"Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis, perilaku extra-role karyawan diperlukan untuk menopang kinerja perusahaan. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merupakan salah satu perilaku extra-role yang membawa banyak dampak positif bagi kinerja karyawan dan perusahaan. Penelitian ini akan fokus menganalisis pengaruh workplace spirituality dan psychological capital terhadap OCB dengan affective commitment sebagai mediator dan pada karyawan perusahaan FMCG di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara affective commitment dan psychological capital terhadap OCB serta workplace spirituality terhadap affective commitment. Di samping itu, ditemukan hasil menarik di dalam penelitian ini bahwa ternyata dapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan oleh workplace spirituality terhadap OCB dan pengaru negatif dan signifikan oleh psychological capital terhadap affective commitment. Selain itu, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa affective commitment memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara workplace spirituality dan psychological capital terhadap OCB.

In a dynamic business environment, employees’ extra-role behavior is needed to sustain company performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is one of the extra-role behaviors that has many positive impacts on individual and company performance. This study will focus on analyzing the effect of workplace spirituality and psychological capital on OCB with affective commitment as a mediator on FMCG employees in Jabodetabek. This study uses SEM to analyze the data. The results of the study proved that there is a positive and significant effect of affective commitment and psychological capital on OCB and workplace spirituality on affective commitment. This study also found striking and interesting results that workplace spirituality has a significant negative effect on OCB and psychological capital has a significant negative effect on affective commitment. In addition, it is proven that affective commitment partially mediates the relationship between workplace spirituality and psychological capital on OCB."

"Saat ini, organisasi dituntut untuk semakin inovatif dalam menghadapi lingkungan bisnis yang terus berubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari spiritualitas di tempat kerja dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif serta peran mediasi dari person-organization fit. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 211 karyawan Tokopedia di Jakarta. Data diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara spiritualitas di tempat kerja dan person-organization fit terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Sedangkan persepsi dukungan organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Oleh karena itu, person-organization fit memediasi sebagian (partial mediation) pengaruh spiritualitas di tempat kerja terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dan memediasi penuh (full mediation) pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif.

Today, organizations are required to be more innovative in facing the changing business environment. The research aims to analyze the effect of workplace spirituality and perceived organizational support on innovative work behavior and person-organization fit as a mediator. Method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Research data were collected 211 employees of Tokopedia in Jakarta. The study result showed that workplace spirituality and person-organization fit have a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior. But, perceived organizational support can not directly effect on innovative work behavior. So, person-organization fit has a role of partial mediation effect of workplace spirituality on innovative work behavior and has a role full mediation effect of perceived organizational support on innovative work behavior."

"Tingginya pertumbuhan tenaga kerja di perusahaan e-commerce diakui oleh Asosiasi E-commerce Indonesia, seiring dengan tingginya pengunduran diri karyawan. Oleh karena itu, komitmen karyawan merupakan masalah yang harus dihadapi oleh perusahaan e-commerce. Affective organizational commitment dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan work engagement, yang dapat meningkat jika perusahaan memiliki tempat kerja yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesenangan di tempat kerja terhadap affective organizational commitment yang dimediasi oleh psychological capital dan work engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui model persamaan struktural terhadap 260 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa workplace fun tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi affective organizational commitment. Selain itu psychological capital berpengaruh negatif signifikan sementara work engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan dalam memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung antara workplace fun dan affective organizational commitment. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru bagi perusahaan e-commerce dan praktisi pada umumnya tentang bagaimana meningkatkan affective organizational commitment karyawan dengan menyediakan workplace fun.

The high growth of the workforce in e-commerce companies is admitted by the Indonesian E-commerce Association, along with high employee turnover. Therefore, employees’ affective organizational commitment is an issue that e-commerce companies must face. Affective organizational commitment can be improved by increasing work engagement, which can increase if the company has workplace fun. This study aims to determine the effect of workplace fun on affective organizational commitment mediated by psychological capital and work engagement. This study used a quantitative approach through the structural equation model to 260 respondents. The results showed that workplace fun has not directly affected affective organizational commitment. Psychological capital was negatively significant meanwhile work engagement was positively significant in providing an indirect effect between workplace fun and affective organizational commitment. This study is expected to provide new insight for e-commerce companies and practitioners in general about how to improve employees’ affective organizational commitment by providing workplace fun.

Selain itu, Connectedness to Nature terbukti memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara Workplace Spiritualitydengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment dan Lean Culture terbukti secara positif memoderasi hubungan antara Workplace Spiritualitydengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment. Saran manajerial dan penelitian selanjutnya dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to determine the impact of Workplace Spirituality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment and the effect of mediation and moderation of Lean Culture on the relationship between Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment in the context of a plastic packaging company. The sample used in this study were manufacturing workers at a plastic packaging company in Cikarang, Indonesia. The data that was collected was 212 respondents who were then processed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that Workplace Spirituality has a positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment. This study also shows that Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment has a positive impact on Workplace Spirituality. In addition, Connectedness to Nature has been shown to partially mediate the relationship between Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment and Lean Culture has been shown to positively moderate the relationship between Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment. Managerial suggestions and further research are discussed in this study."

Studi ini menjelaskan bagaimana fun at work dapat memengaruhi turnover intention dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan affective commitment sebagai mediator. Studi dilakukan pada 316 karyawan milenial di industri kreatif digital. Responden mengisi kuesioner untuk menilai unsur-unsur fun at work, turnover intention,
OCB, dan affective commitment. Metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menunjukkan hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa fun at work berhubungan negatif dan langsung dengan turnover intention dan secara positif dan langsung terkait dengan OCB serta affective commitment memediasi secara parsial pada kedua hubungan tersebut. OCB merupakan prediktor yang berhubungan negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

ABSTRACT
This study explained how fun at work influence turnover intention and OCB with affective commitment as a mediator. The study was conducted on 316 millennial employees in the digital creative industry. Respondents filled out questionnaires to assess elements of fun at work, turnover intention, OCB, and affective commitment. Structural
Equation Modeling method was used to show the relationship between variables. The results showed that fun at work was negatively and directly related to turnover intention and positively and directly related to OCB, and affective commitment partially mediated in both relationships. "Lembaga Publik memiliki peran penting pada kebijakan publik pada suatu negara dalam rangka menangani dan memulihkan dampak dari Pandemi COVID-19. Hal ini mendorong pentingnya mengelola Public Service Motivation (PSM) pada lembaga publik untuk dapat merumuskan kebijakan publik yang efektif. Penelitian ini utamanya mendalami 2 (dua) variabel penting pada lembaga publik, yaitu PSM dan Employee Well-Being (EWB), yang dipengaruhi oleh 3 (tiga) variabel lainnya yang terkait, yaitu Workplace Spirituality (WPS), Organizational Identification (OI), dan Workforce Agility (WA). Penelitian yang menggunakan 343 sampel pegawai pada suatu lembaga publik dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) ini memperlihatkan bahwa WPS secara signifikan mempengaruhi variabel lainnya yang diobservasi pada penelitian ini, memperlihatkan bahwa spiritualitas mempunyai efek yang sangat luas dan penting pada lembaga publik di Indonesia. Di lain sisi, EWB tidak terpengaruh langsung oleh OI maupun WA, maupun secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi PSM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyarankan untuk mengoptimalisasi dimensi WPS mengingat variabel tersebut memegang kunci untuk meningkatkan PSM, EWB, WA, dan OI pada lembaga publik. Penelitian lebih lanjut diusulkan untuk dilakukan dengan objek lembaga publik yang lebih luas dan variatif untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang lebih menyeluruh.

Public Sector Organizations played a major role in a Country’s policy towards the handling and the recovery of COVID-19 pandemic impact, making maintaining Public Service Motivation (PSM) would be vital to deliver effective policy. This article examines Public Service Motivation (PSM) and Employee Wellbeing (EWB) that are influenced by public sector closely related variables such as Workplace Spirituality (WPS), Organizational Identification (OI), and Workforce Agility (WA). Study captured 343 samples of a public sector organization employees from Indonesia and tested using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) for mediation hypothesis, and t-value with Standard Loading Factor (SLF) for direct effect. The result shows that Workplace Spirituality significantly influenced EWB, PSM, OI, and WA directly and argues that spirituality in the public sector played a major role in determining those variabels. On the other hand, Employee Well-Being wasn’t affected by agility or Organizational Identification or impacted PSM. This result suggests the optimalization of WPS dimensions since the variable holds the potential to affect PSM, EWB, WA, and OI positively in Public Sector Organization. Further study suggests wider research public sector organizations object to accommodate and capture more diverse and variative type of organizations."

"Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transformational leadership dan workplace spirituality sebagai faktor pendorong organizational citizenship behavior melalui mediasi work engagement dan affective commitment pada pegawai di bidang pelayanan publik. Responden penelitian adalah pegawai pada Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean A Bogor yang menjalankan tugas di bidang kepabeanan dan cukai di kota Bogor. Total responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 153 orang dan structural equation modelling digunakan sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, sementara itu workplace spirituality berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan mediasi work engagement dan affective commitment.

The study aims to determine the impact of transformational leadership and workplace spirituality as antecedant of organizational citizenship behavior through mediation of work engagement and affective commitment on employees in the field of public service. Research respondents were employees at the Medium Customs and Excise Office type A Bogor. Total respondents in this study were 153 people and structural equation modeling was used as a data analysis method. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, while workplace spirituality had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior by being mediated by work engagement and affective commitment."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan peran fun at work dan social suppot terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai pada Telkom Regional II. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan variabel work engagement yang memediasi hubungan antar variabel tersebut. Total responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 348 orang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap pada Telkom Regional II. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan SEM-Lisrel sebagai metode analisis data. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior pada setiap pegawai di perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat efek mediasi work engagement antara fun at work dan social support dengan organizational citizenship behavior.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to examine the influence of fun at work and social support on OCB of employees in Telkom Regional II, mediated by work engagement. Data of 348 respondents were collected using an online survey and analyzed usig SEM-Lisrel. The result showed that fun at work and social support was found to have direct and positive effect on OCB through work engagement. These findings provide information about managerial practices at state-owned enterprises to improve performance of the company by increasing the supporting factors in each variables."

The research was conducted to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on the psychological well-being of Indonesian millennial generation workers with employee engagement and affective commitment as mediating variables in the millennial generation. Respondents in this study were employees who had worked for at least 1 year at the company and were born between 1981 and 1996. The data was then processed using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) LISREL. This study tries to explain the factors that can affect psychological well-being of employees. There were 247 respondents who participated in this study. The results of the study show that employee engagement and affective commitment affect the psychological well-being of Indonesian millennial generation workers, and there is a role for perceived organizational support, employee engagement and affective commitment in mediating the relationship between perceived organizational support and psychological well-being."

"Seiring meningkatnya ekspektasi terhadap sektor perbankan di Indonesia, perusahaan memerlukan strategi yang efektif untuk membangun human capital yang loyal dan mampu melampaui tugas rutin guna mencapai hasil optimal. Perilaku ekstra ini, dikenal sebagai Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Penelitian menganalisis pengaruh persepsi CSR terhadap OCB karyawan Gen Z di industri perbankan Indonesia, dengan komitmen afektif, psychological capital (PsyCap), dan motivasi prososial sebagai mediator, menggunakan metode Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB- SEM). Survei online dari 262 responden dianalisis, menunjukkan bahwa persepsi CSR tidak signifikan terhadap OCB secara langsung (t-value 1,44), namun signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif (t-value 9,17), PsyCap (t-value 11,11), dan motivasi prososial (t-value 8,33). PsyCap menjadi mediator paling efektif (nilai mediasi 0,444) dibandingkan komitmen afektif (0,147) dan motivasi prososial (0,132). Sehingga Hasil ini menekankan pentingnya program CSR dalam meningkatkan PsyCap untuk mendorong OCB, dengan implikasi praktis berupa pelatihan yang mendukung optimisme, resiliensi, efikasi diri, dan harapan karyawan. Kontribusi penelitian ini mencakup wawasan teoretis tentang hubungan CSR dan OCB serta rekomendasi strategis bagi perusahaan dalam membangun perilaku ekstra peran karyawan.

This study aims to examine the mechanisms linking Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) perceptions with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among Generation Z employees in Indonesia's banking sector, focusing on the mediating roles of psychological capital, affective commitment, and prosocial motivation. While Generation Z demonstrates high concern for social and environmental issues, paradoxically, they exhibit the lowest levels of OCB among all generations. Data were collected through an online survey of 230 Generation Z employees in the Indonesian banking sector who had worked for at least 6 months. The study employs Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) for data analysis. The findings reveal that CSR perceptions positively influence OCB through the mediation of psychological capital, affective commitment, and prosocial motivation. These findings provide insights for banking institutions in designing effective CSR strategies to enhance OCB among Generation Z employees, while contributing to the literature by explaining the psychological mechanisms linking CSR to OCB. Practical and theoretical implications are discussed, along with suggestions for future research."
