Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang perbaikan proses pengolahan data menjadi reporting insight data yang akan digunakan perusahaan untuk melakukan monitoring terhadap risiko dan kondisi terkini perusahaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Business Process Reengineering (BPR) untuk mempercepat waktu pengolahan data dan mengurangi aktivitas yang tidak bernilai tambah, sehingga karyawan terkait dapat lebih fokus pada aktivitas yang bernilai tambah. Tujuan penelitian ini sejalan dengan salah satu tujuan perusahaan untuk mencapai operational excellence, dimana perusahaan menjalankan operasional dengan efisien dan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini didapatkan 3 usulan skenario perbaikan proses. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa skenario 3 merupakan skenario yang mungkin diaplikasikan pada perusahaan karena menghasilkan efektifitas waktu yang paling tinggi yang didapat dengan kombinasi implementasi dashboard berbasis cloud dengan Ms. Power BI dengan memanfaatkan fitur on-premises data gateway dan proses yang berjalan secara otomatis dengan memanfaatkan implementasi RPA.

This research aims to design improvements to the data processing process into reporting insight data that will be used by companies to monitor the risks and current conditions of the company by using a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) approach to speed up data processing time and reduce non-value added activities, so that employees related activities can focus more on value-added activities. The aim of this research is in line with one of the company's goals to achieve operational excellence, where the company carries out operations efficiently and effectively. Based on the results of this research, 3 proposed process improvement scenarios were obtained. From the research results, it was found that scenario 3 is a scenario that may be applied to companies because it produces the highest time effectiveness obtained by combining the implementation of a cloud-based dashboard with Ms. Power BI utilizes on-premises data gateway features and processes that run automatically by utilizing RPA implementation.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini menawarkan untuk merekayasa ulang proses pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh badan pengawas pada pengelolaan limbah di Indonesia dengan menerapkan metode Business Process Reengineering (BPR) untuk menemukan proses yang lebih baik yang diharapkan lebih efisien dan efektif dalam pengaturan limbah radioaktif. Studi ini menggunakan metode PIECES untuk analisis masalah kemudian mengidentifikasi best practice BPR untuk membentuk proses baru. Penelitian ini berhasil menemukan solusi dalam BPR praktek terbaik terkait menemukan teknologi integral, pemberdayaangunaan pihak ketiga dan komposisi tugas yang akan diterapkan dalam proses pengawasan baru yang telah direkayasa.

The purposes of this study offers to reengineer the regulatory process within the regulatory body by applying the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) method in order to find a better process which expectation more efficient and effective in regulatory for radioactive waste. This study applies PIECES method for problem analysis and then identify the BPR best practices in order to form new process. The study also conducts the interview with practitioners and experts from regulatory body, radioactive waste processing facility and etc. to identify the problem, need analysis and to validate the business process. This study also utilize the BPMN in igrafx to form a business process. This research succeeded in finding solutions in BPR Practices related to find the integral technology, empowering the third party and task compotition that will be implemented in BPR for regulatory."

"ABSTRAKDalam proyek di industri minyak dan gas, intensitas dapat bervariasi dari waktu ke waktu, dan variasi ini menyebabkan aspek dinamis dari kompleksitas proyek. Kegagalan dalam mencapai ketepatan waktu proyek, biaya yang dianggarkan, dan kualitas tertentu menyebabkan pengaruh negatif yang tidak diinginkan dalam suatu proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengurangi keterlambatan proyek EPC pada industri minyak dan gas.Penelitian ini menghasilkan project planning yang disempurnakan dengan metode business process reengineering dengan waktu proses bisnis setelah perbaikan pada fase engineering berkurang menjadi 29,19 hari dengan peningkatan efisiensi 55% dan pengurangan waktu proses pada fase procurement menjadi 49,03 dengan peningkatan efisiensi 35%.

ABSTRACT

In projects in the oil and gas industry, the intensity may vary from time to time, and this variation underscores the dynamic aspect of the complexity of the project. The failure to achieve targeted time, budgeted cost, and specified quality result in various unexpected negative effects on the projects. The objective of this study is to reduce delays of EPC projects in the oil and gas.

This study resulted in improved project planning with business process reengineering method with the time of new process after improvement on the engineering phase is reduced to 29,19 days with an efficiency up to 55% and 49,03 days on the procurement phase with an efficiency up to 35%."
