"Profesi Apoteker memiliki banyak peran penting dalam dunia kesehatan terutama pekerjaan kefarmasian. Salah satu peran penting seorang apoteker yang harus dilakukan untuk dapat mengabdi kepada masyarakat adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam menjalankan praktik kefarmasian. Menjalankan praktik kefarmasian bukan hanya dalam pelayanan namun dapat juga dilaksanakan dalam dunia farmasi industri. Praktik kefarmasian dilaksanakan di berbagai tempat seperti industri, apotek, puskesmas. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani praktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran seorang apoteker dalam pelayanan dan industri. Praktik Kerja di Apotek Roxy, PT Pharos Indonesia, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo Periode Bulan September – Desember tahun 2021. Melalui proses PKPA pada berbagai tempat, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperoleh ilmu yang berguna nantinya dalam dunia pekerjaan.

"Apoteker adalah sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus pendidikan profesi, dan telah mengucapkan sumpah berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta berhak melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Indonesia. Salah satu syarat untuk lulus pendidikan profesi apoteker, harus mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan maupun di fasilitas kefarmasian lainnya. Kegiatan PKPA ini menjadi salah satu wadah bagi mahasiswa profesi apoteker untuk mendapatkan ilmu secara langsung dan pengalaman di tempat kerja. Pharmacist is a profession in the field of health that has a very wide scope of work. Pharmacist can work in the pharmaceutical industry, health services (pharmacies, hospitals), government and also pharmaceutical distributor. Internship provide an overview and experience in the world of work. Direct observations about the activities in each department (Production, Quality Control, dan Quality Assurance) are occurred during internship at the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacist also learnt how to analyze many problems that happened and have to identified the closure. During internship at the pharmaceutical distributors, pharmacist was shown every department’s responsibility in general and had to make an innovation project. During internship at pharmacy, pharmacists did any pharmaceutical services. Pharmacist had to do prescription screening, prescription services, which be given with counselling. Prescription screening was done to prevent or minimize the occurrence of medication error."

"Formularium Rumah Sakit merupakan daftar Obat yang disepakati staf medis, disusun oleh Komite/Tim Farmasi dan Terapi (KFT) yang ditetapkan oleh Pimpinan Rumah sakit. Penyusunan Formularium Rumah Sakit mengacu kepada Formularium Nasional, panduan praktik klinis Rumah sakit serta mempertimbangkan hasil evaluasi penggunaan obat di Rumah Sakit. Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia sendiri telah memiliki Formularium dan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan belajar bagi calon apoteker tentang manajemen obat di Rumah Sakit. Sama hal nya dengan manajemen di Rumah Sakit, Apotek juga memiliki manajemen dalam pengelolaannya. Apotek yang berkembang dan maju tidak lepas dari manajemen pengelolaan obat yang baik dan terkendali. Perencanaan dan pengadaan obat merupakan kunci utama dan tahap awal yang penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu apotek. Analisis Pareto ABC merupakan salah satu cara pengendalian persediaan dengan mengelompokkan persediaan menjadi 3 klasifikasi berdasarkan nilai investasi barang yaitu kelompok A, B dan C. Sistem perencanaan dan pengadaan obat di Apotek Roxy Sawangan selama ini belum menggunakan metode analisa pareto ABC namun menggunakan metode konsumsi data penjulan obat harian. Hal tersebutlah yang kemudian dianalisa serta dituangkan kedalam laporan kerja praktik profesi apoteker ini.

The University of Indonesia Hospital itself has a formulary and can be used as learning material for prospective pharmacists about drug management in hospitals. the same thing with management in hospitals, pharmacies also have management in their management. Pharmacies that develop and progress cannot be separated from good and controlled drug management. Planning and procurement of drugs is the main key and an important initial stage in determining the success of a pharmacy. Pareto ABC analysis is one way of controlling inventory by grouping inventory into 3 classifications based on the investment value of goods, namely groups A, B, and C. The planning and procurement system for drugs at Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy has not used the Pareto ABC analysis method but uses the sales data consumption method for daily medicines. Then analyzed and poured into this report on the internship pharmacist's professional."

"Sebagai calon apoteker, penting untuk mempelajari mengenai peran-peran apoteker di dunia pekerjaan. Salah satu jenis pekerjaan yang dilakukan apoteker adalah pelayanan resep. Resep adalah permintaan tertulis dari seorang dokter, dokter gigi, dokter hewan yang diberi izin berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku kepada apoteker untuk menyiapkan, meracik serta menyerahkan obat kepada pasien. Kajian aspek administratif merupakan skrining awal dalam pelayanan resep di apotek, dalam mencegah kejadian medication error. Sebagai gambaran peran apoteker di dunia kerja dilakukanlah praktik kerja profesi apoteker. Praktik kerja dilakukan di Apotek Roxy sebagai gambaran pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Praktik Kerja dilakukan dari Bulan Juli hingga Desember 2021. Selain di bidang pelayanan, praktik kerja juga dilakukan di PT. Mahakam Beta Farma sebagai gambaran peran apoteker di Industri Obat. Pada praktik kerja di PT. Mahakam Beta Farma, pembelajaran dilakukan secara pengamatan langsung mengenai kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh industri farmasi. Selain belajar secara langsung dari mengamati, calon apoteker juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menganalisis masalah yang ada di masing-masing tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, laporan praktik kerja ini akan membahas mengenai masalah beserta solusi yang diajukan di tiap tempat praktik kerja.

A prescription is a written request from a doctor, dentist, or veterinarian who gives authority to a pharmacist to make, mix, and distribute pharmaceuticals to patients based on current laws and regulations. The investigation of administrative elements is a first step in preventing pharmaceutical errors in pharmacies' prescription services. A pharmacist's professional work practice is demonstrated as an example of pharmacists' function in the workplace. Work methods are demonstrated at the Roxy Pharmacy as an example of the pharmacy's pharmaceutical services. From July to December 2021, work practices will be carried out. Work practices are also carried out at PT. Mahakam Beta Farma as an indication of the function of pharmacists in the drug industry, in addition to the service sector. Learning takes place in the work environment at PT. Mahakam Beta Farma through direct observation of pharmaceutical business activities. Prospective pharmacists are given the opportunity to assess the challenges that exist in each workplace in addition to learning directly from observation. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Galaxy pada periode bulan Januari-Februari 2021, PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Bekasi pada periode bulan Februari 2021 dan PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation pada periode bulan Maret-Juni 2021. Setelah menjalani praktik kerja profesi pada apotek, pedagang besar farmasi atau distributor dan industri tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker terutama dalam lingkup praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Paragon Technology and Innovation in the period March-June 2021. After undergoing professional practice at pharmacy, distributor and industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists, especially in the scope of practice and pharmaceutical work."

"Pekerjaan Farmasis bukan hanya sekedar membuat obat, melainkan juga menjamin, pemberian informasi mengenai indikasi, efek samping dan penggunaan obat dengan benar. Efek Samping Obat (ESO) merupakan salah satu penyebab utama mortalitas dan morbiditas di fasilitas perawatan kesehatan di seluruh dunia. Salah satu bentuk kegiatan Pharmaseutical care adalah Monitoring Efek Samping Obat (MESO).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek samping obat dan memonitoring penggunaan obat pada pasien hipertensi agar dapat meminimalkan terjadinya efek samping obat dan meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dalam mengonsumsi obat. Penelitian disusun pada tanggal 1-31 Agustus 2021 di Apotek Nusukan, Surakarta. Tugas khusus mengenai “Monitoring Efek Samping Obat Hipertensi” disusun dengan melakukan wawancara secara langsung dengan pasien yang menderita hipertensi dan melakukan studi literatur mengenai pengertian, patosiologi, gejala klinis, penatalaksanaan penyakit hipertensi. Selain itu, materi pengkajian juga diperoleh melalui diskusi dengan Pembimbing.Resep pasien dengan penyakit hipertensi yang berisi amlodipine, diovan, bisoprolol, miniaspi di skrining terlebih dahulu untuk menjamin keamanan (safety) dan kemanjuran (efficacy) dari obat yang terdapat di dalam resep ketika digunakan pasien serta memaksimalkan tujuan terapi. Skrining resep meliputi kajian administratif, kesesuaian farmasetik, dan pertimbangan klinis. Penelitian menunjukkan pasien mendapatkan obat sesuai dengan apa yang dikeluhkan dan tidak pernah menghentikan pengobatan pada saat tekanan darah normal, tetapi pernah mengeluhkan pusing dan nyeri setelah mengonsumsi obat.

Pharmacist have responsibilities to guarantee, provide information regarding indications, side effects and correct use of drugs. Drug Adverse Effects (ESO) is one of the leading causes of mortality and morbidity in health care facilities worldwide. One form of Pharmaseutical care activity is Drug Side Effect Monitoring (MESO).

This study aims to determine the side effects of drugs and monitor the use of drugs in hypertensive patients in order to minimize the occurrence of drug side effects and improve patient compliance in taking drugs. The study was arranged on 1-31 August 2021 at Apotek Nusukan, Surakarta. The special task regarding "Monitoring Side Effects of Hypertension Drugs" was prepared by conducting direct interviews with patients suffering from hypertension and conducting literature studies on the definition, pathophysiology, clinical symptoms, and management of hypertension. In addition, the study material was also obtained through discussions with Supervisor 1 author at Nusukan Pharmacy and Supervisor 2 from the University of Indonesia.

Prescriptions for patients with hypertension containing amlodipine, diovan, bisoprolol, miniaspi are screened first to ensure the safety and efficacy of the drugs contained in the prescription when used by patients and maximize therapeutic goals. Prescription screening includes administrative review, pharmaceutical suitability, and clinical judgment. Research shows that patients get the drug according to what they complain about and never stop medication when blood pressure is normal, but have complained of dizziness and pain after taking the drug."
