"The new millennium has ushered in fresh challenges for educational training of the next generation of workers, global thinkers, and an informed citizenry in a rapidly changing cultural milieu. Methods and tools for exploring phenomena are increasing at rapid rates, especially methods designed to explore how individuals make sense of information and use it to solve problems. Methodological approaches that involve interviewing and probing for human understanding and problem solving have garnered significant attention in the fields of education and psychology. Think-aloud interviews and cognitive laboratory interviews are two related but distinct methodological approaches that can be used to explore human thinking for comprehension and problem solving. However, using these methods to yield accurate, reliable and defensible data to inform key educational goals for business, civics, economics, health, policy, and learning requires careful scrutiny of conditions for their application. For example, the techniques of think-aloud interviews are best applied when probing for processes associated with human problem solving, whereas cognitive laboratory interviews are best applied for human comprehension. In the present book, the two methodological approaches are presented and distinguished, including definitions of goals for application, interview instructions, probing procedures, and interpretation of data for claims about human cognition. Chapters are designed to provide the theoretical and empirical roots for the distinct approaches and examples used to demonstrate practical application. The book is designed to provide an easy-to-read introduction to understanding and practical use of these approaches for uncovering the mysteries of the human information-processing system."

"The study aims to usability analysis the National Library of Indonesia home page based the results of Paramjeet and Gupta research. The method used was think-aloud. In this method, one user was observed when doing the assignment and asked to express choices, feelings, or thoughts when testing the website. There are seven phases in this method, i.e 1) literature study of usability, usability testing and think- aloud, 2) self-evaluation of the home page of National Library of Indonesia website, conducted by comparing the results of Paramjeet and Gupta study, 3) determination of assessment parameters, 4) determination of the number and criteria of the respondents, 5) analysis of home page usability by the respondents, 6) analysis of the results, conducted based on the respondent transcripts, and 7) recommendations. There were ten respondents, with medium internet literacy skill. They expressed their thoughts and feelings when testing the home page. There were criteria used in the assessment :1) the main features consist of logo and name of organization, about us, contact us, and archive and archiving; 2)URL (Uniform Resources Locator); 3) window title; 4) date and time; 5) writing content; 6) navigation; 7) search; 8) graphic and animation.Based on the analysis, it shows that home page of the National Library of Indonesia website needs to be improved. The improvements needed are: the addition of about us feature on the main menu; contact us becomes part of about us in the main menu; the results of the archive and archiving is in the form of title, in order to facilitate the information retrieval; the moving boxes in the navigation are replaced with fixed boxes using different colors with the color news; the search is equipped with advanced search, and graphics and animation should also be improved not only as a home page ornament."

"Tesis ini membahas pengaruh dari faktor-faktor terhadap minat penggunaan aplikasi dompet digital dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Semakin tingginya penggunaan aplikasi dompet digital dan dengan diarahkannya Indonesia menuju cashless society mendasari penelitian ini. Tiga hal yang paling banyak digunakan dalam aplikasi ini adalah untuk transportasi berbayar, makanan dan minuman, serta melakukan top-up pulsa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 300 orang yang berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan aplikasi dompet digital, diantaranya adalah manfaat penggunaan (perceived usefulness), kepercayaan (perceived trust), dan sikap penggunaan (attitude toward using), sedangkan faktor-faktor yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan aplikasi dompet digital meliputi risiko penggunaan (perceived risk), kemudahaan penggunaan (perceived ease of use), dan literasi keuangan pengguna. Selain itu, pengguna yang berusia muda akan menunjukkan keinginan yang lebih untuk menggunakan teknologi baru dan tidak ada perbedaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam penggunaan aplikasi dompet digital.

This study was undertaken to analyze the factors influencing the interest in adopting digital wallet applications using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The increased use of digital wallet applications, followed by Indonesia target of cashless society underlies this research. The three main uses of this application are to pay transportation, to buy food and beverages, and to top up phone credits. This research is an explanative quantitative with 300 respondents reside in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The data analysis was concluded by descriptive statistical analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the factors influencing the interest in adopting digital wallet applications are perceived usefulness, perceived trust, and the attitude toward using, while the factors non-influencing are perceived risk, perceived ease of use, and users financial literacy. In addition, youth users show more desire to use new technology. Moreover, there is no difference between men and women in adopting digital wallet applications."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang memengaruhi adopsi bank digital di Indonesia dengan menggunakan pendekatan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT) yang terdiri dari variabel Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, dan penambahan variabel Perceived Risk, dan Initial Trust, dan Financial Literacy sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 250 individu (N=250) dengan kriteria belum memiliki akun bank digital dan sudah memiliki akun bank konvensional sebelumnya. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Initial Trust terhadap adopsi bank digital di Indonesia dan financial literacy tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh antara Effort Expectancy dan Performance Expectancy terhadap adopsi bank digital di Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the effect of Performance Expectancy,Effort Expectanxy, Social Influence, Perceived Risk and Initial Trust toward Adoption Intention of digital banks in Indonesia with Financial Literacy as moderating variable. This study was conducted using PLS-SEM method to test the hypotheses and using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT) to address the adoption intention of digital bank in Indonesia. This study was conducted to 250 samples (n=250) of those who already have traditional bank account and never use digital bank before. The findings of this study is that there is a positive and significant effect from Performance Expectancy,Effort Expectanxy, Social Influence, Perceived Risk and Initial Trust toward Adoption Intention of digital banks in Indonesia, but there are no moderating effects from financial literacy for Effort Expectancy and Performance Expectancy to Intention to Adopt Digital Bank in Indonesia."

"Di era industri 4.0 saat ini, masyarakat sudah mulai mengubah gaya hidup mereka menuju gaya hidup serba digital di hampir setiap aktivitasnya. Salah satu aktivitas yang mulai berubah, yaitu aktivitas pembayaran. Hal ini tidak terkecuali terjadi pada aktivitas pembayaran zakat yang mulai berinovasi kearah digital. Perkembangan layanan zakat online ini membawa pengaruh pada intensi seorang muzakki dalam berzakat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi masyarakat muslim di Jabodetabek dalam membayar zakat secara online dengan membandingkan antara kelompok pengguna digital payment dengan kelompok bukan pengguna digital payment. Penelitian ini mengadopsi teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) sebagai model penelitian. Sepuluh hipotesis dibangun berdasarkan referensi penelitian terdahulu serta kerangka teori yang menjadi acuan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari 370 responden yang dikumpulkan melalui survei online menggunakan Google Form dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi dalam menggunakan layanan zakat online antara kelompok pengguna digital payment dan kelompok bukan pengguna digital payment. Faktor attitude terbukti signifikan mempengaruhi intensi berzakat secara online hanya pada kelompok pengguna digital. Selain itu, perceived ease of use dan trust tidak terbukti berpengaruh pada kelompok bukan pengguna digital payment namun, dua variabel tersebut terbukti signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap dalam berzakat secara online pada kelompok pengguna digital payment. Hasil studi ini mengimplikasikan bahwa sangat penting bagi lembaga zakat penyedia layanan zakat online untuk memperhatikan faktor kemudahan diluar kontrol para muzakki serta kredibilitas lembaga untuk menjaga kepercayaan muzakki pada lembaga zakat tersebut.

In the industry 4.0 era, people have started to change their lifestyle towards an all-digital lifestyle in almost every activity. One of the activities that began to change is payment activities. This is without exception for zakat payment activities which have begun to innovate digitally. The development of online zakat services has an influence on a muzakki's intention to pay zakat. Therefore, this study aims to find out the factors that influence the intentions of the Muslim community in Jabodetabek in paying zakat online by comparing groups of digital payment users with groups of non-digital payment users. This study adopted the theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) as a research model. Ten hypotheses were built based on previous research references and the theoretical framework that became the research reference. This study uses primary data from 370 respondents who were collected through an online survey using Google Form with a quantitative approach using the PLS-SEM. The results of the study indicate that there are differences in factors that influence the intention to use online zakat services between groups of digital payment users and groups of non-digital payment users. The attitude factor has been shown to significantly affect the intention to pay tithe online only in the digital user group. In addition, perceived ease of use and trust have not been shown to have an effect on the non-digital payment user group, however, these two variables have been shown to have a significant positive effect on attitudes towards online tithing in the digital payment user group. The results of this study imply that it is very important for zakat institutions providing online zakat services to pay attention to convenience factors beyond the control of muzakki and increasing institutional credibility to maintain muzakki's trust in these zakat institutions."

"PT Kliknklin Digital Nusantara (Kliknklin) merupakan salah satu dari banyak perusahaan rintisan berbasis teknologi yang bergerak pada industri penatu (laundry). Kliknklin melakukan digitalisasi pada bisnis penatu dengan membuat sebuah sistem yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengalaman pengguna dalam bentuk aplikasi seluler dan web dalam bentuk sistem kasir dan sistem konsumen. Namun, dalam perkembangannya terdapat beberapa permasalahan antara lain jumlah aktual pengguna yang cenderung stagnan dan penggunaannya hanya dalam jangka waktu yang pendek. Perlu dilakukan sebuah evaluasi pada sistem Kliknklin dengan melibatkan penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur faktor yang memengaruhi niat penggunaan berkelanjutan pada sistem penatu Kliknklin menggunakan pendekatan teori penerimaan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dan Information System Succel Model (ISSM). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei kuesioner dengan responden penelitian adalah pengguna sistem mitra Kliknklin. Reponden penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS- SEM). Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat penggunaan berkelanjutan sistem penatu secara signifikan adalah faktor manfaat yang didapatkan, serta pengaruh kondisi berupa ketersediaan infrastruktur, dukungan teknis, dan operasional dari perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan terhadap sistem mitra Kliknklin melalui peningkatan faktor kebermanfaatan dan faktor kondisi yang memfasilitasi yaitu dukungan infrastruktur, teknis, dan operasional.

PT Kliknklin Digital Nusantara (Kliknklin) is one of the many technology-based startup engaged in the laundry service industry. Kliknklin digitizes the laundry business by creating a system that aims to optimize user experience in the form of mobile and web applications as a cashier and consumer systems. However, in its development there are several problems including the actual number of users who tend to be stagnant overtime and their usage time merely in a short period of time. An evaluation is needed on the Kliknklin system by involving its users. This study aims to measure the factors that influence the continuance usage intention on Kliknklin laundry system using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) acceptance approach and Information System Success Model (ISSM). Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire survey with respondent is the users of Kliknklin partner system. Respondents were determined using purposive sampling. Data processing and analysis methods is done using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Based on the results of the hypothesis, the factors that significantly influence the intention to use the laundry system are the benefits obtained, as well as the influence of conditions in the form of infrastructure, technical support, and operations from the company. This study provides recommendations for improvements to the Kliknklin partner system by increasing the utilization factor and facilitating condition factors, namely infrastructure, technical and operational support."

"Studi ini mengkaji apakah mereka yang menggunakan layanan pembayaran digital akan tetap menggunakan fasilitas tersebut, didasari oleh faktor-faktor yang ada di dalam model UTAUT2 yang telah dimodifikasi. Berdasarkan (Shailza & Sarkar, 2019), layanan pembayaran digital telah mencapai tingkat adopsi yang terus meningkat dalam sektor-sektor baik pemerintah maupun swasta. Seiring dengan para pelaku bisnis dan organisasi mulai beradaptasi terhadap teknologi, mereka juga berlomba-lomba dalam memberikan layanan pembayaran digital yang terbaik bagi para pengguna. Kajian studi ini menggunakan 8 variabel independen (Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, Price Saving Orientation, dan Trust). Total responden dari kuesioner yang telah disebar terdapat sebesar 256 responden. Hasil dari studi ini adalah, lima dari delapan variabel (Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Condition, Hedonic Motivation, Price Saving Orientation, dan Trust) memengaruhi continuance intention para konsumen dalam menggunakan layanan pembayaran digital. Sementara tiga variabel lainnya (Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, dan Habit) terbukti tidak memengaruhi continuance intention para konsumen.

This study examines whether those who are using the digital payment services will continue to do so considering the factors that are based on the modified UTAUT2 Model. According to (Shailza & Sarkar, 2019), digital payment services has achieved increasing adoption throughout the government and private sector. Moreover, as businesses and organizations are starting to adapt to technology, all are racing in order to provide the best and most convenient digital payment services for the consumers. This study takes in 8 variables: Effort Expectancy, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, Price Saving Orientation, and Trust, in order to assess their Continuance Intention to use digital payment services. The questionnaire that was distributed for this study has a total respondent of 256. The results of this study are five out of eight variables (i.e., Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Condition, Hedonic Motivation, Price Saving Orientation, and Trust) positively influenced the continuance intention to use digital payment services. While the remainder three variables (i.e., Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, and Habit) do not positively influence the continuance intention to use digital payment services."
