"ABSTRAK
Sistem manajemen rantai pasok adalah sistem yang rumit dengan berbagai entitas yang saling berhubungan dan aktor manusia yang dapat mengambil keputusan. Pemahaman sistem manajemen rantai pasok secara langsung pada sistem membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan biaya yang mahal. Penelitian ini akan membahas penggunaan permainan simulasi sebagai sarana berbasis untuk memahami sistem manaemen rantai pasok. Permainan simulasi ini akan menggabungkan dua buah permainan simulasi yang sudah digunakan di lingkungan departemen teknik industri Universtias Indonesia yaitu PPIC GAME dan Geneshoes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa permainan simulasi berbasis web mampu mengajarkan konsep manajemen rantai pasok pada penggunanya.

ABSTRACT
SupplyChain Management (SCM) is a complex system which consists of a lot of intercorrelated entities dan human decioan making actor. The full understanding of SCM system by experimenting direcly into the system required lengthly time and expensive. This reserach will propuse the use of web based simulatin gaming as a tools to understand SCM. This Simulationgame will fuse two Simulationgame which have used in departemen of industrial engineerin PPIC GAME and Geneshoes. The result of this research shows that web based Simulation could support the learning of SCM for the player."

"Ship optimization design is critical to the preliminary design of a ship. With the rapid development of computer technology, the simulation-based design (SBD) technique has been introduced into the field of ship design. Typical SBD consists of three parts: geometric reconstruction; CFD numerical simulation; and optimization. In the context of ship design, these are used to alter the shape of the ship, evaluate the objective function and to assess the hull form space respectively. As such, the SBD technique opens up new opportunities and paves the way for a new method for optimal ship design.
This book discusses the problem of optimizing ship’s hulls, highlighting the key technologies of ship optimization design and presenting a series of hull-form optimization platforms. It includes several improved approaches and novel ideas with significant potential in this field"

"ABSTRAK
Rancang bangun adalah salah satu metode penyelesaian proyek yang banyak menerimaperistiwa risiko akibat terintegrasinya berbagai aktivitas mulai dari aktivitas designsampai dengan aktivitas build. Dalam 5 tahun, terdapat 63 dari 72 proyek industridengan kontrak rancang bangun mengalami penyimpangan biaya. Salah satu strategimanajemen risiko adalah memasukan biaya kontingensi dalam estimasi biaya. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu model perhitungan biaya kontingensi berbasis risikodari setiap aktivitas yang terjadi pada 7 proses bisnis kontraktor rancang bangun mulaidari proses bisnis design, procurement, finance, controlling, build, safety dan contractcontrolling. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah simulasi monte carlo.Hasil penelitian ini adalah suatu model persentase biaya kontingensi sebesar 4,46 4,91 dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95 . Dimana didapatkan 7 proses bisnis, 145aktivitas, 31 output dan 10 peristiwa risiko tertinggi yang berpengaruh signifikantterhadap kinerja biaya proyek.

ABSTRACT
Design build is one method of project completion that accepts many risks due to theintegration of various activities start from design activities until build activities. Within 5years, 63 from 72 industrial projects with design build contract is experiencing costoverrun. One of the risk management strategies due to uncertainty is to include acontingency cost amount in the estimated cost. This study aims to make model calculationof risk based contingency costs from each activity in 7 business process contractor designbuild, start from design, procurement, finance, controlling, build, safety and contractcontrolling. The method used in this research is monte carlo simulation. The result of thisresearch is a contingency cost percentage model of 4.46 4.91 with 95 confidencelevel. Which has 7 business processes, 145 activities, 31 outputs and 10 highest riskevents that have a significant effect on project cost performance."

"ABSTRAK
Teknologi geospasial seperti Global Positioning Systems (GPS) di dunia global telah umum digunakan dalam berbagai proyek konstruksi. Namun, di Indonesia, aplikasi ini masih sangat minim. Sistem seperti GNSS, total station dan produk turunannya menawarkan banyak manfaat untuk tahap pekerjaan konstruksi jalan raya. Manfaat-manfaat ini termasuk peningkatan efisiensi dari proses kerja yang lebih cepat, serta pengumpulan data yang lebih akurat. Kunci untuk menggunakan teknologi ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana mengoptimalkan manfaatnya dengan benar termasuk memilih alat yang tepat untuk setiap jenis pekerjaan dan memahami keterbatasannya. Penelitian ini menyelidiki pekerjaan konstruksi yang sesuai untuk diterapkan dengan teknologi geospasial; Cara mengoptimalkan desain konstruksi dengan estimasi biaya yang efisien dan output yang sesuai standar. Penelitian ini mempelajari pengalaman responden yang mahir menggunakan teknologi ini untuk mendokumentasikan manfaat dan keterbatasannya. Secara khusus, penelitian ini menentukan net present value (NPV) yang terkait dengan penggunaan teknologi ini dalam proyek jalan tol.

ABSTRACT
Geospatial technologies such as global Positioning Systems (GPS) in the global world have been commonly used in various construction projects. However, in Indonesia, the application is still very minimal. Systems such as GNSS, total station, and its derivative products offer many benefits to the stages of highway construction work. These benefits include increased efficiency from faster work processes, as well as more accurate data collection. The key to using this technology is to understand how to optimizes its benefits properly including choosing the right tools for each type of job and understanding its limitations. This research investigates the appropriate construction work to be applied with geospatial technology; How to optimize construction design with efficient cost estimation and standard-compliant output. This research studies the experience of respondents who are adept at using this technology to document its benefits and limitations. Specifically, this research determines net present value (NPV) associated with the use of this technology in toll road projects.

"This writing, as a final assignment will discuss about the emp1oyec’s
performance of Autocustom XYZ Ltd. The company had a unique characteristic
of employee. Their working principle is like an artist, as described in the job
description; they cannot be too restricted, but they are also need to be well
managed. The oompany’s characteristic is also not well structured, because they
still do not have any clear prospective which can create a standard for the
employees. This may leads to conflicts and work goals loss target.
One ofthe efforts to overcome this situation is to train the employee in
building an effective team. Team building training is expectably can lead to
emp1oyee’s awareness about the impoitance of an effective teamwork. The
awareness mentioned is to build eohesiveness, which is one of many criteria of an
effective team.
Thus, a specialized team building training is formed using Appreciative
Inquiry (Al) approaching. This training covers cognitive, affective, and
psychomotor area including the 4D model from AI (discovery, dreams, design,
and destiny) as a step to build a positive attitude so it may leads to the emp1oyee’s
awareness about the effective teamwork and can create optimum efforts.
An advantage for Autocustom XYZ Ltd. 'fiom this writing is well
