"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Indah Berkah Bersaudara, yaitu perusahaan yang dipercaya PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir di wilayah Depok dan sekitarnya untuk mengelola dan menjalankan manajemen, pelayanan, dan penjualan untuk jasa ekspedisi dengan merek JNE. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif serta pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan cara memakai total sampling terhadap populasi. Jumlah responden yang ada dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 135 orang. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan tiga teori utama yaitu pelatihan dari Bulut dan Culha (2010), motivasi kerja dari George dan Jones (2002) serta kinerja karyawan dari Mitchell dalam Sudiardhita et al. (2018). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya juga ditemukan bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance. This research is conducted at PT. Indah Berkah Bersaudara, a company that is trusted by PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir in Depok and surrounding areas to manage, services, and sales for expedition service under the JNE brand. This research uses a quantitative approach to gather the data using a survey method that implements total sampling to the population. Total respondents in this research are 135 employees. This research employs three main theories, which are the theory of training by Bulut and Culha (2010), work motivation by George and Jones (2002), and employee performance by Mitchell in Sudiardhita et al. (2018). The results showed that training affect employee performance, work motivation affect employee performance. Furthermore, also found that training and work motivation affect employee performance."

"Ketangkasan karyawan diartikan sebagai kemampuan karyawan untuk bereaksi dan beradaptasi terhadap perubahan dengan cepat dan tepat (Alavi Wahab, 2013). Untuk tetap dapat berkompetisi dengan perkembangan bisnis secara global, PT X selaku pelaku bisnis menerapkan pendekatan ketangkasan ini di semua lini bisnisnya. Studi 1 bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan keterlibatan karyawan dan keterikatan kerja pada ketangkasan tenaga kerja. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT X yang berjumlah 154 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Survei dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen keterlibatan karyawan (Adham, 2014), kuesioner keterikatan kerja (Scaufeli & Bakker, 2003), dan kuesioner ketangkasan tenaga kerja (Sherehiy, 2007). Hasil analisis korelasional menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara keterikatan kerja dan ketangkasan karyawan (r = 0.56, p 0.05). Terdapat hubungan antara keterlibatan karyawan dan ketangkasan karyawan (r = 0.48 , p 0.05). Pada studi 2, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Responden intervensi terdiri dari 16 orang karyawan PT X. hasil studi intervensi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan skor rata-rata yang signifikan pada keterikatan kerja (Z = -2.941, p 0.05) dan tidak terjadi peningkatan skor yang signifikan pada rata-rata ketangkasan karyawan (Z = -0.238, p 0.05).

Workforce agility is defined as the ability of employees to react and adapt to changes quickly and appropriately (Alavi & Wahab, 2013). To be able to compete with global business development, PT X as a business person applies this agility approach in all lines of business. Study 1 aims to look at the relationship of employee involvement and work engagement in workforce agility. Respondents in this study were permanent employees of PT X, amounting to 154 people. Data collection using convenience sampling techniques. The survey was conducted using employee involvement instruments (Adham, 2014), work engagement questionnaires (Scaufeli & Bakker, 2003), and workforce agility questionnaires (Sherehiy, 2007). Correlational analysis results show that there is a relationship between work engagement and workforce agility (r = 0.56, p 0.05). There is a relationship between employee involvement and workforce agility (r = 0.48, p 0.05). In study 2, research used purposive sampling technique. Intervention respondents consisted of 16 employees from PT X. The results of the intervention study showed that there was a significant increase in the average score on work engagement (Z = -2,941, p 0.05) and there was no significant increase in the average employee agility (Z = -0.238, p 0.05).
