In a patriarchal culture, marital rape is a crime that is generally vulnerable to experience by women. However, protecting women victims of marital rape has not been optimally implemented. This qualitative study aims to find and analyze the transformation of the value of gender equality through social policies that can encourage protection for women victims of marital rape. This study involved three female informants who were victims of marital rape and 20 related sources from government institutions (KemenPPA, Police, P2TP2A), victim service institutions (Women Crisis Center), and Komnas Perempuan, academics and religious leaders (Islam, Christian, Catholic, Buddhist). Interviews were conducted online and face-to-face. The data collected were analyzed using feminist and radical feminist criminology theory. The feminist criminological theory sees marital rape as a crime, and radical feminists see patriarchy as the cause. The results of this study show that there are various forms of social policy at the individual, interpersonal, organizational, community, and public policy levels, such as the transformation of premarital guidance, regulation, and mentoring services (psychological, medical, economic and work skills). From the various forms of social policies found, the researchers prioritized the transformation of victim assistance services according to the needs of victims and premarital guidance at various policy levels."

"This book is a legal and political intervention into a contemporary debate concerning the appropriateness of sexual offence prosecutions brought against young gender non-conforming people for so-called 'gender identity fraud'. It comes down squarely against prosecution. To that end, it offers a series of principled objections based both on liberal principles, and arguments derived from queer and feminist theories. Thus prosecution will be challenged as criminal law overreach and as a spectacular example of legal inconsistency, but also as indicative of a failure to grasp the complexity of sexual desire and its disavowal. In particular, the book will think through the concepts of consent, harm and deception and their legal application to these specific forms of intimacy. In doing so, it will reveal how cisnormativity frames the legal interpretation of each and how this serves to preclude more marginal perspectives. Beyond law, the book takes up the ethical challenge of the non-disclosure of gender history. Rather than dwelling on this omission, it argues that we ought to focus on a cisgender demand to know as the proper object of ethical inquiry. Finally, and as an act of legal and ethical re-imagination, the book offers a queer counter-judgment to R v McNally, the only case involving a gender non-conforming defendant, so far, to have come before the Court of Appeal"

"Coaching serves as a catalyst for supporting clients in their self-exploration and personal growth. In many instances, that growth has the potential to be transformational. Working Deeply is a guide for executive coaches and leadership development professionals to help them foster their clients' efforts in deep transformational learning. To facilitate this process, the authors introduce theories, concepts, and applied techniques for undertaking transformational coaching, and provide coaching cases and examples illustrating the use of these tools. They also introduce readers to a variety of research studies on such topics as mindfulness, mindsets, future selves, and narrative analysis, and discuss the application of this research to the area of transformational coaching. Finally, they explore how coaches can shape their perspectives and approaches to enable positive transformation. What readers will take from Working Deeply something of value that will help them develop their ability to support their coaching clients, and strengthen their practice as coaching professionals. "

"This book emerges from within the everyday knowledge practices of International Relations (IR) scholarship and explores the potential of experimental writing as an alternative source of 'knowledge' and political imagination within the modern university and the contemporary structures of neoliberal government. It unlocks and foregrounds the power of writing as a site of resistance and a vehicle of transformation that is fundamentally grounded in reflexivity, self-crafting and an ethos of care. In an attempt to cultivate new sensibilities to habitual academic practice the project re-appropriates the skill of writing for envisioning and enacting what it might mean to be working in the discipline of IR and inhabiting the usual spaces and scenes of academic life differently. The practice of experimental writing that intuitively unfolds and develops in the book makes an important methodological intervention into conventional social scientific inquiry both regarding the politics of writing and knowledge production as well as the role and position of the researcher. The formal innovations of the book include the actualization and creative remaking of the Foucaultian genre of the 'experience book, ' which seeks to challenge scholarly routine and offers new experiences and modes of perception as to what it might mean to 'know' and to be a 'knowing subject' in our times. The book will be of interest to researchers engaged in critical and creative research methods (particularly narrative writing, autobiography, storytelling, experimental and transformational research), Foucault studies and philosophy, as well as critical approaches to contemporary government and studies of resistance."

In a society that views homosexuality as a taboo matter such as Indonesia, it is surprising that the existence of fujoshi, which is a concept used to describe females who love fictions with the homosexuality genre (Boys’ Love), is strengthening in numbers. Internet has become a media for them to both interact and enjoy products with Boys’ Love genre, where their community grow in a space called fandom. This final paper discusses the role of the cyber community fandom in transforming fujoshi’s gender identity, in the scope of gender study and Sociology of Culture using the steps in Soft Systems Methodology. Various activities done in fandom has changed fujoshi’s values in gender identity, indicating that there is a learning process, a socialization and internalization in fandom, which later helps transforming fujoshi’s gender identity. Using Mizoguchi’s female-gendered and virtual lesbian space theories, this research focuses to explain theoretically how fandom plays a role in transforming fujoshi’s gender identity, the growth of their sense of community, and how fandom itself has become a form of feminine writing.

"In a world plagued by wicked problems, escaping the win-lose dynamics of zero-sum game approaches is crucial for finding integrated, inclusive solutions to complex issues. In this book, the reader will uncover real-life examples of inclusive leaders that have broken the zero-sum game. From Ivy League colleges to African villages, from the very top of the Catholic Church to anarchist conferences and meetings, inclusive leadership can be applied and the protagonists will tell you how.
As the examples in the book demonstrate, inclusive leadership is not the privilege of a few gifted individuals with extraordinary human qualities. Inclusive leaders are not necessarily charismatic (like Nelson Mandela, Gandhi, or Martin Luther King, Jr). The vast majority of inclusive leaders are just regular everyday people. They only differ and what a difference it makes! in being able to turn what seem to be zero-sum problems into opportunities for inclusiveness.
