? sekolah SMA dikabupaten Indramayu masih tergolong sebagai sekolah dengan kategori baik.

Condition of high school in the district Indramayu decreased performance, especially on the quality of output and outcome, there is also a decrease in customer sector with graduates graduates indicated that the interest of more junior tendency choose vocational rather than have to choose the high school. This is presumably due to problems in school management, which resulted in ineffective schools.
Balanced Scorecard is an approach / method / measurement tool that has advantages in addition to functioning as a performance measure of a comprehensive, coherent, balanced and scalable, it can also improve the quality of planning and improving the quality of performance management. By using the concept of Balanced Scorecard authors wanted to measure the effectiveness of school management based on four perspectives: customer perspective, internal process perspective, employee learning and growth perspective and financial perspective.
Research conducted by the author using quantitative descriptive approach. The purpose of this study will analyze the effectiveness of school management when measured using the Balanced Scorecard concept. The measurement results show the effectiveness of school management that the school - high school Indramayu county, belonging to the category of effective schools.

"Penelitian ini mengevaluasi akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengelolaan keuangan sekolah di tahun anggaran 2013 dari 10 sekolah dasar negeri di wilayah administrasi Jakarta selatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa SDN di wilayah Administrasi Jakarta Selatan telah cukup akuntabel meskipun belum sempurna dalam pengelolaan keuangan sekolah terlihat dari pelaporan berkala yang telah disampaikan kepada pihak yang berwenang dan pertanggungjawaban atas kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan.
Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa sekolah masih belum transparan dalam pengelolaan keuangan sekolah. Dalam pelaksanaannya pengelolaan keuangan sekolah harus lebih meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dari komite sekolah dan orang tua murid dan membuka akses yang luas bagi stakeholder aktif untuk mengetahui pengelolaan keuangan sekolah.

This research evaluates the accountability and transparency of school financial management of budget year 2013 in 10 elementary public schools located in South Jakarta administrative region. The research shows that the elementary public schools in South Jakarta administrative region has been sufficiently accountable, but not perfect yet in the financial management, as reflected in their regular financial and activities reports that submitted to its authorities.
The research also shows that the schools are not transparent yet in the financial management. On the implementation, the school financial management must involve more active participation from school?s committee and the parents, and also open wider access for active stakeholders to understand the school financial management.
