"Penelitian mengenai evaluasi kinerja output layanan telah dilakukan di perpustakaan FE UI, pada bulan April-Mei 2007. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memantau perkembangan kinerja perpustakaan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Indonesia dengan mengukur kinerja perpustakaan pada tahun 2005 dan membandingkannya dengan kinerja perpustakaan pada tahun 2006 berdasarkan ISO 11620-1998. Hasil evaluasi penyusunan program kerja perpustakaan berikutnya. Manfaat akademis penelitian ini adalah untuk menambah wawasan mengenai pengukuran kinerja perpustakaan perguruan tinggi, khususnya kinerja output layanan perpustakaan. Manfaat praktis penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat perkembangan kinerja output layanan perpustakan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 2005 dan membandingkannya dengan kinerja output layanan pada tahun 2006. Hasil ini diharapakan dapat menjadi bahan serta penilaian obyektif dan diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan dalam pengambilan keputusan organisasi maupun manajemen mengenai kinerja output layanan perpustakaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi terhadap data statistik yang dimiliki oleh perpustakaan dari tahun 2005 hingga tahun 2006, wawancara terhadap staf perpustakaan, kuesioner, dan observasi lapangan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi kinerja output layanan di perpustakaan Fakultas Ekonomi bervariasi di setiap indikator yang diukur. Hal ini dipengaruhi beberapa faktor diantaranya kondisi umum lingkungan perpustakaan serta kondisi civitas academia Fakultas Ekonomi, dan faktor dari luar yang mempengaruhi kinerja perpustakaan seperti kebijakan yang diterapkan di fakultas."

"Indikator kinerja perpustakaan adalah pernyataan numerik, simbol, atau verbal yang diperoleh dari statistik dan data perpustakaan yang digunakan untuk memberi ciri terhadap kinerja sebuah perpustakaan dan menggambarkan tingkat pencapaian suatu sasaran yang telah ditetapkan. Pengukuran indikator kinerja dapat digunakan untuk membandingkan kinerja satu perpustakaan dari waktu ke waktu, maupun membandingkan beberapa perpustakaan, atau di antara unit-unit kerja pada satu perpustakaan dengan tugas yang setara.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur dan memperbandingkan tingkat kinerja layanan perpustakaan dan informasi pada Kelompok Layanan Bahan Pustaka Baru dan Kelompok Layanan Bahan Pustaka Langka di Perpustakaan Nasional RI. Hal itu dilakukan melalui pengukuran indikator kinerja berdasarkan ISO 11620-1998 tentang indikator kinerja perpustakaan.
Indikator kinerja ditentukan dan dipilih yang berkaitan dengan layanan perpustakaan yaitu: Persentase Judul yang Diminta dalam Koleksi; Median Waktu Temu Kembali Dokumen dari Koleksi Tertutup; Tingkat Ketepatan Jawaban yang Diberikan; Tingkat Keberhasilan Penelusuran Melalui Katalog Judul; Tingkat Keberhasilan Penelusuran Melalui Katalog Subyek; Tingkat Penggunaan Fasilitas dirinci menjadi 4 sub indikator: Tingkat Penggunaan Kursi. Tingkat Penggunaan Meja Baca, Tingkat Penggunaan Monitor OPAC, dan Tingkat Penggunaan Mesin Fotokopi.; serta Tingkat Keterisian Kursi.
Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian survei. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2004. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengguna Layanan Bahan Pustaka Baru dan Layanan Bahan Pustaka Langka. Sampel penelitian pada pengguna Layanan Bahan Pustaka Baru sebanyak 232 orang dan pengguna Layanan Bahan Pustaka Langka sebanyak 33 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengukuran langsung di lapangan, observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, dan data statistik. Hasil pengukuran dikaji lebih jauh melalui analisis deskriptif dengan melihat keterkaitannya di antara indikator-indikator kinerja.
Manfaat yang dapat diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah :
  1. Mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dan kegagalan kinerja layanan perpustakaan.
  2. Memberikan masukan yang obyektif bagi manajemen perpustakaan khususnya bidang layanan perpustakaan.
  3. Memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan agar lebih efektif dan efisien.
  4. Diharapkan dapat mensosialisasikan ISO 11620-1998 kepada lembaga perpustakaan lainnya untuk menggunakan indikator-indikator kinerja yang ada di dalam standar ISO 11620-1998, khususnya untuk mengevaluasi kinerja layanan perpustakaan.

Library performance indicator is statement of numeric, symbol, or verbal which derived from library statistics and data, used to characterize the library performance and describe level of goals attainment that have specified. Performance indicator measurement can be used for comparison of performance over time within the same library, also between some libraries or among work units with equivalent duty from one library.
This research goal was to compare and to measure performance level of information and library service at Service Group of New Book Materials and Service Group of Scarce Book Materials in National Library of Indonesia Republic. That used through of performance indicator measurement to pursuant ISO 11620-1998, about library performance indicators.
Performance indicators selected and determined be relate of library service. Those indicators were Percentage of Required Titles in the Collections; Required Titles Extended Availability; Median Time of Document Retrieval from Closed Stacks; Correct Answer Fill Rate; Title Catalogue Search Success Rate; Subject Catalogue Search Success Rate; Facilities Use Rate, detailed become of 4 indicators: Seat Use Rate, Read Desk Use Rate, OPAC Monitor Use Rate, Copier Use Rate; Facilities Use Rate; and Seat Occupancy Rate.
The research used quantitative method with technique survey. Time of research conducted during of May 2004. Subject of research was consumer of Service Group of New Book Materials and Service Group of Scarce Book Materials. Research sample at Service Group of New Book Materials was 232 people and Service Group of Scarce Book Materials was 33 people. Data was collected through direct measurement in field, observation, questioner, and statistical. Results measurement analyzed through by descriptive analysis and related with other performance indicators.

  1. Knowing of efficacy and failure level of library service performance.
  2. Giving of objective input for library management specially the library service unit.
  3. Repairing and improving of service quality that to be more effective and efficient.
  4. Have expected to socialize ISO 11620-1998 to other library institution and use performance indicators of ISO 11620-1998, that specially to evaluate library service performance.

"Library performance measurement is one of a strategy to evaluate utilization of library resources. The objective of this study was to identify indicators needed to measure the performance and to design an counting system measurement at Open Service at National Library of Indonesia. The measurement indicators were based on ISO 11620:2008 consisting of 45 indicators. It was selected 10 indicators: 1) percentage of required titles in the collection (RTC); 2) shelving accuracy (SA); 3) staff per capita (LS); 4) collection turnover (CT); 5) loans per capita (LPC); 6) in-library use per capita (IUC); 7) library visits per capita (LVC); 8) percentage of target population reached (PTPR); 9) user satisfaction (AUS); 10) user services staff as a percentage of total staff (USSPTS). The indicators were selected through four stages: 1) selecting indicators related to activities in the Indonesia National Library and removing indicators related to activities that are not conducted in the institution; 2) removing indicators related to cost; 3) identifying and selecting indicators related to vision and mission by the questionnaire; 4) analizing the results of the questionnaire and setting the indicators that have an average value of the results greater than 0 as an selected indicator. The results of managements attitude that required the a performance counting system. System design was developed based on the system requirements and managements needs. The system that was able to process data into information of performance. The system was integrated with the integrated national library system (INLIS) and the data that were not available in INLIS were manually input. Steps of system developing were defining use case, description use case, activity diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, object role/relational mapping and entity relationship diagram. "

"One of librarys most important element of the library is collection. The rise information and technology, has improved library needs to transforms into digital era. Library users preferred e resources collections. The National Library of Indonesia (NLI) realized e resources collection has become one of the primary collection. During these five years, there are not enough research about usage of e resources collection services evaluation. This research took evaluation of the usage of e resources collection services with a quantitative approach of the ISO 11620:2014 as general standard for library performance indicators. ISO 11620:2014 is a statement of symbol, numeric, and verbal that is obtained through the library statistics and data that is used to characterized the library performance indicators. There are 6 (six) performance indicators that are used as benchmark in assesing how far e resources collection is used in The NLI on 2014 2015. Those 6 (six) indicators are : (1) The percentage of e resources collection that is not used); (2) the number of content unit downloaded per capita; (3) the number of visitors that join the e resources training; (4) the expense of the e resources collection procurement; (5) the percentage of expenditure on the provision of information for the collection of e resources; (6) Percentage of library staff who provide the guidance of the eresources collection services for. This research found that e resources usage collections services in The NLI is not optimized. E resources collections service has not maximized for following reasons. First, The NLIs e resources is in balanced referring to covered subjects. The high e resources collections that were not used by user, only 3% of the whole e resources collections are used by users. Although, the level of content downloaded unit per capita for each e resources collections decreased from the previous year. E journals downloaded are more higher than the e books and e videos downloaded from whole e resources collections. In 2015, the number e books and e video downloaded are less than 5 per 1000 user. PROQUEST download decreased from 2.7 to 1.9 for all users served. These conditions was caused by lack of e resources development policy that becomes controlling in the process of collection management at the National Library of Indonesia. NLI needs to improve the e resources development a primary missions to create a great form of national collections. Second, NLI need to set priority in providing technology based services. E resources training and promotion are also need to set up as priority to colleges that have limited infrastructure and internet access. There are a large number user can be a potential gateway to increasing e-resources usage. This research found users were trained at the NLIs e resources has decreased in 2015. There was about 3 users per 1000 the NLIs users in the previous year. Third, the level of the percentage of staff who provide training increased by 12.34% from the previous year. Although there was improvement the percentage of the GCC staff training is still very small compared with the number of staff at service center. Librarians competencies also needed to improve e resources training in NLI. Librarian must have competenciies as much skill in providing information services in technology, has skill in searching strategy using e resources. The research also found evaluation of e resources usage at NLI will increase. Fourth, in terms of budget indicators issued for the provision of information in the form of a collection of e resources shows the results are quite positive. Costs incurred for the provision of e resources collections always increase every year. The research recommended further research related to the application of e resources system performance measurement standards. It is important for the evaluation of performance of e resources development at NLI to improve performance even better in the future."

"Manajemen strategis perlu dilakukan dengan baik agar rumah sakit mampu mengantisipasi perubahan di masa yang akan datang serta mampu bertahan dalam menghadapi peningkatan persaingan pasar. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) merupakan metode yang dapat dipilih untuk mengintegrasikan seluruh aspek dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perumusan target pelaksana berdasarkan kinerja unit kerja sesuai dengan visi misi organisasi dengan mempertimbangkan aspirasi bottom up di Eka Hospital BSD dilihat dari faktor Input, Proses dan Output. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara telaah dokumen, CDMG dengan 4 orang manajer dan 3 orang kepala departemen, Wawancara mendalam kepada 4 orang manajer, 3 orang kepala departemen serta di direktur rumah sakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada faktor input sudah baik dan sesuai, faktor proses di analisis SWOT Eka Hospital BSD berada pada Kuadran I dan CSF ditentukan adalah manajemen SDM dan teknologi, faktor output didapatkan di perspektif keuangan tidak ada perbedaan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya, di perspektif pelanggan terdapat perbedaan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya pada KPI manajer pelayanan medis, penunjang medis, dan keperawatan, di perspektif proses bisnis internal terdapat perbedaan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya pada KPI manajer pelayanan medis, penunjang medis, keperawatan, dan umum, di perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran terdapat perbedaan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya pada KPI manajer pelayanan medis dan keperawatan. Sesuai hasil penelitian, disarankan manajemen Eka Hospital BSD untuk melakukan faktor proses disertai diskusi dalam menentukan indikator unit kerja yang sesuai visi misi organisasi sehingga indikator kunci yang dihasilkan tidak subjektif dan sesuai dengan umpan balik diskusi.

Strategic management needs to be done well so that hospitals are able to anticipate future changes and survive in the face of increased market competition. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a method that can be chosen to integrate all aspects of the organization. This study aims to analyze the formulation of executive targets based on work unit performance in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization by considering bottom up aspirations at Eka Hospital BSD seen from the Input, Process and Output factors. This research design is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection methods by document review, CDMG with 4 managers and 3 department heads, in-depth interviews with 4 managers, 3 department heads and the hospital director. The results showed that the input factors were good and appropriate, the process factors in the SWOT analysis of Eka Hospital BSD were in Quadrant I and the CSFs determined were HR management and technology, the output factors were found in the financial perspective there was no difference compared to the previous year, in the customer perspective there was a difference compared to the previous year in the KPIs of medical, medical ancillary, and nursing managers, In the internal business process perspective, there are differences compared to the previous year in the KPIs of medical, medical ancillary, nursing, and general service managers, in the growth and learning perspective, there are differences compared to the previous year in the KPIs of medical and nursing managers. In accordance with the research results, it is recommended that Eka Hospital BSD management conduct process factors accompanied by discussions in determining work unit indicators in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization so that the key indicators produced are not subjective and in accordance with discussion feedback."

"Era globalisasi memaksa industri tekstil untuk menghasilkan produk berdaya saing tinggi. Kemampuan ini menuntut manajemen pemeliharaan industri menjalankan programnya dengan baik supaya pabrik beroperasi dengan normal.
Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan kebijakan yang telah diambil dilakukan pengukuran kinerja manajemen pemeliharaan. Dalam pengukuran, manajemen pemeliharaan menetapkan indikator kinerja sesuai dengan visi, misi, dan strategi perusahaan dalam bersaing dengan perusahaan kelas dunia.
Penulisan tesis ini dimaksudkan untuk menetapkan indikator kinerja kunci manajemen pemeliharaan industri tekstil dari tiga kelompok indikator: keandalan, biaya, dan material. Data didapat dari kuesioner dengan metode penilaian skor. Diperoleh indikator kinerja kunci manajemen pemeliharaan industri tekstil sebanyak 23 dari 50 indikator yang diusulkan. Indikator yang dipilih responden 92,30 % dianggap merefleksikan kondisi bisnis industri tekstil di era globalisasi yang periode pelaporannya dilakukan setiap bulan.

In globalization era, textile industries have to be very competitive in producing high quality products. This situation demands industrial maintenance management to carry out its programs so well that the industries can operate normally. To investigate how successful the management policy has been implemented by the industries, measurement of the maintenance performance had been undertaken. In the measurement, the maintenance management used key performance indicators based on the visions, mission and strategies used by the industries in competing with their world class counter parts.
The purpose of this thesis is to determine the appropriate key performance indicators for measuring the performance of the maintenance management amongst the three indicators, namely reliability, cost and material. Data were taken from questioners using score value method.
The number of key indicators chosen by respondents for the performance of the maintenance management was 23 out of 50, which were the total indicators proposed. The indicators chosen was believed to 92,30 % reflect the condition of the textile industries in the globalization era that reporting period was done every month."
