"Objectives: This study was to investigate the effect of a variety of root canal irrigation solutions on flexural strength of dentin. Materials and Methods: Fifty intact, extracted human mandibular third molars were used in this study. Each tooth was sectioned using diamond cutting disc to create dentin bar (1x1 mm, with 7 mm in length). All dentin bars were randomly assigned into 5 groups of 10 each. Group 1, dentin bars were immersed in 5% NaOCL; group 2, in 2.5% NaOCL; group 3, in 15% EDTA; group 4, in 0.2% chlorhexidine gluconate (CHX); and group 5, in saline (as control) respectively. Each group was immersed for 2 hours. Each dentin bar was subjected to a three-point bend using MTS Universal Testing Machine to test the flexural strength. Data were analyzed using one way Anova, followed by Turkey's test performed at the 0.05 level of significance. Results: All irrigation solution have an effect on the flexural strength (P<0.05). EDTA caused the greatest effect on dentin mechanical properties, which revealed the lowest flexural strength (100.64 ± 7.23). In contrast, 0.2% CHX generated the least influence on dentin mechanical properties, which demonstrated the greatest flexural strength (189.85 ± 6.44). Conclusion: Root canal irrigation solution can induce effect on flexural strength of dentin. Chlorhexidine gluconate demonstrates the best irrigation solution since it has a slight effect on dentin mechanical properties, particularly flexural strength."

Quarterlife crisis is a common phenomena founded in individuals age 18-rs old. This group of age is known as emerging adulthood, and Arnett 30 yea "(2001) is the first person who introduce it as the new stage of development. At this stage, individuals start to have many changes and demands from others in their society as the sign of the transition from adolescence to adulthood. People at this stage are also like to have self-exploration, that?s why their life is full of instability. If the individuals can?t handle it, which marked by having lots of negative emotions such as anxiety, frustration and helpless because they can?t move from their own comfort zone, then we can says that those individuals are having quarterlife crisis (Robbins & Wilner, 2001). The area of problems contains career problem, academic and even romance or interpersonal relationship which mostly women?s concerned because it?s related to the demands of getting married.
Socio-cultural, peers and family factor have been influence people?s perspective about their problems. The more they?re getting demand from others, the more they build some negative emotions and perspective about themselves. While on the other side, there are a lot of positive things which they?re actually have but they didn?t realize it. By the result of that, they can?t perform productively and easily got troubles in social functioning. That?s the reason behind the decision to build an intervention with solution-focused approach. The basic assumptions from this approach is to believe that all individuals are having positive potensial inside them and the future-orientation might help them to build some solutions from their problem. The therapy itself contains 4 (four) individual sessions, and all of it focusing on how their work to build some goals and solution to achieve it. Some of the reluts are : there are significant changes in positive way founded in all 3 (three) participants in terms of handling quarterlife crisis related to interpersonal problem. Specifically, participant who doesn?t have a partner yet is handling the crisis easily and she successfully move on from quarterlife crisis compare to participant who already have a partner. Some of the techniqes that proven to be effective are the miracle questions, worksheet about positive personality survey and how to identify problems and setting the goals.

Indonesia tahun pertama penerima Bidikmisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain
one group pretest-posttest dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak empat orang.
Masing-masing partisipan mengikuti sesi SFT sebanyak empat kali, disertai
dengan satu kali pertemuan prasesi dan satu sesi follow up (2 – 4 minggu setelah
sesi terminasi). Proses screening awal dilakukan dengan memberikan Beck
Depression Inventory (BDI) kepada calon partispan. Didapati penurunan skor BDI
dan peningkatan skor scalling question terkait kondisi perasaan partisipan setelah
menjalani intervensi. Selain itu, perubahan kualitatif juga dilaporkan dalam
penelitian ini."
