"Pembelajaran daring akibat pandemi Covid-19 menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi mahasiswa untuk dapat merasakan pengalaman belajar yang optimal atau flow experience. Penelitian korelasional ini hendak melihat hubungan mindfulness dan flow experience pada mahasiswa yang menjalani pembelajaran daring, serta peran mediasi dari fleksibilitas kognitif terhadap hubungan tersebut. Hasil penelitian pada mahasiswa (N=407) menggunakan alat ukur EduFlow-2, CFI, dan MAAS menunjukkan bahwa mindfulness berhubungan positif dengan flow experience (β = 0,14, SE = 0,04, t = 3,43, p<0.01, CI = [0,06-0,22) dan fleksibilitas kognitif memediasi hubungan keduanya secara parsial (β = 0,05, SE = 0,02, p<0.01, CI = [0,02-0,09]). Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa fleksibilitas kognitif memediasi hubungan mindfulness dan flow experience, namun hubungan tersebut dapat dipertahankan tanpa peran dari fleksibilitas kognitif
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, learning is carried out online, and it challenges students to be able to experience an optimal learning experience or flow experience. This correlational study aims to identify the relationship between mindfulness and flow experience in students undergoing online learning and the mediating role of cognitive flexibility in this relationship. Involved a total of 407 college students, this study used the EduFlow-2, CFI, and MAAS measuring instruments showing that mindfulness is positively related to flow experience (β = 0.14, SE = 0.04, t = 3.43, p<0.01, CI = [0.06-0.22) and cognitive flexibility partially mediates the relationship between the two (β = 0.05, SE = 0.02, p<0.01, CI = [0.02-0.09]). These findings prove that cognitive flexibility mediates the relationship between mindfulness and flow experience, but the relationship can be maintained without the role of cognitive flexibility."

"Tuntutan perkembangan yang ditambah dengan ketidakpastian selama pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) membuat mahasiswa tahun pertama berisiko mengalami kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan diri. Penelitian korelasional ini melihat hubungan mindfulness dan college adjustment pada mahasiswa tahun pertama selama PJJ dan peran openness to experience sebagai variabel yang memediasi. Hasil penelitian pada mahasiswa tahun pertama (N=394) menggunakan alat ukur SACQ, BFI, dan MAAS menunjukkan bahwa mindfulness berhubungan positif dengan college adjustment (β = 0,99; SE = 0,10; t = 10,21; p<0,05; CI = [0,80-1,18]) dan openness to experience memediasi hubungan tersebut secara parsial (β = 0,04; SE = 0,02; t = 2,00; p<0,05; CI = [0,00-0,09]). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan mindfulness dan college adjustment tetap dapat dipertahankan walaupun openness to experience tidak menjadi mediator. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan penelitian selanjutnya terkait pentingnya mindfulness dan openness to experience dalam membantu mahasiswa tahun pertama menyesuaikan diri.

Development demands coupled with uncertainty during distance learning (DL) cause first-year undergraduate students at risk of facing difficulties in adjusting. This correlational study looks at the relationship between mindfulness and college adjustment in first-year undergraduate students during DL and roles of openness to experience as the mediating variable. The results of the study on first-year undergraduate students (N=394) using the SACQ, BFI, and MAAS as the measurement tools indicate that mindfulness is positively correlated with college adjustment (β = 0,99; SE = 0,10; t = 10,21; p<0,05; CI = [0,80-1,18]) and openness to experience partially mediates the relationship (β = 0,04; SE = 0,02; t = 2,00; p<0,05; CI = [0,00-0,09]). These findings indicate that the relationship between mindfulness and college adjustment can be maintained even though openness to experience does not mediate the relationship. This study can be considered as the basis for further research regarding the importance of mindfulness and openness to experience in helping first-year undergraduate students adjust to college."

"ABSTRAK
Fenomena terkait kecemasan menjadi isu yang banyak dijumpai di kalangan mahasiswa, khususnya terkait cognitive test anxiety. Individu yang memiliki cognitive test anxiety tinggi cenderung berperforma kurang baik pada tes. Beberapa studi telah menemukan bahwa mindfulness dan regulasi diri dapat memengaruhi cognitive test anxiety. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah regulasi diri memediasi hubungan antara mindfulness dan cognitive test anxiety pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bersifat korelasional yang dilakukan pada 192 mahasiswa. Pada penelitian ini, cognitive test anxiety diukur menggunakan Cognitive Test Anxiety Scale-17 CTAS-17 Cassady Finch, 2014, mindfulness diukur dengan menggunakan Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale MAAS Brown dan Ryan, 2003 , dan regulasi diri diukur menggunakan Short Self-Regulation Questionnaire SSRQ Carey, Neal, Collins, 2004 . Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa regulasi diri memediasi secara parsial partially mediation hubungan antara mindfulness dan cognitive test anxiety dengan indirect effect ? = -0,09.

ABSTRACT
Anxiety related phenomenon is a common issue among university students, especially regarding cognitive test anxiety. Individuals who have high cognitive test anxiety tend to perform poorly on a test. Several studies have found that mindfulness and self regulation can affect cognitive test anxiety. This study was conducted to determine whether selfregulation mediates the relationship between mindfulness and cognitive test anxiety in university students. This correlational study conducted on 192 university students. In this study, cognitive test anxiety was measured with Cognitive Test Anxiety Scale 17 CTAS17 Cassady Finch, 2014, mindfulness was measured with Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale Brown and Ryan, 2003, and self regulation measured with Short SelfRegulation Questionnaire SSRQ Carey, Neal, Collins, 2004. The results of statistical analysis show that self regulation partially mediates relationship between mindfulness and cognitive test anxiety with indirect effect 0,09. "

"Penyesuaian diri di perguruan tinggi merupakan hal penting yang diperlukan untuk melalui masa transisi yang penuh perubahan. Penelitian melihat bahwa dispositional mindfulness memiliki peran pada penyesuaian diri di perguruan tinggi. Namun, hubungan yang terbentuk terkait dispositional mindfulness dan penyesuaian diri di perguruan tinggi masih dibutuhkan, terutama mengenai hubungannya dengan kesejahteraan psikologis yang seringkali terlibat. Kesejahteraan psikologis merupakan suatu kondisi yang diperlukan dalam penentuan kesehatan mental seseorang. Penelitian korelasional ini melihat peran kesejahteraan psikologis sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara dispositional mindfulness dan penyesuaian diri di perguruan tinggi pada mahasiswa tingkat pertama N = 207. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale MAAS, Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire SACQ, dan Ryffs Scale of Psychological Well-being. Dari hasil analisis mediasi yang dilakukan, terdapat indirect effect b = 0,54.

Adjustment to college is an important thing needed during the transition period from high school. Dispositional mindfulness has been proven to have a role in adjustment to college. However, research about the relationship that is formed regarding dispositional mindfulness and adaptation in college is still needed, especially about its relationship with psychological well being that is often involved. Psychological well being is a necessary condition in determining one 39s mental health. Thus, this present research is a correlational research that sees the role of psychological well being as a mediator in the relationship between dispositional mindfulness and adjustment to college among first year college students N 207. The instruments used in this research consisted of Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale MAAS, Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire SACQ, and Ryff 39 s Scale of Psychological Well being. From the result of mediation analysis, there are indirect effect b 0,54."

This correlational study looks at the relationship between mindfulness and career adaptability in Final year College student, and this study also examined the mediating role of cognitive flexibility. "Mahasiswa memiliki banyak tuntutan dan tekanan dalam menghadapi tugas-tugas pembelajaran di kampus. Salah satu tekanan yang dihadapi mahasiswa sekarang ini adalah pemberlakuan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) oleh Kemendikbud karena pandemi Covid-19. PJJ dapat mengakibatkan masalah bagi mahasiswa pada saat melakukan pembelajaran, salah satunya adalah academic burnout. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mencegah mahasiswa mengalami academic burnout adalah academic buoyancy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan academic buoyancy dan academic burnout mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Pengukuran academic burnout menggunakan Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-SS) sedangkan, pengukuran academic buoyancy menggunakan Academic Buoyancy Scale (ABS). Partisipan untuk penelitian ini adalah 201 mahasiwa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Indonesia. Pengolahan data statistik menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson untuk mengetahui hubungan academic buoyancy dan academic burnout. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa academic buoyancy memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dan academic burnout pada mahasiswa yang melaksanakan PJJ pada masa pandemi Covid-19.

College students faces a lot of demands and challenges from their studies to preparing themselves for their future especially in workplaces. One of the challenges that the students facing nowadays is online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Online learning can cause problems for students during their studies, one of them are academic burnout. One of the factors that can prevent academic burnout is academic buoyancy. The aim of this study was to know the relationship between academic buoyancy and academic burnout in college students during online learning in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The measurement of this study is using Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-SS) for academic burnout and Academic Buoyancy Scale (ABS) for academic buoyancy. Data of 201 psychology students of Universitas Indonesia was collected and Pearson Correlation technique was used to identify the relationship between academic buoyancy and academic burnout. The results showed that academic buoyancy has a significant and negative association to academic burnout in college students during online learning in Covid-19 pandemic.

menyebabkan academic burnout pada mahasiswa. Academic burnout dapat berdampak
pada kesejahteraan psikologis dan kelancaran perkuliahan mahasiswa, sehingga selfcompassion
diprediksi dapat menjadi strategi coping yang efektif. Penelitian ini menguji
hubungan antara self-compassion dan academic burnout pada mahasiswa program
sarjana, dengan menggunakan Self-Compassion Scale versi adaptasi bahasa Indonesia
(Sugianto dkk., 2020) dan Oldenburg Burnout Inventory Student Version (Reis dkk.,
2015). Partisipan berasal dari Universitas Indonesia, Institut Teknologi Bandung, dan
Universitas Gadjah Mada (N=291). Hasil penelitian mendukung hipotesis penelitian ini.
Ditemukan bahwa self-compassion memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan
academic burnout (r = -0,43, p <0,01). Artinya, mahasiswa yang memiliki selfcompassion
yang tinggi, akan memiliki kecenderungan yang rendah untuk mengalami
academic burnout. Mahasiswa pada penelitian ini termasuk pada kategori kelompok yang
burnout (M=2,79, SD=0,45), dimana metode pembelajaran daring berperan pada hal
tersebut.

High study demands at college especially in online learning can make an impact on
academic burnout for the students. Academic burnout can affect the psychological wellbeing
and the smoothness journey of student's college life, thus self-compassion is
predicted to be the effective coping strategies for them. This study examines the
relationship between self-compassion and academic burnout in undergraduate students,
using Self-Compassion Scale Indonesian adaptation version (Sugianto et al., 2020) and
Oldenburg Burnout Inventory Student Version (Reis et al., 2015). The participants were
from Universitas Indonesia, Institut Teknologi Bandung, and Universitas Gadjah Mada
(N=291). The result of this study supports the hypothesis of this study. Namely, selfcompassion
has the negatively significant relationship with academic burnout (r = -0,43,
p <0,01). That means, student who have high self-compassion, would likely have a low
tendency of academic burnout. The students in this study is categorized in burnout group
(M=2,79, SD=0,45), whereas online learning method could take a role in this.

"Pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) di perguruan tinggi Indonesia menghadirkan sejumlah tantangan besar, terutama di tengah masa pandemi Covid-19. Self-efficacy dalam pembelajaran daring diketahui menjadi komponen penting bagi mahasiswa untuk menghadapinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara self-compassion dengan self-efficacy dalam pembelajaran daring pada mahasiswa program sarjana yang tengah menjalani perkuliahan daring secara penuh. Partisipan penelitian (N=290) merupakan mahasiswa S1 dari UI, ITB, dan UGM yang berusia 18-23 tahun. Mereka diukur menggunakan Self-Efficacy Questionnaire for Online Learning (SeQoL) dan Self-Compassion Scale (SCS). Ketiga institusi pendidikan ini dipilih atas dasar klasterisasi perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang melihat adanya perbedaan kualitas dalam pembelajaran daring. Hasil pengujian korelasi Pearson menunjukkan bahwa self-compassion yang dimiliki mahasiswa berhubungan secara signifikan dan positif dengan self-efficacy dalam pembelajaran daring (r(290) = 0,42, p < 0,01). Hubungan positif dan signifikan terkuat ditemukan pada komponen self-kindness dengan dimensi self-efficacy dalam berinteraksi sosial dengan teman sekelas. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman baru mengenai kondisi mahasiswa dalam konteks pembelajaran daring.

The implementation of distance learning among higher education institutions in Indonesia presents a number of challenges, especially in the midst of Covid-19. Self-efficacy in online learning context is known to be one of core component for students to deal with it. This study aimed to examine the relationship between self-compassion and online learning self-efficacy among undergraduate students who are undergoing full online lectures. Research participants (N= 290) are undergraduate students from UI, ITB, and UGM, aged between 18-23 years old. They were measured using Self-Efficacy Questionnaire for Online Learning (SeQoL) and Self-Compassion Scale (SCS). These three institutions were selected on the basis of a clusterization among universities in Indonesia, which saw differences in the quality of online learning. The Pearson correlation’s result showed that the students' self-compassion had a significant and positive relationship with online learning self-efficacy (r(290) = 0,42, p < 0,01). The strongest positive and significant relationship was found in self-kindness with dimension self-efficacy in social interaction with classmates. This study presents a new understanding of the students’ conditions in the context of online learning."

"Di masa transisi ke perguruan tinggi dalam masa pandemi Covid-19, mahasiswa baru harus menghadapi banyak tantangan dan kesulitan yang berpeluang membuat mahasiswa baru tidak dapat beradaptasi dengan baik dan tidak mencapai prestasi akademik yang maksimal. Khususnya, mahasiswa baru tahun 2020 mengalami keadaan yang cukup menantang karena harus menjalani pendidikan jarak jauh akibat dari pandemi Covid-19. Untuk menjalani masa transisi dengan sukses, mahasiswa baru membutuhkan resiliensi akademik. Dengan resiliensi akademik, mahasiswa baru dapat mengatasi tantangan yang ada dalam masa transisi tersebut. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan resiliensi akademik yaitu mindset dan stres. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara mindset dan stres dengan resiliensi akademik mahasiswa baru dalam pendidikan jarak jauh. Penelitian ini meneliti 327 sampel mahasiswa baru (88 laki-laki dan 238 perempuan; rata-rata umur = 18,10). Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Academic Resilience Scale 30 (Cassidy, 2016), Implicit Theories Measures (Henderson et al., 1992), dan Impact of Event Scale-Revised (Weiss & Marmar, 1997). Analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara mindset dengan resiliensi akademik mahasiswa baru dalam pendidikan jarak jauh (r(325) = -0,068, p > 0,01). Di sisi lain, terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara stres dengan resiliensi akademik mahasiswa baru dalam pendidikan jarak jauh (r(325) = -0,145, p < 0,01).

In transition period to university during Covid-19pandemic, freshmen are faced with various challenges and difficulties. Because of that, freshmen may have some difficulties to achieve academic achievement. Particularly, freshmen year 2020 have to online learning context due to Covid-19 pandemic. To overcome all the setbacks that freshmen may have, academic resilience is needed so that they may solve every and achieve good grades. Previous studies found several factors that were related with academic resilience, such as mindset and stress. The objective of this present correlational study is to determine the relationship between mindset, stress, and academic resilience among freshmen in online learning. Research data were collected by online questionnaire technique on 327 participants (88 males and 238 females; mean age = 18,10). Academic Resilience Scale 30 (Cassidy, 2016), Implicit Theories Measures (Henderson et al., 1992), and Impact of Event Scale-Revised (Weiss & Marmar, 1997) were used to measure variables. Pearson correlation analysis is conducted to test all the hypotheses. The results of present study shows that there is no significant relationship between mindset and academic resilience (r(325) = -0,068, p > 0,01). Meanwhile, there is a significant negative relationship between stress and academic resilience (r(325) = -0,145, p < 0,01"

"Mahasiswa tingkat akhir memiliki banyak tugas ketika menjalani masa kuliahnya, salah satunya yaitu tugas akhir atau skripsi. Karena beban yang berat dan tingkat kesulitan yang cukup tinggi ketika mengerjakan skripsi dapat membuat mahasiswa tingkat akhir merasa tertekan dan mudah gelisah sehingga dapat menyebabkan stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara mindfulness dan stres akademik pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian dilakukan pada 122 mahasiswa dengan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Mindfulness diukur dengan menggunakan Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) yang sudah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Sanger dan Lainsamputty (2022). Sedangkan stres akademik diukur dengan menggunakan Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) yang juga sudah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Yusainy, dkk (2019). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan dan tidak signifikan antara mindfulness dan stres akademik pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir (r=0,013; p=0,891). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara mindfulness dan stres akademik yang dialami mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi.

Final year students have many tasks during their college years, one of which is a final project or thesis. Due to the heavy burden and the high level of difficulty when working on the thesis, it can make final year students feel depressed and easily anxious so that it can cause stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between mindfulness and academic stress in final year students. The study was conducted on 122 students with several predetermined criteria. Mindfulness is measured using the Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) which has been adapted into Indonesian by Sanger and Lainsamputty (2022). Meanwhile, academic stress was measured using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), which has also been adapted into Indonesian by Yusainy, et al (2019). The results showed that there was no and no significant relationship between mindfulness and academic stress in final year college students in (r=0.013; p=0.891). It can be concluded that there is no relationship between mindfulness and academic stress experienced by final year students who are working on their thesis."
